As Naïve as ever, Megami was so confident that she could perhaps fight back and protect everyone!
Her body was coursing with electricity that was doing a large amount of damage, but she could feel that Unity’s presence was what was keeping it from having a full-impact. His praise was reason enough for her to keep pushing on as she tightened her grip on the half-duo of the battlechip combination she summoned. The electricity was subsiding, but she it was only when she seen Vile reacting to her own resistance that she felt her heart plunge into terror.
“Megami-chan! Get out of there!”
The two boomerangs launched were flying towards her position, and her body had already been stunned by trying to draw all the electricity to her resistant attack combination with Tsuki. Her eyes were focused on Vile, her iris still displaying valuable data from her very last movement. She could only watched as the boomerangs closed in on her knowing what would happen if she did not hold her ground here, unsuspecting that her ally’s attack was going to come back and reap her with some great irony, and not even Xenneth’s cry could make her move from her spot as she was going to continue being impulsive and hold off this assault that would be her doom!
*Zzzzttt!~*
The energy blades impacted a field that buzzed like static!
Zzz...zzzzztt!!
Megami swallowed just seeing how close the blades were drawn to her and could only look around her; ears catching her savior before her eyes could ever see him and recognize him. Even more so, his statement caused her to twist her face in such horror as if she was greatly confused as the blades spun into the field created by Xion. The buzzing of the energy attack was very loud, but Megami did not hear him wrong. “Fun?” Megami replied to Xion, “Is this NetNavi playing? He has threatened to kill us, am I wrong?”
“I-it’s...he’s using sarcasm, Megami-chan.”
Megami’s face jumped in realization suddenly, showing her world class S-Ranked cluelessness that no NetNavi had ever seen. However, just as quickly as she seen the energy blades spinning before her, she recalled the short message sent by the mysterious recipient whom was called “Iria.” The blades spinning before her eyes and grinding into the energy field, her lips almost moved in a hypnotic state as she uttered the message to herself before her eyes flicked open wide as if she had an epiphany.
“Sir!” Megami called out to Xion as she lifted her hand off the data familiar of the summoned Navi and bent back her posture, “You have my thanks for protecting us! Overclock!”
Once again, Megami’s speed increased with a burst to the point that she sent her body plunging forth into the energy field that had been weakened and ready to disperse. Her body smashed through making the grinded space by the energy blades break away like glass and Megami herself jumping between the two energy boomerangs that had been slowed to a dull flight. Her arms folded before her chest and face in a cross and her blue eyes lifting from the safety of her arms, her body begun to glow with a strange bright silhouette.
“I’m ready, Unity-san,” Megami said as the shards of the dark field danced upon the edges of her cloak and skin as if they were being repelled by something. With a cry, Megami revealed it...
“Swift Response!”
An energy field burst from Megami’s body like a powerful surging pulse. It blasted everything outwards: the shards of a failing barrier, debris, and even the boomerangs as she sends them back on a collision course with Vile. Even if they were not as strong as the base attack by the NetNavi, she knew his own weaponry had to be a match for...well...himself! Surely, the NetNavi whom sent that message had a brilliant plan, and what was more, watching Xion fend off Vile’s attacks using a repulsing darkness had given her some enlightenment...the crazy kind.
“Xen-kun,” Megami cried, “Pantheon left something in me that I have to show you, but...do not worry. I know what I am doing.”
Although the violet haired boy was puzzled, Megami was never so certain. The Goddess-like NetNavi took one more glimpse towards Xion before taking a deep breath, and she quickly realized she could not afford any hesitation. “Untiy-san, bare with me.” she said lowly as she pressed her right hand on her chest, “Activating Pantheon, fail-safe systems...” It was at that moment that Megami’s eyes had turned a stirring black, and her irises became purple. Before her, there was a spark of a purple flame that soon revealed within its center that was a floating purple rectangular object.
“Wait, that’s a...” Xenneth gasped, “Megami-chan, wait!!!”
Anyone would know a dark chip just from seeing, not to mention its foul aura. Megami reached shattering it in her palm quickly. Her eyes had an empty look, but her lips were whispering something the whole time, nearly inaudible as she pulled back her clinched fists that were brimming with a brimming purple essence like a fire. It was the same as her usual aura, but much more corrupt, more sinister.
“Critical Marker, set!” she confirmed in a distant voice, “Divinity’s Dark Barrage!”
Megami sent forth flying a powerful array of divinity sphere that was infused with dark energy. Her purple orbs that stared at Vile was glowing brightly as the Critical Marker she attempted to set the previous melee had kept her aim true as a swing of her arms was guided by Unity’s guiding system and her own raw power infused by the darkness giving her strength.
"She can't keep this up!"
True, Megami could only fire off so many spheres at once, and he knew that from experience being with her. Her hands sizzled with the weakening vapors of aura she could not collect. Quickly, however, she bald up her first, and opened it showing the streams of dark essence like smoke being radical.
"Overclock!"
There was a flurry of the solid energy spheres sent out in an overwhelming speed and rate all of the sudden. As if reborn anew, Megami continued her assault sending more spheres flying forth in a raid like any other. It was then Xenneth realized what was happening as he saw her flinging the orbs once again as if she never stopped her first melee.
"Unity's power...it can do this, too?!"
The combination of the two programs was amazing, but it was the damage and result that would decide if it was all worth the risk. On the edge of his seat, Xenneth had watched as his heart raced, wanting to know if Megami would emerge...at least mentally.

This was by far one of the worst places for the mentally drained darkloid to be coming. Even as he entered the outskirts of the area with Xion, he could feel the vibrations of an intense battle further into the city. Xion took off quickly to check it out, no doubt having his own fun. Ruin however was beginning to tire of his internal battle. As he staggered forward toward the battle itself, through the ruined streets of Element city, now deserted thanks to the rampage of the navis before, he knew his state would not let him maintain control for much longer. Another surge like at the Dark Colony and it was clear this chaotic power would be let loose. Perhaps fighting it like this wasn't the best option. It was different from how Ruin handled all other situations... It was calculated. The whispers grew louder as Ruin's hold dwindled. To erase everything... and what perfect time... A powerful opponent to fight, someone to go all out on without ending the battle too quickly. The stage was seemingly set... and as Ruin finally reached the outskirts of the battle, he could see those who were fighting and that which they were fighting against. How rare it was to see Xion working with others so readily, and a few others Ruin recognized. Iria in particular... Perhaps Terra was nearby as well, though likely back at the ONB... Iria... She locked him in that net with Gospel... Set this chain of events in motion. Ruin looked on to the one they were fighting. His eyes half open, tired from his battle, but this one opened his eyes further. Yet another legend... Rumors of this one were more scarce, but it was one with rather impressive power indeed. Vile.. Truely he would be a formidable opponent.
In the back of Ruin's head.. Once again he could hear a voice.. a whisper instructing him.

Glassman wasn't truly surprised to see his own attacks miss their target, though he muttered under his breath as Vile's dodging put someone else in danger...he'd have to keep in mind who was a potential target in case his techniques missed again.
As one newcomer protected the armored girl-navi from harm,he was relieved to know they didn't have more on their plate.
"Heh,maybe you could call this fun,to a certain extent...not the part about him trying to delete us though."
If this navi wasn't out to destroy them, this would truly be a thrilling match-up...if.
Glassman's eyes widened as Megami not only sent off his barrage of energy, but used a darkchip as well, pushing her attack even further...
As she let loose her attack, the area's temperature rose slightly,as if someone turned on the heater. In those moments,a cluster of chains arose from the ground nearest to Vile, each one appearing as if it had been freshly tempered by a blacksmith. The chains quickly made an attempt to bind themselves around Vile's legs & feet. If they were successful,he'd be in for a surge of fire energy coursing through his body,as well as the chains seemingly making him take a little more damage from Megami's oncoming volley.
He briefly noticed someone else as well...but they neither helped them nor interacted with them,so maybe they were just a bystander for now...
Replacing his right hand with his buster,Glassman fired a shot straight up into the sky...but it appeared as if there was nothing there! Amidst all the commotion,it might prove difficult to someone to pinpoint his attack...
Suddenly, the burst of energy reached the peak of its ascent, descending toward Vile at a 45 degree angle,as if it were locked onto him.
With his buster shifting into that of a darker blue buster-cannon,Glassman leapt to the side, firing a weak blast at Vile. Midway through its path,a shard embedded itself into the ground.
Lastly, the energy that Glassman was drawing upon continued flowing into him, causing the rest of his emblem to take on a faint glow.

Inside Ruin's mind and no longer at the back, no longer watching, no longer simply pounding, but at the fore, the edge, the nearest cusp of his consciousness, the thing that there remains only smiles... and then it isn't the thing smiling, it's Ruin himself. It isn't the thing at the back of his mind, it's... Ruin himself.
It speaks, whispers to the one within outside the hearing of those engrossed in the battle using Ruin's voice, using Ruin's data, using Ruin's faculties. It speaks to Ruin. Fills his mind. Encompasses his existence.
Erasure isn't the goal! No, nor is glory! Nor self-destruction! Nor goals! Goals are done! Thinking is done! THAT is your path! it screams in its silence, staring hard at Vile. That hatred! That momentum! That desire! Impulse, drive, force, power... that... chaos! ALL OF IT! Plots and plans are done! This is what you need, what we need! GET IN THERE! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!
The laughter boils in Ruin's throat while the presence relinquishes control, throws the body's owner back into the driver's seat with the suddenness of a crash, laughs with its insanity back at the edge of his consciousness.

[smear:949494]But that final push was all that was necessary. The laugh which welled up within began to escape. Snickers at first, Ruin's body began to tremble. A laughter impossible to hold back continued to push its way out. As if no longer exhausted by his own efforts to control whatever this... whatever HE was, Ruin walked forward into the raging battle. Above him, navis fought against the strongest of them all. A battle raged, and it did not include Ruin... a grave offense. As if still trying to hold back the slightest amount as his shoulders trembled and Ruin brought his hand up to his mask, looking down as chuckles continued to escape from his mouth.
Bringing his spare hand up to torso level, two spinning chips appeared in them. Black in coloration, they shattered in his palm as the fragments twisted about his palm, coming together once again as one. This new chip coursed with a similar power that was welling up within Ruin, Red and orange lines coursed around the chip from its dark center.
It was as this chip began to form in his palm that Ruin's eyes, though covered by his hand, began to change. Irises turning red and sclera engulfing in black, orange and red lines moving in toward his iris. Clutching the mask which covered his face, obscuring it from all who would observer it, Ruin crushed it, shattering the mask as his chuckles and snickers grew greater. Tearing his hand down from his face, Ruin reeled back as his laughter reached its peak, a screeching laugh that tore forcibly into the minds of those in the area. Grating as if nails clawing eternally at a chalkboard. Ruin clenched both his fists as the Darkchip shattered once again, Forming nine large dark blades that floated disorganized about Ruin's back as his screeching laughter spilled forth throughout the area.[/smear:ff7a00]
[smear:feb300]KehHAHA[/smear:fc1717][smear:fc1717]HAHAHAHA[/smear:feb300][smear:feb300]HAHAHAHA...[/smear:fc1717]
As the laugh subsided, Ruin raised his hand to shoulder height at his side, opening it as the nine blades, dark as night, multiplied threefold before they inverted their blades to the sky and flew into the air, spreading out and coming down on and around Vile. A veritable rain of blades assaulting the navi that attacked the city. And yet, for those onlookers, just as the blades had left their spot among Ruin, so had the navi left his spot on the ground, what was left merely destroyed panels which made up the ground of Element City.
As the blades of night continued to fall, aimed to turn Vile to ribbons of data, Ruin's laughter continued, rushing forward at unimaginable speeds, Ruin passed right through the wall of fire which radiated out from Vile. Seemingly ignoring it entirely, though it singed his body slightly, the flames licked off his body as he flew through it directly at his target, his fist clenched to send a rocketing punch directly into Vile's helm.

Iria {To Jin}To: Jin From: Iria I would need more than two hands to count the number of reasons for that. The appearance of both Xion and Ruin, two well known criminals for somewhat different reasons. The formers destroying of the digital representation of Creamland, and the latter for just trying to break anything and everything that moved. Despite Xions first action on the field being the saving grace for Megami all Iria could do was sigh. Disregarding the redeeming action as nothing more than means to an end and that, somehow, most of the city would be either destroyed or turned into some darkloid playground if they had their way with it. Weighing the two options Iria opted to pursue the one actively trying to kill her. Maybe goodluck would be on her side and the chaotic duo would get destroyed by Vile. Unfortunately the distraction the two caused left her unaware of the primary threats fiery attack until it was too late. The fire washed over her as quickly as a wave but the damage was not so severe to her. Small scuffs and flames dotted her clothing but a few quick pats and the fires were out. Not wanting to put herself in position to get stabbed in the back, Iria's assault came again from a distance with the commander sending off a short volley of small, fist sized energy orbs. A paltry contribution to the offensive but that was fine.

(OOC: Abridging GB's turn this time. He dodged stuff and threw gravity stuff. It was epic) As the next assault begins, Vile ignores the twin-Jin clones buzzing around him. They would meet their end soon enough. Megami's assault comes first. In an unexpected move, the energy blades that Vile had sent out not long before are returned at full speed. In response, Vile bends back his leg and performs something of kin to a kicking motion, allowing the launcher in his leg to send out a small volley of energy orbs, each one traveling a few feet and bursting into orbs of light. As the blades reach these orbs, they're destroyed by the energy within. Directly behind this, a volley of black spheres careens through the air, forcing Vile to quickly jet out of the way. The barrage seems to follow him as he does so, forcing even more evasive moves as he does his best to rocket out of the way. And that's when a set of chains unexpectedly launches from the ground and wraps around one of his feet. GlassMan's attack lands true, causing Vile to slam face-first into the ground and take the residual black orb barrage from Megami, as well as the energy bursts from GlassMan himself, and several of the blades from Ruin. The rocket punch, however, does not manage to land, as Vile quickly smashes the chains with his own rocket-punch and jets away before Ruin can do any farther damage; a move that puts him directly in line with Iria's energy barrage. The damage wasn't great, but it managed to do its job.
Sliding back on one knee, Vile lands hard. He tumbles once but then sticks it, putting him a fair distance from the former epicenter of the fight.
Vile: ...you should have just stayed out of this.
Vile rises to his feet, his red eye shining out from under the shade of his visor. While he'd been fairly cool before, an aura of anger now rolls off of him; a killing intent that makes even the berzerk Ruin look like a child at play.
Vile: Because now you're all going to die!
From the barrel of Vile's cannon, a light shines. A single orb appears and shatters, radiating out a massive surge of energy. The blast shoots out in all directions, ignoring everything in its path as it does so, with a blinding and unavoidable damage. The buildings within several hundred yards are shattered and every Navi in the area finds themselves infused with an energy that can only be described as rising death. The darkloids in the area are hit especially hard, as the blast destroys their connection with the effects of darkness itself as well as damaging them at the very core...
<Dark Soul and similar effects have been disabled for all Navis within the area. Effects are unavoidable and irrecoverable>
With the area filled with a blinding light and a blinding pain, a sudden burst of raw agony overtakes both Ruin and Xion as a massive force grips them effortlessly with crushing power. Then, as the light dies down, the truth is revealed. Around the master darkloids are a pair of massive, metal hands, holding them in place with paralyzing strength, originating from a huge, black mech that Vile now sits atop, controlling it from an open cockpit as he glares out at the group before him.
Vile: So I'll ask again; who dies first?

As if to answer Vile's question, a set of purple corners forming a box with a green plus in the middle forms on top of the arm holding Ruin begins moving up the arm and over the body of his Ride Armor. The cursor begins to scan the top of the Ride Armor at a more and more rapid pace before finally coming to a perfect stop on the left shoulder of the armor. The cursor begins to pulsate rapidly, making it highly apparent that something was being aimed at that spot... Milliseconds after the cursor starts flashing, a small pink ball of plasma energy tears through the sky above Vile, directly into the cursor, but the assault doesn't end with just the one blast, numerous others fly shortly behind it, all focused on destroying the support of that arm of the ride armor. The source of the attack is barely visible in sky, but very quickly begins to form. A single navi, free falling towards the fray. As the navi nears the ground, it shoots a blast of energy directly downward. The blast kicks up a small cloud of dust, marking it as having some distance from Vile. Using the force of the shot, the navi is able flip backwards, so that it can make a square landing in front of the imposing form of Vile's Ride Armor. As the dust clears, the form of X... the (OOC: long absent) navi of pure light, stands before Vile, charging energy into his buster for a follow up attack. ________________________________________________________
This attack was so unexpected!
The nature of it, drowning the Pantheon back into the depths of Megami’s subconscious where it belonged was a total fluke! The moment the attack washed over Megami with the strange energy, it was like she was being pushed back to the front row seat of her persona and the darkness had once again became pushed into the corners of her mind. She was well aware, and once again conflicted seeing Vile monstrous mech. Even as she staggered to get back to her feet, his words once again rang in her ears as he threatened their lives with the machine that was like a powering despair with its sleek design, and patch of color running…
That color scheme was very unusual, right?
The blast of Plasma energy was so sudden that Megami had flinched seeing the shot. It was quick, but so were the others. Almost as quick as if she could ask what had happened, other volleys of the powerful energy blast followed attempting to pepper the arm, but were very careful with where the attack was attempting to strike. With that, Megami was fully aware what was happening as she watched for three seconds in a ditzy daze and a twinge of pain from the recent attack!
“Megami-chan!” Xenneth’s cry snapping her back to reality, “We have to help them!”
“Right!” she exclaimed, “Widesword!” Xenneth’s cries were really an attempt to see if the Pantheon was alive or was it Megami, and her own answer being a sign she awoke from her chaotic assault. The female NetNavi had reached out her right hand in a whip of her arm as within her grasp was the hilt of the wide blade that formed in her tow. She had no need to use the Overclock ability of Unity once again as she felt she had more than enough speed at the moment for this one assault. Following the lead of the mysterious aggressor, she added her own cursor to the arm of the giant mechanical nightmare that held a tight grasp on Xion.
“Critical Marker!”
Her irises glowed like a jewel that was hit by a bright sun ray. The next moment, Megami had thrown back the blade she held to her left side of her body, taking the stance of a samurai just before she drew the blade in one violent cut as they exposed it from the scabbard. She kicked off quickly using her speed and focusing on the spot she marked along the arm’s most vital support. Even if she could not cut it off, she felt she could at least cause a kink in the flow of response that would give Xion his chance to escape.
Cut! Kick! Distance! She had to do those three things to make her feet move to ensure both her and the safety of Xion.
She swung her right hand in a myriad of slashes that were quick thanks to the empowering energy given off by her combined form with Unity. Her desperation and her tenacity was conveyed through the swings of the sword. Her eyes staying focused on the prize, but her mind was also wandering who was their helper at that moment who had given her the courage to attempt such a rescue in the first place?
Whoever it may be, she would have to thank them when this madness was over.

It seemed their collaborated techniques had mostly hit their mark, turning the tables in their favor;,but what smelled like success shifted quickly to a dire moment instead.
As Vile's area-wide assault annihilates the area,Glassman is inevitably slammed by the attack, only his armor lessening the deadly energy...though not by much,as every part of his body was racked with incredible pain. His frame smoked from the onslaught,as he fought to keep his footing.
'Ugh...what raw power...' Glassman thought to himself. But his eyes went wide as Vile's Ride Armor was revealed to them, with two of their temporary allies locked in its grip.
'That's some thick armor,too...!' he pondered internally, looking the armor up & down briefly.
As Vile asked them yet again who wanted to die first (an unanswerable question,to say the least),something - no,someone lands before them all...
'Hm,another strong guy?'
Judging from the most recent newcomer's moves, his capabilities seemed to surpass theirs, for sure...but that was a good thing! So there was no need to dwell on that.
Gathering his bearings after being hit,Glassman was ready to resume this fight. He hated that the city had taken a beating though...
Prepared to go on the offensive again,a forest-green ray of energy enveloped Glassman and with it a familiar set of vine-like roots emerged from beneath Vile's mech;,but unlike the safer ones that had saved Jin,these were covered in blade-like spikes - shooting upwards toward the Ride Armor,in an attempt to at least dig into it and deal some type of damage.
With red energy pulsating in the palm of his hand,Glassman thrust his index finger toward Vile, senting two bolts of lightning-like fire energy whizzing through the air, each aimed at a hand belonging to the occupied Ride Armor. They might not be able to pierce the monstrosity, but at least they might be able to weaken its grip on the two, even slightly.
With energy gathered from from using distanced attacks,Glassman forms a buster on-hand and rolls to the side, firing a concentrated blast at the left-leg of the armor, but he shifted his aim a little lower, aiming at the ground surrounding it.
Jumping back a few paces,Glassman did his best to keep his distance from Vile...especially now that he had brought out his Ride Armor.

"I've read stories about this guy. Never thought I'd see him with my own eyes."
Jin rose slowly from the ground, covered in scratches and scars.
"I don't know why, but I get this strange feeling that I could leave now, and everything would be fine. Still....might as well stick around to see what happens."
As he says this, Jin loads his guns one more time and fires repeatedly on Vile, knowing it won't do much damage if any. As he fires, he moves towards his target. He knows that he will likely get deleted and still he presses on. As he moves, the navi is filled with memories of Creamland, his home. Memories of his previous netOp, who was also his best friend. And hope for the future that would not exist if no-one stood up for today.
"Much as I'd love to see you move on to some other part of the net, there's too much at stake to allow such action."
This time, he didn't bother trying to correspond with Iria. He had a feeling that she would know what to do anyway.
"Just remember, though you may strike us down today.......there's a lot more navi's where we came from, more than willing to defend the NET."

Iria (You're darn right she does, Senka)
The onslaught had been so sudden Iria had little time to reaction. With no way to effectively avoid the attack she did the only rational option left. She crossed both arms in front of her, creating a small barrier to cover the vitals, and braced herself.
After the glare died the returned vision revealed a kneeling Iria. Both arms still fronted yet riddled with smoke trails. Her vitals, head and body proper, remain for the most part unharmed. A natural affinity with this brand of assault guarding her from the worst.
... She already knew Vile was an power killing machine. Already she wished Ghallager had been here to deal with this mess before the city had been leveled like this.
Keeping her thoughts to herself Iria lowered her arms and resumes her defensive stance. Quickly spotting the traitorous navi riding his signature abomination... and in its clutches, Ruin and Xion. Oh? The cur had turned his wrath on her own enemies. Opportune to say the least. With the arrival of X Iria felt even less inclined to help the havoc wreaking darkloids escape their fate. Seeing the others leap to aid them causes a disgruntled frown however. Seeing a paragon who has trumped filth time and time again among them now should have quelled doubt of failure and that scum like those two would be needed even as their current occupation of distracting fodder. Much less a combatant.
To: Glassman From: I'm not giving my name to a machine Body: Either let Vile destroy them both and then hit the mech, or let him at least severely maim them so they're easy prey after.
With no interest in even crippling the mech unit while it tortures the duo Iria made no motion of offense; Opting instead to patch up her injured arms.

As Jin spoke,Glassman merely listened, keeping his focus on Vile...though he glanced at Jin.
'Did he just imply we're gonna lose this...?'
The thought of them having already lost this fight was foolish thinking in his mind...or maybe he was too optimistic...? At least he agreed with the latter part of Jin's statement. Just like back at Shell Network and the EMP Network, there were still other out there willing to take a stand when necessary...
Then,he heard a 'beep!' in his ears as someone sent him some mail...
Reading it quickly and discreetly,he was surprised - or even appalled- that someone here would suggest letting the two get mangled or maimed at the hands of their current enemy...
Even if he didn't know who sent the mail,it was obvious that the sender knew the two captives...in some way or another...and they were snooty enough to call him a machine too...
Of course,he realized only Gravity beetle and Iria did know his name here...and it likely wasn't the rather calm-headed Beetle...unless someone else did somehow know him...
Tapping the message once,he brought up a X or O option and swiftly pressed the X,deleting the e-mail.
He had figured they were all on the same page...was he deceiving himself? He had hoped otherwise. If some were unwilling to work together in an incident like this...it'd surely spell trouble for them all further down the road.
For now,Glassman awaited whatever would happen next...

Suddenly snapped free of his madness by the blinding light and his connection to darkness severed. Ruin came to his senses mere moments before being grabbed by the hand of the massive ride armor. His body being squeezed so effortlessly despite his best resistance, the crushing force began to turn to rather immense pain as his life force was being slowly squeezed out of his body. Screaming in agony for but a moment, Ruin grit his teeth, holding back his voice as he struggled continually against the crushing force.
A shot of plasma connected with the shoulder of Vile's Ride Armor on Ruin's side. Hoping this might loosen the grip, Ruin manifested a Darkchip in hand, down inside the palm of the ride armor. He might regret this later, but better damaged than deleted. The Darkchip soon activated, a large bomb appearing in Ruin's hand, primed to detonate.
"Like I'd die to the likes of you!"
Ruin shouted as he rushed the Dark Bomb in his hand, detonating it with the explosion pushing outward on the Ride Armor's hand. Being at ground zero of the blast, Ruin could feel the power that he wielded in full force against him, and without a darksoul to fall back on. It wasn't enough to bring him down, but it certainly hurt a hell of a lot.

(OOC: Gravity Beetle did epic stuff again and it was epic)
The attacks all land true, causing the ride-armor to spark with each hit, yet show no damage or ware in spite of it all. Not even Ruin's point-blank explosion causes anything more than a spark and slight recoil. However, the targeting system combined with the plasma burst is something entirely different. Vile's ride-armor recoils from this attack, forcing it to slide back. This pattern, this attack. Vile looks to the sky to see the avatar of light fall from the heavens, recognizing him long before he becomes visible. This was what he wanted, this is what he desired for all those years.
Vile: X...
Vile's grip on Xion and Ruin tightens even farther, bringing the master darkloids to bound paralysis as Vile rights his ride-armor to see X as he stands, laughing under his breath the entire time.
Vile: You finally came down off of your high-horse to actually help those that you claim to care about? Years of hiding like a rat, and it takes me to get you to come back out in the open.
With one final squeeze, Vile brutally slams both Xion and Ruin into the ground with enough force to crack the pavement as they ricochet off to the side, leaving them both on the brink of deletion and severely weakened from the entire ordeal.
Vile: Not that I'm surprised. You always were so full of false-humility that it made me sick. You don't want to help those in need; if you did, you'd have stopped Gate years ago. All that you're here for...
The right fist of the ride-armor extends mid-sentence, taking the form of a huge, heavy Gatling gun pointed directly at X.
Vile: IS A GRUDGE!
In a flash, the vulcan roars to life with a hail of bullets that come out in a pattern that's a hybrid of a machine gun and a shotgun, spreading out wildly and firing relentlessly in a rain of power. Bullets that fly by X quickly decimate the buildings behind him, rocking them with compact explosions and causing it to collapse in the process. In this moment, the other Navis on the field are gone in Vile's mind. All that remains is X.
