...typical. He would have a plan that was...well, not a plan.
The interface seemed to not move in response to his sarcasm. If anything, the personality of Nu had "almost" seemed to takeover. The tone of voice would have been a little more judgmental, the gaze that blank stare as if it was a trainer attempting to teach a dog the most simplest command, and not to mention that usual question of "why did she bother" travel through her mind right before boring a sword, cannon blast, and/or not to mention her own gooey hand through a program's noggin and ending the conversation there.
The third option would probably be the best and she proceeded to do so promptly.
"Analyzing..." her thoughts minimum, "Analyzing...ignoring redundant question...analyzing..."
Just as quickly, the interface collapsed and appeared right before Legion's presence. It's gooey-like hands presenting an opaque shaped blade taking the place of the limb. The face of the goo absent of everything, including sympathy for the program's ignorance. "Analyzation complete. Punishment must be initiated!" Drawing back both arms, the gooey texture of the figure lashed out with a double swipe of its arms at Legion's upper and lower torso as the interface seemed to prompt itself to attack.

"Legion...Legion..." the voice sounding through his head as if contemplating the name, "Illogical! Library suggests many alternatives as in order: clown...loser...nuisance..."
The thoughts were flowing through his head just as quickly as it came to Nu's but they were trivial. The most dominant and important thoughts she kept to herself and she acted on them. The thoughts of acting on the falling debris was...not important. They simply hit the terrain and sunk in with ease as if they were capsizing in quicksand. The split double on the other hand sunk into the terrain and once more begun to course through the terrain like blood through a vein.
It only took a moment to appear next to Legion's right side. The closed doors were not to a problem at the moment.
"Inferior...inadequate...little-fish..."
The list went on...
But the interface did not stop either. Bound to the floor, it continued to move within its limits. That however was the flaw as the ray was able to strike its body just before it got in range of Legion. It actually took a moment to consider the damage. It's clear gel expression giving thought to its slow recovery speed. The replicated body would not be able to take too much damage, but still, it was enough to take care of-
"The cake-a-few-carrots-short."
That one was on the list too.
The goo had recovered as the wound grew to a massive bubble on the side of its body. It expanded quickly until finally swelling to a half of the size of the replica's form. The bubble burst suddenly from the side of the body, and from it emerged another upper body that reached its form in a stretching lunge towards Legion. The primary part of the body seemed to sit in place as it seemed to look on with a clear face, somewhat distracted and the castle in her response strained with the weight of the bugs she was introducing into the Network.
The weight increasing making the area like a death trap.
"Thoughtless...ignorant...powerless..."
Names that were on the bottom of the list, but were the most important of all as the interface continued emitting its glitching power. Burns, static, and strange bits of moisture running a mock around the room.

This was a pointless fight...
"Weak..."
She muttered this as the debris he thought he commanded was floating about in chaos. The moment he laid his grasp on the face of the branching body, the interface broke away. Stood still, perfectly, even as the program before her went on an emotional tyraid. He was so illogical, but not enough to warrant her inquiry. She saw him many times before in the crazed faces of humans who craved power. In the end, their stories were the same!
He was going to die like this.
The interface had avoided every shockwave and every attempted to be caught in the ridiculous crossfire. So nonchalant, it slithered its bound, rotted body from the close door ways of the castle, to the middle of the floor that was slightly grotesque with the running pieces of debris combined with flesh, and then there was the opening where she was casuaully strolling to leave.
"Analyisis complete....fool..." she concluded, "The subject evolved from idiot to fool! Minor discovery. Conclusion, nonrelavent. Fool is no benefit. Leave, fool!"
She slithered to the inner recess of the castle as she tired of the slightly shambled entrance way.

The interface had begun to slither off, but stopping just short of the doorway, the interface had looked back.
"Fool...Good-bye, fool."
It collapsed right into place. The room that was to-....then again, nothing was torn to pieces. Because this "castle" stopped being a "castle" a long time ago and this program did not see it. The flooring was a nicely colored simulated cobblestone graphic disguise that hid the flesh and veins of pink that swelled. The walls were that like intestinal tracts, and the moisture, and eletrical impulses were like the inner workings of a brain's charge and the acids of a stomach. Nerves and flesh all twisted in the room to finally make the area as thick with pressure as a sea floor.
The door not only shot, but completely closed its opening becoming nothing more than a wall.
The castle clearly could not be destroyed. Especially by a weak NetNavi. That's most likely why the interface was going down her list of taunts that were simply facts at this point. The NetNavi or whatever program seemed to be interested in causing destruction, but it came to the worst possible environment to do so. It was a large living body with the usual regen properties of the original.
The Interface became one with its natural body and it responded with its final protocol. The room tightened and compressed as the flesh had turned it into a small box of lumpy flesh narrowing the room to navigate. No openings remained as escape was closed off with hope of victory. From the walls, ceiling, and flooring of the room; thick strands of the blob stretched and whipped towards Legion's direction aiming to make contact and infect him.

Now Playing: ----- Chatty Ditz: Sorry, I copy and pasted the tag most likely, but another thing...you can't destroy the castle because Nu IS the castle, and since you're in her - then you can't just walk into her, do damage, and then walk out.

"Are you mad or just plain dumb."
A small lump of the gel-like flesh formed once again. Unlike the last, it shown definite color of pink. It was thick, gooey, and the features were colored to fine hues. The only thing different was the core copy color at the chest of this interface. However, unlike the last, it seemed to have somewhat of a definite personality, sharing a hive mind with not only the true Nu, but also staring at her very body from Legion's own perspective. She furrowed her brow only from where she stood just so she could be sure he was seeing just how absent minded this show of destruction was.
"I've gained a resistance to eating fools..." The damage was minimum and the miasma was halted by an even more foul odor. The new interface with the core of the amoeba program had stood before Legion with a straight face. The walls were not only recovering at a quick rate, but also seem very much unaffected by the attacks. The foul odor, something akin to a certain Battlechip data was running a purple swampy texture along the floors. The scent wrapped itself into the room as it seemed the fragrant Geddon was mixing with what was probably stomach acid at this point. The core had stared at Legion with a glare that still mocked his intelligence.
"You have become a thorn to me for the last time," Nu said with a smug smile. In truth, she was angry! She was angry for even assimilating with a foolish program like this. The experience and data collected was not even the worth the incompetence he displayed. To no end, she cursed herself until finally walking with her thoughts flowing through her head and his.
"You shown your cowardice, shown a stupidity for throwing yourself in situations would not only compromise me, but compromise you, and also ignoring the very fact that you forget..." she grasped her hand until it became a fist. Her shoulders risen as her fingers snapped her thumb and middle finger, "I OWN YOU!!!"
His unintelligent actions were what caused this...
The moment he absorbed bugs from this place, her bugs, he let more and more of being into his body. The bug in his mind was only partially consuming for them to have a symbiotic relationship, but with the snap of her fingers, it became a full on parasite as it caused a chain reaction: an agonizing attack that would be like hundreds waging war on someone's inside, and unlike Nu, she doubt he had the defensive programs she consumed.
With one or two points, Nu activated more of her defensive programs: Paladin Spirit, Defense Up, and even her own Life Virus Core rotating in her chest at a rapid speed to increase her resilience while recovery continued. It would make for good timing, especially by the time they wore off, this NetNa-...actually, she didn't know what he was or what he did.
She just wanted him digested by now.
"If you manage to escape this somehow, out of desperation," Nu continued with her thoughts, "I will keep watching you! I will watch as every part of me in you attacks your body like venom. I will watch through your eyes as you crawl from one person to the next beckoning for their help to end your agony somehow. Eventually, many times over, I may even approach you just to see my feet as I inject more of my bugs and data in you until you are a miserable hollow shell."
This was rare. This was one of the few times Nu became angry.
Her connection with her true mind and body was probably fueling this rage. While she was busy robbing some old guy blind, she was also dealing with some sort of "Wannabe God" who found her actual red button: insolence!

"Pathetic." Another snap of the fingers slowed Legion's movements that moment. "You are a fool to think just because I'm an underling of the blow-hard that I am weak." She was insulted! A powerful hive mind that soaked up all data and any type of information that was deemed worthy. At the moment, there was no worth akin to this program before her. Even now, he was fooling himself to say he was in control, fighting for domination of this body. His demonstration had started to become a fight for domination had he realized it or not.
There must have been a clue to her intention, even to make the NetNavi try to reject the parasites. She smiled, but it was more of that same smug look. "You're one with me, remember?" she thought staring at Legion, "A deal's a deal you brainless doll. I can see through your eyes in real-time, but I may have to up the ante of our deal since you obviously are being like a rebellious brat!"
Nu's right hand grew to twice her body's size, then to a third! The massive hand swung out as if batting the attack from Legion away, or even subsiding it into nothing. With her casting her "Slow" on the target, it was not hard, and it even given more pressure, damage, and statuses to the program that defied her.
With all the bugfrags and pieces of her body he took in, he would be beyond sick in no time. She knew this from experience.
"Now, submit, my rebellious portion of myself!" The giant hand came down aiming to swat Legion to the floor of the castle and pin him down. Nu, with a smug look, simply watched as she intended for the floor to bond to his body and make them one in the same.

"I have no time for this..."
Nu was not being dismissive. She literally had no time with this! Her core rotated quickly as the resistance continued to build from the damage, but the affliction of those ugly pieces of data did not. With every moment, she did feel something, but it was no damage. It was the thoughts of those ugly chips! Rosetta had a hold of her: one that she did not expect. It was a fatal flaw that she acknowledged not with a genuine look on her face of shock, surprise, or disdain; mostly it was a calm thoought
Dark chips...I hate them... a thought even kept to herself and away from Legion.
If a part of her was actually becoming human...actually becoming something illogical where she would consider empathy, hate, and not to mention L-...
Lo-
Lo-Lube? Was it Lube? She'll just say "Lube" was the word she was looking for!
Anyway, she could not acknowledge that. She didn't need any of those incarnations of prejudice and bias human thought messing with her psyche. She did not need things like anger, sympathy, and some byproduct used to moiston the body. She just needed her intellect, and because of her seeing the irrational stupidity of the NetNavi before her, that's what she was going to brush off the intrusion as.
Yes...she hated those stupid dark chips, and she hated him! But he had his uses...
As the infection was reaching into Nu, it shown by the black veins and lines coursing along her legs and imitative clothing. It pooled into her eyes like an eclipse, but her blue irises were still visible. There was another color change as her pupils became flowery resembling the petals of a plant. It was as if something else was there, fighting, something pure.
The blob girl raised her hand, slowly as if with regret, snapped her fingers and watched as her flesh started to unravel from Legion's body. Her self seemed unscatched as the core continued rotating at its quick speed: repairing, resisting, and collecting data. She seemed to be in a state of constant regeneration and resiliance that her cells were allowing at an incredible rate which details won't be disclosed as easily because of some lack of temptation to power-play.
"Then that means I should rip you into pieces until nothing is left." she thought out loud, "You get a high off those little chips and you think that's enough to think you can walk into me, have your way, and not pay the price? I should find a way to resurrect those wretched little cyber leviathans just for the fun of watching them gnaw on your bits, spit them out, and add a feature just to empty excrete all over your remains!"
As Nu thought this, the blackened lines receded, her body became as clear as water. Her expression, however, remained the same as the core spun wildly as if it was her very illogical rage that was surfacing. However, her thoughts and tones became like a machine once more.
"Idiot..." she addressed, "...I suggest you may leave. I may just find other ways to delete you without being direct, such as posting a Bounty on the Electopia's Bulletin Boards and making some sort of heinous lie jusst to have you not be a bother to me ever again."

Candy? Maybe candy?
People liked children and they liked candy. So maybe she could post on the bounty boards that the program was stilling candy from child NetNavis. Yes! Yes! That was wonderful! For some reason people liked children and candy. These thoughts flowed through her like they were like a priority more than the program itself trying to turn on her and delete her being. It was a waste of logical time that could had been spent on something else...like finding out the illogical need for candy and children loving morons!
She was mad! Angry ev-...wait! She was mad? Why was she mad?!
The thought of being mad made Nu angry, but also intrigued her. It was a new experience! One could even say it was thrilling...frightful! Why frightful? What the heck was happening? She had to think about this, and she turned to the only thing she could think of at the time as she lowered her head. The only brain in the entire world that she could call a "colleague" since they had some rational as well as a mixture of understanding of the illogical.
"Rosetta..." A murmur to herself once again as Nu thought about the young girl.
She was so innocent! Also, she was such an apprentice had she dropped those trivial emotions! Why, Nu could see her being the perfect little mind if she stopped thinking about things like: big brother, welfare, and constantly showing that little huff of her cheeks and furrowing brow that made her look like some tempered doll. Nu smiled about it...fondly. Her intelligence that is! Not her little illogical flaws! No! Those little illogical flaws were just the things that separated the genius from the truly ignorant.
Nu chuckled to herself. Her blubbering body jiggling as she opened a small window with a toss of her palm.
Maybe she should consider summoning her "colleague" to this new found creation that was her castle. With a flick of a digit and her core slowing to a gentle hum, Nu sent out a signal from the castle to the nearby P.E.T. only she could know that would detect the code. It could expose her to some others at the time, but she knew her little researcher would evade them and work in her favor to keep unsavory characters off her back.
"Talk time...Rosetta-chan.."
She smiled gently. Maybe they could resurrect an old project of theirs? With that, the core copy had vanished into the flooring. With a single pulse like the thumb of the heart, the castle dawned back its faux guise to become a Venus Flytrap once more.
[Interface returned to dormant: Patrolling...]
