I've seen a lot of stats come by, and they're all pretty freaking cool. It's usually pretty hard for me to vote a NotM because I either vote based on what's going down in-story (insert cricket noise -- or to be more accurate, it's an evolving cricket right now) or based on who's design stands out to me the most (and there's usually way too many candidates in this field to narrow it down to just one vote. My honorable mentions would pretty much drown out the nominee by that point).
All said, Xylia's stats had got me pretty excited during her approval and I'm really looking forward to where she goes. I know a bit more about her Bio and everything thanks to story-interaction and backroom discussions, and seeing how well her stats complement those ideas and concepts reminds me why I love the Melee.
Nice job with her, Xypher.

My vote goes to Xylia as well. Because of me looking at the complexity of her stats and seeing them in action during battle gives me so many ideas as to how far you can push the boundaries of creativity and the guidelines and still come out expressing your NetNavi to the fullest potential.
Plus, her stats puts me in the mind of Yuna from FFX which is a plus.

And without a single vote against her, this month's navi of the month is...!
Xylia!
Congratulations!
