Strike's fan was able to put up no resistance as Sya plucked it off of Ruby's body and hurled it so far away that it literally stopped existing. The fox must have seriously had a strong arm to manage to do that... or perhaps the fan's very existence was just that abnormal.
As for Strike himself -- after his swing at Sya had only grazed him, he began to slowly take a few steps back away from his two competitors in preparation for his next maneuver.
And as Ruby had (presumably) sent Sya propelling back toward Strike, the opportunity arose for him to carry out said maneuver.
" ... "
The three-dot silence had been executed. And that only meant one thing...
Feces were about to hit the fan.
(The ceiling fan, that is. Not any of Strike's fans.)
Strike halted his backward progression and dug his rear foot into the ground. His eyes narrowed -- for his window of time was limited and every amount of focus he could gather would be required to stay within it.
With his weapon raised above his head, held by both hands, Strike broke into a sprint toward Ruby and the possibly incoming Sya, like a caveman chasing away a predator.
" LEGENDARY --"
As was customary when using an incredibly powerful signature attack (even though this one was by no means 'signature' for him), Strike loudly declared its name... or at least the name he felt was most fitting for it.
"-- DROPKICK!!!"
And the title said it all.
During his approach, Strike slammed the sharp-end of his weapon into the ground and used it as leverage to launch his body into the air at breakneck speeds, parallel to the ground, like an olympian pole-vaulter.
As implied by the name of this technique, Strike's feet would be the first to come into contact with whatever his trajectory intercepted.
The procedure itself defied every law of nature -- none of Ruby's incoming soundwaves would blow it off of its course, and even if Strike had collided with Sya mid-flight, his speed and trajectory would not be hindered as his body would continue to fly through the air toward Ruby as well.
Collision with Strike would be like collision with a cement wall, so it was certainly something that would leave its victim dazed should it succeed to connect.

(Whoops, didn't realize that you had posted. Stupid email didn't come notifying me.)
When Syaoran finally recovered he noticed he was flying. Once that registered he started screaming and panicking as he tried to stop his involuntary flight eventually grabbing onto Strike (most likely his leg) who while Sya was unable to stop the Legendary Dropkick aimed at Ruby, he did managed to cling and claw onto Strike probably causing some injury there. If he was indeed clinging to Strike, this means Ruby is about to get hit with both the dropkick and probably Syaoran's claws though the later probably not intentionally.

A simple sidestep was all it took to avoid this attack, likely sending the duo into the nearest wall.
"You should really try calling your attacks after you perform them."
Ruby then adopted a somber expression. She gathered all of her energy into her vocal chords before producing a very long, and loud high pitched screech. The duration would have lasted about 30 seconds.
"If either of you can hear me, that was the banshee's wail."
All of her energy now spent, Ruby propped herself against a wall.
"Next time, try to make it a little more fun."
Ruby blew a couple of kisses towards the other two and started walking away. The nameless fan would likely be a little steamed, but such is the fate of the nameless.

"Legendary Dropkick!"
Maybe Ruby had a point. Strike screamed the attack's name again, after it had already failed.
" ... "
To no one's surprise, though, nothing came of it.
"That didn't work either!"
Perhaps she meant something else when she said that he should 'try calling his attacks after he performs them'.
He wouldn't have much time to ponder on that thought though, as Ruby's voice would most certainly be too loud to hear himself think. Covering his ears and ducking down wouldn't be enough to blot this out, either... and he'd probably still be able to at least run toward her and kick her or something had Sya not scratched the crap out of his leg during his last, epic stunt.
So for a full half minute, he just sat there and let his ears bleed to the deafening screech.
And then Ruby said something afterward, but Strike obviously couldn't make out hat it was. Quite a misfortune, too. Maybe she had just shared her contact information and he failed to get it? That'd be the most logical interpretation of her blowing a kiss at him and all.
"SO I'LL SEE YOU AROUND?"
He couldn't hear his own voice -- and he was yelling that out much louder than he intended to (or maybe not, considering it's Strike).
With one combatant gone, and Strike (and perhaps Sya too) left with little to no ambition left after temporarily losing the sense of hearing, that about wrapped things up here. He'd have turned to Sya to say something just now... but that'd have to wait until both of their ears stopped ringing.

Syaoran was still screaming as the sound wave launched him in the air again, as well as made him deaf. He took his sword out just in case as he descended down on Strike, still screaming like a little kid though.

Well, I guess all that is left is for the victor to give his victory post. Also, while a little of topic, every time I try to post it attaches a string of code to it that has to be edited out by someone else. Why is that?
