It would seem that Glassman's ploy of appearing to be a mere passerby worked quite well. He had managed to gather some information about where the Revolution was...thought he had a feeling that they weren't the first ones there...
Glassman popped up another screen and sent a very brief e-mail to InfoSearch and Thorn...in case they weren't there already.

A dark, deep, booming voice filled the air.
"Residents of Earth's Net. This is to inform you that as of today, you have a new world power. I am Lord Samhain of the Dark Dimension, and since I've gotten your attention, I'm going to explain a few things to you."
"My dimension is a glorious place where evil and darkness rule, demons run free through nightmarish streets, and all that I say is law. But I've always longed for more - and luckily for me, centuries ago I discovered an incredible power. Once a year, during the most unholy of seasons, I have the ability to enter the Net Worlds of other dimensions for a certain amount of time. Soon I discovered I could bring a small scouting army with me, and no one would stand in our way. Within five years, my glorious rule had extended to five interdimensional colonies. I assume you can see where this is going."
"I have captured your dimension's kingdom of Creamland and made it my colony, changing it to suit my preferences. Those silly ONB enforcers are gone. The populace and former rulers of Creamland are imprisoned. And my scouting army has overrun the island. Truly, it is a sight to behold."

As the voice faded, a portal opened - on the other side, the hellish, twisted landscape of what used to be Pride Park.

Atop the buildings of Element city seemed as good a place as any for one to take a rest. A common place for navis who wish not to be in the hustle and bustle of the city below, but still yearn for the sounds of others about. Flare was one such navi, having just woken up from a short nap atop one of the many buildings strewn about Element City. He had spent his time recently working on mastering his new body, and though he had its physical use down, he was still working the kinks out of his energy based body. Getting up, Flare observed the surrounding area, looking for something, anything to do.

The red colored navi walked over to Flare.
"Being on top of these buildings gives you that calm feeling, I kinda like it. The name's NovaMan, this is my first time coming to Element City."

Flare glanced at Novaman, but turned his gaze once more to overlooking the city. A newcomer to the city? More like a newcomer to the country. You had to be a real sheltered navi to have never come to the city before. Flare paid the navi little heed, instead scanning the horizon more intently.
After a short time passed, Flare closed his eyes and gave up, shaking his head, he looked to the streets below, a solemn look in his eyes. Sadness perhaps? Though such a feeling was out of character for him, considering his circumstance, it was very plausible. He spoke to Novaman without turning his head.
"Calm? I call it boring, There's nothing to do in this city. Nothing to do in this area at all, I may as well just tear up the city below. But nothing will come of it. Still..."
Flare then turned to Novaman, his eyes sparked with his elemental power.
"You're either very brave or very stupid. Giving someone your name and the reason you're here so easily. You're lucky im not one of them Darkloids, they could do a lot with that data."

NovaMan was a bit set back from that comment.
"Yeah, maybe you're right. I've heard of the Darkloids, and I'd hate to cross paths with one of 'em."
NovaMan turns around and looks towards the sky.
"Then again, if I was powerful enough, I'd rid the world of every single one of them."
At that, NovaMan looks back to Flare.
"If you're still paying attention, I'd like to form an alliance. I wanna destroy the evil navis who are behind all this chaos, but I understand if you're not up to it."

Flare smiled, a crazed smile at that. His eyes changed from a spark to a flame, contained within his pupil. This navi clearly was much more than new, he was naive. Two navis taking out all the navis causing chaos? Hell, Flare himself was sometimes one such navi.
"Not my style kid, besides, you've got a lot to learn if you're planning on taking out all the chaos in this world. Long ago we had two such factions. The Knights of Radiance, disbanded long ago and dedicated to wiping Darkloids and the darkchips they abuse so frequently. Then the Nanashi Syndicate, dedicated to peace about the net. Both are lost in time, now you think that you can pick up where two failed groups left off?"

NovaMan smirked.
"I know that if I can manage to gather enough navis on my side, there'll be no doubt that we can take out the Darkloids along with their darkchips. All I need is some navis, and some time to get stronger."

A glint passes by Flare's eyes, and small smile creeped across his face. Keeping his attention at the rather cocky and foolish navi in front of him. Or perhaps it wasn't foolish, perhaps it was drive. Either way, perhaps what was about to happen would discern what this navi had.
"So tell me, What would you do about those navis who just like to cause chaos, but do not indulge in the temptation of Darkchips? Or perhaps those who cause chaos around them-"
Flare's line was suddenly cut off, as another navi came flying through the air and rammed straight into Nova, the force of the crash sending them both down to a lower building. The duo hit the roof of the next building with a crash, causing some navis below to look up in wonder. The mystery navi quickly got up however and continued to skate along the rooftops, catching a power line and grinding to the other side of the street. Continuing on without a care in the world. Flare himself jumped down to the building below and landed quite gracefully, standing over Nova.
"Just by being themselves? Like the one who just ran into you and left without a second thought. What will you do with those?"

NovaMan stood up, a bit caught off guard by what just happened. He dusted himself off and looked at Flare.
"...To tell the truth, I haven't really given it much thought. But, I'll figure out something."
NovaMan turned towards the direction the mystery navi went.
"..."
At that, NovaMan hopped off the side of the building and slid down until he was out of sight.

[bgcolor=232323] From this postA blue navi came running by, coming from who-knows-where. As it passed, another navi was leaning on the side of a building, watching the blue one as it came through. " The bounty hunter asked me earlier about a blue navi in the woods..." ... Seemed as though he job wasn't finished. But the navi kept on eye on the blue one. It must have escaped from Rikaru's blade. He'd have to go find the bounty hunter so that the job would be finished... or just wait until he got here. The woods were just outside of this city. |

The blue navi seemed to be inside one of the buildings across the street for quite some time now... It probably wasn't leaving any time soon.
Seeing the opportunity to leave and come back without losing the target, the navi that had been watching the blue one left to find Rikaru before they lost the bounty again.

Rikaru entered Element city, somewhat breathless. He had run the entire way, why? We don't know...he just did. Then again, it likely had to do with the fact he needed his PDA to warp home to teleport and save time. The same PDA Wave lovingly chomped...
Finally he reached the building he had been told about, Chip-Potle...god people need to learn to name things better...that was...horrid. stopping to catch his breath, and regain his composure before entering he tried to look in through the windows, but couldn't see much.
Finally he decided to venture in. Not exactly fond of places that usually are crowded like this, but work was work. He pushed the door open and walked in, gazing around the room, daggers in his eyes as he looked for the trouble maker.

... Yes, I've already determined which one is/isn't Wave. This isn't one of those "ZOMG WHICHEVER ONE YOU CHOOSE IS THE WRONG ONE" moments xD

Rikaru saw the first blue haired navi, and almost dashed out to begin the chase. But then he caught sight of the other going down the hallway. 'if this one is inside, I can always check back...' he mused. Makig hisbsplit second decision, he ran out side, and began to chase after the blue haired navi he had seen.
