The white lime-stone city near the heart of Electopia. Element City is a shining utopia, complete with sprawling gardens and forrests, a branching river that runs theough the city's center, and countless other features and attractions. The city is in nearly constant daylight with warm suroundings, making it a popular vacation spot for the entire Electopian network.
The whole of the city is owned by FreezeMan, the former Gospel leader who has now become one of the most prominent business-Navis of all time. It's centered around the old Melee-Stadium, with an extreamly active business sector and numerous places for Navis to set up their home pages. The living sectors stand near the outskirts of the city, while the business sectors stand near the center.

Having finally and recently descended down from the Galaxy network, Phenoix looked about the now reconstructed Element City, standing atop one of the buildings there, he wondered if he would remember this place. Though he had not sent a message, Phenoix was sure that his old friend would sense him coming back down. Though it was not the Element City he remembered from years past, it was nice to see the Electopia network again a great metropolis of activity. A refreshing sight after witnessing this place a barren wasteland.
"Things seem to be in order here... That's good, we deserve this at least."
He knew however all was not well within the net, having spent his time in the Galaxy network observing the world below, he knew that there was still conflict abound. Though he did not know the details, he knew slightly about this Caliga figure. He would have to ask Genesis when he saw him, which hopefully would be soon.

Phenoix must have missed him, because Finale was sleeping under the warm sun on the same building. It wasn't a home, but when your a hobo...nomad, homes are hard to come by.
Finale: YOU! You with the fancy wings and gold armor and that crap! You mind quieting down? I'm trying to sleep here! *Yawn* Look I may be blunt, but I haven't gotten sleep in days. If you are against the ONB good, otherwise Imma shoot ya. Kidding, kidding, but now that I'm up
you know where the nearest coffee shop is? I don't wanna fall asleep on the job again.

Phenoix glanced toward Finale, its true he hadn't noticed him, he was far too focused on his own thoughts. He didn't bother to turn to face him, only continued to look off into the distance. Still, he didn't know much about what the ONB really was doing, so this one might know a decent amount. Playing dumb may be his best option.
"Sorry no, Its been quite a while since I've been here. Not since... well.. a long time. Still, why are you so afraid of the ONB?"

*Before long, the heat in the area died out, growing cold, even Phenoix's fire was chilled as pure heat and fire data swirled about. Out of the cyclone appeared the red-toned navi with a cloaked virus behind her. This was the first time Embera had seen this...this phoenix looking navi before her. He wanted an answer, and she was gonna give him one.*
Embera: They're a bunch of tyrants. They try to register us, which keeps all of our data on file. I don't want them to just have my data to plant when something goes wrong. A lot of innocent navis are gone because of them. Now they have navis in corners, registering out of fear, only to be deleted when prosecuted guilty. They are so corrupt, and we're blindly submitted to them. Those not....have a KoS marked over them...The two of us are KoS navis....Just who are you now?

Phenoix paid no mind to the newcomer's dramatic entrance, he could sense a power difference between him and her, but he paid it no mind. He expected as much considering his off time, he still surveyed the area around him, but he did so while responding to the girl.
"Times sure have changed... I can assure you this much though. I am no enemy to either of you. For that matter I guess to the ONB I'm one of the KoS as well. Such a sad time it is."

*Embera was glad that she wasn't going to have to delete anyone today, peace was something enjoyable, no matter how much she loved destroying. Going over the navi before her, she could sense wisdom in him, and great power at one point.*
Embera: A lot of navis are MIA these days. I haven't been able to find Warrior, Merrill, Fayt, or even Zane.
*Embera grew quiet, she knew of the other one, the one that wouldn't go down by anyone's hands, but just why was HE gone? It made no sense to her, but she knew he'd come back when he was needed.*
Embera: Even the Onyx Overlord has been missing for over a month now....nowhere to be found. I'm thinking about trying to find him, we fought together hard, and he's strong, but its been so long and I'm starting to worry. But now for the real answer...Just WHO are you?

*As Embera speaks, a huge shadow suddenly looms over her. A black, inky form takes shape behind the Fire-elemental, looking on with blood-red eyes. With a roar of massive power, the being suddenly lunges forward into Embera....*

Embera: ACK!!!!! I THOUGHT I GOT RID OF YOU!!!! Stupid Crest! Why do I even keep this thing?! Because ColdMan gave it to me! AHHHH!!
*Through the blood-curdling screams, Cloaks prepared to drop the meteors. Just before it summoned them, the bear disappeared. Suddenly five large meteors crashed upon Embera. As the now black figure stood back up, all that could be seen were the whites of her eyes. Before she could even talk, she spewed a small ring of soot from her mouth.*
Embera: Sorry, that happens from time to time....

"darn!" K-414 hissed as he saw his prey moving towards another Navi on the edge of the city. His instincts had told him to wait before attack it, as though there had been reports of a bear-like virus attacking Navis and Viruses alike, there hadn't been any proof of that. So he hadn't been able to act out against it until it struck...which was unfortunately against another Navi.
A weird modification of data rippled over K-414 before a data-clone shot forward, slamming into the bear in an attempt to get it off of the Navi. However, a sudden storm of meteors fell from the sky, deleting the clone before it had a chance to do anything.
"...Mission Accomplished," the Navi said, though he looked a touch put out he hadn't been able to do the deed.

Phenoix wondered if he should reveal his name so readily, the girl had said that Genesis had been missing for some time, Warrior as well, two of his closest friends no less. It worried him slightly, unable to see his long time friend after so many years, however he knew Genesis. Strong, and he had his own agenda, Phenoix was sure their paths would cross in time. Warrior on the other hand, Phenoix wouldn't put it past him to get caught accidentally. At the very least he would put up a fight. He decided not to hide his true name to these ones, especially to this girl, she seemed to know Genesis quite well, or at least, she knew of his power firsthand.
"My name is Phenoix.EXE, as to who I am, well thats a long story. At the very least though I can tell you I'm a long time friend of two of those you mentioned. Warrior, and the Onyx Overlord, Genesis. I assume he's made quite a name for himself once again?"

Well that added alot to the conversation. And a random bear mauling an Embera. The world makes lots of sense. Lots of sense. Clouds started to gather overhead, if Finale gets anymore pissed of it's gonna start raining. And that's gonna suck.

Embera: We fought together against the Black Puppeteer, Caliga. Barely made it out okay in all honesty...All we have is this
*Embera pulled the black cord from her person, the only piece of thread leftover from the battle, even if through wits. Embera sighed as she remembers that it was with Caliga that she lost Scruffy for the first time.*
Embera: Genesis left after that. I don't know what..But since then I've been in charge of The Revolution....

*As the Navis on the rooftop talk about the happenings of the years since Phenoix first stepped from the earthly net plain for whatever his reason, a single figure moves among the crowd at the foot of the building. Wrapped in a dark gray robe, the Navi walks as a normal part of the masses, bus stops and somehow looks directly at the group.... he locks eyes with Phenoix from the great distance and stares for a moment, before turning away and going off with the crowd once again*

There was a change in the mood as K-414 approached. He knew none of these people, but at the same time, he felt something of a kindred spirit with them. His senses had heard them mention being opposed to the ONB...which was recently the turn that the Animus Syndicate had taken. There wasn't a reason as far as K-414 could tell, or Richard either, but that wasn't to say that their decisions didn't have solid reasoning behind them. Certainly, at first, K-414 had done virus-elimination tasks for the ONB, but now...
BUt that was in the past, and not important. Something had changed in the mood, and he wasn't certain what it was. Then, he glanced to the radiant Navi a short distance away, and saw that he looked...as if he was staring at something in the distance. Turning, K-414 saw a grey-robed figure for a moment before it vanished. "Strange..." he murmured.
