Ruin will fight ya, However I'm going to update the location simply because such a small arena is unsatisfactory.
Setting: Inside an abandoned warehouse in Element City. The lights still function, but are covered in grime, casting odd patterns of shadows amongst the stacks of long-forgotten empty crates and giving the location a dim ambiance. The windows, which never opened in the first place, have been boarded up hastily with plywood, blocking out the sun. The warehouse is situated away from the main city, along with many other warehouses of its kind. An ominous black cloud hangs overhead of the area. The reason for its being is unknown, possibly a high concentration of virus or bug data. Regardless the light of the sun only barely bleeds through. sending a gray hue over everything in the area.
===========================================================
Walking about the warehouse complex, Ruin up and down he street he was walking on, seeing nothing but desolate data. He peered down in between each warehouse, only to find nothing but more junk data. This place was truly empty. Ruin smiled at this fact, only slightly though. At the very least he could relax a bit.
Walking up to one of the doors of the warehouses, Ruin punched it with what he believed to be a relatively weak strike. The door instantly flew off its hinges, slamming into the back wall of the warehouse with a loud metallic sound. Seems his strength was far too much for the place to handle. The shadows that adorned the floor flickered with the lights, but Ruin paid this no mind, Walking into the middle of the warehouse, he sat in the middle of it, Placing his guitar next to him. He sat in a well relaxed position, his left knee up with his left arm resting on it, while his right leg crossed in front and his right arm was behind him for support. He stared into the darkness he was so familiar with, comforted by it in a way, he liked times like this, they were soothing. Though destruction was much his forte, he still enjoyed quiet time to himself. Times like these where he could think. On what to do next, and on what he wanted to do shortly after. A fight might be nice, and some music to go along with it. He still retained some his cloning capabilites from his former self, though they were not nearly ready for combat, he had other means of that. Regardless, Ruin simply sat looking straight ahead into the darkness of the warehouse, enjoying its comfort.[rand=032564666838699075533455152171599258326066097928727590869970844027]

The slender snake sauntered into the warehouse. He had been examining the area in search of a base of operations - a villain's layer, if you will. He had been fairly certain that the entire complex was deserted. The deafening crash of metal on concrete had smashed that illusion instantly.
Obviously, this particular building was no longer a candidate for his occupation - you can't have a hideout with no way to stop people from coming in. But Xyz' curiosity had overtaken him and led him to seek the source of the sound.
He was impressed by what he saw. It had obviously taken a great deal of brute strength to send the steel door soaring across the considerable length of the warehouse, but that was not his focus. The culprit was sitting dead ahead, minding his own business and acting as if demolishing public property was an everyday occurrence for him. Maybe it was - that was an exciting possibility.
Still, even beyond his relaxed demeanor and the threatening spikes adorning his suit, one thing attracted Xyzillentz' attention like moths to a porch light. This dude had a seriously epic guitar. As such, the first topic of conversation was a given.
"Why hello there. Do you play? Judging from your tendency to recklessly destroy property that doesn't belong to you, your gothically-influenced getup, and that gigantic guitar, you seem to be quite the rising rock star." The toxic troublemaker took the time to add the requisite innuendo. "I'd love to harmonize with you sometime."

Ruin looked to the snake who had just found his way into the warehouse. Here he thought this place was deserted, apparently not. However deserted didn't necessarily mean that there was no one else there. Regardless, the creature had seen him, and whats more, spoken to him. Knowing his appearance to drive away most people, he wondered if this one was incredibly brave... Or incredibly stupid. He would have to find out.
"I do in fact, but I usually only play while I'm fighting. Sets the mood if you get my meaning. As for harmonizing with you... Sure... If you can keep up."
Ruin stood up to his feet, grabbing his guitar with him and hoisting it atop his shoulder. He stared down the snake from a distance. He could feel the remnants of toxicity coming off of him, troublesome at best but still an annoyance. His dark power then surged for a moment, his clothing billowing slightly, though no wind was present. It was clear he was looking for a fight, but the question is, would the snake give it?

((OOC: Just a note, but Xyz has his suit on and the vents are closed, so there isn't any gas being emitted at the moment.))
Xyzillentz sized up his opponent. Obviously this guitarist had plenty of brute strength, and a head-on attack would be foolish. Luckily, the location offered plenty of strategic opportunities. If he could avoid being hit too often, he might be able to wear down this menacing man.
Of course, the chances he'd turn down the opportunity even in the face of overwhelming odds were rather slim. Xyzillentz was a bit of a party animal; he couldn't resist a good tune. And it had been far too long since he'd had proper accompaniment.
"I'll accept those terms. You take care of the instrumentals, and I've got vocals." He removed his mask, allowing his jaw to move with enough range to sing. Not wanting to abandon its offensive capabilities entirely, he tucked it under his arm as he stepped further forward.
"Let's just hope you don't need an amp for that thing."

Ruin smiled, he could honestly care less about the vocals, he preferred instrumental music anyway. But that was beside the point. Closing his eyes, the glow that was shown through his mask disappearing for a moment, two copies of himself, both with their own guitar appeared behind him, floating as if incorporeal beings, which upon closer inspection, they were. They only produced sound independent of Ruin. As the began playing, their sound pierced all about the area, through the steel walls of the warehouse and out into the rest of the complex. Their tune was fast paced, very fitting for a battle of this kind, and hardly needed any vocal accompaniment, though it was up to Xyz to determine if he wanted to contribute.
Song being played: Omnishred - Powerglove
With the music set, Ruin took his guitar by the neck of the instrument. With a slight surge of his power, the instrument modified itself slightly, warping into the form of an axe, though keeping the same basic shape of a guitar, but with one bladed edge. However, it was not quite up to par with Ruin's style yet. With yet another surge of power, the weapon instantly doubled in size. Such a drastic change was unheard of for most, but for Ruin, it was no problem. Holding the weapon in two hands along its neck, he held it at his side, looking right at Xyz, a smile crept across his face before he finally said something.
"Lets Begin then."
Only a half a second after he finished his words, Ruin dashed forward, though he did not close all his distance in on Xyz, for he spun once before throwing the weapon at him. As it spun, the wind, or some dark force, was playing its strings, in tune with the music that was being played. As the weapon arced around and through Xyz's position, Ruin made a running jump through the air at Xyz. The weapon soon returned to Ruin's hands, like a boomerang, though the weapon itself did not seem built for that, and From the air Ruin came down with a smash, causing fragments of debris and concrete to rise up from the impact.
At this point, Ruin relinquished the use of his axe in favor of his own hands. Jumping up to meet the airborne debris, he gave two of the large slabs of concrete a punch, sending them both at high speeds towards the snake in a suit. As Ruin landed, he did not stop his attack. Though he could have easily landed just on his feet, he landed instead with both hands on the ground. From the ground where his hands lay, two arrays of his symbol, like a cracked stone it would seem, appeared on the ground. From each of these, a mass of darkness soon appeared, forming into a small orb, the two dark masses floated up and circled around Ruin for a moment before launching themselves at Xyz in a cross pattern from two diagonal vectors.

((OOC: Where did the second mass of darkness come from?)) ((OOC Edit: Okay, he fixed it))
As the weapon approached him, Xyzillentz rolled into a backward somersault, gripping his helmet tightly, staying low to the ground as he tumbled in reverse and allowing the axe to fly directly overhead. Ruin smashed into the ground just in front of Xyzillentz, who uncurled and stood up just in time to be hit head-on with two shards of the broken floor.
The impact knocked him backwards several yards, and he would have gone further had he not collapsed to the floor. The concrete slabs rolled off his body as he sat up and reached backwards, his body aching from the sudden shock of Ruin's successful attack.
At first it appeared that he was checking his back for injuries. He used both his hands, allowing his helmet to drop to the floor. Almost instantly his hands shot back out, each holding a glowing green whip of energy. With a flail of each whip, the two incoming orbs of darkness were knocked off their paths. The first smashed into a stack of empty boxes, raining wooden splinters on the immediate area. The second was sent rocketing skyward, slamming into one of the overhead lights, which exploded on contact.
Behind the shower of amber sparks falling from the ceiling like hell-sent rain, The two whips faded from view, leaving the area where Xyzillentz was standing in near-total darkness. From within the blackness, a billowing cloud of toxic gas emerged like a pyroclastic flow spewing from the mouth of a volcano. It shot forward at Ruin's position, expanding with the air as it went to cover a large area.
Behind the cover of shadow and fog, the slender darkloid picked up his helmet and sang a line or two for the hell of it. The tempo of the song was annoyingly fast - it was certainly a testament to his foe's skill that he could play it, but Xyz wouldn't have chosen something like this.
"Don't worry dear / I'm still right here / I wouldn't dare / Keep this fight fair!"
Not his best lyrical work, but under the circumstances it would have to do. Knowing the sound would give away his position, Xyzillentz sprinted off to the left, taking cover behind another set of crates about thirty feet from where he had been standing.

Though Ruin could not see it, as his orbs flew off in their own directions, they both exploded on contact with their destination. In complete darkness, Ruin knew not where anything was, but the Masses of darkness were different. As they exploded, the remnants of the orbs shot out and homed in on Xyz's position, an omnidirectional attack, impossible to avoid. They smashed through the boxes that he was taking cover behind, but the music still covered over the sound of the blast. Both navis were likely playing deaf because of it.
As the toxic fumes reached Ruin's position, he took a deep breath, coughing slightly but smiling. It would seem that this thing did not know he had been exposed to much worse for a longer time. Though it had been a while since he had been subject to it. He was intent on telling the snake however, that his cunning was not enough just yet with these toxic fumes.
"You think these fumes are anything? HA! This is like fresh mountain air compared to what Toxin used to give off. Try harder creature."
Still with no idea where anything really was, Ruin summoned his axe to him, expanding it even further so it was even more massive than before. With a quick windup, Ruin performed a massive sweep along the ground cutting all along through the warehouse itself and sending out a small shockwave as well, small cuts appearing on the outer walls of other buildings in the complex. The attack happened blindingly fast and left no room for evasion, along with destroying the foundation of the warehouse.
Soon after this attack, the warehouse began to collapse, aware of this to happen, Ruin performed a massive leap into the air, punching through the ceiling and outside of the falling warehouse, where his clones soon followed, still playing. Looking at the crumbling building with a large hole in the top, Ruin decided to speed up its destruction process. Holding in his hands a chip of a dark color, he threw it in the air and activated it. A bomb about the size of his hand appeared in it, and though small, it housed unbelievable power. Dropping it into the small hole which he punched through the ceiling, the bomb fell to the ground at a relatively slow speed, almost seeming harmless, like a ball or something similar. However upon its impact, a large explosion of darkness shot forth from the ball, its power engulfing all of the warehouse and eliminating it completely. It would be difficult for anyone still there to be able to get away from the blast, but that was the idea. With such utter destruction at his hand, Ruin smiled once again. He was having quite a bit of fun here, and since no one seemed to care about this place, he could destroy all he liked.

((OOC: Sorry to make so many of these notes, but how exactly are projectiles coming from two places an "omnidirectional assault"? Also, is Ruin hovering, or did he land on the crumbling roof? Or does he plan to fall back down into the explosion he's setting off?))
Since he couldn't see his opponent through his own cloud of stench, Xyzillentz surveyed the area around him, looking for additional cover. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw what was left of the dark energy from Ruin's attack speeding back at him. Instantly, he formed a green globe around his body. Although the shots tore through the wooden crates around him, his aura held strong and absorbed their impact.
In an attempt to get a look at his opponent, Xyzillentz climbed atop the stack of remaining crates, hoping for improved visibility from above. It was a lucky move - the instant he reached the peak, a massive axe tore apart everything ten feet below him.
Screw singing. The instrumentals weren't his style anyhow. Xyz hastily placed the helmet back on his head to avoid injury in case his aura was destroyed by falling debris, since it was clear the last attack was causing the warehouse to fall apart. As the chunks of falling plaster cascaded down from above, Xyzillentz leapt between stacks of crates in a desperate attempt to escape the collapsing structure. Soaring off of the last stack, the agile agitator aimed himself at one of the boarded-up windows. He fired a blast from his visor in mid-flight, breaking it open and allowing him to sail through the empty space unhindered.
He landed with bent knees, taking a moment to recollect himself. His breathing was heavy, and he was still recovering from being hit with the pieces of warehouse floor that Ruin had sent his way. Before he had the chance to stand back up, the warehouse he'd just emerged from was engulfed by an explosion of dark energy. He backpedaled into the open door of the next warehouse over, firing three shots from his visor towards the center of the explosion in hopes of hitting his foe.

From atop his perch from a warehouse next to the one he just blew up, he knew not where his opponent was, but he assumed he would soon find out. Hearing three shots fired from a bit away from ground zero after the explosion, Ruin quickly turned his head to see a blast fired into the middle explosion from a warehouse across the way. So it would seem he though to hide from him. As if that would work.
Once again he summoned his two dark masses from below him, but they would not stay for long. Ruin quickly infused the masses into his axe. Though it had reverted to its original size, it now surged with a powerful dark energy. Ruin thought to use the element of surprise in his attack but it would be complicated.
With a grunt, Ruin threw his axe, empowered by darkness high into the air. So high in fact that he lost sight of it. It would be a while until it came down once again. Now, without his normal weapon, he would have to improvise with his fists, likely more than enough.
Jumping into the air, he once again cracked a darkchip, this one with a meteor on it. From the sky rained three small meteors, falling at breakneck speeds. It was on these that ruin rode, into the warehouse that Xyz was taking refuge in. As he rocketed in, it would seem he missed his target, though in the same general area, the meteors simply fell to the ground, making craters of a decent size, one containing Ruin himself. He looked around, finally finding his opponent once again. He attempted to speak, but coughed slightly before doing so.
*cough* "Trying to hide now are you? You don't think that'd actually work now do you?"

Peering through the open door, Xyzillentz watched as Ruin rode in on a shooting star like a bat out of hell. It was a bizarre sight, humorous in a way. The stinky serpent chuckled lightly to himself as the meteor he was on, and those that accompanied him, soared over his head and came crashing into the warehouse well behind him.
Xyz made an elegant, efficient turn on the balls of his feet like an athlete in the middle of a ball game. He was pleasantly surprised to see that his adversary had apparently lost his weapon. That and the spectacular failure of his previous attack to make any sort of contact with him infused Xyzillentz with a renewed confidence.
He removed his helmet once more, and responded condescendingly to his opponent's rhetorical question. "Use some common sense - assuming you have any. If I were hiding, I wouldn't have stood in an open door and shot at you." The reptile-headed darkloid reopened his mouth once more, presumably to continue speaking. But it didn't stop opening to form words. Instead, his jaw came completely unhinged, and a green cloud of burning, acidic stench spewed forth from his throat, rocketing at high speed towards Ruin and spreading wider through the air as it went.
Xyz quickly placed his helmet back on his head and began running. He was not fleeing from the confrontation, just making it more... interesting. He ran all around, occasionally doubling back and changing direction, as he fired shot after shot of Venenose Visor blasts into the musician at whom he had launched his mephitic mist. Hopefully it would be enough to keep a counterattack from being well-aimed.

[as a heads up, I won't be posting in this battle for a while due to particular problems that cause me lots of annoyance. I was about to post a large awesome post here when my internet cut out, then didnt cache the page, so it essentially deleted it all. So now due to my anger from that, I'll likey not post for a while. Basically, Its now dropped to the lowest on my priority list. I will get to it though before the end of this week i will promise that much, even likely later today.]
