--Personality: Having what could best be described as a form of bipolar disorder due to having little control of his emotional range going from kind friendly and sort of a smartass to rage-filled hothead. Often feeling lonely due to his intimidating appearance that can cause a few misunderstandings. Those he can make friends with he cherishes closely putting them above himself and can often be reckless if put into a situation where his friends were in danger.
--Background:
ColdJoe's was based on an old Sniper joe classic design. originally intended to take care of malicious viruses as an ICE program. however, his role of the net eventually broadened to deal with the new enemy that reared its head. Dealing with them if they tried to steal data while also keeping up with the usual job at stopping virus hoards.
