???? (Open for any and all, I guess? I'll post when prompted or every 24 hours.)
The digital rendition of the hamlet town of Buttercoast. A newer addition to Creamlands Net in their push to incorporate the island in its entirety to the Net. While not overly large it exudes a warm welcome with its stony yet humble structures that rest a meager 2 stories on average while its most towering, the mayors abode, rising to a mighty 4 stories. The towns placement on the coast and as one of the few places in the real world not locked in by a wall(yet no less monitored) make it an ever growing hot spot for tourism.
The entire place is decorated from the top down in traditional Creamland decorum. Propaganda to sway wavering loyalty, or simply a patriotism all its own? Who's to say.
A sharp contrast to its simple design the town is packed to the brim with cutting edge technological tools and design protocols as Programs and Navis alike toil away at hotfixing the networks bugs and adding new mimicry of its real world source.
It's hot and I hate this uniform. A silvery feminine voice mumbles to herself as she struts the main thoroughfare. She is dressed in deep blue full length pants, a matching button-up t-shirt and white undershirt. On her chest is a badge signifying Sharonian origins but of what official standing is unclear at a glance. To complete the ensemble she carries a beret embroidered with the Sharo crest in her hand carelessly using it in an attempt to cool herself off.
Soon... Soooooon. Despite her tone she walks with a slump, clearly uncomfortable in some way. "But what is soon?" the thought sprouts in the mind of several passerby's she crosses as she repeats the phrase every few minutes. Then is dismissed as they return their own machinations.
She continues up the main street, passing exotic looking cafes and inns that no doubt are more embellished than their real world counterparts. She tugs at her collar trying to settle the fitted clothing while shifting her gaze from building to building. So... Lame.

???? (I'll post when prompted or every 24 hours.)
Continuing up the avenue she reaches what seems to be her destination, the town square. Placed at the crossroads of the street leading eastward out of Buttercoast and towards the capital itself, and Northward to the beachfront. The square itself is plotted with tourism shops and cafes, navis conversing and a large fountain in the center with the statue of a dolphin. More importantly however it's here that the mayors abode resides. It's towering presence giving a sense of both grandeur and security.
She approaches the entrance being sure to brandish her Sharonian emblem as she walks and presents the proper documentation to the guards. All clear, the mayor is pleased to see Sharo wanting to negotiate with us, miss Irene Rothstra. He awaits you upstairs.
Yes, my superiors are looking forward to it as well. She quickly moved inside the building into and up to the fourth floor, entering the mayors office.
Ah! It's about time. We should get this started yes? He gestured to the chair across from his desk.
Yes, we should. I'm tired of this god awful outfit. She at last settles the hat on her head and adjusts it properly. Her hands now free she inhales slowly while seemingly collecting an unseen energy. The motions are so quick no guard in the room has time to react. She plummets both palms into the ground and the entire room, and those within, are eradicated without so much as a protest.
*KRAKOOOOOOOOOM....*
The entire fourth floor is eradicated in a violent explosion, debris plummeting into the street and the building itself collapsing in on itself. In moments, the entire central governing building is reduced to rubble with no sign of survivors internal survivors and the guard outside not deleted but not conscious either.
The woman lands unscathed on top of the dolphin statues nose. Displaying herself for all to see. Glancing at the guard Good good, he need to live. Assassinate Mayor... check. Now for... as she thinks to herself another guard begins to take aim. Without even glancing his way she nonchalantly finger guns a bolt of electricity straight at him, deleting the sap instantly.

Hemlock Ugh... so hot... so humid... so many people...
Hemlock tugged at the collar of his undershirt as he walked through the sweltering midday heat. He was far more used to the soft lighting and temperature-controlled environment of his lab. Going out in public like this was a real chore for him, and it obviously showed.
But, he had to do what he had to do when it came to furthering his research. As much as he hated going outside and mingling with the populace, this was indeed a bustling port town, which meant that his chances of finding rare specimens from far-off locales were much higher. So far, however, he hadn't had much luck in procuring anything other than odd looks from the locals as he walked the streets, withdrawn and mumbling to himself.
As he turn onto the main thoroughfare, he caught sight of a large crowd of people standing around a large fountain with a dolphin in the middle. Just as he was about to turn and find a less populated route, a massive explosion rocked the town center as the top floor of building close by was reduced to rubble.
Ducking behind a nearby car for cover, he watched as a lone figure leapt from the cloud of debris and alighted neatly on the tip of the fountain. He could see her make a subtle gesture of a finger as a bolt of electricity shot from its tip and deleted a guard that was attempting to take aim at her.
Hemlock slipped his hands into the pockets of his lab coat, running his fingers over his precious seeds as an irritated grimace crossed his face.
"Tch..." he mumbled to himself. "Just my luck. Hopefully I can sneak away without getting involved in... whatever this is."

As the explosion took out the mayor's building, the guards inside, and rendered many of the ones outside inert, it left those who managed to slowly respond after to try and fight back. And the first one to lift his firearm got promptly destroyed by Xeel. Now the people here not only knew that this was someone from Sharo assaulting them like this, but they also no full clue on her. She wasn't infamous enough to inspire fear in people just from her presence, which was likely a good thing given her way of life.
So the guards who in fact jobbers in comparison to her went to battle. Ten of them managed to raise their firearms this time and began to open fire, the semi-automatic weapons spraying at her as the citizens who weren't comatose from the initial blast started to flee in panic.

Shine came to Buttercoast in response to the message that appeared on the world bbs, but not in some dastardly attempt to restrain the woman responsible. No, she was just here to gather information because that information would surely be valuable to someone down the line that she could sell it to. Like a baby peeping over the edge of their crib, she peeked out from behind some rubble for her wide eyes to absorb every detail of what was going on. "I wonder if the firepower of the guards will even phase her", she thought to herself as she continued to watch the scene unfold.
... also she secretly hoped the dolphin would be okay after all of this. It was quite a lovely statue afterall. Probably would even be worth a buck or two if she was able to gather a crew to steal it after all was said and done, even if thievery wasn't exactly a part of her repertoire just yet. Besides, it's not like the mayor had any plans for it either, all things considered.

Xeel :( (I'll post when prompted or every 24 hours. Aw phoo. Zane gave it away.)
Oh right! Duh. she exclaimed aloud, tilting her back in realization while also dodging a buster shot. Following the motion into a backflip onto the ground. The 'spray and pray' method is the default firing style of any militia but it could destroy the statue! It's too beautiful!
With childlike ease she playfully swayed between bullets. Proceeding in the direction of her next target: Northward to the docks. She pounces in a zigzag motion down the down; using as much as she can as cover. From shopping carts and cars to other navis.
By the fifth maneuver she finds herself both fed up with the constant bullets, and crouching behind the same car that Hemlock had chosen. Oh hi. Nice to meet you. Irene Rothstraw. Captain of the Sharonian armed forced. She taps the badge on her breast. Here, hold this. Wait like... 3 seconds and throw it at those guys ok? Cool bye. The woman opens her hand and materializes a rather strange looking grenade. She stuffs it into Hemlocks free hand, pulls the pin, and begins again darting down the street. Leaving him with a very much active contraption of death.

"Well, at least the dolphin will see another day... I think? " No time to keep thinking though: the woman was on the move again! Shine dipped back into hiding and sneakily followed the lady in her escape, being careful not to get caught out by or even shot by the pursuing guards herself. She wasn't abe to see her interaction with Hemlock behind the car (and probably would have assumed him an accomplice anyway), but heading in the same direction as Xeel would mean she'd likely be out of the grenade's radius by the time he threw it at least, even if by pure happenstance.
The dolphin, on the other hand...
Maybe it was better that Shine remained ignorant to its impending fate.

JunkMan.SIT
JunkMan turned this way and that in the strange streets of Creamland's netspace. Oh, why'd he even think this was a good idea? He'd been lost ever since he arrived, looking for any indications of the damage he'd read about on that message. None of these buildings look like they'd recently exploded, and they all looked the same! How could anyone find their way around this place?
A loud beep directed his attention back to the street, and he first saw a car barreling his way. Startled, he wheeled his way out of the middle of the street, and he glanced back in that direction . . . only to see a figure darting right towards him, just behind the car, with a large group of people following her.
Electricity coursed her form. The people behind her looked like they were chasing her. She looked like she was running away. JunkMan didn't need to be a genius to see that this is what he had been looking for!
He revved up his belt wheel and moved up to be in her path. He got an idea as he was moving; if she had been strong enough to singlehandedly cause that explosion, then maybe he shouldn't go at this alone. Once he had set him and locked his brakes down, so that he wouldn't go rolling anywhere, he reached out with his claw arm to drag cars and miscellaneous bricks and stones from nearby to set up a small barrier between the woman and wherever it was she wanted to go. By the time he was done, a nice little assortment of objects had been stacked up and carefully built into a nice little wall. While it wasn't as sturdy as he could've made it by compacting it down, it was the most he could do in such short notice!
Glancing back towards the darting electrical lady, he had to silently hope it was enough.

They had continued to fire, trying to keep up with Xeel's, or Irene's, speedy advance. Regardless of who she truly was, she was still moving too quickly for them. And then as they kept going they managed to spot someone holding an odd looking contraption in their hand. One of the officers here had the bright idea to aim and shoot at it first, taking aim instead of praying and firing at the death trap in the person's hand first while some of the others had ignored it and tried to keep pursuing the assailant. And perhaps they could catch up with the timely wall that was placed on her path in her not-so-blind charge toward the docks now.

Xeel (I'll post when prompted or every 24 hours.)
*pink* The buster shot sends the grenade careening into the air just high enough that when it detonates it causes no harm to anyone or anything but the air, and Hemlocks hair, which was now fried by an exorbitant amount of electricity.
Honestly. People. Xeel glanced over her shoulder at her whiffed grenade and huffed in disappointment. Looks like she will have to do things the fun way... Even in this tight fitting uniform.
She comes to an abrupt stop at the wall Junkman had created to impede her. A simple enough task to just jump over it but that would imply she wants to. Glancing about she eyed the supposed source of the haphazard structure. At least she assumes given the beings own... interesting form. By this point the guards had succeeded in catching up.
Xeel cracks her knuckles and shakes them loose again. You're going to make me ruin my uniform. Her soft voice belying her violent intent. She raises one arm up high and in a movement too fast to see slams it into the ground. Pulsing out a wave of electricity in every direction tearing through cars, fleeing citizens, and hopefully everyone else as well.
Without rising she uses her free hand to lob a cluster of grenades of the same variety as before into the building beside her. Then backflips onto the vehicular wall to her back.
With her vantage the Sharonian envoy conjures a sphere of energy and hurls it downfield with surprising accuracy at Hemlock. The docks weren't far. A small pitstop like this is fine.

There were much fewer places to keep concealed now that the barricade slowed Xeel's progress and caused her to stop and look back at those pursuing her. Maybe she'd even see Shine as she was still ahead of the guards, but luckily she was among plenty of citizens in this frenzy not to stand out.
While Xeel chose to stop at the barricade, Shine had seen enough of what she could do to know it was probably best to keep moving. She had a little bit of time as Xeel complained about ruining her uniform, and that was definitely an indicator to move hastily if nothing else.
Luckily much haste wasn't required. Shine simply climbed through the window of one of the cars that made up the wall and then climbed back out on the other side. It was a tight squeeze but she was pretty lithe so she made it work.
After the ringing explosions on the other side of the wall (which Shine was happy not to be a part of), Xeel's shadow cast over Shine from atop the barricade, revealing to her that there was actually a more practical way of getting past it than climbing through. "All things considered, maybe I should stop following her now... " , Shine thought to herself, "... but then again, maybe if I just stay out of her way she won't nuke me like the rest." She was technically just there to watch, after all.

JunkMan.SIT
She didn't even slow down. She was running straight towards him, and she didn't even look to be slowing down. Was she just gonna barrel right through him?! What about his pile of junk?! She couldn't possibly be -
She came to a sudden halt, practically skidding to a stop in front of him. JunkMan calmed down, huffing out, and started wheeling himself to get closer to her. Then, rather than see the actual motion, JunkMan sensed the electricity coursing through her. She was going to do something big! He had to think fast. What could he do?
In the same instant it took her to smash her hand into the ground, JunkMan compacted trash within his inner workings, producing a small, pitch black cube from a door that opened on the front of his armor. Rather than the electrical burst of energy plowing outward and rocking over people, cars and buildings alike, the pitch black sphere released a pulse of raw gravitational density that pulled all of the electrical force directly into it.
She moved so fast! A series of explosions went off on the building next to him, and JunkMan stopped paying attention to her long enough to wheel forward, frantically checking the edges of the cars and other miscellaneous pieces of trash he had piled up into the wall next to the building. "No, no, no, not the collection! OOoh, good," he sighed out; she hadn't damaged the pile. He turned his attention back to her, now resting on the top of the trash pile.
"You could've damaged the collection! Or one of those beautiful statues! Have you no appreciation for good taste?!" He didn't wait for a response; he was infuriated. Reaching up with a claw arm, his void black cube, still charged with all the electrical energy she fired into it, followed his motions, and he flung it at her with full force. Wherever it would strike her, it would explode like a volatile dam breaking loose with all of its power, releasing all of the electrical force compacted into it at once.

Some of the current guards were caught by Xeel's assault, but rather than be electrocuted into extinction they were somewhat charred instead. JunkMan's surprising intervention had allowed them to make it out of it without being wiped out as her original plan was. Yet, anyway. She had proven to be a quick one several times over now so as JunkMan began to fling the cube the soldier from before took aim not at Xeel, but at the cube that was sent toward her as the others started to try and take some cover. He tossed the mini-bomb then, having it make contact with the ongoing cube as it neared her rather than wait for it to likely miss contact. The goal here was to catch her by surprise by making it explode early and catch her in the resulting blast that was triggered by it.

Xeel (I'll post when prompted or every 24 hours. (Somewhat late because of sleep.))
The pigskin energy ball struck home with Hemlock, battering his frame, ruining several of his seeds, and rocketing him yards away from the sheer force of the explosion.
The minibomb collides with the dark cube of Junkmans and creates a mocking spectacle of an small electric pulse mid-air. Raining a shower of sparks, thanks to the momentum of the throw, mostly in Xeels direction. While a clever idea to negate her ability to physically avoid the spray the bomb had weakened the blow to such a level that dodging wasn't even necessary. Each string of insubstantial energy that approached her bounced off and onto the junk pile. Reflected by, when triggered, appeared to be some form of aura.
However, as this was a spray in a downward direction this meant Shine, Junkman, and the junk pile itself were no longer safe. All being peppered with small, yet somewhat potent droplets. With a stinging force rivaling a bee sting.
I left the Dolphin alone what do you want from me? Look I'm on a timetable today. So you either step off or I'll not only destroy those things you're hugging, I'll go back and break the statue too. She snipes back, shooting a quick glance at the sentient scrapheap collective and twirling her finger before returning her gaze to the crispy soldiers before her. Oh and delete you. Seriously need to stop with these last minute gigs. Still either oblivious or indifferent to Shines presence.
Still on the scrap wall Xeel pulls her arms back, arching her back slightly and sticking her tongue out slightly. Then leans forward arms outstretched released two gout's of thick electrical energy. Starting the stream at the left most soldier and guiding the lines through the remainder in a calculated curving motion to cover the most ground.

Well that plan had been a bust. On the bright side it hadn't been a major bust so much as it ended up stinging a fair deal but nothing as fatal as what she planned to do to them in the next few moments. And she was acting on just that, the one in charge of the forces giving a general command to them all while he himself was on the move now.
"Guardian chips and get cover, now!!"
They each had used the chip, the strange looking doll spawning then. Some tried to take cover behind them, but the force of the oncoming wave would strike them even past the protective wall of gray. The ones paralyzed from the strike before were also engulfed, deleted in short order as the leader managed to tumble through a nearby window as well as a few others, down to about a quarter of their forces now. But the strange statues had managed to resist the devastating force that the killer unleashed... and returned an electric blast all their own! The counter blasts weren't as strong as the blast she sent at them as it was more designed to retaliate when struck, but it was numerous and designed to pierce through defenses. A bit of a sacrifical strategy to use when severely at a disadvantage.
