As soon as Gravity Beetle dropped Des, Dagger hurriedly blew blue flames towards his body as a first-aid to his wounds.
He then finds the same shadow from earlier, now surrounding him... And then appearing just above the D-Rex... And now just in front of the Beetle.
"You're--"
Dagger smiled in glee. His playmate was an actual Navi himself!
Russet however, after recovering from the grasps of Beetle, was ticked off by the vanishing Navi... Not because of a false hope of defeating this monster, no. But... The truth.
High is the chance that there's no defeating this monster with what measly power he has, if only he remained to spit in the face of retreat.
He clenched his left arm, not minding any more of the words that came out of them as he fired bolts of lighting ceaselessly with the Framed TankCannon, directly towards the D-Rex's mouth. However, he withheld no longer, and Kaiser himself got hit and was blown off the D-Rex's head and down towards wall and rubble.
"Ggh... N-not... R-Russet, calm down..." He talked, but his voice wouldn't reach Russet and those behind him.
Dagger saw Russet unintendedly attack Kaiser. Russet's eyes were glowing their frightening lightning, and so he hid behind Des. His spine shivered as he felt rage bellowing on the bronze HeelNavi.
Russet didn't care anymore; he fired and fired even if the D-Rex would take no damage from all of it.

Gravity Beetle plants his feet with a powerful slam and clenches his fists, ready for what comes next.
Gravity Beetle: I'm not here to call out anyone or cause problems; I'm just here to help.
Gravity Beetle ignores the disembodied smile an lowers his head, opening the blades jaws of his horns toward the D-Rex.
Gravity Beetle: I'm a defensive Navi by nature; I'll wall this thing for as long as I can while you make your escape!
The attacks made against the D-Rex once again appear to do nothing against its flashing, hardened armor. Blow after blow is deflected as the behemoth finishes its charge.
With the scream of a cannon, the D-Rex fires off a gigantic ball of condensed energy from between its deadly jaws, releasing it in a direct line forward...
....where it connects with the prepared form of Gravity Beetle. The onyx-shelled Navi thrusts his head forward and meets the orb with all of his strength and gravitational power. This causes the energy ball to convulse and spark as it drags Gravity Beetle along on his feet, pushing him back more and more with every passing second for as long as it can before the ONB commander at last stops it dead. Then, with one swift and herculean move, he thrusts his head up with a yelling grunt and deflects the ball through the ceiling and into the sky, leaving him viably fatigued after just this one attack.
Gravity Beetle: I can't do that again... Listen; you all need to stop trying to be heroes here! The longer we wait, the more likely this thing is to kill us! Get out while it's still possible!
As if reacting on cue, the D-Rex once again springs to life. Its head rises high above its body, levitating via some unknown force. With the console smashed, the D-Rex begins its full assault on the complex itself. Its body slides forward and begins crashing through wall after wall without any apparent direction for its wanton destruction while the head smashes along diagonal line, smashing into the floor, walls, and the ceiling as it moves, racking up a severe level of damage in a very short time.

As the command to retreat reached Revved from atop the deadly behemoth, he too realized there was seemingly nothing they could do there.
Jumping from atop the monstrous machine and having sustained a few bruises from being up there too long, Revved quickly ran over to Desperado.
"Well, I guess it's too soon for us to take on this kind of enemy, especially on someone else's turf." Rev said amidst the chaos of the D-Rex's destruction and everything else going on in the room.
'So that Gate-person took over the ONB...sounds like we'd have quite a fight on our hands to face him now...' Rev pondered to himself silently.
"Well, I hate to retreat as much as everyone else, but perhaps leaving this place would be the best option." Rev said aloud.
Eyes widening from Gravity Beetle's display of defensive finesse and power, he was glad they didn't have to fight him instead...
"Guess I'll be the first to bail. See you guys soon."
And as soon as Rev finished speaking, he was gone from the area, taking form of a red and green light.

Desperado finally turned to leave, Dagger's timely first aid letting him run again, though not at full strength. Just as the navi had done for him, he grabbed Dagger to lead him out as well, it was no time for distractions. Leading them into the Tundra nearby the base.
"You better get out of here too Beetle... Just a suggestion."
Before finally moving to the Tundra, likely heading from there to the place Revved was going as well, Com Square. They had their comm programs, though after the met up they should destroy those. He didn't want anything made at that base giving Gate more information.

Fulgur aims, trying to find something that would damage it.He had to stop or distract it...had to make sure his comrades at least got out..."Mr. Desperado,I'm not exactly doing this to feel like a bigshot!!!" He mutters under his breath."I'm useless anyway,so no loss..." He still remembered how easily Legion had slammed him...Eyes narrowing, he continues his assault as the others interact.
Then a shade appears. Fulgur ignores it, trying to shoot...But then he sees Russet blast at the thing, knocking Kaiser off. Lowering his buster, he runs, helping Kaiser up and supporting him."C'mon, let's get you out of here...Shade thing, Russet, and Kidd if you're still here, let's go!!! Gravity Beetle sir, thank you...Despite what a supposed ONB member did, its an honor to meet you, and well see you after this." Helping Kaiser to the exit into the tundra, he smacks Russet on the back of the head as he pasts."If you want to get me back for that, you gotta follow me,Mr. Russet!!!" With a sigh of relief and dissapointment, the young navi exits the base,heading towards the Square.

(Safe to assume that they were accidentally logged out at some point during Gate's appearance...)
Russet was remorseless even as he watched the injured Kaiser dragged out of the battlefield.
On his own, Kaiser decided to leave the network to get to somewhere safer.
However, he took the Tundra Network to be a much farther place; his router took a detour.

Russet didn't mind Fulgur hitting him on the head. He dwelled in his head, thinking of anything they haven't tried against it yet.
He simulated, one by one, every bodily hit that the D-Rex took. None so far has dealt any damage. At all.
But... There was one other spot that was never attacked yet... Because it's difficult to, and requires the D-Rex to be caught entirely off-guard.
He turned towards Gravity Beetle, clearing all thoughts of anger, and ultimately ignoring the shadow-like bugger.
"ONB Commander, Gravity Beetle. Forgive me for my words earlier.
I need your help. I need your strength to defeat this thing."
He turned towards the D-Rex rampaging across the Base.
"I need you... To flip this monster upside-down."

The same voice from before, questioning in a soft tone, condescending as all.
The shadow pooled, just before the DREX, and below it.
It spread, engulfing the whole of the tank, and the tank fell down, through the hole that was the shadow. And just as the hole appeared, it too disappeared, leaving the DREX half buried inside of the network.

Russet wasn't particularly surprised or impressed, what with the shadow Navi's interference.
Though incapacitated, it would be hard now to dig for the D-Rex's belly.
Gravity Beetle was also clearly exhausted blocking the D-Rex's last Attack. He probably wouldn't have enough strength to control the D-Rex's motion either.
"..."
He glanced back at the Gravity Beetle with a shred of disappointment to himself, expecting a reply of sorts. He didn't look like one who would dwell on false hope like he did.

And DREX was sucked further into the shadow.
And then spit out like a child tasting Brussels-sprouts. Dino-Tank would be cast into the air harmlessly, spinning at an ungodly (and un-belly-aimable) speed.

Russet just observed the D-Rex played around like a ball by this clearly powerful Navi.
It didn't make any sense. None of it.
He disarmed his Framed TankCannon and began walking away from Gravity Beetle.

Rosario walked up to Russet and lay a single, gentle hand on his shoulder,
"Russet, let us depart. This area may have been the foundation for our new resistance, but in the end it is old, rickety, and weak in technology. There's no need to save this network, we can always build another base. For now, let us avoid any useless deaths. Please, gather Kaiser and Fulgur, then we shall depart."
Rosario looked at the D-Rex in the sky. This fight would have been an interesting one, but we just don't have the firepower to face it when everyone else wants to retreat. Even this commanding officer from the ONB lost nearly all of his strength stopping one blast from the mechanized maniac. Rosario sighed, before prepping a portal of shadows behind him and Russet to bring an individual to a desired location.
In order to keep it distracted while everyone gathered for evacuation, Rosario rose his left hand. Metal plates engulfed it as three long barrels excavate from the center. He wasted no time in firing straight towards the D-Rex, continuously firing until the rest can escape.

Russet rearmed his Framed TankCannon and charged it with all of his remaining power, before firing at a random wall away from them.
The blast was really out there, expanding and shattering a huge portion of the facility.

"Darn it... I'm tired."
Russet entered the portal without hesitation. He had to recollect his mind, or he might as well go berserk.
