It was it's last turn, though to my knowledge and since no effect says so, the panels would go back to normal now because they changed away from chaos stage.
If you were poked by Tremor, Paruga, you take 100 damage a turn for 2 turns, startin' on this last turn of yours. Tremor adopted the lava panels burn effect.

Namkcab struggled to keep up with his partner, fighting the mammoth navi in front of him. The fatigue of the battle caught up with him, and the lava stage completed the process.
