Out of Character (Apologies. I saw that Mirror said he was going to post last night. He didn't.)
Bastets pounces were met with naught but darkness and a gentle breeze with each leap. Her precious red orb beyond reach. Not for long however, moments later the orb once again rattled in the darkness while simultaneously growing larger with each shake. After fruitless attempts Bastets giant leaps were rewarded with the orb she sought. The mechanical monstrosity dropped once more onto her at the crescendo of the jump, dozens of feet into the air. Attempting to crush her once again and bringing the pair down the ground with groundbreaking force.
BoB's cage soared through the air only to be yanked back into the wall by the would-be aider. Her empowered self strengthening the pull and slamming the contraption and its captor haphazardly into the wall several times with great force.
The red speckled blanket of night came alive with balls of white and a light but familiar 'whreeee' noise. Within seconds the source was verified as a spiderbot crashed into the ground and explodes instantly at Golems feet. Vallyries' reckless attempt at freedom shook loose the non-vital drones from the cage and created a rainstorm of spider bombs for the navis below.

Hub.BAT... Activated?
Despite BoB's attempt, the file makes no change visibly, and crashes itself instantly. More shards would need to be collected.

B.o.B. was flung off the wall and then violently slammed back into it. hitting the walls of the cage hurt and didn't solve the problem of getting out B.o.B: "Enough! stranger, either get me out or hold this thing still!" B.o.B. who was not one who usually lost its temper shouted for the first time in years. B.o.B.'s right arm began to whir as energy rushed into it.

Void of all the noise: all the screaming, all the beckoning, all the silly-willy nonsense that had nothing to do with a glimmering red jewel, Bastet pursued her target.
Unfortunately, the cat-like NetNavi felt the falling impact of the giant Bospider and met with a cling of her body to its metal undercarriage. She clung only for a moment, a single finger nail was all she needed to tap is body and her perked ears made it all like sonar: its density, the distance they were falling, the time she had between living and becoming a flattened bread under the spider’s body. She had spun upon the underside of the spider’s body as she was driven downward with the earth shattering force that threatened to crush her bones. However, the only saving grace as her spinning body and appendages made her like a living drill that burrowed into the terrain. The ground beneath the spider was riddled with a large hole big enough or two cramped people and Bastet laid under it with her body riddled dust and some scratches from her own fury of movements.
“Shiny shiny! It’s now mine, Meow!”
Bastet’s eyes were more beastly than before and her teeth shown as jagged as vicious as an attack dog. Her body spun once more as she swiped at the underside of the Bospider with all her might and with as much speed as she could muster in such a cramped space. With herself on her back and her feet and hands upward, it was enough to make all of her appendages swipe with their even counted nails for a total of a furry of sixteen swords. She had attempted to swipe at pick at the small cravats of the Bospider underside with each swipe attempting to pry open the compartment bottom like it slid open before upon impact and get to the jewel in its body.
“Shiny! Shiny!”
Her cries more ravenous as before as if she was going after meat!

((So I wait for Phreeze to post, and this jumps to another page. Guys, plz, I haz job in the mornings xP))
Skipping to relevant stuff...
Golem's rejuvenating aura would persist for as long as Golem continued to stand, part of why it was more then just a giant bulwark. It was temporarily unable to assist Bastet in her search for the Bospider when it fled to the shadows, having to deal with some of the lesser minions clawing at it's face. Unfortunately for them, it's eyes weren't... tangible for lack of a better word. Those glowing orbs were just that, glowing orbs and not solid. But that didn't mean their bodies didn't keep it from seeing what was going on around it for a moment.
Instead of slapping them away, or trying to pick them off (which would have resulted in it's face exploding), Golem's face simply repulsed it's attackers by jutting out the stones it's face was composed of. Basically, minions were repulsed from it's face as quickly as they came thanks to this bizarre quirk. Unfortunately Golem couldn't do much else right now because of the spiders.
And then spider bombs were falling from the ceiling, this was problematic, as the feline navi looked like she could use someone to help her tie the big spider down. Golem started taking some evasive action, both to avoid the spider bombs, and to avoid any more landing on it's face. And it needed a "safer" chance to strike the bospider that wouldn't accidentally crush Bastet in the process...

Valkyrie saw no change in the cage being released, and sought another plan... She'd ignore him, simple. Seeing the Bospider leaping about in the dark, barely, gave Valkyrie that killer vibe and instinct to strike... Leaping off the wall, she attempted to cleave through any little bots with a spinning strike and move herself towards the Bospider...
Downpour, on the other hand, seemed to have hidden himself somewhere beyond Bastet, realizing he could not help her, cowering behind a rock, he sat there, waiting...

Bosdunker
Just as before the hatch jarred open upon the spiders crushing descent. Bastet ever at the ready shredded her blades at the giant ruby. Instinctively the spider recoiled its abdomen up and away from the assaulted only to be met with Valkyries aerial assault. Another strike at its precious core.
Wriggling once more the spider let out a light "skree and shut its gates. Just as quickly as it had appeared the spider shimmied back up into the ink black rafters. If his wake, just as he was fading from view entirely, the Bospider spat a rather massive metallic sphere out of its mouth One much larger than the beasts body. It fell directly onto Bastets' little hole to finish her self created tomb. Once settled it did nothing. No obvious flashing or noisy display. It simply idled.
The rainstorm of dynamite drones puttered out shortly after the Bospider itself rescinded up into darkness. A stray explosive colliding directly onto Mirrorman. Knocking the stationary target out and detonating not long after.
<Mirrorman.exe baleeted>
The others actually were left alone on the now pitch black ground. The drones had begun to climb the walls on all sides. Their dim red eyes the only signal that their orders had changed.
With Valkyrie elsewhere and nothing else to dissuade the drones. They redoubled their efforts to scale the wall. Quickly covering lost ground and approaching the top of the pit. The large of the mountain ranges' night sky hit BoB's face as the gentle breeze caressed him. BoB's captors, let alone himself, were nigh discernible to any and all but the most acute of eyes. Their own, now miniscule red lights dwarfed by that of the drones below.

“M-Meow?!”
*CRASH!!!*
Bastet’s body was buried under the sphere in an instant.
There were little subtle movements long before the sphere crashed into the cat-like NetNavi. Her nails had reached across the ground the moment there was a threat looming. Every ready to avoid, the sound of her nails tapping the terrain made a ringing that was like the sound of a sword singing with an enchanting voice if there was any way possible. The massive sphere created a sound that ruined the symphony, something that was ominous and Bastet reacted just as quickly as her nails clawed into the terrain. A Battlechip was accessed quickly as the tomb that was for Bastet had become more of a leisurely, but small, metal replica of a tiled floor with the pattern of a shadowed cat’s figure.
*SCREEEEECH….SCHREEECH!!!*
The sound of Bastet’s claws that brushed against her Royal Chamber created sparks in the night. Each brush had shown a malicious glimmer in her eyes and a smiling expression that was that of a murderer with nothing to lose with her glassy stare. The sphere was close until it was with one smooth swipe of her claws over her head and eyes glaring at the incoming sphere that Bastet intercepted with a block. Her claws were sharper and much more durable as she had taken a moment to further manicure them on the strong durable metal floor that given her the footing to stand on as it did not give away during her interception. With her unbreakable claws acting as a powerful shield, Bastet guarded against the sphere with her hands, and with great acrobatics, swift movements, and speed; she acted!
There was an outward swipe of her claws that was the first counter strike sending the sphere spinning around in a rotation and flying upwards only inches. With that, Bastet delivered a second counter strike as she leapt to her hands and used her right foot with her nails acting as swords giving more momentum, and a third as she swept around with her left foot adding to the powerful rotation.
“Meow! My turn! My turn!”
There was a cry like a child rather than a warrior. That next moment, Bastet had kicked herself upward shifting her weight to land on her feet and bend her legs as she readied to spring them as if she was going to launch herself like a rocket. However, there was only her very own body whirling around just as quickly as the sphere as she whipped her body at its bottom, given one massive powerful swipe of her claw adding to its already ridiculous rotation speed given by her quick swiping coutnerattacks and sent it flying upward with less speed due to the harshness of gravity, but with even greater drilling force due to its revolving speed!

Something had changed. Golem's eyes could not see what had changed, and had trouble sensing the change due to the multitude of skittering claws and overwhelming darkness. Where had that hole come from? Golem remembered that the pit had been sealed earlier, but whether or not that was true wasn't as important as the fact that it was there.
Now left alone to act, Golem did in the quickest fashion it deemed appropriate; it teleported. It was unable to leave the network, but it had no desire to right now. The one called BoB was in trouble, and Golem didn't need to see where he would be going judging by how the drones were skittering up the walls. So, Golem vanished as it's body changed into light, reappearing at the lip of the pit in the same fashion, but backwards.
As soon as it saw BoB's captors, it would reach down and simply pick the cage up, depriving the drones of escaping with him. It would then try to tear the cage open, and should that fail for whatever reason, it had one other trick up it's sleeve. "This one advises ducking..." Golem would warn Bob as it pulled one of it's arms back, it's fist glowing as Golem threw a Hammer Fist in a right hook intended to destroy the upper potion of the cage.
Golem's other hand gripping the base of the cage would make sure BoB didn't go flying...

B.o.B. waited patiently, gathering energy in its right arm, calming itself down and trying to think of a less destructive solution to its predicament. The cold air of the range blew through the bars of its cage. Suddenly a large shadow was cast over the cage and B.o.B was lifted in the air. B.o.B: "huh?" It was Golem, who B.o.B had assumed was still in the cave. B.o.B was jostled about as Golem picked it and its cage up off the ground and began trying to rip the cage in half. After a few seconds Golem stopped and simply held the cage upright and muttered the word "duck.." Seeing Golem's massive arm swinging towards the cage B.o.B. laid as flat as possible along the cages floor...

There were several things going on at once, and Valkyrie's bloodlust was only boiling higher and higher... She was becoming impatient, and antsy, seeing as how the cat was dealing with the big guy, she decided to help...
Running over towards Bastet, Valkyrie's claws were unleashed in a similar manner that Bastet's were, propelling herself into the air, Valkyrie attempted to land onto the Bosipder in a similar manner, any contact her claws would make to any sentient piece of data, talking or not, would help keep herself alive at this point...
As for Downpour, he still remain hidden behind a rock, trying to recover his wounds ever-so-slowly and he began to worry... What if those crawly things found him? What if they wanted to 'splode on him, too? He only began to dilate his eyes, scanning carefully for anything moving around him... Then suddenly...

Bosdunker (Bones, bones everywhere.) (Also in the wake of learning of Golems ludicrous size(20ft) everything is now bigger than it was, else you all would have died several times already just because of that.) (It makes for some really funny hindsight moments though!)
Bastets claws buried their way into the sphere with almost no resistance, despite the large size. However the instant the orb was punctured it revealed itself to be yet another trick of the merciless beast, a bomb. Yet contrary to its massive size the explosion was concise. Taking up no more than a mere few feet in its illuminating display. The damage however was catastrophic as Bastet was knocked across the expansive battlefield into a wall next to a small cave passage. Assessing the damage would reveal that her precious claws had been shattered, and the majority of both hands were mangled to a severe degree.
Shortly after Golem teleports onto the edge of the pit the frail surface beneath him buckles and cracks. The damage spidering along the ridge until finally... it collapses, sending the would be savior, several hundred pounds of ice, and BoB's cage tumbling back into the darkness below. Within moments the hodgepodge of an avalanche expands further as it collects dozens of Bospider drones as well as the big kahuna itself.
Valkyrie's assault was met with the booming echo to all participants below that something large was coming; and as she rises to the crescendo of her leap her eyes catch a glimpse of Golems mistake crashing towards her and her companions below. The Bospider pinned under a large boulder of ice, dozens of drones all flickering with their signature detonation sequence, unrealistic amounts of forzen debris randing from ice rocks to razor sharp stalactites, and BoB's cage tumbling haphazardly amongst it taking massive structural damage, all trailing ahead of Golem who would find no mercy from the walls around him in hopeless attempts to slow his fall.

Just as B.o.B. thought it might finally be free...An avalanche struck..."Just my luck..." B.o.B. tumbled down rattling about inside the cage. Finally settling down upwards, back against the cage bars. B.o.B. was facing in the direction of the giant arachnid. B.o.B: "You! you piece of useless garbage data! You killed Mirror!" A big red cross hare appeared on B.o.B's face plate.Raising up it's right arm, the gear around the wrist spinning rapidly. De-Res and Delete! A massive beam of bright orange energy shot out, blowing a hole through the cage and engulfing the massive spider and its offspring. B.o.B. released all of the stored up energy and hatred on the massive spider. Smoke rose from B.o.B's right arm hanging limply, all the lights along it blinking off...

((Short version: Golem is falling... falling in love))
Golem definitely overestimated the edge of the hole's ability to hold his weight. But he was pretty much blind from down in the cave so what did you expect? In either case, Golem was unable to free BoB as it had intended.
And Golem fell, and was apparently going to fall for a few seconds. Enough time to avoid BoB's Death Lazer!

The damage was mounting…
Even for Bastet who was clear of mind and set only on one objective, she had met a powerful obstacle that had gotten in her way: pain. Even now, the feline NetNavi had impacted the wall and let out a gasp of air as she tried to regain the air that was ejected from her lungs. The cat was quick to recuperate, but only to get on all fours of her mangled limbs. Her narrowed eyes looked for the giant Bospider, shifted, and found the small cave opening that she let her back hind side back into as the shadows of the opening started to envelope her from back to front.
Her teeth gritted!
Bastet had the face of a vengeful female that was scorn rather than some cornered cat. Nothing had stopped her from getting what she wanted: not a man or beast in sight! However, this mechanical menace was neither and that was probably what was so intimidating. Even now, Bastet stared on with a relaxed composure. Finally she had switched her goal from snatch and ripping the jewel out to overwhelming and defeating her enemy until nothing was left with pieces of shrapnel. She had done this with a glint of her eye and a lift of her right paw to her mouth as she begun to lick at it and her jagged, broken nails.
Even now, strangely, with each lick of her nails, Bastet’s claws had begun to grow back slowly like a cat mending a wound.
