StrifeMan.EXE
He couldn't help his eyes from growing in excitement as Altair launched a blade at Grade, but was rather disappointed that it didn't go through an eye. He'll take what he could, however, as the two began talking with one another, Altair apparently interested in the specimen she had given him.
Or was it he that had given it to her? He had honestly forgotten . . .
His maniacal laugh turned into yet another spluttering cough, StrifeMan at least possessing the decency to turn his head away to not cough on Altair, but, with each wheezing heave, he buried his claws deeper into her shoulders where she had allowed him to advance. His claws did not hurt as much as they applied the weight of some incredible burden - far heavier than StrifeMan should've carried - seeming to bear down on her with each increase in pressure.
"StrifeMan told you, Altair, that your shiny weapons do indeed concern him, but he'd muchly prefer if you made someone else concerned of them. StrifeMan wants to see a stabbing, a maiming, a brawl of sorts! Yes, I think StrifeMan would be very happy to see you with him over there," he chuckled, pointing his spaded tail at Grade in the distance, still whispering into Altair's ear, trying to make it more difficult for Grade to hear.
It didn't work. StrifeMan was far too loud to hide his intentions, far to excited, his "whisper" a high, shrill cry, followed by his signature laugh as he thought about the carnage and not-so-harmless encounter he was trying to put together. "StrifeMan thinks you would be good entertainment to watch, yes, a much better jester than even he! Good work could be rewarded - the opportunity to join the Undernet's elite, you see! . . . What say you?
In some ways, it was a challenge to both Grade and Altair, StrifeMan looking between the two of them and cackling with glee at the thought of them looking to rip each other to pieces for his amusement - and his approval.

#s://static~zerochan~net/Altair~%28Re%3ACreators%29~full~2104727~jpg Altair did no more than stare at Classical's awkward front. She was scum reading this entire situation from a mile away.. including some bonus leads. She turned as StrifeMan spoke. A battle with a stranger, considering the current state of the net? But she couldn't lie, the Undernet Elite is a big thing. It would be an entertaining way to spend her time now that the disgrace of the ONB charade is over.
"Don't worry, crazed one. I know you want a lot more than to just see us clash."
She summoned the saber she had sent to Grade's old location to her hand, pointing it to Grade's chin with a straight arm.
"I'll give you a good show, regardless of any prizes. I'm sure you've been very bored, and I will make sure there is tons of bloodshed. Be it his or mine. Do you accept, Classical?"

"Hm? Accept what? Wait, both of us? In a clash? I actually don't. I don't consent to this." Grade rubbed the back of his metallic neck, slightly irritated. "I still have something else to do to someone, and I'm honestly not in a fighting mood, especially just for someone's... amusement." He tilted his head to look at StrifeMan. "I suppose this is then the payment I owe you for ferrying me here?" He sighed, rubbing his neck a little more. "Fine... I am nothing if not grateful. Fine, I'll do it." He glanced back at Altair. "May I ask that you don't fatally wound me for now? It's not that I don't want your blade piercing through me and bringing forth my temporary demise -- oh, I would pay you to torture me with those -- but just... not right now, because I still do have a thing to do, and...

StrifeMan.EXE
StrifeMan jumped away from Altair, bouncing from foot to foot as he laughed and clapped in glee, the strange sound of his bruised hands and serrated claws for fingers clapping together adding just as much ambience as the sound of his boroque armor boots clanking against the Undernet floor.
They were really going to do it! The woman with the shiny very scary silver blades had pointed her dangerous weaponry elsewhere, issued her claim and all! She did seem to understand just what was going on here, and StrifeMan could not help but be gleeful that he was getting his way.
. . . and then Grade answered to her, at first sounding like he would not accept. StrifeMan's demeanor changed rapidly, from the bouncing and happy jester to the ferocious demon he truly was, his grey skin tone reddening and his musculature growing, his crimson void releasing energy across his body that warped him into a size much larger than his humanoid state, with large, ram-looped horns curling from his forehead, and deep red skin over powerful, rippling muscles on his exposed chest. His serrated fangs were bare and visible from his open scowl, his blazing eyes staring at Grade in fury. He had offered him a good chance of fun! Not even that, a good chance at something new!
Then, Grade made a sudden change in heart as he glanced at StrifeMan. StrifeMan would relate that change of heart to his own change of appearance, and keep up his far more boding disposition as Grade seemed to ramble on, uncertain and unsure. Not even the fun kind of rambling, either, like StrifeMan usually got lost up in; just the confused kind.
"Ah, yes!" he billowed, his shrill voice suddenly deeper by a few octaves, StrifeMan cackling in his new physique. "StrifeMan did forget that one specific rule! In truth, StrifeMan didn't forget, StrifeMan just had planned to mention it right as someone probably Grade was going to be maimed. By the orders of the Underking, it is rather imperative that none of you go about killing each other in this endeavor. Seriously maim, rip to pieces, stab, slash, leave out for dead, oh yes! . . . But no actual deadening, okay?"
StrifeMan looked back between them, his smile growing ever larger, like he had just explained the rules of a fun, safe and perfectly enjoyable game for the two of them to participate in.

Altair lowered her blade to her side. Of course the UnderKing is the last person she needed to upset, so she would comply. Not like she planned on deleted Grade anyway.
"Those terms are fine with me."
She was enjoying how much Strife was enjoying this madness. It was fun to take the front line once in a while and cause a little chaos.. oh God was he already rubbing off on her?

Grade on the other hand had no idea who the UnderKing is, but it sure sounded like someone he didn't wanna mess with... Well, not in his current state. He definitely wouldn't be enough. Wait, is StrifeMan himself the UnderKing? Questions for later. He nodded and then stretched his arms around, warming up, waiting for Altair to make the first move. He breathed deeply through his iron mask, his eyes covered by glass lenses staring intently... He's still stretching his legs.

#s://i~imgur~com/gdOGZCe~jpg The pair of eyes off in the shadows seemed to disappear, as multiple screens popped up in the area, displaying the two competitors from multiple angles. If one were to look for cameras by tracing the angles, they would only find shadows. This battle would be broadcast to the entire hub Live. In the bottom right hand corner of each screen there was a "SleekWorks Labs" logo. The navi responsible for the screens was also recording data to send back to the lab in question.

(Altair has Init)
"Well then, I shall fight you seriously, Classical. I hope you do the same, for I fully intend to make you bleed as much as possible."
Altair threw out her palm, a localization of energy appearing and taking the shape of a Scuttle. The Scuttle immediately locks on to Grade and launches a giant block of ice towards him. Altair back steps a few meters while blasting Grade with pellets of an old machine gun. She quickly motions with her free hand for Sabers to materialize from the ground and pierce into Grade's legs.
She fought seriously, but she was being cautious. Being reckless with pride only lead to downfall. She wouldn't exhibit that here.

Turn 1 "Oh, you... Don't threaten me with a good time now." One could tell he was smiling as he said it, but that smile quickly dissipated as an ice block impacted his unprepared body... possibly less than he thought it would. Although, he supposed damage wasn't the purpose of that attack, as frostbite crept in his limbs, slowing him down. It was good that speed was no longer his forte. His old body would've suffered greatly against this. Grade's body actively resisted every bullet that came afterwards, merely scratching him at best, while his metallic greaves was pierced by one of the swords, causing him to take notice and manage to kick them away safely. Just like that, any scratch that exposed the data in his marble-like body healed away, leaving no traces. He glanced at Altair, tilting his head. "Going for the legs..." he muttered. He then stepped back, crouched and whipped an energized arm, sending forth practically a sonicboom towards Altair's own feet, while shaking Grade out of his frostbitten state. The same arm then reeled back and hurled itself towards her, zapping her with white lightning. Altair
She stood up straight after Grade dealt with her blows. She watched and waited as his retaliation returned. Even when it appeared, she did nothing more than return her virus to safety. She took both hits directly, simply chuckling it off.
"Come on, I tell you that I'm going all out and all you do is destroy my weapons? Weapons don't bleed, Classical. But I do."
She continued the same, her notion was her hand being held out, and sabers assaulted Grade from below, more vicious than last time.

Turn 2 She summoned more swords than he destroyed... That was troubling. Altair said that then but Grade could tell, she was hurting. He figured it fair to close his eyes and let their blades pierce through his legs as she intended. He gritted his teeth. The pain was coursing unusually through his whole body, but he could manage. With the damage he took, and the weaker-in-comparison regeneration that followed, he figured this was enough. He held a hand forward, and data and electricity flowed from his wounds to it, and then through the silky ribbon connecting his sleeves. With his other hand, he gestured a finger-gun aimed squarely at Altair's forehead. A magical seal then appeared on that spot, and multiple more of the same sort on her Sabers. "Isolation Markers," he declared. With every tilt of his finger, something invisible and destructive shot out of the seals and pelted Altair and his weapons. And he shot around fifteen of that stuff in succession. "Are you really? Going all out, I mean? I think you're lying." Grade tilted his head and smiled as he continued firing. "You're being careful, aren't you? And I thought that was my thing... I can tell you're normally faster than this, Altair. Everyone is faster than me." Altair
Altair brought her sabers close to her as the onslaught came in. The dust settled with Altair once again simply standing and soaking in the damage. She huffed heavily, yet she released a sadistic chuckle this go around. She looked up to Grade. Her mouth had data bleeding from both sides. Her entire body was battered, blasted, and malfunctioning from taking sudden damage so quickly. But still she stood.
"Hahaha.. Classical. You speak like you know me. I am a tactician. You should know no more than I always have a trick up my sleeve, but here's the thing.."
She summoned a saber into her hand personally, dashing towards Grade with extreme haste, close to appearing before him immediately. She aimed two well placed slashes, one at each leg, followed by a second and third saber flying in from above to simultaneously pierce his torso. Altair would coordinate the timing to attempt to pierce it at the same time as the sabers, ensuring it would pierce all the way through if successful.
"Tricks do not make for a good show. This is more than just winning. Why win, when you can bleed? Would that not be more fun?"

Turn 3 She didn't bother to defend... Grade was quite confused by this point. Did she draw power from getting hurt as well, or was she a masochist of some kind? He tilted his head in observation. Her laugh only concerned him but confirmed neither of his assumptions. He'd done nothing to defend himself against the assault, actually almost falling down and towards Altair as her sabers' hilts pushed his back. Electricity and metal dust leaked from his wounds, which still closed rapidly at almost the rate they came. He slapped the right-side crest on his head to disable the iron mask that covered his face, revealing a pale white complexion with marble textures and green eyes staring right at her bluish-red own. "I can't tell if you're a sadist or a masochist, and I kzz--- kind of worry that you're both," he commented with a voice no longer muffled by an iron mask, as he gestured two finger-guns and crossed his arms. He tilted both of his hands up, and the same magical seals appeared on Altair and her weapons and then vanished at the same half-second, blasting everything in sight with invisible power. As Altair made herself close enough anyway, Grade took to summoning a certain popular triangular broadsword and sliced her three times with it. The sword then morphed into a giant fist in his right hand and slammed the ground with it. The large metal gauntlet then turned into latent energy coating his arm, which he then let out by whipping his arm upward, in the form of a sonicboom even stronger than the last time he'd done it. Altair
She smirked. She couldn't help it, it was too enjoyable of a time. As Grade readied his attacks, he'd notice something odd when it was too late. The damage, the passive malfunction of her visual data, the tears in her data, all of it was gone in an instance. Her condition was as perfect as it was at the start of the battle. No quicker than a blink of Grade's optics as he began his assault. When he shot at her she simply let the bullets pierce through her data. When he summoned the Z-Saber, she clashed against the blade using her own arms three times. She simply blocked the Justice One with her own body, and let the air slash cut through her as she kept close to Grade and attempted to grab him by the neck and hold him up.
"Neither. I am but a mere tactician."
With that, she would simply drop him back to his feet. Altair folded her arms behind her back and turned to StrifeMan. Her countenance had returned to normal as it was when the fight began. Once more, Grade would notice that she was definitely less worse for ware than she should be.
"So, that should be entertaining enough. Your thoughts, crazed one?"

In truth, Grade had somewhat expected Altair to defend herself at some point, maybe in the form of an impenetrable shield as what most others used against his invisible shots. It was his first time witnessing recuperation as a response instead, not to mention anything as close to efficient as that. Such potency definitely had to be temporary, he thought. It clanked as Altair's metal hands met Grade's equally metal neck, and he was lifted up with practically no resistance, as if even gravity didn't apply to him. He couldn't help but smile back to her as she smirked, even despite her practically choking him. There was a hint of unnerve in his skin, an excitement as to what she had in mind for him, and so came a hint of disappointment when she simply let him go, him still floating inches off the ground. He only stared quietly as Altair turned; her long, fashionably white hair swaying and distracting him from her relatively low vital readings as the warning popped repeatedly in his mind. Seemed odd too, as she looked scratch-free from the angle he was staring at her from. As for himself, between the time she tried to choke him and right then, only a tiny hole in his torso remained. Nothing a few more seconds of his time can't heal. He scratched his cheek as Altair asked StrifeMan a question. He doubted the old man was satisfied, for Grade himself wasn't, either.
