Blade looks back at static.
"Our battle has been postponed. Until next time. For now, I must leave. If you choose to follow, it's up to you. But, if I were you, I wouldn't stay here to long."
He follows Sol quickly into the forest net.

[bgcolor=003374]A young man sat atop a nearby building, several stories tall, just enough to rise above those around it. Charcoal pant legs danged over the edge of the flat topped structure of digital steel. Winds were calm, but the resulting breeze from nearby shenanigans rustled his cyan bangs from his face, allowing his electric azure irises to scan without obstruction.
Silver gauntness pressed to the rail on which he sat, the humanoid navi watched the scene before him as it approached. He sat within the creature's apparent path of destruction, each hefty drop kick brought him that much closer. He observed the quarrels of the lesser beings in the face of the approaching titanic destroyer.
Intrigued, the navi moved to approach, heaving over the building's edge and applying pressure to the side of the building with all limbs in a mostly vain attempt to decelerate.
"Yamato! Don't get closer to that monster, this is just pushing your luck. You can't fight with that!" A voice pleaded with the navy vested navi as he saunter forth towards the giant.
"Oh, worry not, I'm not in it for a fight. Just simple curiosity, m'dear."
This navi, Yamato he was called by his distant but close operator, stood and stared at the conjured orb. Mysterious indeed. What ever was it's purpose in the creation of this chaos? Was it organized, a mere whim? A mixture of the two? Perhaps there was an anarchist about. The navi shuddered at this though. Anarchy. Though often affiliated with Chaos, the two are far too separate. Anarchy bends to it's own law, that of never obeying the law, organized disorganization, the repulsive, gray area that lay between order and Chaos.
But was that the case? This warrior of Chaos had to know. He approached the emerged navi from a short distance and aimed to grab his attention with a sarcastic retort to the rhetorical.
"Why, it's a wonderful world! As are all where life can be found. At least, such is my answer. But what is yours, stranger?"

Blue eyes stared at Yamato as he spoke to him, but he wouldn't turn his entire body to him. Using his right hand he tucked all four of his fingers under his thumb and then spread his hand out.
"No."
From his hand a blast of air rushed out, carrying with it a black fog from some strange powder. It expanded outward in all directions, enveloping the entire server in under a minute. Visibility dropped down to just mere feet in front of most as the powder swirled around the network, carrying the fog with it like a current moves water.
The person responsible for it was nearly invisible at this point, but his visibility was just fine. He walked on forward, examining the area of the network briefly as he ventured on.

Static follows behind Sol and Blade, allowing them to get ahead before following, behind him trails the black fog, although he is unaware of its existence until he enters the Forest Network, and by that point, it engulfed him. Somehow he had gotten lost, and ended up somewhere in Kotobuki.

Finale
~BGM~
Devastation, destruction, the indestructable just met the unstoppable. Electopia was in ruins. The malevolent anarchy destroyed the centralized network that was once Electopia, and now what was left was chaos and the ruin of another's destructive embrace.
Fires that once burned were extinguished by a even greater flame, a metaphysical representation of the passion that burned inside this navi's heart. The flames weren't fed, they were smothered. Within the precision of a mere millisecond, a world on fire was turned into a world free of the breathless demon.
One would chalk up a certain navi's arrival in the city at this precise moment as coincidence, but then one would be a fool. The cloaked navi decided it was about time he returned, seeing as the net without him seemed to dissolve into insanity. Time to make his move then. In a part of town not ruined, a closed clothes shop was about to be robbed. They weren't prepared.
This navi decided that he wanted a new wardrobe, and so it was. Without so much as a wave of a hand, the front window of the shop imploded on itself, glass shattering in every which direction. In a single fluid motion the navi not only stole his new attire, but threw more then enough zenny to pay for damages and the clothing itself.
As much as the new wardrobe helped, it did little to help the navi rid himself of his chains. Connections, people the navi once knew. Memories of loss, love. Hate. The navi was scarred, and that was a fact he couldn't hide.
Well, there wasn't much left to do. The navi had done what needed to be done, and now it was time. No regrets.
"Time to let them know of their new king." And with little more then a thought the entire nearby network was flooded with mail of the digital variety. It read:
Element City, you're the first of many. In 24 hours the central marketplace will be destroyed. It is recoMMMended you stay away. Any who interfere are at risk of being caught in the blast.
~~~~Your new king.
A gust of wind blew down the streets of the market place, sending with it one of the recently sent mails in hard-data form. It's path on the way to be "Returned to sender".
?: One day? Now if you're gonna' to use a BOMB why not just hit the trigger and be done with it?
This navi held two objects, one in each hand. They were exactly identical in every way. They were a pair of folding fans that looked quite plain, green in color, and had a matching green tassel which were being pulled at with the navi's index finger and thumb with each hand. Both were discarded to the ground as the fan in the right hand was opened slowly, small busts of wind following it like a signaled breeze.
"Hmm?" The navi said.
How strange, a letter floating on air itself. And a navi following? Strange indeed. With little caution, the navi that crowned itself king sat beside the fountain that sat dandily in the center of the marketplace, streets flowing freely away from it, and responded.
"I think you've answered that for yourself."
The navi had no bomb, but the threat was still there. Even though the one with fans knew he had no bomb, there was no telling what power the navi itself had.
"But since you're feeling impatient... how does four hours sound?"
Another message sent out, reading simply:
4 hours.
Impatience? It's more like you're stallin' out.
The navi opened the other fan in his dominant hand, a strong gust of wind following it.
The world has been in this situation before you know. 4 hours until some event happens. How do I know you won't pass by like the Levant Blanc?
The navi began to turn slightly as he moved to the side, looking around at the surroundings before going into an outright slow fan-dance.
The conversation between the two navis was interrupted by a loud clap of thunder, followed by a soft, sprinkling shower that blanketed the area in seconds. The warmth of the air, combined with the almost mist-like downpour, felt like a humid spring day. But that was the peculiar part -- it was still sunny, despite the thunder they had just heard.
Slowly but surely, though, a dark overcast began to creep in from the horizon, approaching the two navis. It was in sight, but wouldn't arrive for at least another five or ten minutes.
There was another arrival more worth noting. One easily detectable, despite the quiet footsteps heralding his approach.
" First off..."
Oblivious to the dialogue exchanged beforehand, a third Navi approached the first two. He didn't have much difficulty finding them -- seeing as they were the only two left in the city at this point.
He finished his steady-paced walk so that he was an equal distance apart from each of the other two -- almost standing in a triangular formation with them.
" ... Names."
His sentence was a command, not a declarative. A demand, not a statement.
Before giving either of them a chance to answer him -- to give him their names -- he looked to the fan-navi. His gaze was directed at the eyes of who he was speaking to, not the body. He was looking for the navi's attention, not scanning for a weak-point.
" And Secondly..."
After his brief stare at Li, Warrior turned his attention to the Navi sitting at the fountain, giving him the same look as he had given the other. Both sentences were directed at both navis, despite Warrior having only looked at one of them while saying each.
" ... which one did I come here to dethrone?"
His hand wasn't on his sword. No, the weapon rested on his back -- its hilt protruding over his right shoulder.
Some of Warrior's best memories were in Element City, and it'd be over his dead body that it was destroyed -- much less threatened. It was questionable whether or not he was already angry about something before he even arrived here, but there was no questioning what his mood was now.
Despite the aggravation within, his voice was rather calm and he spoke with volume and clarity. His eyes weren't burning with rage, but they were sharp and piercing -- almost even glowing with a faint golden radiance in the light of the sun amidst the light humidity. The slight curving of his brow was the only real evidence of his emotion, in the moment.
No, he didn't stand in a battle-pose either -- not even in his "Warrior-pose". His posture made him looked as if he were about to have a gun-slinging showdown with these two -- hands open and position closely to his pockets, as if he were waiting for someone to scream "draw!", like in an old-western film.
He had that "Sherrif-y" demeanor about him, doing his duty to protect the city by figuring out which one here was the criminal, and which was the citizen.
Finale
~BGM~
"Assurance?" The king said, still sitting on the edge of the fountain. "Look around you. Do you see anyone here to stop me!?" He waved his arms in the air to emphasize his point. The ONB were no where to be found. A betrayal to their supposed position of 'international police force'.
Then Warrior showed up. A face the king knew. But he knew the face on another. Warrior's shadow. "Remnant?" he questioned, ignoring the question about his own identity.
"Remnant, you're here to dethrone the ONB." A smug smile emerged on the chained one's face. "Look around you, who's here to stop me? Not the ONB, that's for sure. And I'm the criminal here, right? Think about it."
Warrior squinted his eyes slightly as he was addressed by Remnant's name. Either this navi had the two of them confused, or he was intelligent enough to detect Remnant hiding inside of Warrior's body.
Regardless, even though Warrior hadn't gotten the name of either Navi, he'd been given the target.
" I'll deal with the ONB when and how I see fit. But at the moment, they aren't the ones threatening to destroy a city."
Not publicly, at least. Warrior wasn't largely bent on the concept of government conspiracy, but there was no telling what went on behind closed doors anymore.
" And if you're looking for someone to stop you, I'm standing right here."
Warrior wasn't one to rush in and attack an enemy he knew nothing about, so he continued scanning his target instead. He was interrupted, though, as Remnant stepped out from his body to reveal himself.
" Wait..."
He thought he recognized this fellow... But he wasn't quite sure.
Piecing together the clues he'd gotten from his actions, appearance, and speech, he made an assumption that would hopefully reveal the identity he concealed.
" ... Finale?"
"What!?" Finale was somewhat confused. Was that Remnant... and then Remnant's Remnant? Now he was confused. No matter, his mission was complete. The smug smile returned to his face.
"I lied." An even wider smile creeped onto his face as he materialized a camera snapping a picture of the scene. In little time the picture was circulating the net in the form of an email.
Hello citizens of Element City. I would like to let you know that the marketplace was not destroyed. Something more alarming is that the ONB didn't even try and stop the idle threat. Attached is a picture of the marketplace minutes before this email. You should wonder why the ONB isn't there. The so called net police left YOU in danger. Something I'd never do. Wonder where your allegiances lie, Element City.
~~~~Your New King
"So Remnant, where've you been?" The viral navi said, speaking generally in both Warrior and Remnant's direction, as he couldn't quite tell who was who.

" ... So you know this guy?"
Remnant didn't answer, but he held up the E-Mail that had just been mass-sent from Finale. Warrior never actually received E-Mails -- Remnant did on his behalf. As he handed it off to Warrior, Remnant turned his attention back to Finale, not yet even acknowledging his question.
" Finale... you can't just threaten a City, and then shrug it off without repercussion."
By this time, Warrior had finished reading the E-Mail and tossed it away -- the cyan-blue, holographic-esque sheet of paper shattered like glass as it hit the ground, but it made absolutely no sound on its impact.
" So we'd be inclined to turn you in."
Warrior didn't exactly like the ONB though... So despite what he had said, he was actually not inclined to take Finale to them. But still... having the picture circulate the Net, with Warrior in the picture... that would cause people to question. Where did his allegiances lie?
Neither Warrior nor Remnant made any threatening movement -- much less any movement at all. But they kept their eyes on Finale, waiting to see what he'd do.
" ... Where did you plan on going when you made it to this point?"
Remnant seemed to not want for this to end badly. For anyone.
But there was no telling which direction things would start heading in, now.

Alright then. Finale was it?
The navi's green attire suddenly caught fire. Starting from just below his sternum, the flames quickly spread as his words continued, changing color from a typical orange flame, to a deep purple with white plumes of smoke wafting off from it. A deeper voice spoke to him and Warrior.
It is quite fortuitous that we meet here under the present circumstances.
The burning navis body was now completely aflame from head to toe, it would seem that his body would be completely reduced to ash soon, but the flames and smoke suddenly ceased. Standing in what appeared to be a white lab coat, with matching dress pants and shoes. The lab coat's style wasn't traditional button up the middle, but rather to his left, and each button was replaced by a glass sphere that served for a button, with a larger button at the top. There were no visible pockets, but there was a familiar 'W' shaped emblem on the Cossack collar the coat had, but upon the navi's gloved hands touching the collar's glass button, it just disappeared.
I have a proposition for you. Will you be receptive to my inquiry?
The navis entire body was facing Finale, leaving Warrior and Remnant to his back.

Unbeknownst to the others, sands were gathering behind Finale, forming what appeared to be a mummy.
[>_> you left me behind.]
As the mummy-like navi communicated through the visualization program that finale had given him, he also took in his surroundings. As he noticed the other navis, he typed out a greeting to them all.
[Oh, hello. Very nice to meet all of you. My name is Sandstorm. Are you friends of Finale?]
