[smear:FF0000]The fabled land that resides nowhere in reality; a beautiful, picturesque mountainside covered in snow and pine-trees of various size, each fully decorated with lights of gentle hope. This is the surrounding area for this year's celebration of peace and good-tidings. The mountain woods, illuminated by a multitude of shining, white lights, is carved through by a number of winding roads, each just wide enough for a sled to pass comfortably. Each road goes on for what seems like an eternity before finally leading back to a great snow-field adorned with hills and snowmen. In the center of this sea of white stands a large structure of glass and stone; a castle of sorts, obviously divided into three unique wings. The main structure is a large yet inviting fortress, complete with a draw-bridge over an ice-glazed moat. Its stone walls house a large banquet area with a massive fireplace to the back and a mammoth pillar of wood in the center. To the left of this castle is a wing with large glass walls, revealing what appears to be an indoor forest of Christmas trees, all decorated with unique adornments and twinkling every color of the rainbow. To the right is a semi-open courtyard, full of snow-covered coniferous shrubs of all shapes and sizes, as well as a number of smaller fortress-like structures to act as shelters for any snowball wars that may erupt.
However, the most fantastic sight lies beyond all of this; sitting atop the main structure, an unnaturally large dome of lit glass rises to and outshines the full moon like a giant snow-globe. Within it stands a single tree of absolutely massive size, decorated with all manner of ornaments and lights, causing it to out-shine even the fully lit peak of the nearby mountain. This central dome is the main celebration area, yet its doors remain locked by an odd symbol; a large, golden halo....[/smear:00FF00]
For those who are new to the MMM: we have a yearly tradition of RPing our Navis at a Christmas/Newyears party each year. The area is entirely neutral, meaning there is no fighting, and villians/heroes can be RPed together on temporary friendly terms. This area is also sort of a sub-reality: you're allowed to RP here even if your navi is elsewhere. In essence: this is good-clean fun!

Fulgur examines the scene, grinning excitedly as his eyes shine in wonder. Cloak gently drifting around him, the young navi begins his walk down the path, glancing around and oooohing slightly at everything. He didn't know what to try first!!!Spotting the dome, Ful blinks, tread slowing."Wooooooooow....."
....and that's when a ball of compact snow slams into the back of Fulgur's head with a loud "PIFF". With his hands behind his back and a whistle of awe, Edge walks up the path behind Fulgur and looks to the castle that lies just beyond the snow-field.
Edge: Looks a lot better than the old one. This may very well be a fun time.

Ful yelps as a snowball slams into his head. Rubbing it, he turns around, expecting one of his teammates. Seeing it was a navi he didn't know, the young navi tilts his head, but waves, smiling shyly. He'd have to get him back for that, but till then...Nodding, Ful looks up at Edge."Y-yes...It's very a-amazing.....And I hope so....Uhm, I-I'm Fulgur Anima.."

There was a series of strums, no doubt of an acoustic guitar. Each time a serene hum would follow in unison, drowning out the crunch of the boots that walked through the snow. The were hit pink with yellow ribbons drifting in delicate some movements that could only belong to a maiden. The hymn matched asking such a depressing question that should have never needed to be asked:
"Is love alive...is love alive..."
The strums of the guitar continued with no interruption, but brief pauses in the rhythm that faded like they were traces of a beautiful dream. But, never failing, they returned in all glory, still overstepping the sounds of the slush that pressed into the hidden soil. The female figure could see this with her foggy whiteness that blinded her solid rectangle shades that covered her eyes. Her pony tail sweeping with every rhythmic movement, the headphones pumped out another verse.
"My voice; a beacon in the night. My words a light, to carry you to me!~"
She smiled. It was not everyday you were trying to imidating a song perfectly for someone you loved using a Hyper Mode and a Soul combination. It was to be a beautiful Chritmas Surprise like no other. So, happily, with a pristine smile, she strummed on hte materialized guitar and kept singing as if her lover was right before her.
"This is my winter song, December never felt so wrong. If you're not where you belong....inside-my-arms!"
"My voice a beacon in the night, My words a light, to carry you to me!~"
She stopped. Her body plopped on the warm cushions realizing where she was. The burning fire was comfort to her cold song at the moment. Her yearning was calmed only by as much as an ember would pop from the flame. Still, with a gentle brush, she spoke with an acoustic fade of her tone as she rested her tiring body upon the couch. The Hyper Mode had done its work, and her voice had conveyed the message she wanted to send
"Is love alive....is love alive..." gently, her song faded into the pillows as Megami became sheepish.

As Kidd entered the area, he noticed that he was in freefall. However, rather than panicking, he embraced the fall. When he landed on his back outside the building, a perfect snow angel was made. He took note of this after picking himself up, just before walking in.
"Seems like this is the place to be around this time of year."
Before taking a seat at a table, he grabbed a cup of egg nog. While it may have been a digital construct, it was a tradition that he saw humans observing.
Wearing his snow white cloak, Merrill enters into the main doors, walking over the drawbridge slowly, quietly. The fortress was beautifully constructed. He couldn't help it as he let out a small smile, remembering Christmas Celebrations of the past. He had to admit, he had always enjoyed the festivities. There was always something going on with them. Sadly, this year, he was unaccompanied by Healer or Defender. He let down his hood, his spikey white/black hair making tiny jingles as he replaced the crystals with bells. He spotted some shenanigans from Edge and Fulgar, and snorted with an odd noise. Normally, in years passed, he would immediately join in such shenanigans. However, this year, he started by heading over to a table, grabbing a thing of eggnog, sprinkling a tiny bit of Cinnamon in the snow-Crystal glass, and headed off to the right wing of the hall, towards the beautifully adorned shrubs in the courtyard.
He spoke quietly, his one Teal-Green eye and his red eye admiring the many colored trees and the patterns of lights. Even some of the snow fortresses where very highly decorated. He walked slowly, his feet crunching softly in the snow on no particular path.He vaguely heard Megami's voice in the distance, fading out near the end as he walked.
One young female navi with rose pink colored hair stepped across the drawbridge and into the castle fortress. She wasn't sure what to do. The note she found had said, "Dress Nicely, be prepared for merriment and fun, and have a good time. Use this Money to find a dress. We Celebrate Christmas Every year. It's time you do too." The letter was unsigned, but had directions to where she was supposed to go. In the letter she had received a small wad of money, which she pent on her attire. She Didn't really understand "Christmas," but she was here to see what it was about. She wore a white dress, soft silk outlining the edges. She had gold silk trim, and had her prized possession, an emerald brooch, around her neck. Her soft, sleek and slightly shiny hair extended down to her lower back, little green, gold, red and silver bells tied to several small curls in her hair. She had a Gold Bow hair clip in her hair, holding her hair back properly. She wore white snow shoes that complemented her dress. She walked with elegance, but almost lacking some confidence. She looked around, and saw no one she recognized. She immediately walked over to the buffet and grabbed both an apple, and a glass of eggnog. She sat own by herself at a table near the fire, noting Koga, Fulgar and Edge, watching the entrance for other navis. She could hear the ending of Megami's song, and she turned her head slightly. She sipped on her eggnog and waited.

The pink linens and ribbons were not of her usual outfit, but that was just how bizarre this new ability was. Even more so, her eyes squinted as she felt funny trying to control her tongue. Xenneth was not at his desktop right now: Tokybo Bloom was so busy by the hour. She could feel him peering over her as he would make one more sound purchase that chimed the cash register and then see everything was okay.
"No urge to rest in bed," she chimed, "Then I shall go take a stroll instead!~"
She squinted. This form was weird.
She hefted the lightweight pink acoustic guitar and slang it behind her back. Her fingernails dug through her hair, reaching to adjust the yellow ribbons that fell behind her head in place of her bundled hair. This form was surely bizarre! Walking about, she left the welcoming warmth of the fire place and decided to see who was within the halls of this strange place. It did not take long for her to get back to the main entrance that she altogether ignored by being caught in the glitz and glamour of the new construct.
There was something that caught her attention: another strange digitized beverage that Kidd was lifting to his lips.
"Hello there friend, as new anotha' day?" her eyes rolled slightly in confusion more than thought about her opening line, "Would it be cool if you let me know what we're drinkin' today?"
She leaned forth slightly only putting more emphasis on addressing Kidd.
Now Listening To:: ----- Chatty Ditz (OOC):: I don't even remember making the other post.
It took Kidd a while to realize that the goddess themed navi was addressing him directly.
"Huh? Oh, this?"
He pointed to the nog in his hand.
"I believe the humans call this particular beverage Egg-Nog. They usually mix brandy into it though. I know we digital beings don't actually require food and drink, but it sometimes gives the humans a sense of normalcy to see us honor their traditions."
After saying so, he grabbed another cup of tbe stuff and handed it to Megami.
"Might I get this Godsess's name? Mine is Kidd. Pleased to make your acquaintance."

"Thanks to you, from me, for my little drink!~"
She sang before she sipped; obviously thankful for the beverage.
It was not the flavor that was astonishing, rather the reference the NetNavi gave her by description. Why did everyone call her a 'Goddess?' It must have been a natural name for someone like her. It meant the very meaning behind her name that Xenneth gave her. She was dressed like anything other than a Goddess right now: her pink leather knee high boots were not unnoticed, unless you were one to look at the draping thigh high skirt. It was the normal for the sailor girl look, which she involved with a big yellow ribbon that let its excess pieces of cloth wrap and swirl near her legs.
Her NetNavi crest could have done it. Nestled in the ruby trimming of the border on her bundled bosoms held by her chest cut outfit, the angel wing could have hinted towards the characters of a Goddess. Her eyes had shown a sweet patient stare to Kidd before she nodded her head lifting her right index in a sublime display.
"Greetings Kidd, and pardon me!~" she said happily, "Didn't mean to be rude! My name is Megami!~"
That rhyme actually sounded okay by her taste that time. Still...this ability...was weird.

That was the cue...
The horrid bells that should have toned, the faces that should have looked in their direction in shock, and the sound of shattering eggnog glasses should have made a pristine, orderly melody. If anyone knew Megami well knew that she would not even, in her next life, know what Koga meant. Xenneth certainly would have known, but Koga did not. However, Megami's gulability shown in full blast:
"Oh what's that? You mean guys that avoid me for a chat?" her rhyming continued on as she sung, "I see a lot of them a matter of fact. Sometime I can handle as three...maybe four....over fifty a day, back-to-back?"
Okay...her answer was innoccent, but probably not to most ears.
The NetNavi went on saying this, holding up her fingers playfully as if she really counted. She had a smile on her face that shown there was nothing peculiar about the question at all. Guys approaching her were just...well...guys. Xenneth did not warn her the dangers of NetNavis that looked at her with oogling eyes, and even if the situation came up, he knew it was not possible for any of them to get close to her.
It was a double jeoperdy situation in a way...
"But that's another talk for another time, let it rest!" she continued on as she smiled playfully towards Koga."As far as guys that I can't avoid, I guess you're next!"
Kidd was surprised for a moment, causing him to spill his egg nog on himself. Then he had a moment of clarity.
"I'm sorry, I should have worded my question differently. How do you fend off the common suitor. By suitor, I of course mean those who undoubtedly find you attractive and wish to express this sentiment."
Hopefully this question would be easier to understand, without being overly obvious. It then dawned on him that he had spilled his drink all over himself. However, a rearangement of his code was all that was required in order to fix this.
"Hold that thought for a moment."
He retrieved another cup of egg nog and was back at the table in the blink of an eye.
"So, how is a navi such as yourself, what the humans call single?"
Post by ~Divine|<3|Heart~ on Dec 24, 2015 0:15:37 GMT -8
"Common suitor?" she had chimed, "Well why didn't you say sooner?"
Megami had began, but gave the NetNavi a moment to clean himself up. It was impressive how quick he done so. It took her forever how to learn how to do something as simple as a graphic refresh or override. Xenneth had to teach her that NetNavis had the luxory of being digital and did not have to stress over the things humans had to. Outfits and little spills were one thing. However, being wise and trying to crack the common code of hints in language was another.
Even as Kidd walked away, the female NetNavi was slapping herself.
"Strange," she thought to herself, "I can understand him a bit better than usual." Megami stroked her free hand against her apparel, seeming impressed by the garb for some reason. With a gentle smile, she responded to Kidd as he returned. Maybe it was time for herself to have a change of clothing as well?
With a stroke of her free hand, the clothing along Megami's body exploded into small bits of light. Each glistening node anced along her form until it revealed a blue coat and a white dress underneath. Her wooden sandals were shown at her feet's base. Her chestnut brown hair bundled and falling along her back in a single ponytail, and her blue eyes reflected the dying light so well, but Kidd even more.
"My apologies," she said with a relaxed and composed dialect, "I was tryring to use an ability to understand everyone at this party. My...Net Operator...he helps me understand things. When NetNavis simply ask me about things like 'being single,' I simply say, No, thank you!' or 'I am not interested.' I believe that is how Xen-kun taught me to refuse them. "
Her eyes rolled to the top of her head as if she was trying to recall the memory. No doubt she was being forward. Megami was not sure how to say "No" or if there was a "Proper way" as the violet haired boy tried to explain. She just knew that things were not as simple as "Black and White" in the world.
Another thing he tried to teach her, but still uncertain about.
Zxylia watched as a silver navi carried a young female navi away. She raised her eyebrows and watched. As he rounded the corner, she stood and started to follow. She tossed her eggnog out as she followed. She followed at a safe distance, being quiet, despite her appearance. She was far enough that the noise from her shoes and bells were nearly silent in the halls. She tracked them to the bedrooms. She waited a few seconds and peaked in just as the navi vanished. She stood, unsure weather to check in on the navi on the bed. She waited, thinking...
