HorrorHood has the appearance of a tall, 6' 4" man in a silly "spooky" costume. He's toned, with an athletic swimmer's build, but thin and approaching lankiness. He's clad in a full-body, black, skintight latex outfit with an orange "spooky face" reminiscent of a jack o' lantern's emblazoned across his chest and abdomen.
Over the suit he wears big, brown boots that come up almost to his knees, as well as what could be loosely described as a brown leather thong with a gold-buckled belt for a waiststrap, with two additional small belts wrapped around his thighs. Bands of red and brown cloth are wrapped around his forearms and wrists. His namesake is a full-head hood resembling a burlap sack that covers his neck and all of his head, with the exception of his right eye, which peers out of a ragged hole in the hood.
--Personality: Obsessed with all things spooky and scary in a somewhat childish sense - bats, pumpkins, ghosts and monsters and the like - he hopes to become the digital embodiment of fear. Unfortunately he's quite incompetent, and not just because of his facile understanding of the emotion and what inspires it. He is, to be blunt, an idiot, and the type who doesn't realize his own mental limitations. He loves to scheme and think and talk about his ideas of "horrific" plans, which rarely make any real sense or involve something that would scare someone past puberty. He considers himself evil because evil is spooky and not because he's really especially dedicated to the cause, and he can be easily tricked or distracted into doing something good (though one shouldn't trust him to be any good AT it).
--History: HorrorHood was created to be the resident "tour guide navi" of a high-tech haunted house in Netopia. Unfortunately, the attraction was shut down before opening due to flagrant health and safety code violations. Like the haunted house itself, HorrorHood was shabbily-made in a hurry and on a tight budget, resulting in his impaired functioning. When the attraction went kaput, its owners dumped HorrorHood on the net to fend for himself.
