Rosario chuckled a bit at Fulgur's nervous nature.
"Fulgur Anima. That is a nice name. Make sure you treasure it."
Rosario stepped forward, over the scattered bits of glass and concrete.
"So, I did some research on the ONB."
Rosario held his right hand up just about his chest, causing a small screen to appear.

Fulgur tilts his head at the chuckle, then nods as Rosario said he should treasure his name."Y-yes....."And then he hears something important....the other navis did research on ONB.His eyes gleam, and a small grin flickers into appearing." Y-you did?" Excited, he looks at the screen.

"The ONB has indeed 'collapsed'. It's been taken over by two highly destructive Navis. Gate and Vile. I've been looking for some information on them but I do not have much yet. Currently there is no way to remotely access the network. Access would be denied. Besides, I believe it is not a bright idea to waltz in anytime soon anyway. It seems the ONB may be down forever, unless someone strong enough rises to the challenge of fighting them."
During all of this, Rosario would masterfully move his fingers across the screen, tapping all sorts of things and buttons.

Fulgur furrows his brow. The ONB had been taken over?! No....that...that wasn't good..It was supposed to be a force for light...He bites his lip, listening more. Locked out? And they were powerful as well...The young navi sighs. He was far too weak to do anything...He hadn't even lasted very long in that earlier battle. Fulgur looks at Rosario." What should w-we do?"

And then Golem was there because Deav-magic. It was one thing to find himself in random places against his will when he had no choice in the matter. But it was another totally different matter to be expelled against his will when he chose to be there. Unfortunately, Golem couldn't do anything about it in his current state and was seemingly too tired to dwell on it any further.
It was then that he noticed the other two navis from before. Golem did NOTHING but sit and listen, may as well avoid overexerting himself for the time being.

After being ejected from the Kotobuki network, Kidd somehow ended up in Element City Network. When he came to, he was on the roof of a rather tall building. As he stood, he could feel the wind whipping him around from all directions. Slowly, he made his way to the edge before looking down.
"Well, this is precarious."
He looked around and found a door for an elevator. Climbing in he hit the button for the ground floor and waited to arrive at an altitude at which he would be comfortable.

Rosario peered up from his screen. This golem was rather large.. and unexpected. He went back to looking at his screen and typed as he spoke.
"There is nothing we can do. I'm sure there might be a way to forcefully break in from an adjacent network, but even then that would be a wasted journey, and could end in a quick deletion. Both of these Navis sound incredibly strong, maybe even stronger than that Reaverking we encountered."

Fulgur blinks as the golemn from before appears, and watches him warily. Hmm...he didn't seem to have hostile intent...Accepting that the living hunk of stone was simply there, the young navi looks at Rosario, listening. He thinks, considering. Fulgur was hoping to become a hero, but...it didn't look like that was possible...."O-okay......I..I need to do the work they would!!" His eyes gleam in determination, though outwardly the navi was just as timid and shy as ever."I'll help watch out for innocents..and get stronger...I m-may not be official...but..I won't s-stand by and not help.."

Fulgur blinks."Make a underground o-organization?" He thinks, then nods." Y-yes.....we need to f-find like minded navis....ones eager to d-defend the innocent..." The young navi breathes in, looking at Rosario." Let's do it.....let's make a organization dedicated to fighting against evil!" He blinks, hearing the shattering of chains, and looks at Golemn." Hmm? I..I thought those were a part of him.." He then looks, seeing the one who had broke them, and pales, recognizing the one who had deleted, at least nearly,him. Gulping, he steps back, shrinking, but stops. If he was going to make a group to fight against evil....he couldn't run. Fulgur steps toward, looking at Legion and waiting.

After stepping out of the building, Kidd looked around at the others. He blinked a few times in shock before speaking up.
"Well now, some o' y'all look mighty familiar."

To say what happened was unexpected would be putting it mildly at best. Golem was perfectly content with just sitting around and doing nothing (as he typically did 90% the time) when Legion started stirring the pot. Of course, paying attention required so much energy and thought his poor processors didn't even acknowledge what was happening until it was too late. It was more of a shocked surprise then a "no please don't do that" kind of shock.
And his eyes went out. His form started to tremble slightly, gently at first. But after a moment or two the hunk of stone began to shake more violently as a faint warm glow began emanating from the seams of his stone body. The peaceful light blue of his crest then simply switched to red before his eyes lit back up... only brighter and with more intensity to them.
Golem rose to his feet, standing to his full height before casting his gaze around. So much power, he was burning up like a furnace. Flames occasionally shot out of the seams of his body as his eyes locked onto Legion who regardless of his reasoning, had just set loose a bull in a china shop. Golem let loose a bellowing roar that shattered all nearby windows just from the force. The flames started to emanate more intensely as Golem started walking toward Legion, his pace quickening into a frenzied sprint as he pulled a white hot glowing fist, and threw a ground obliterating Hammer Fist punch straight down at Legion.

((OOC: When I mentioned Kidd stepping out of the building, i meant he stepped out near Rosario and the others.))
Kidd didn't exactly enjoy being ignored, but he wasn't one to raise objections. He had overheard some of the conversation while he exited the building.
"Well, if we're going to get organized, we're going to need a few things.
1. A name
2. An insignia
3. An organizational structure
4. A base of operations
and 5. resources.
So, any ideas where to start? And don't say 'Rob a bank'."
Truthfully, he'd really only heard two words, but they were more than enough for him to understand. Those words being 'Underground Organization'.
"I have a few ideas for a name myself. Network Defense Force, Reaver Reapers, and Darkloid Hunters."

Golem's fist did not take kindly to being frozen momentarily, and infact it wasn't completely slowed. It fought the immobilization every second until it's target had been long gone, leaving Golem to punch his fist through the ground. Well, apart from that giant fist sized hole, no one was hurt.
But Golem was still not better yet, growling deeply as if he was enraged that he was unable to hit his target because they left. He still seemed completely oblivious of the other navis though, and then just disappeared with a quick flash of light.
