Jinko.EXE was originally a slot machine program that was modified because some pot-head raided an abandoned casino (yes, i know, not very realistic, but bear with me) saw the slot machine and got the crazy idea to see if he could make a navi out of the programs inside. The addict was arrested, and Jinko.EXE later stumbled upon Kyuubix while aimlessly wandering the net.
Jin was deleted by a Caliga controlled Megami at Bayside. 3 years later he returned to the net as a viral Navi.
