Namkcab turned to the sound of Embera's voice. He smiled and greeted her. It was nice to see an old acquaintance, but thought it strange how quickly her attitude changed when she saw the purple navi next to him. He looked perplexed, and stayed quiet to see how things would play out.
"Embera! Wassup?" proclaimed the ever energetic Aluminum. He got up and hugged her, separating quickly as his metal gloves heated quickly. He too was happy at seeing an old friend whom he hadn't seen in a while. As was Namkcab, Aluminum became puzzled at how serious Embera became. "Erm...is something wrong between you and...what was your name, again?" Aluminum asked Embera and Amethyst.
Amethyst. My name is Amethyst, sir," Amethyst cooly replied. Turning to Embera, she heated up ((XD)) and returned, "Aussi bien, il semble que la navigation bourde combustion est arrivé. I beleive we met earlier? Nice to see you again."

*Embera turned her glance from Amethyst and looked at Aluminum. The glass next to her began to boil it's contents, with a green, bitter fume coming from it. ((Not sure I should name the contents.))*
Embera: She tried to turn my friend into a vampire. And I won't allow her to take him from me. *To Amethyst.* Aye, but you're no great leader. You're a little bloodsucker, forced to scrape from the bottom of the barrel. Until you can bite the bigger navis of the net, don't even claim any power. You'll always be alone, with someone always above you. You can kanive your way up, but someone else will stomp you down. What is a queen without her subjects? You are nothing, Amethyst. Warrior will show up here soon. Don't you worry. He's not interested in you, he's not particularly fond of ash mounds anyway.
*Embera, through sheer glance, combusted a small pop in Amethysts face, enough to cover it in soot.*

Those late will just miss out. It's time to eat~
A moment later, Li extended a gloved hand, scepter appearing in it as his hand closed to accommodate it. He pointed the silver wand at the table and platters appeared upon the table by the dozens, all covered by silver lids and jeweled handles. As some began to ate, the gold robed navi sat down at the foot of the table directly opposite of Li, making two very unhungry people stare eye to eye. He kept his head slightly bowed so the hood of his robe couldn't be stared into directly. He had his arms crossed, and soon he sat in a rather bored fashion, a hand propping his head up on the table. Taking notice of this, Li stood up, the room suddenly becoming quiet as he did, even with the chatter among other navis sounding out through the air.
I see I should make an announcement. And I'll keep it simple. There's treasure in the house and HE wants to steal it. Find it and you can take it with you when the party is over. However he may try and take it from you...But so may another person!
The HE, was that navi on the opposite end of the table, sitting there, now standing, and soon disappeared in a column of black smoke that seemed to not even spread beyond its created location, but just a bit outward and then it would dissipate, leaving no trace of it behind.
Be sure you keep those beads safe, and you'll be eligible for more treasure. If that person finds you without a treasure, he may have you...removed from the island~ Stay safe Li's form seemed to just plain disappear from sight, nothing special about it.
(Find treasures upon the castle/mansion grounds. You can take/share treasures in between one another. Those who don't have starter beads, consider yourselves lucky/in danger. Those who are confronted by the golden navi could be attacked for their treasure or lack thereof. Battles can be had among yourselves with the [Treasure] Tag in the topic in the battle section. Either RP or Stats are acceptable. You must place a treasure up for ante for a battle, and upon losing, you lose a said treasure. No deletions, but you will be teleported back to your room. Furthermore, there are a couple of grand prizes which won't be mentioned...yet. Upon seeing the Treasure Hunter, you can offer treasure or zenny as a bribe to keep him away. Zenny = Version x 100. You can even buy a treasure off of him if you have the coin for it.)
[All navis receive 5,000Z for participating. Those with beads get an extra 5,000.]

*Upon hearing the rules and such for this treasure hunt. She looked around for who has a bead. To her delight, she noticed Amethyst. This couldn't have been easier. Embera immediately ran to her and with her eyes peering right into the vampire's, she uttered the words.*
Embera: I'll be snagging that bead, Bloodsucker.

“As I wake her voice whispers to me sweetly; The fondest favor of love that only the world could ask,” _______________________________ There seemed to be tension…
Before Megami could even begin to dispel what that said tension was, the evening had unveiled with surprise as well as hospitality. She was a NetNavi, and even though the platter before her made her feel pained to eat it, she was none too necessity to eat it. Such delicacies in the cyber world usually took on the form of data that simply healed the user such as that of a special tea that was usually present within the cyber world and sold around Green Area where Xenneth usually plugged into the net and browsed about for virus busting assignments. However, this was different, for one thing it was served by a complete stranger in such a large mansion that seemed to not show a blip on the P.E.T’s registered locations. It only made her look onto the spread before her letting the fumes tickle her nose as she remained silent while watching a good set indulge themselves.
Conformity was a temptress.
“This seems safe to eat…” Megami had spoke lowly, “Xenneth…should I?”
“No, wait!” Xenneth had called aloud in response in a rim shot sound of Megami’s ear. “We don‘t know where we are, and not only that, but…” Before Xenneth could go on to speak his paranoia, Megami had taken notice of the silence. With a simple gesture of her hands going into one another at chest level, she had clasped them together with her hands tightening and finally she had looked over to the end of the table where the figure stood. The figure at the end of the table seemed to demand attention with just the strange aura that wavered through the air because of him, and even more, it opposed the aura of the other figure on the other end of the table. Both tied together making the very air thick as if a mysterious fog was cast over the eyes of the Goddess.
"I see I should make an announcement. And I'll keep it simple. There's treasure in the house and HE wants to steal it. Find it and you can take it with you when the party is over. However he may try and take it from you...But so may another person!"
“W-what?”
Megami’s expression changed with wide eyes hearing the announcement, and just as quickly as she had heard the word of warning, she had turned quickly to see the figure, or at least she tried to. His picture of his frame was familiar as she could recall him there one moment, and now, a blast of smoke that had begun to dissipate. This was a signal that the figure had truly vanished in a quick and hasty manner that was even unfamiliar to Megami. She had tried to catch her breath all of the sudden, but it did not end there…
"Be sure you keep those beads safe, and you'll be eligible for more treasure. If that person finds you without a treasure, he may have you...removed from the island~ Stay safe"
“Beads?” Xenneth had spoke aloud in confusion, but before he could hear a proper explanation he could hear something else. Megami rushed her body in a turn as she could hear the sound of feet padding in the room and she snapped her neck back so quickly that when she stood, she knocked her chair from under her hind and eyes gone forth towards a set of figure who had already seemed to engage each other in words that she could barely make out, but from the look of everyone else in the room raising their tones in response it was obvious.
“Xenneth! We have to get back to the room for a moment!” she had announced.
Megami had moved quickly and with the greatest of ease. She was traditional for elegance and properness, so she had quickly ran at full speed while not bothering to use her wings to boost her speed even though the situation was fickle. The only thing she knew was that she had a great desire to evade any and all fighting since she had such a strong dislike for violence, including something so barbaric and unnecessary that could be settled with words if one were to consider the civility of one person.
She had made one large rush to the room and with the massive pressure, she made it there in mere of a minute as she ran in, slammed the door behind her and carefully look around the room as she had tried to gather her breath. She panted while her blue eyes went about the area, catching an exact copy of herself in a glass window which she responded to by rushing over and standing before the circular reflecting frame upon the desk, and right on its side was the still open box that glistened with a small round jewel.
“It‘s still here,” Megami had spoke lowly reaching into the box and then taking the bead that had been within. Xenneth’s eyes opened hysterically seeing his friend take action and take the item which only implied one thing he could think of at that moment.
“You‘re staying?!” he had cried aloud, “You should get out of there! Everyone‘s fighting and going crazy! It seems so unnecessary!”
Typical of the worrisome little boy, Megami had expected. She had known his concern for her was a massive consideration, but it was only because he was lonely without her, and she had worried about him like the instincts of a mother for a child would come into play. Those very same instincts had also told her what was best for him, and what he should be doing as a child which was probably to encourage him to be more outgoing, trusting, and interested in mingling in the affairs of others like him, his peers, to earn favor and friendship.
Maybe a little adventure would arouse that? Not only that, but she knew he had a good heart, and on top of that, he responded well to doing the right thing.
“You heard him, Xenneth.” Megami had begun to say, “That other NetNavi that was within the room said that he was out to ‘steal‘ the treasure from this house. That‘s a crime, just like you defined it right? If there‘s a crime, we should stop it, and that means making sure the treasure is safe within the hands of this house‘s keeper if it has one, and if not, then properly turning it over to proper hands.” Megami had explained briefly until she smiled and clasped her hands together.
“Therefore, I think we should keep this item on us to make sure we are able to say, and then we can stop them from stealing the treasure!” Megami had proposed.
Xenneth was at a loss of words, and if anything, his mind. He had twisted his lips in an unsure manner, but no matter the small bead of tears or the thoughts that raced through his mind, many excuses to get out of this situation, neither one of them had pushed the idea to just leave in a justified way that shown that they had nothing to do with this. When Megami had met the boy, she had pushed the phrase, “There was no chance in fate,” and every since then, thee words hung heavily on him making this path of events seem like it was all meant to happen for reason.
“W-well,” he had spoke brokenly, “…b-but, where should we start?” Xenneth had spoke causing Megami to lift her chin and ponder upon those words.
“Do you remember when we walked in?” Megami had spoke making Xenneth roll his eyes to the top of his head as he receded into deep thought, “Apart from the stairs that lead up to these guest rooms and the hall leading to the dining room that there were more branching corridors. I couldn‘t see beyond them, but it seemed like one had lead into a right wing where I could see plants and the other seemed well furnished.”
Xenneth had lifted his nose a bit thinking about the terms and then his mouth opened in a bit of “awe.”
“That means this mansion has a Conservatory and Billiard’s room! ” he had announced as Megami had a look of uncertainty towards the terms, “The conservatory usually has a large amount of plants and flowers which would explain why you seen what you seen. The other one is a place for leisure, usually amongst guests who would visit. I think if there is a conservatory, then there is a chance something could be hidden there amongst the plants, and if there is a Billiard’s Room, then maybe there is some kind of hidden compartment? Mansions often have a lot of hidden places, especially since their masters seem to favor places that have their brands.”
Megami had nodded her head swiftly and in decisiveness.
“Right!” she had exclaimed, “Let‘s go check those locations first, and then we‘ll expand beyond them. We need to go back to the main hall where we came in!”
Megami had scurried from the room quickly as her chestnut colored ponytail sailed through the air. Leaving the guest room, she had left the door open with the jewel box empty, had grasping the small jewel and her eyes looking about for any figure seeing she wanted to evade fights and confrontation. The worst part of the situation that as she made it to the entrance, she had almost forgotten just how large and massive it was, instantly calling to memory that they were wide in the open; a reminder that they could not stay there long as Megami stood within the center of the entrance way on the center where a red carpet was unveiled beneath her feet. Her eyes went back and forth between the two openings that were leading into two different corridors of the mansion.
“Through there first!” Xenneth had called aloud as he looked through the corridor where he could see a flickering and flash of what seemed like a glow of a flame through Megami’s eyes on his P.E.T’s view. No doubt, that was an indication that it was the leisurely setting of the Billiard’s Room as Megami headed towards the doorway quickly in a sprint. _______________________________ “Smiling, remember hearing you say; Will you please be my hero for today?” ::OOC Stats::Now Listening To: ”Meet Me Halfway“ (Instrumental) by Black Eyed PeasIC Attire: Sky Blue GraceChatty Ditz: I forgot to post in my last note that you confused the jewel colors Kazu. [bgcolor=black]Xeel: Gosh, a treasa hunt, huh? Makes mah job a lot harda now that everyone's lookin fer stuff too.. she had thought to herself as she watched the two foreigner navis duke it out of a petty bead.
..course, this 5,000 aughta do me right.. I gotta betta idea for it though.. Xeel continued to think to herself, rocking the chair forward an backward using her right leg as a motor.
Abruptly she stopped, swiped the 5,000z off the table and slipped it into one of the two small green sacks she had on her person, tied it up tight, and went on her way to leave the play things to fight amongst themselves, while she went for your real loot..
Upon leaving the dining room her first thought was to find the 'treasure hunter'; but to do that she would have to play the game.. Which meant doing what she does best! All mansions have hidden rooms, caverns, compartments, those were a given.. Some owners liked to place these things in crafty spots, but before going 'dungeon crawler' on the place and breaking an touching everything in sight investigating the obvious spots would be better to check first.
Once her plan was formulated Xeel shot off at a casual pace down the 'evens' hallway keeping on eye on the front and two ears at the back. All the while her various weaponry and gadgets made a light jingle that resonated throughout the hallway quite lightly.. much to her dismay. The bandit kept constant vigil for the 'hunter' and what could be one of three rooms: the study/library, the masters room, or entry to the garden (what, all mansions have a garden)

"Treasure?!? SWEET!!" Aluminum swiped up his 10K zenny and headed around the mansion. He tore through his room first, as many antsy navis will do, only to find nothing. He then slowed down and asked himself where a good treasure place would be when he had a lightbulb go off. "The bathroom! Duh, nobody ever thinks of looking there! Now...lesse, where's the master throne room...?" Aluminum whispered to himself. He headed back down stairs and searched on the bottom left corridor.
Namkcab too picked up his 10,000 zenny and headed out the room before noticing Embera lash out at Amethyst. Curious, he looked on at the battle, until Amethyst coolly talked Embera out of the battle. Smart. The bulky behemoth then left off to find treasure if his own. His aim? The kitchen-particularly the freezer. Most navis wouldn't be able to stand the cold, but he....he could own that freezer! He trudged past Li and into the kitchen.
"Hey hey hey now Emby...You can't do battle with me without something to bid on," Amethyst reminded the fiery navi as she picked up her 10,000 zenny. She turned and strode off, looking for others. She headed toward the odd corridors to look for dark places of treasure.

(Woo. Colorless evens, my bad.)
Within the mansion: A very loud noise, a collection of noises rang down from the ceiling over the towering staircase as literally millions of coins poured from the ceiling from no apparent opening within it. Coins scattered about rolling everywhere until minutes later it stopped. The coins however were greeted as a person entered by another person, this rather...human looking navi wore a more modern/classical fusion of servant attire. He held two night black suitcases, seemingly made from leather, from their handles. He walked up to the pile of coins and set the briefcases down.
How terrible. Have you poor things been abandoned?
He clearly was speaking to the money upon the floor. And he got a response, non audible at that, at least to those who weren't extrasensory.
I shall organize you all then.
With a snap of his fingers, all of the coins silently stacked and moved in such a way until they then slid onto a wall close by, forming an overhead map of the area, which appeared to be an island. A secondary mansion, much much smaller than the current one existed upon the map. The remainder of the coins showed a map of the grounds...what was visible of it anyway. Besides the garden there was a large outdoor recreational area in the back, an indoor cave on the western side of the mansion, beyond the dining hall, kitchen and service halls. Upon the Eastern areas of the property, there was a large library, and one side of that area was scribbled out, and faded out, an arrow pointing outward from the faded area in black upon it.
You all stay out of trouble.
And he left the coin-map there, until he looked upward at the chandelier as two brick sized objects fell from it, and he caught them with both hands, and he tossed one behind him, which was caught by that golden treasure hunter as he passed by, the other stuffed into a "pocket" within his vest. Then, with that, the butler like navi picked up his briefcases and went up the stairs, leaving two large cracks in the ground where his briefcases rested for a brief moment. And another sound of something making an impact on the ground, this time a spear, which was unfortunately picked up by that treasure hunter who looked up at the chandelier from which it fell. The spear was followed by a large gem, which was actually kicked aside by the robed navi, as it scattered down the corridor to the left, bouncing this way and that.
In the garden: A loud crashing sound and glass breaking noises came from where the greenhouse was....WAS. Even though it was highly visible from the entrance of the mansion, most of the roof had been damaged by something that fell on and in it.

*Embera gritted her teeth. Who did she think she was, acting so familiar and friendly. Embera was angry, but kinda joyed to have Amethyst saved for now. That means she can take more from her ashes when they meet again. Embera then took the money meant for her and stashed it away in her shoe.*
Embera: Count your blessings, Witch! I'll be coming for you...
*Embera walked away, heading toward the garden. If there was treasure hiding there, she would burn it out....And she intended on getting something to bid on so she could burn down Amethyst...*

“As I wake her voice whispers to me sweetly; The fondest favor of love that only the world could ask,” _______________________________ “Is there nothing here?”
Megami’s hands had swept amongst the leaves, the soil, and fruits of the plants. She had not gone to the green house, which was rim shot of the sight of where she stood in the glass indoor conservatory, but she had simply stayed indoors. Besides, it was such a large area outside, and she did not know where to begin. She had better chances of evading all of the company in the room who seemed to be interested in stealing jewels in an aggressive manner. She could feel the tension and bitterness within depressed blue and frustrated red auras that lingered through the air like foul scents. She had swept her hand once more under the foliage, lifted her head, and sighed seeing nothing was amongst the inside greenhouse other than leaves and loose soil.
“We should get going!” Xenneth had said, “If we stay long in one area, it may draw attention.” The young boy had said suggestively. It was good to know their minds thought likewise about violence and unnecessary conflictions.
*CRASH!!!*
There was a loud sound of breaking and crackling. Through the thin glass walls of the conservatory, Megami heard it pristine and clear as she spun around, hoping that the sound of shattering glass was not within the room, and to her best hope, it was not. She had opened her mouth, gazed outward, and amongst the clear and clean windows of the greenhouse, she stepped close to the glass as she could see the greenhouse that was outside from where she stood and had her jaw opening wide in shock seeing the strange area.
“Oh dear,” she had spoke in shock, “What is happening out there?”
She had stared at the greenhouse for the longest as if to get the answer. Instead, there was none. There was of course the sound of stampeding fight, the ringing of coins for some mysterious reason, and then there was her own fight that dug into the soil as she kept spinning about and whipping her chestnut ponytail bundle of hair in reaction to so many things that were happening. This was a mansion after all, and that meant that there would be a large amount company and with them a large amount of activity and noise seeing that the NetNavis were restless and had their greed and curiosity aroused. Not one in the same, but somehow entangled closely with one another.
“We should go out there Xen-kun!” Megami had said suggestively before quickly whipping around and heading towards the doorway.
“Megami-chan! Wait!” The violet haired boy had exclaimed, “Listen!”
Megami had stopped and opened her eyes while traveling close to the doorway. She could hear footsteps and sounds between the brief pauses of silence. There was two, and then one, and then there was nothing as she heard a door open and close. It was hard to miss with the massive doors that maid that said mansion. She had swallowed deeply before her eyes had shifted from the direction of the door to the see through glass of the conservatory. She could see beyond it a familiar form that made her lower her eyes in a bit of worry.
“It‘s that Fire NetNavi from Sharo. She was at the table too.”
Xenneth had nodded twice, “Exactly,” the boy had insisted, “Remember, if one person heard it, there‘s a good chance that the rest heard it, especially since a lot of them were fighting. Instead of trying to follow outside into the Greenhouse like the rest of them, we should try to go another direction. We‘d avoid trouble, and we‘d get to search somewhere else. If they have the stolen treasure out there…then, it‘d be too late anyway, right? We can‘t fight them all.”
Megami hated to admit powerlessness to that situation, but she was right. They wanted to help, and not engage in the first fight mindlessly. If the treasure was outside, there would be a large skirmish, one she did not want to get involved in. If she was lucky, maybe someone with a good soul would have the decency to return the treasure, and if they needed help getting it back, then that meant that Megami would have an ally in helping bring justice to those pillage that was turning into some twisted Treasure Hunt.
“Very well, let‘s head to the main hall.”
That was something Xenneth could agree to. Megami had made haste as she had ran back towards the main hall entrance where people were passing. Her eyes had gone about the area to see if anyone was nearby. There was no auras, or at least any that she could not sense. If there was one, it was incredibly far without her sensory, and with assurance, she had ran into the main hall and was about to run towards one of the nearby corridors until the arrangement of strange currency of Zenny had met her eye.
“Oh! Xen-kun, look at this!” Megami had called as she approached the arrangement of coins, “What do you think this is?”
The two observed the map casually and tilted their heads in that synchronized manner that meant one thing: they were dumbfounded. The map was probably easy for anyone else, but the two did not read “coin” and they did not have the best investigation skills because of the ignorant, new born NetNavi Megami within months of her programming never seeing such a thing and Xenneth being an average High School Student, and now a part time adventurer. He had shrugged his shoulders and sighed in frustration not knowing what to say.
“Look!” Megami had said with high voice and pattering feet as she ran towards a dented area of the floor and laid her hands upon the floor where there was a crack. “I-I don‘t think this was here before. Such a clean house and-”
Megami was suddenly cut off as she saw something glimmer within the darkness. There was only a small ping of darkness required to see the refraction of the brightness that came from the dark left corridor. She had said no more as she stepped lightly, heading into the hall and then kneeling as she had crouched nearby what seemed like some sort of gem. It had such patterns of hexes and was smooth on those sides as Megami rolled her fingers tips around it.
“It‘s so beautiful,” she had commented, “I wonder if this is a piece of the treasure.”
“Nyaaa!” he cried aloud in his signature cry, “What does this all mean though? Who leaves this stuff lying around and what‘s with this place?!”
Megami had looked around towards the coins, the cracked floor, and then the map. She had squinted her lips in deep thought. She was not the best figuring things out but trying to sense auras was her specialty. She had drew upon the emotions that were left behind upon contact with the jewel, and even though it recently was touched by someone, the aura was not that she sensed within the rooms earlier of the other NetNavis. They clearly had differing auras that stuck out because of aggression and greed, and she was familiar with a hand full of their figures. However, this jewel had been touched by unfamiliar presences.
“The others have not been through here, and I don‘t sense that they have touched this jewel. Maybe it just…dropped from somewhere?”
“But that makes no sense!” Xenneth had said a bit bothered by the explanation. Suddenly, Xenneth had gasped at the thought as he winced thinking about the mansion from the first time they walked in. He had no good observation skills, but he always had his moments of “enlightenment” as he had let a thought come to his mind. The jewel was in a corridor, the house so large, and then there was the coin map that seemed to map out locations he knew of.
“Megami-chan! I think I got it!” Xen had said with wide eyes as the female NetNavi gasped. “Let‘s keep the gem, I think it‘ll come in handy, but go back to that arrangement of coins!” the young boy had said as Megami responded quickly and ran back into the main hall at a quick pace. Her eyes had gone to the many areas of the coins as the spaces as Xenneth had gazed upon it closely.
“You said that the jewel ‘dropped‘ from somewhere, right? Then maybe it‘s the same case with the coins?” he had described, “That fire-type NetNavi did not do anything about them for some reason and no one has paid it mind. So…this clearly isn‘t the treasure, but maybe pieces of it that are clues? These coins are arranged strangely, and if I know any map in a fantasy book, then I know that ‘X‘ marks the spot!”
“You said ’X’ Marks the spot?” Megami asked as she gazed heavily at the map.
Xenneth was an advent romantic novel freak! He could not help himself! When he read so many stories of fantasies and love, he could picture their stories when it came to the simple text. One example was the story of a pair of lovers: a lowly pirate second-in-command who was captured by his captain and crew. A lovely damsel he fell in love with and wanted to end his life of piracy just to settle with her as she was a beautiful woman and had brilliance that opened him up to so much potential. Their scheme? They would pillage the treasure that the pirate captain had his heart set one, take a portion and then live happy lives. A redone version of a once famous Fantasy Island novel on Japan’s bookshelves.
“That means that‘s where the treasure is,” Xenneth exclaimed to Megami who gazed at the strange map looking it over. “But if there is no ‘X‘, it‘s usually a mark that is not familiar like all the other pieces on the map. What do you see?”
Megami had gazed at the said “map,” the arrows and places that were marked off were all the same in texture and form. It was all shimmering because of the currency pieces, all were describing some spot, and none of them in particular seemed to stick out. It was on the east side of the map that made her gasp as she reeled up her brows and pointed towards that one spot as she stuck her finger to it.
“There!” she had cried aloud, “Xenneth, look at this!” she had cried.
That place on the map was different, and not very much the same. It was scribbled, struck, and faded. It seemed to be on the eastern side of the map, somewhere that Megami was going to go regardless because of her curiosity with the large areas. From where her eyes shifted and where she looked on the map, it seemed to match perfectly with the corridor as it was some kind of hall, and within it, a single room.
“Yes! Let‘s go that way!” Xenneth had said assumingly, “I think we can find something in that room and by that scribbled out area, I think there will be something there for us to see. Maybe it‘s the treasure that the NetNavi is trying to steal?”
The black area was ominous and made Xenneth feel a bit uncomfortable, however Megami had been the first to agree and believe in Xenneth. She had made haste scrambling from the entrance before anyone would come and ran down the eastern wing of the Mansion. Her eyes scanning the hall until she had quickly bolted into a room and closed the double doors behind her upon entering it and looking about the area. She had her mouth opened in awe and disbelief as she gone from wall to wall all around her.
“This is…a library?!”
Tomes and books were everywhere! Many more than she could count, and many more than an average librarian could count as well. She had swallowed seeing the hard covers, the manuscripts, the thick fold of pages which were indicated by white and almost overwhelmed. However, even looking around the room and then seeing the many pages and text material, she did not see what she was looking for. She did not see any treasure or any “box.” It suddenly occurred to her that she did not even know what “Treasure” looked like.
“Umm…Xen-kun, this isn‘t the ‘Treasure‘ isn‘t it? It is quite amazing, but…is this what everyone was after?”
Xenneth had felt a bead of sweat roll down his forehead.
“Uh…no, well…” Xenneth had started, but paused. “I‘ll show you when we find it. I think the “treasure“ they have in mind is a lot of coins and jewels like we saw a minute ago, but on a larger scale.” he had said as Megami had taken out the large gem once more and looked it over puzzled. She had to admit, it was beautiful, but she knew not what to do with such a thing or how it would even be a “Treasure” other than being given as a gesture.
“We have to look around probably,” Xenneth had pleaded, “Maybe you should look around and see if there is anything that you can see in the hall? I don‘t remember seeing another room, but…the other area on the map seemed odd to be scratched out, maybe it‘s hidden?”
Megami had responded and had went along the eastern corridor of the wall. Her manners were intact and all as she quickly exited the library and pressed the double doors closed until no light escaped from within except for between the cracks. She had begun to stroke her hands amongst the hall and look about the eastern corridor looking for another room or some sort of hidden place. She wondered if that scribbled out area was truly the ‘X’ they were looking for? _______________________________ “Smiling, remember hearing you say; Will you please be my hero for today?” ::OOC Stats::Now Listening To: ”Meet Me Halfway“ (Instrumental) by Black Eyed PeasIC Attire: Sky Blue GraceChatty Ditz: -----

[bgcolor=black](Adventuuure~ Xen I think the gem nicked the hallway I went down and that you went down into the library.. If not then it's magic how this post happened.. or something.. :p)
The light crack of the floor, and the pitter patter of coins jingling drew Xeels head ajar as she glanced back down the hallway, too far to see specifics, she mustered the guess that someone had found something nice. Money is all well and good but she was after something much better. Something... easier to carrier than a large amount of coin. after all, who could run from such a scary looking navi as the one in the dining hall, let alone fend off the other guests with such a load on their person?
She turned and continued walking, minutes later finally catching glance of what appeared to be a closed double door. Double doored places mean something important. Xeel jimmied the door open with a quick zap, a moot point as it seemed the owner trusted his land well enough to leave it open. Who can blame him, having a mansion in a fountain after all. She gently closed the doors behind her and began to quickly skim the library, the jingle of her weapons growing dim and almost inaudible in the vast library.
Xeel lifted paintings off their wall mounted perch, scoping for safes, or hidden maps of some kind, all in vain. She ascended the stairs with gusto getting a much broader view of the library, and it's balcony styled 'second floor'.
She placed both hands on the glazed wooden railings. The library was more massive than she thought.. Covering all of it would take hours.. she didn't have that. She would have to pick and choose her spots and do a bit of acrobatics to get around faster as well.. So much work, but it's oh so worth it.
It dawned on her as she planned her route that she hadn't once thought to look at the study. The offshoot of all libraries. Xeel was about to abandon searching the library entirely to pursue her new goal with relentless vigor when the door creaked open. She pounced from the railing with elegant grace tuck&rolling out of site from the brunette navi that appeared in the doorway.
Xeel: She's got manners, lovely. Xeel whispered to herself as Megami closed the doors. Perhaps.. I don't have to search it alone.. She could be useful in findin' the treasa, and I could scapegoat her if the big man shows up an refuses mah offa (Rusty southern in rusty, most likely wrong, too. whatever!)
Xeel crept closer and closer to the navi standing in the doorway eventually within eavesdropping distance. Upon hearing of her swift exit, and this apparent nearby 'X', Xeel was all the more certain of a the studies existence within this library.
Looks like I won't be need'n her. Got all the information ah need! She regained her composure while standing erect. Megami was apparently not so light on her feet, Xeel could hear the footsteps trailing off farther down the hallway..
Xeel turned her attention to that direction, and began to scan it for a sign of some door.. jackpot, success even. Muddled behind a table of matching color to the railings a gold embroidered door stood closed, probably locked. Not wanting to beat around the bush Xeel jumped straight over the lower reaches of the library, sticking the landing with a subtle 'thud'.
Shucks.. too heavy.. hope no one heard that.. Not wanting to take the risk, Xeel quickly picked the door by means of one of her gadgets in her back satchel.. an they said these things were useless..
*chink* Xeel fumbled the door handle and went inside the room closing, and relocking, it behind her. The room seemed to light itself up upon her entrance.. She really did find an amazing spot, if not the 'X' the young navi mentioned.. On the desk several grids of varying colors each at a different height showed each known region of the net in amazing detail..
Except the undernet, of course. The grids slowly churned about the small gold nub place on the desk. This was just one of many wonders Xeel had stumbled upon.. She touched the region of 'Sharo' and suddenly each of the other areas shrunk into minuscule size while Sharo ballooned up to fill the entire desk and more.
Each spot in Sharo was up to date, even the recently decimated town Xeel herself had been to not weeks before. If she found nothing else, this map alone would fetch her a kings ransom to right bidder..
She pressed the gold nub, which to her surprise actually turned the device off. Pocket sized, too.. Wondaful! She slipped it into one of her many packs, she left it carelessly unzipped.
She continued to scan the room, looking for shinies to act to budding collection..
(Gonna stop here for a bit, too long and I'm busy) XD

The shadowy Navi in the cloak decided that the best course of action was to check out the cave. There is always treasure in caves right? Although... that did raise the problem of bats, Sorrow hated bats. Bats...bats...bats! sorrow knew exactly what he would do.
Sorrow: Amethyst, may I have the pleasure of your company spelunking in those caverns? I mean its not like i'm scared or anything. So? say we find any treasure down there we could split it 40-60 with you getting the larger share.

Having been idle most of this time, Warrior finally found it in himself to have interest in this place. Treasure was hiding everywhere... Why did it remind him of Easter?
Everyone wanted to go to the garden it seemed. No fun following the crowd, so Warrior looked to the "map" of coins to find another place to check out. The cave looked interesting. Quite.
After taking his money, Warrior began heading to the western side of the building while letting his Remnant know what was going on.
" Echo-- I'll be heading for that cave. You go and... do whatever you want. Later."
Watching Warrior leave in a non-chalant manner, Remnant sort of nodded his head while following the rest of the navi to the garden. Being a twin of Warrior would probably cause most of the navi there to mistake him as such. But he'd let it pass this time-- it was sort of aggravating to have to repeat his life's story to everyone he met-- and if he didn't do that, it was practically impossible for them to understand that he was not Warrior... even though... in a way he was.
Frustrated at the thought, Remnant passed it off his mind while he walked off to the garden.
[Warrior -> Cave] [Remnant -> Garden]
((And Tox said we're all temporarily battle approved?! =D!!! ))

The trio of navis stumbled around in their respective paths until they all seemed to meet up at the coin room. Aluminum immediately accused, "Oy! Namk, I sad we oughta go our separate ways dude!" Smiling, Aluminum turned to the interesting map and studied it, an activity that he rarely ever does. He then pinpointed his new destination- the rec. area in the back, "SCORE!!!! Games in the back, and games always have prizes!!" He tore off towards the back of the island.
Huffing and puffing, Aluminum sped down to the rec area, ready to see all that was planned. He looked at the others that were there, and he saw a lone red ball rolling slowly along. Only one word was uttered by the Metal Man. "DODGEBAAALLL!!!!!!!!"
.................. ......................................................
Back in the coin room, Amethyst saw Sorrow and his offer. "40-60 huh? What's the catch, eh?" Amethyst moved over to him, "Well......I see no harm. Partnerships are good to have.....a dark place to stay from the harsh sun.........and maybe even a new edititon to my court. Who knows....Sorrow may be the newest Vampire King."[/sub] Amethyst trekked alongside Sorrow to the dark and mysterious cave.
Alone. Namcab stood in the deserted coin room studying the map. Two locations intrigued him- the garden and the library. He heard an explosion near the garden, sparking his interest, but he also loves libraries. Only logic could help him now. Namkcab decided to start with the garden, as nobody would be in the library, so wonderfully filled with books.
In the garden, Namkcab saw a multitude of navis all ready there. He knew there would be a crowd, but not as much as this!
(Al--> Rec. Area) (Ame--> Cave) (Namk-->Garden)
