Opera's words struck him dead in the face. e had lost everything that he ever cared about. His knees buckled a bit as he began remembering what had happened that day.
Jinko: ........serix.............
His eyes went blank as he sat there. Why was he still alive? Why wasn't she? Why did the ONB kill so many people? Then it was clear.
Jinko: The ONB. They took everything from me. One day, I'll take everything from them. I'll make Terra scream out in pain many times over before Terra dies. Terra will know the suffering that Terra has caused.

Opera is somewhat alarmed by Jinko's words. They go against everything she knows.
Opera: Wait, what? The ONB are the long arm of the law! If they took everything from you, then it's because you're a criminal! Terra's sketchy, sure, but you're not going to be able to do much to him. I heard he took a direct kick to the groin from an opponent, then casually ripped the guy's leg off like it was nothing! I recommend you get a new life, 'cause your current one sucks.
(OOC: That thing she heard about Terra actually happened, by the way. And the ONB stands for Official Net Battlers, which, if you've played any of the MMBN games, you may be familiar with as what are basically the police. In other words, they probably demolished that casino because it was doing something illegal.)

[glow=white,2,500]*Embera could only smile at Finale, she whispered back to him.*
Embera: There's not a place for you there, Finalii. But rather, I'd like you to accompany me personally through everything...no matter the trials...
*With that said, she turned to Jinko and Opera. Hearing their quarrel, she threw her two cents in.*
Embera: I can understand that the casino was probably illegal, but the ONB have become as corrupt as the global government. The Electopian senators are downright evil on almost all cases. They delete many innocet navis under the guise of "preserving peace on the net." and anyone else who interferes is deemed an evil and criminal navi meant do be disposed of. If you've been keeping up, you'd know this by now. And Jinko, if you think you have what it takes to stop the ONB, think again, they're more than you can handle. My advice? Get over your losses and move on, before they wipe you out permanantly.[/glow]

Jinko: The casino was perfectly legit. But one of the guests didn't like the way things were being run, and he was open about his oppinions. As for me taking on the ONB, i never said i would do it soon. I'll do it when i'm strong enough. I do have one request though. I would like to accompany you in your travels. I think seeing the rest of the net will help me to grow stronger, as well as do some research on the ONB.
He would not be foolish enough to offer his hand to Embera, seeing as she could probably break it, or delete him again easily.
Jinko: Again, I must apologize for my rudeness at first. I was in somewhat of a hurry and got ahead of myself. I promise you that I will not be a burden. I can handle myself well enough. If I get deleted, I'll find my way back when I log back in.

-Sheep-
Noticing Embera, Sheep immediately disappeared, fearing she would see him as a stalker of sorts.
-Finale-
"I guess we better go then. . . no reason to stay here. . . right?"

He heard Finalii's words.
Jinko: It would appear so, the only question is "where?"
Jinko was a little excited at the moment, but not so much that it would show.

Xyzillentz could only roll his eyes as he listened to the long, melodramatic conversation. He was tempted to use that convenient little hatch again. Instead, though, something altogether more devastating crossed his dastardly mind. Why drown him when he could take away his hopes and goals?
He spoke loudly and mockingly, taking slow steps toward Jinko and Opera. "What ONB? Terra and his goons came from nowhere, fired everyone, and brought in his enforcers. Then Samhain threw Terra and his gang into a dimensional rift to devil-knows-where. There is no more ONB. You can't get your vengeance." Then there was one of his trademark smirks, contorting the scaled features of his face in a seemingly impossible manner. "I do, however, fully support the idea of you leaving."
Nightwind remained at Xion's feet, patiently awaiting his response.
Meanwhile, just outside of the castle, a sort of fish-man in bright blue swim trunks - and nothing else - was wandering the wasteland. He'd come swimming all the way onto the island upon seeing the flashing lights of the battle, assuming it must have been a rave. Now he milled through the dissipating crowd of colonists, walking towards the door. "Awwww man... did I miss the party? I did, didn't I? I better ask the person in this big house-thing, it looks important. He'll know for sure!"

*Through the sickening darkness and vile corruption that embraces the face of Creamland, a form of pseudo-peace reigns after the war. As if intent on just existing, the denizens of the new colony explore their new world. However, the scene would soon change..... Even as the Navis within the latest colony speak, acting as though existence itself had little care beyond their own personal matters, the world outside finally manages to break through it all, as the realization of the impact of Samhain's actions at last dawns on those within the castle. Countless Navis suddenly beam in across the borders of the island network, causing it to look as though it was raining lightning across the sky. Then, even as the numbers still fall into the kingdom, the sound of gunfire rages outside, roaring like the wounded lion, the regal king not prepared to die without a final fight. At the window, the truth is revealed; a line of green borders the outskirts of pride wall, fighting back, and thoroughly winning, against the denizens of the dark dimension left behind. Finally posing an offensive, the forces of Creamland, vast in number and great in skill, face down all who oppose them and break through the lines with ease. It's then that, behind the group, the form of one Navi of stature and rank appears, taking his place near the head of the lines.
Moments later, a set of screens begin to pop up across Creamland, the visage of none other than KnightMan, the network monarch of Creamland, staring out from behind blackened visor*
KnightMan: This is a message to all those of our own race still within this network. I am KnightMan, commander of the Green Tempest and King of Creamland. We have broken through the locks placed on our fair country by the vile creature that took us by storm and are now re-claiming that which rightfully belongs to the people of Creamland.
To those who sided with the foul beast and all those that serve beneath him; resistance is futile. At our disposal is an army that far outranks your own both in skill and numbers; you cannot possibly win. We have already taken dominion over the wall, and we are even now preparing to run the backup data for all of Creamland, restoring it to its former glory. All those who are licensed shall be restored, while all those who are not licensed shall be deleted permanently. All those who surrender will be spared and put to trial for your treachery, but all those who do not shall perish. Those licensed are to report to me immediately to ensure your safety and to be cleared of all charges. Those who do not will be assumed traitors to the crown and put on trial with the restoration of the network.
I plead with you, do not force us to use even greater force than we already have. We are prepared to obliterate the city if the need arises, so do not continue your foolishness!
*With that, the windows all close, the Green Tempest sheathing their weapons before the retreated army of the dark dimension, signaling the countdown to the end of this confrontation*
<Creamland is now area locked. Navis may freely move from area to area, but may not leave/enter Creamland>

Jinko: The hell?! What about those of us that fought to save Creamland?!
He turned to Embera, and Finalii.
Jinko: Okay, i'm gonna skip my usual "stating the obvious" thing. Anyone have any idea as to what to do? cause I sure as hell don't.
Jinko had no reason to flee, nor did he have any intention of being permanently deleted.

Xyzillentz sighed. Over so soon? Really? Such a shame. And what a waste of the gorgeous scenery. Perhaps Samhain had some contingency plan. But if not, what was there he could do about it? He knew there was no way he could take on an entire army, even with Xion and Nightwind backing him up. If it came to that, he would surrender. He was insidious, sure, but not stupid. He was licensed, so hopefully he wouldn't be deleted. He had no hope of winning the trial without some serious bribery... but for now he was focused on a different thought. He would plan his game only once he knew the players.
"So... the white knights of Creamland ride in to slaughter thousands of immigrants searching for a new home. Even Samhain only imprisoned their people." He shook his head solemnly, a shadow of a smirk still on his lips. He didn't fail to see the ironic humor in the situation. "Genocidal retribution... how hypocritical the holy can be, hmmm?"
Nightwind kneeled unwaveringly at Xion's feet, as if he were ignoring the news. There was a gleam in his eye; his mind was working, but he did not acknowledge this aloud.
Arix, meanwhile, walked into the castle, confused. "What's treason? Does it have something to do with trees?"

*This newfound side of Nightwind was much better than how the flying horse had been looking down upon them before. He did nothing for some time, finally stretching when everything was said and done. Looked like they would have quite a bit more fun in store after all.*
"I always did want to fight that knight again. After all, he blindsided me in our encounter before those years ago. The remaining forces will make it quite a bit more interesting..."
*Looking over who was here, their numbers certainly didn't match up, not to mention the ones who would probably remain idle during the course of the ordeal. Xyz didn't look like one who considered fighting a much larger force without surrendering, the new arrival he would assume probably wouldn't know the difference between the forces already. He placed one of his hands on Nightwind's head then instead.*
"And I acknowledge you as one of... I guess 'group' works well enough for it. It looks like we'll have a fight on your hand if you don't want Samhain's work to be ruined so quickly."
*Removing his hand, he went on to the rest. Syn, a few crazies and Embera. AirMan might not consider fighting them all and he at best would use the other, Edge, as more of a shield in case the navi considered resting through it all again. Guess he'd refer to the crazies first, Jinko was starting to seem a bit frantic all things considered.*
"If you don't want to be in the fight, just surrender and go to his side. Of course you'd have to be licensed too, but you hate the ONB so surrendering will just mean you didn't hate them enough. The same goes for anyone else who doesn't want to fight."
*Obviously he wasn't licensed, so that was out of the question. Heck, it was out of the question even if he was. He enjoyed the shenanigans and the fighting, and this could prove to be a rather fun fight. Though he'd only truly enjoy it if he got to the King, KnightMan, and paid him back the debts that they owed him. By they he meant himself and probably just Embera. His next words were addressed to all those there now.*
"So there you have it. You can either surrender yourselves or stand up again and fight. My choice here is pretty obvious. They sing the same tune every where they go, so it's not like it's anything new. Just stand up and show them that they aren't always right and better than the targets they want to oppress!"
*He said what he had to about it anyway. Embera, Finalii, Jinko, Xyz, Nightwind, Syn, AirMan, Edge who probably heard nothing of it, and who knew who the other guy was could decide for themselves. Since they took the wall and planned to run the backup data, odds were they would have to take the fight to the army in question. Of course, devising a plan also depended on who all was in the fight. No point in making a plan for people who weren't participating now was there? He waited now to see their responses for the matter.*

Xyzillentz was torn. He wanted to stay on Xion's good side, but he didn't want to wind up deleted. He only nodded, still hoping to find some way out of this mess. A proposal came to mind. "I'll be the backup. I can surrender, survive the purge, if it happens, and then try to find a way to bring you back. If there's time, maybe I can stop it before it even happens. A strategic infiltration of their ranks, if you will." Of course, he had now idea how or if he could bring someone back from total deletion - he just figured this was the plan that made him seem as loyal as possible without causing his end.
Nightwind stood. He was still thinking... perhaps hoping... about something. He didn't mention it. "If my Master wishes me to fight, that is what I shall do."
Arix gave up on understanding what was going on and started looking around for a snack table. Maybe it was one of those theme parties.

"Bark loudly, but frighten when the going gets tough huh...?" The Reaper comments at the new happenings. Jinko seemed to talk big, but sure was quick to turn to others. Though, even before KnightMan had made his full announcement, he was already aware of what the choices would be; and what he would choose. With a shrug, he flexed a hand, black flames beckoning to his call. Their opponents spoke of valor, but inevitably were just as ruthless as those who they fought against weren't they? He couldn't help a small sardonic grin from that irony. Either join or face utter annihilation huh?
Even with these type of odds, Syn would never have allowed it to go by so easily. Maybe it was better to accept since he didn't have much at all tying him to caring too much, other than his own desire to survive. "As if you have to ask what my choice will be." He replies with a somewhat savage grin. While he did not delight in mayhem and chaos as much as other of his ilk did, he was always up for a good fight.
"...After all, better to go down like wolf than to cower like a pup." The Reaper finishes. This should be a good one, either way.

Jinko: You make a good point. Alright, guess I have no choice but to fight.
Jinko drew his blade once more.
Jinko: Let's just hope they make it fun.
This was one of the few chances he would get to prove his worth to the higher ups.
Jinko: So, who's drawing the battle plan? I suppose I could.
Jinko pulled out a piece of paper and got to work.
Jinko: Alright, Here's the Idea. If that Portal's still open, we could use it to our advantage. Nightwind, and Xion could head into the castle and have their "long awaited" fight with Knight while the rest of us go around and take the rest of Creamland.
Probably not his best idea, but it was one of few that he had.

*AirMan carefully consideres Jinko's words for several moments after he speaks. Then, when noone responds, he walks up to the Navi and puts an arm around his shoulders, walking him to the edge of the room. Once there, he opens a hatch to the ocean below, puts a hand on the back of the Navi's head, and pushes him head-first into the ocean water. After holding him as such for several moments, Jinko's body stops squirming. At which time AirMan kicks his lifeless body into the ocean, closes the hatch and returns to the group as though nothing had happened*
<Jinko.EXE, Deleted>
*With a cough, AirMan continues, looking to Nightwind*
AirMan: Ah, with due respect to your obvious experience in these matters, what would you say should be done, hmm? Surely your master has some way of defending his realms asside from his.... rather lackluster... armies.
