Auto-Attack Rules Updated
Auto attacks will now have cooldown between automatic firing. So for example autos for 2 turns with [1 turn cooldown] will go:
Use
cd
auto
cd
auto
Enter actual cooldown.
This change results in removing the cooldown incurred by simply having the "autos for X turns" effect.
The actual rules for autos have been found, updated, put back in the guide as well. *glares*
For quick reference:
Auto-attacks...
All Auto-attacks always deal 1/2 damage while Auto-attacking. Damage additions and subtractions to Auto-attacks in battle are applied at 50%.
...each turn
Damage Reduction: If optional, 10
Required CD: None, but takes 1 Total/CD Charge if the attack has no other CD
Total Limit: 1
Attack attacks automatically each turn at no Attack slot cost. You may choose when during your turn it Auto-attacks, but if it is not optional, you must use the Auto-attack whether you want to or not.
...when a condition is fulfilled
Damage Reduction: 10
Required CD: None, but takes 1 Total/CD Charge if the attack has no other CD
Total Limit: 1
Attack attacks automatically each turn that a set condition (such as "Auto-attacks each turn the user avoided 2 or more attacks"). Conditions cannot be such that the attack is guaranteed to auto-attack every turn.
...for # turns
Damage Reduction: 10 per turn it auto-attacks
Required CD: Once per turn. Takes 1 Total/CD Charge if the attack has no other CD.
Total Limit: 1
After its initial use, the attack Auto-attacks for the following # turns. With a wait period between autoing equal to the attacks cooldown. The Cooldown for these attacks does not begin counting down until the turn after they are finished auto-attacking. If you have 0 or less Cooldown on them, they still cannot be used until the turn after the final auto-attack.

Above-Minimum Cooldown Removed
The additional damage gained from having a cooldown/charge higher than your required minimum has been removed. We're back to the regular formulas regardless of above minimum.

Virus System Implemented
Viruses all released. After months of tedious iteration they're all done. The rules for them have changed dramatically since their last incarnation so I'd suggest giving the Guide post a good once over. Here's the relevant board for them as well.
The only current existing program for summoning viruses is in the Bugfrag Shop.
It also must be stressed again that Virus vs Virus battles are incredibly boring.
