No Cool Formatting today, just some small changes that have been slowly rolling out anyway:
Henceforth, Any time a skill would provide a preemptive charge at a point in the battle other than the first turn, it is instead treated as an auto charge. This also applies to anything else that functions similarly to Preemptive Charges like "Reactive Charges".
(We will be cycling out effects that do stuff like provide preemptive charges and can advance charge turns faster than normal, until then this change will simply alter all pre-existing skills so you don't have to get reapproved if you don't want to.)
As some of you may have noticed, we've been altering how we look at "Avoids Separately". This is the formal change. Now "Avoids Separately" cannot ever be added to an attack except during attack creation. Additionally, attacks with "Avoids Separately" cannot have hits added to them.
Intel Type is getting a buff (kind-of)! Now instead of Variable enhancement being dependent on what types of navi you're fighting (and also failing against bosses who have no type), you instead get to choose which Enhancement you want at the start of the battle (As you begin your first turn, be it Setup or Defense Phase). However this now means you do not get to benefit from Variable Enhancement multiple times when fighting a group of opponents.
Also what was previously the Recon Variable Enhancement has been updated to have a 2 turn CD instead of being once per battle
Scepter of the Mad Harlequin is being updated as well. Its newer iteration was weaker than Sapphire Cross in basically every way, so now it has a slightly different effect. Scepter of the Mad Harlequin will now read:
Scepter of the Mad Harlequin
A sceptor comprised of the darkest desires of evil; drives the mind to greater reactivity.
° User gains +1 Use to a skill for every activated skill they have, applied as desired. (Maximum of +3 uses to a single skill)
° Glitch: User cannot reduce incoming damage by any means
° After using 5 Dark Chips in battle, the Glitch is removed for the rest of that battle
That's It, That's All. This might require some of you to make changes, but that's how it always is.
