CloakMan
--Appearance: A dark purple cloak, with hood pulled far over the head of a shadowy Robot Master. The actual body of CloakMan is comprised entirely of shadows, and blend seamlessly into the cloak. Often the only visible part of CloakMan's body are his feet, as his cloak doesn't extend all the way to the ground. He has small white eyes that peer out from the darkness. His signature weapon is Cloak and Dagger.

He has a grey boombox-like speaker system on his shoulders, his face sitting below, which always wears black sunglasses and a smug grin. Out of Character =Noiseman= -Aural expanse- I don't recall having multiple layers of the same type of barrier/aura even being a thing. If so... 35hp barriers and make a stipulation they don't merge. Otherwise you will make yourself a 75hp barrier with a counter.
=Photonman= -Focusing- Haha wow this is good. +35 damage after the first turn, remaining at a constant minimum of +15 unless you're intentionally not using cd's. You uhh, may need to return to the workshop on this one because I'd rule it at +3.
-Attacks- You have 2 more "ignores armor" attacks than you can have. They are also x1 use a turn.

As for PhotonMan...
Focusing: What if it kept the same formula but can only be applied to 1 attack every other turn? Otherwise I'll brainstorm a bit and see what else I can come up with
I might throw "ignores armor" on the other two, but I intentionally added CD to the attacks to use up some of my CD/add damage/play into the Focusing skill.

Noise Violation - Cannot reduce an opponent below 1 HP
Aural Expanse - Make it a three 50 HP layers for balance's sake. The Opponent can also avoid the infliction of 'Confusion' as if it were a 0 Damage, Unaimed Attack.
|Attacks|
-Max Cooldown: 7/10
The Dubstep - 40 Damage * 3 Hits
The Metal - 120 Damage. Also add "Target has ..." to the effect for clarity.
The Grunge - 120 Damage. Also add "Target's..." to the effect for clarity.
PhotonMan
Focusing - I would go for "every attack on Cooldown" instead.
Photogun - It would have 0 Cooldown (once per turn)
Condensed Photogun - You can only have 1 "Ignores Armor" Attack per 8 Max CD. So unless you obtained 3 more Max CD somehow (*looks at a certain program*), this is a nogo unfortunately. You can still penetrate # amount of Armor instead though. Skills can enable more Max CD or more access to Augmenting Effects if you wanted to go that route instead, though.
Dynamic Photogun - Same as the above
Variable Photogun - It can deal 200 Damage. Also: "Can use the effects of one other Photongun attack currently on cooldown" [/clarity]
