*As per Terra's word, the blow lands true, slamming into the Earth Navi's groin with a massive blow. However, the result was not what Ruin had expected. As his boot makes contact, the raw strength of the ONB leader's armor doesn't even shake, rather staying solid like a statue. With the attack finished, Terra then reaches down and grips Ruin's leg with one hand*
Terra: ...pathetic.
*With one swift motion, Terra kicks Ruin away while pulling back on his leg, litteraly ripping it clean out of its socket in one fell blow as Ruin falls to the side. Holding the leg for a few moments, Terra simply continues to laugh under his breath*
Terra: I wasn't going to retaliate, but I don't take kindly to moves like that.
*Terra then drops the lifeless leg in a pool of blood before Ruin*
Terra: You're not even worth the time it's taken me to humiliate you. And you're not powerful enough to be worth anything more than what I've done to you already.
*Terra's smirk then darkens as he continues, a laugh escaping with his words*
Terra: And besides, I'm sure Mars will be interested in deleting your backup data when he's free.
*Terra then kicks the leg to Ruin and turns around*
Terra: I'll give you another chance when you're more than just talk. Assuming you ever are. Untill then, enjoy your life, knowing that you're little more than worthless.
*Terra gives a sarcastic wave behind hiself to Ruin and begins to walk off, the sound of his laughter still fresh in the air*

Ruin screams out in pain as his leg is torn from his body, it would require an insane amount of pain tolerance for anyone not to, and not even Ruin had that kind of tolerance. As he fell to the ground, he found his leg next to him a pool of his own blood. Terra had proved it, proved his weakness that he would never admit to himself. Ruin now had a goal, something he never had before. Before he was just rampaging, doing whatever he liked, but now with a goal, to kill the one who humiliated him so. To do that, he needed more power, more dark power. He knew where to look, but not where that place was. The undernet had made itself elusive in the past years, even those who once spent much of their time there would not know how to get there now. But first, Ruin had to stop his bleeding leg.
Terra had likely already left, so he was relatively alone in the network, save for the also crippled enforcer. Materializing two darkchips, a Dark Meteor and a Dark Sword, he watched as he fused them together, making a flaming sword. A makeshift way to cauterize his wound, but it would have to do. Materializing the flaming dark blade, he brought the flat of the blade to his bleeding hip, the searing pain he felt was not unlike the pain of having his leg ripped from his body. It took some time, his darksoul even taking hold of him for a time. However, he ended up getting the job done. His stump of a leg now closed and the bleeding stopped, Ruin picked up his leg and slung its limp form over his shoulder. Using his axe as a crutch, he limped away from the scene, he would be crippled for a time, but he would return after he healed to exact his revenge.

A dark, deep, booming voice filled the air.
"Residents of Earth's Net. This is to inform you that as of today, you have a new world power. I am Lord Samhain of the Dark Dimension, and since I've gotten your attention, I'm going to explain a few things to you."
"My dimension is a glorious place where evil and darkness rule, demons run free through nightmarish streets, and all that I say is law. But I've always longed for more - and luckily for me, centuries ago I discovered an incredible power. Once a year, during the most unholy of seasons, I have the ability to enter the Net Worlds of other dimensions for a certain amount of time. Soon I discovered I could bring a small scouting army with me, and no one would stand in our way. Within five years, my glorious rule had extended to five interdimensional colonies. I assume you can see where this is going."
"I have captured your dimension's kingdom of Creamland and made it my colony, changing it to suit my preferences. Those silly ONB enforcers are gone. The populace and former rulers of Creamland are imprisoned. And my scouting army has overrun the island. Truly, it is a sight to behold."
"On Halloween at midnight, I will be returned to my own world - sucked through a mighty interdimensional portal. But that portal's immense surge of power will seal my curse and make what you called Creamland my 666th colony - forever. In my absence, the mighty general Nightwind shall rule as governor - and I can assure you that any foreign hostility will be swiftly and brutally dealt with."
"But a colony is useless without subjects to rule. As such, this message is an invitation - those with darkness in their hearts, sin in their souls, and murder on their minds will find a perfect home here. Come to me, my subjects, and you shall live a life of eternal evil as you have always wished. The former Creamland natives will make excellent victims, of course. And if you serve me well... there may be certain rewards in store."
"Should you hear this message and wish to play the hero, heed this warning: I have been conquering lands far better-guarded than this one for lifetimes, and never have I been defeated. To wander into my colonies without iniquitous intentions is to forfeit your life, your freedom, and your very soul."
"This is my season. This is my plan. And your world is the lucky target of my latest Autumnal Assault."
As the voice faded, a portal opened - on the other side, the hellish, twisted landscape of what used to be Pride Park.

Having been wandering the tundra for what seemed like forever, Ruin looked up to the sky in anger and annoyance. It would seem that he took a wrong turn in the dimensional portal and somehow ended up in Sharo from Creamland. How this happened... he couldn't say for sure. However he likely missed all the fun and he was not happy about it. He had tried to get back to Creamland, breaking through reality, but there was too much going on in-between dimensions, too much traffic to realistically get anywhere. Sitting down cross legged, he spoke to to himself, in anger and annoyance, as well as to anyone who happened to be nearby, which he doubted.
"Well this is a load of bollocks."

A lone dark navi walked out from behind a tree.
"Indeed it is. Seems I wasn't the only one that missed the party."
He walked over to the darkloid, extending his hand.
"Strifeman, pleasure to meet your aquaintance. I heard that a leader of The Chaotic might be out here, and wanted to see if it was true. By now you're probably wondering why i would want to meet with a leader of such a dark force. Well, it's quite simple really, I would like to join."
His hand was still outstreched as he gave his greeting.
"As for my reasons for joining, i hate everything good in the world. Especially the O.N.B., while i do respect their power."
With this, he waited for the darkloid's response.

Ruin continued sitting, he glared at the navi, his purple eyes sparked with darkened power. He looked up and down Strifeman, not impressed with what he saw, they already had a meat-shield, and it wasn't even his decision either. He wasn't the leader after all.
"Think ya got the wrong guy kid."
Ruin stood up after a short time, moving closer to Strifeman and grasping his hand. With no effort, he crushed it in his, the navi's hand broken and mangled. He let go, grabbing the navi by the collar and lifting him toward Ruin's masked face.
"But if you want in to The Chaotic, you'd best come to be a bit stronger than this."
Slamming Strifeman into the tree, it shook, snow falling around the two and Ruin's eyes piercing through the navi's soul. Ruin's grip grew tighter, around Strifeman's neck as it stopped the navi's breathing. Lifting him up off the ground, Ruin sneered and threw him down, his leg coming to Strifeman's chest shortly after. Oddly, such a strike didn't go straight through to the ice below, it was held back for some reason. As Ruin crushed the navi beneath his foot, Ruin could hear the sounds of breaking bones coming from Strifeman's midsection.
"If you still want to join us, find Xion. But know this kid, just because you need us to give you the power you so crave to help you against "all things good" as you put it. Does NOT mean that we need you to further our goals."
With that final note, Ruin lifted his foot off the navi, spitting on him as he left. A mangled and broken example of what he once was, no such recovery chip would do the work for Strifeman at this point. Ruin walked off into the tundra, in no particular direction, he decided to search for something. A long while back he remembered a rumor that the Undernet had a connection to Sharo somewhere, Perhaps he could find it if he looked hard enough.

When Strifeman awoke, his clothing was coated in darkness and he had a sharp pain in his chest and another in his back.
"Man, what's his problem? All I did was offer a formal greeting."
With this, Strifeman looked for a way to start trouble.
"Hmph, no better way to deal with the cold than a quick workout."

A large explosion came from inside the Elbrus Range, a decent distance off from where Ruin was but he still noticed it. Looking over, he noticed a large spout of snow shoot up, a very uncommon occurance for anywhere. With his search for the undernet turning up nothing but digital ice, Ruin decided to head over to investigate whatever happened at the range. Kicking the ice covered ground, he created a footing to push off of, and leaning down, he prepared to make off into a dash. Pushing off the holds he made, he shot toward the mountains, to where the explosion took place. He knew not the area there very well, so his teleportation technique wouldn't work nearly as well. At least, it wouldn't. Ruin did not think that far though, and broke open reality once more regardless.

Strifeman arrived as the sound from the explosion reverberated off of the snow, ice, and mountains. This piqued his interest, so he decided to look into it.

As Ruin once again wandered the tundra, he trudged along rather slowly, taking his time and going in no particular direction. Getting latched on with the recall device by Terra was nothing he liked, and effectively shunned by Toxin for his lateness, he lacked any alliances currently. A tool with no one to use him, powerful in his own right but unable to do anything productive without direction. Technically he was a tool of the ONB now, but he didn't like it. At the very least he thought himself strong enough to choose who he worked for.
Luckily, he noticed something as he was moving along. The device Terra had implanted in his data had gone inactive suddenly. A chance to no longer have to deal with the ONB on Terra's time, Ruin took advantage of it. With a quick thrust, Ruin shoved his hand straight into his body, the pain immense but the idealized payoff worth it. His hand searching around in his data, he grabbed the form of the device and grasped it tight, pulling from his body with overpowering force. His wound exploded outward, his chest bleeding profusely with blood staining the ice and snow he walked upon. Holding in his hand was the device that Terra had implanted on him, inactive as it was, dripping with blood. With a powerful clench of his fist, Ruin destroyed the device, its data exploding and dissipating into code fragments into the air. Fueled by adrenilne, Ruin smiled at his accomplishment, no longer tied to the ONB. However his rush soon subsided, and the consequences of of actions hit hard. A large bleeding hole in his chest stood, blood spilling out onto the frozen ground below him. Ruin fell to his knees, weakened by his own action. His darksoul began to swell about his body, before focusing itself on the wounded area, creating a temporary shell to prevent further bleeding. He cursed himself for never getting a Dark Recovery Chip, and trudged along further in hopes his normal systems and his darksoul would sustain him. At the very least, he wouldn't have to deal with the ONB for a while.
His Darksoul soon having stabilized his dangerous condition, Ruin gets up, able to move once again, his Darksoul acting as his second skin while his data recovers. Looking over the tundra, he sees in the distance Com Square, and with that, the sky over it opening up, data streams of crimson falling down upon the centric area of Sharo.
Ruin was highly intrigued by this phenomenon, though he knew its origin was likely aligned similar to him, with the dark. Dropping a dark portal, a much more accurate version of transportation compared to his prior form. But one that he did not master until quite recently.

Merrill is the first to enter the Tundra, testing his new flying skills, doing flips and tricks. Not to show off as much as to test himself. Healer jumped off before he started, and was just running around, spewing fire, watching proudly as her new golden flames errupted.
Merrill had to admit, he felt limber, he felt faster, and he even felt stronger than before. He landed on the land, and quickly did a cartwheel and some gymnsatic-like moves. He stood, and threw a few punches and kicks in place, testing his speed.
When he finished, he stood and waited for the others. He looked at himself, and was surprised. He couldn't wait to test his new abilities.

" Now it wouldn't be fair if the two of us ganged up on you and Healer..."
Warrior came in shortly afterward, sort of impressed to see that Merrill and his virus had beat him here. It was almost an insult to his own speed, but then again, it's not like they were racing or anything.
" ... So I'm left to assume that this is gunna be a free-for-all."[/color]
Warrior's hands weren't empty like they were before -- two daggers (both with an ornate golden design along the blade) hung loosely in his grip as he came within yards of Merrill.
He was sort of looking forward to this. It'd been years since the last time he'd fought Merrill, and as he recalled, neither of them had ever been able to defeat one another. They'd always either end the fight with a draw, or the fight was simply interrupted. Now that they had both gotten stronger over the years, it was once again time to see who was the stronger (if indeed there was one).
He had never really fought Mirror before... or if he had, it'd been too long ago for him to remember. He had no doubt that his former leader would put up a good match, though.
Speaking of Mirror... he must have still been on his way. Warrior waited for him, before they began.

Merrill nodded.
[glow=yellow,2,300][shadow=yellow,up,300]"Yeah. It's a free for all. Its great to see you again. I'm so looking forward to this..."[/shadow][/glow]
Merrill grinned. He couldn't help it. He was excited. He shut his eyes, and then opened them, activating his Sight again. Warrior's red-blue aura appeared to him, and he looked at Warrior's weapon of choice.
Daggers. He couldn't help but remember the last time warrior used them. Warrior's speed vastly outclassed his own, and when he used is visors as daggers, Merrill rememberd getting stabbed and cut multipule times with them. He knew Warrior had skill with the short blades.
He wondered the outcome of this battle. Would Warrior defeat him this time? Would Mirror, with his many talents, defeat him and or Warrior? Only Time would tell.
[shadow=red,left,300]"I'm stronger too! I won't be defeated that easily this time, Warrior!"[/shadow]
Merrill chuckled. He was excited to see them all in action. He drew his Spear-Staff. If Warrior was gonna try a new primary weapon, he would start with one too.

((OOC: I personally find it HILARIOUS that Mirror is the "ex-leader" but version and stat wise Merrill and Warrior totally OWN him right now xD))
Not long after Warrior meets up with Merrill, Mirror walks up to them.
"Sorry if I should've been moving a bit quicker. I couldn't help but go slow to take in the sights. he says with a slight laugh. "We undoubtedly have much to talk about...
MirrorMan pauses briefly, and the strange material he's made of pulses for a split second and then morphs and shifts and contorts, taking on a new shape and color. He now appears as a juxtaposition of Merrill and Warrior, wearing a coat and pants nearly identical to Warrior's, though the gold color native to Warrior's clothing is instead a greyish blue, reminiscent of the color Mirror was just a moment ago. On his forearms he wears armor akin to that which Merrill wears, though it is a stark white as opposed to Merrill's blueish-green, and he wears a pair of boots mimicking Merrill's as well, though again the white color. His face changes from a featureless mass of matter into that of a human, with pale skin, long, white hair similar to the style he wore it in back in the days of The Crusading Shield, and eyes that glow like mercury.
"...but surely we can talk while fighting, no? A large smile stretches across Mirror's now emotive face.
"Surely by now you two know what sort of skills I've gained. Let's do this!"

[glow=white,2,500]*Coming onto the scene after what seems to be a battle, Embera met up with the trio. Giving a shocked whistle, she interrupted Merrill's speech.*
Embera: Howdy! Mind getting me acquainted with the wraith-lookin' guy over there?
*Gently motioning to Mirror, Embera accidentally unleashed a gush of heat, scorching the land in a line all the way just before Mirror's feet. With a nervous chuckle Embera scratched the back of her head.*
Embera: Ehehehe...sorry about that...I can't control it sometimes...[/glow]
