(( Err, I meant that Anthem will be playing meatshield starting with next turn (Turn 04) - he just went DS on Turn 03, so he will not take attacks yet; you guys will still have to account for Andante's attacks for this turn in your Defensive Phase. Sorry. x_x; Though if you survive this turn, he plays meatshield from here on out. [Trav] This isn't a new turn yet - it's still Turn 03, so it's not actually a new turn yet; the whole "Don't fear the reaper" (awesome song, by the way <_<;) post was your post for Turn 03 - Turn 04 starts when Andante posts and it indicates "BEGIN TURN 04" in green. Again, sorry if I confuzzled you. >_o ))

Well, I say he stages need to be a bit more rampant than a safe lil' safety nook right now.

The ground around the area shatters and ripples creating minor earthquakes and savage rains of dust, rock, and just general debris. I long for the peace of the shadows. Shadows have existed as watchful sentinels for eons. Within their reach rests numerous severest, things that ought not be told. To this day, the shadows have made no betrayal, they are ever silent.
I take peace in the shadows, peace in the gray. Here the dark and the light do not intervene. Here there is only the vagueness, the obscurity that comes without definite qualities. Here I find peace.
The wars that wrack the "light" and "dark" sicken me. This notion that somehow because one is on the side of the "light" they have some sort of moral high ground to those in the "dark" makes me, in all senses, want to vomit. I have seen my share of "light" navis practicing injustice and "dark" navi's showing kindness while wandering the undernet.
This inconsistency occurs because morality, at its basest component, is relational in nature. In every conflict there are generally two sides at a minimum. Both sides say they are in the right and the other is in the wrong and both sides feel justified in their actions. What becomes right and wrong shifts depending on which particular group you talk to.
The same applies to this battle, to this conflict.
But in this case, I have no more time. The shadows beckon, and I am weary.
