Top of the line, sweeping Architecture is the hallmark of the Electopian National Combined School. Touted as the future of education by its founders, the ENCS is both a high-school and a university. Roughly the size of four city blocks, ENCS offers a multi-tiered curriculum that serves the needs of all sorts of students.
The school campus itself is in the form of a grand pentagon. Five massive buildings, each with their own elemental theme and purpose. These monuments surround a massive outdoor garden, itself housing many external classrooms and a track. At the very center of these Hikari Memorial Gardens are grand effigies of Megaman and Lan Hikari, hand in hand in a victorious pose.
The school itself does not host dorms, but is directly adjacent to the bullet train, and Millions Heights - ease of crossing Electopia in a minimum of an hour, and comfort of dorms immediately available respectively.
[smear:cccc00]Time begins to tick again...[/smear:00bbbb]
Having been out for a pair of months,Shakeem finally stirred briefly as he began to awaken from his coma...the scents of the building's infirmary helped bring him to his senses even more as he came to...
"Uhh...w-where am I...?" he questioned, propping himself up on the bed with one his left arm supporting him.
'...did I fall asleep...?' he thought to himself...though he had to recollection of walking to a building like this...
Glancing around a bit,he noticed the other beds within the room...seemed whatever happened had brought others here too.
"Hmmm..."
Bringing his right hand to his scalp,he rubbed his head as he tried thinking things over...he had a very vague feeling there was some big event...but he couldn't remember what...
"This...feels kinda weird..." he muttered, sitting on the edge of his bed and resting a hand on his chin. Whatever it was...he couldn't figure it out. but maybe it'd be wise for him to wait for the others to wake up...

"Ugh..." Hado said as he slowly started to reawaken from the two months sleep. When Hado tried to open his eyes he had to put his arm in front of his face, it was bright in the hospital. Perhaps it was morning?
"Ugh! Turn down the lights..." Hado said as he rubbed his eyes. Hado turned around and found out that he was in a room with other people...but...who were they? And why was Hado in a hospital?
Hado turned to his right and through his somewhat shut eyes, he saw Shakeem.
"Hey! You..how did we get in here?" Hado asked Shakeem, hoping he would remember something.

"Hey! And....I was hoping you knew something." he said with a nervous chuckle. Odd enough,Hado didn't seem familiar at all,not even in the slightest way.If he was here, that meant he was tied in with whatever happened too...right?
"Everything's kind of a blur,memory-wise...can't even remember the last thing I did..." he continued. "Maybe this place can help us all get some answers...?"
Even though Shakeem suggested it,he really wasn't sure. Waking up in a building that you don't remember walking to or anything...? It really was unusual to him...

Ugh! He knew this sickening room with this sickening bed! It had the same sickening view outside the window where he saw that sickening statue.
Yes! This bed! It was this same bed he seemed to be sitting in every time he got here. Xenneth Hikari knew that if he was in this bed, it was because of one of his many usual incidents. It was either a split between his two worsts experiences. The first was him falling down some sort of flight of stairs and, through God’s sick sense of humor, living. The second option was that for some reason he was beat up again by the girl’s athletic team for thinking he was some kind of voyeur because of the boy’s tricking him. Ironically enough, he knew the only reason they fooled him into being beat up by them was because they did not feel right beating on a boy that looked like a girl.
What kind of sick honor system did this school have?
Looking at the statue outside…that sickening statue…Xenneth had felt his stomach churn once more. The only relaxation, the one thin silver lining between this reoccurring incident in history as he stroked the bandage on his right cheek was the bottle of strawberry milk that his dear sweet sister sent every time he was sent here. His smile was honest, but weak, as he felt sorry for her. Reaching for the container, he twisted the top off, sipping it as the simple taste made him try to remember the most recent incident.
It was vague, but then again, he did not try to remember that stuff…
"Maybe this place can help us all get some answers...?"
“Did you all get hurt, too?” Xenneth said casting back the curtain to get a glimpse of the others in the infirmary. They did not look like athletes, so they had to be an incident like him, right? “I-I uh…I am here a lot. S-sorry…I was just curious.”
Then again, why talk to them?! It was not like he knew these guys! They were total strangers. What stopped them from pointing and laughing since everyone knew him: Xenneth Hikari! The family disgrace that sucks at netbattling and excels in clumsiness! The only saving grace was his NetNavi that everyone described as a “Total Hottie!” and that just made him feel like he was a waste of fingers for classifying himself as a Net Op.
Still, he opened his mouth. Consequences must be had as his face flushed rosy red.

"Get hurt...?" Shakeem questioned, looking over his hands and arms, then searching his face for any cuts or bruises.
"Nope,no injuries here,it seems. Have you been here before...?" he questioned.
But beyond that, something else registered in the young man's head...Xenneth's mentioning of 'being hurt too'. That certainly implied a lot...in a way.
If this was a place where you wound up after being hurt,it was pretty clear it was an infirmary of sorts...but in what building...?
If this was a puzzle, there was likely much left to decipher and see too...

"I don't seem to have any injuries either...." Hado said as he examined the upper area of his body. Aside from a few bruises, Hado seemed to be fine. After wiggling both of his legs Hado turned to Shakeem and Xenneth.
"Uh...excuse me kid, but...do you know where we are? Because I have no clue, and it looks like this other guy doesn't either." Hado said examining the room. Hado looked out again from the window and saw a statue. It looked somewhat lively outside so he must of been in some sort of town, which was good. However, another idea came to Hado, it was an idea that caused a sudden feeling of sickness rush through him.
"..Uh..do you know how long we've been out?" Hado asked Xenneth as he tried to get himself out of bed.

Piercing blue irises shined through fluttering eyelids as the raven-haired woman in the corner of the room slowly woke up and came to her senses. Her eyes darted around the room without moving her head -- the closed curtains prevented her from seeing the others that were in the room, but she could vaguely hear their conversations while she was asleep.
"Seth was worried."
Sitting in a white, plastic lawn chair next to Cherish, flipping through pages in a thick book as she read, was Faith Nymphra. Something seemed a tad different about her, but Cherish couldn't pinpoint it at the moment. Must have been because she'd just woken up.
On the other side of the bed, a vase full of beautiful roses sat on a small table with a "Get Well Soon" card attached by an ornate red string.
"Well that explains the ugly flowers. I thought he'd known me better though."
Cherish hated flowers. She would have reached over and slid them off of the table into the garbage can below, but muscle atrophy prevented her from that.
"Those were from me."
" ... "
Faith sounded so nonchalant about it as she flipped through the next page in her book. She seemed to be reading that thing weirdly fast.
"Glad to have you back, Pele."
" ...? "
Cherish hid her perplexity from her face as the sarcastic comment left Faith's mouth. Why was she expecting Faith to call her 'Sis' just then?
It didn't matter, she supposed.
"Where's my--"
Cherish's question was interrupted as Faith pointed to a black jumpsuit hanging on a coat rack near the small table. Another page of the book was flipped.
"And my--"
Interrupted again by Faith's hand gesture to the bottom of the coat rack where Cherish's gun (and appropriate license for said gun) sat in a small plastic tub, along with a few other personal items.
"It's been two months."
" ...Since what?"
"Since we found you in here."
" ... "
Well, that left room for a lot of questions. It explained why she found it really difficult to move right now, too. Two months of being in a coma was enough to leave even someone as athletically healthy as Cherish in a pseudo-disabled position -- if you don't use your muscles for a long period of time, they take a while to recover.
Looks like she'd be stuck in this bed for a little while longer than she wanted to be, then.

Octavius: "-oody 'ell... ORPHEUS!"
Attempting to sit up too fast, Octavius finds himself quickly winded and in pain, thus he lies down again. Standing next to him, his robotic aide, Orpheus. He stands at a full attention, entirely straight, and slightly startled at the awakening of all of those in a coma.
"Sir? You're in no condition. Lay down, and I'll get master Tenma."
Master Tenma? That name rung a bell... but it the man that swiftly entered the room was not the little girl he had vague memories of.
Instead, a sharp, older looking man walked in. His hair perfectly gelled into a black pompadour. Flanking him on either side were four guardians. They were obviously robotic, so much so that they were armoured and looked like something out of the net itself. They were inhuman in appearance, and at the same time, resembled someone everyone here knew.
"I suppose, we're in need of an explanation here. Are you all awake?"
In another bed within the infirmary, a little girl awakens.
"Noal... Desu..."

A man stands in a mostly empty room. A light grey color are the walls, floor and ceiling, and next to the man stands a small, oak table. On top of this sits an old phonograph, playing a record.
The record produces a marvelous music, if it can be called that. From it emerge sounds never heard by the man, but it doesn't end there. From the music emerges colors, all variety of them, and especially the colors that don't exist in this world.
The record scratches and skips and falls silent. The walls fall away from the floor and ceiling, all six sides exploding out into the vast nothingness. Briefly, the man floats, alone.

Jameson Piers wakes up in a bed and is disoriented, likely due to the dream he just had.
Looking about the room, he notices he's not the only one here.
For now, he keeps to himself and doesn't say anything, but clears his throat, dry from the long sleep, as he attempts to sit up in bed somewhat to observe the room more effectively.

Sounded like activity was going on behind the curtain. Nymphra reached over to pull it back without ever taking her eyes off of her book.
That girl really zoned out when she was into something.
Cherish was able to move her head now, but still hadn't recovered enough to be able to get up and walk. Fortunately she wasn't very disoriented right now (in terms of perception), so she was able to listen to Octavius' explanation of what had gone on.

"Jeez where did these people come from?" Hado said returning back to laying down after a failed attempt at standing back up.
"Oh yes I would like an explanation. And I would like to know how long I've been out." Hado said as he turned his head to listen to Octavius talk.

“Wait, I’m confused,” Xenneth looked around in wonder, “Did everyone else get beat up by clubs too?”
Which clubs? Did he dare mention the female athletic clubs? No! He did not!
Xenneth just looked left to right at all the individuals. No one seemed like they went to this school! He would remember! Then again, he can’t even remember today was Thursday and they were serving tacos, or today was Saturday and he just happened to get dragged and beaten on his way back home. Either way, he was missing two of his favorite days! The violet haired boy tried to silence himself by drinking some of the strawberry milk, but yet, the questions kept him becoming curious!
Curiouser…and curioser…
“Well, you’re in ENCS…” he began to explain to Hado. “It’s Electopia National Combined School. I’m Xenneth-”
He stopped. His brow lifting slightly as if he dreaded the thought of speaking his full name.
“Xenneth.” he continued, “I am a student here. I just…am not good with making friends here. I guess…that’s why I am here. I usually wake up here after some bullying incidents. I-I meant…I couldn’t have been out for too long. Rosetta-chan bought me milk, see?”
The violet haired boy holding up the bottle slightly in the air.
“I-it’s still cold…s-so maybe you’ve been out for an hour? Megami-chan should be back soon…let me just check my P.E.T. and…” Xenneth had made winces of pain that promised him they were not going to be going anytime soon. He stretched his arms over to the small pan in his bed. He knew the routine by now where his P.E.T. would be. One glimpse would show Megami was not there, as usual, as she was buying him a “Get Well Soon” card from a digital shop. At this point, they should be free seeing how many times she frequents the stand.
“Uh, well…” Xenneth mused as he gazed at the device, “…maybe my P.E.T. was damaged before I got here. My date is kind of off. It says today’s month is March. Sorry!” (notencore: It's now May, btw.)
The violet haired boy rubbed his head trying to figure out the wrist device. He begun tinkering with the date, wondering how his settings became so jumbled. However, he did not worry! It was nothing that could not be fixed with a quick Network Update.

As the others began to all stir and more & more unfamiliar faces appeared within the room,Shakeem glanced at them with a blank look...he really had no idea who a large chunk of these people were!
However,as the entrant with his four....robotic guards entered the room and mentioned an explanation being given,Shakeem laid back down on his bed, bracing himself for whatever the summary was...
"An explanation would be very much appreciated,sir..." he spoke. Even though he was unsure about any of the ongoings,he still maintained a respectful disposition.

(Octavius is not the one speaking, Elder Tenma is. Post coloration coming later.)
Tenma, the elder sharply dressed doctor began his speech, with a grim fortitude of someone whose known loss. "You all have been in a coma for two months, 25 days, as of today, May 25th. Your cases were unique, though not isolated, as I'm sure you have figured out by now. We only have preliminary results, but it is my belief that you have all come under the effect of {Clausius Syndrome}, though your cases are unique in that they are a singular case in which the recovery period has lasted this long. My aides, the Seasons, have kept you here and attended to your needs, in addition to those scientists and students researching your condition. However, it is my deepest regret to inform you that you will be quarantined in Electopia for the remainder of the year. You will live here in the school, and special accommodations have been provided. This is for your safety as well as the general public. Curfew is at 2200 nightly.
Octavius, your briefing is in G-22. Orpheus will take you there.
The rest of you are free to go, provided you return at the time indicated."

Quarantined?
Cherish wasn't having any of that.
As she threw off her covers, Faith almost simultaneously closed the curtains again, just barely preventing the others from seeing a less-than-fully-clothed woman roll out of her bed and plant her face in the floor, but not preventing them from hearing the raven-haired girl's failure to get on her feet.
She totally thought she was strong enough to stand, at least.
"Cherish, what are you doing?"
Nymphra marked her page and closed her book, finally breaking out of the trance it held her in. She walked around the bed the help Cherish back up, but was pushed away with surprising force considering this girl had just come out of a coma.
"Leave me alone -- I can do it by myself."
Nymphra watched as the girl tried picking herself back up by leaning on the nearby table, but her arms alone weren't enough to lift her body's weight. This was like watching a senior citizen knocked out of their wheel chair trying to climb back up again.
"... Cherish, you're not strong enough to--"
"Yes. I. Am!"
Taking deep breathes between each syllable didn't intentionally add emotion to her response, but it was hard to veil her discontent right now as even this simple task was causing her to run out of breathe.
After a little more struggling, Cherish was able to leverage her body weight around on her four limbs and just barely get to a standing-leaning position on the table. Sheer willpower was enough to pull through for that task, now was time to see if it it'd pull through for the next: actually walking.
Faith placed a hand on Cherish's stomach and aggressively shoved her back onto the bed, totally negating her previous breakthrough and disabling her from attempting to walk. Fortunately, Cherish didn't flip over to the other side of the bed, but her upper body was able to catch her momentum and land in a seated position.
"No you're not."
" . . . "
Angry eyes looked up to Faith. Did she think Cherish wasn't able to slug her right now? Because she was definitely getting ready to.
"You can't do anything on your own right now. You can't even use the bathroom by yourself. It doesn't matter what you think you are, you're just a human, and the more you try to disprove that the longer it's going to take for you to fully recover."
"And I'm just supposed to sit here, waiting for that?"
"You can catch up on everything you've missed in the past 2 months. Here."
Faith pulled a PET out of her jacket and dropped it on the bed next to Cherish. The internet would be able to update her with all the news that's been going on lately.
" . . . "
Cherish picked it up slowly and fumbled to turn on the screen. She honestly never toyed much with these things; it was one of the few pieces of machinery she knew little of how to operate. After enough dinking around with it, she was able to take it out of standby mode, though.
" Well good morning, gorgeou--!"
*Click*!
She immediately turned the display off again when Strike.EXE showed up to greet her.
"I'd rather stay oblivious."
She passed the PET back to Faith. She would sooner strip naked and traverse the most brutal tundra than ever willingly hold a conversation with that Net Navi, much less even allow him to talk her ear off as she tried ignoring him. Annoyance was far beyond an understatement when describing this one.
"Your physical therapy will start soon. I'd suggest you take it seriously if you want to get back on your feet any time soon."
Feint said nothing as she pulled her covers back over her body.
This was going to be a long, painful stage of her life.
