Giga Intelligence User can make 2 new Hacking Skills and a new Hyper Mode, regardless of type. When Hacking, user may take an additional use from a Hacking skill to allow it to pierce hacking immunity.

Giga Armor User has an extra 10 Custom Slots to each piece of armor in their armor system, as well as having all armor system bonuses doubled. User may not have their armor system ignored or negated, by hacking skill, "ignores armor" or otherwise.

Giga Shield Bearer's C/S Defense increases by 100. This bonuses is a set armor rating, and cannot be depreciated by any effect below the power of a Gigaprogram. Bearer also is immune from most status damages.

Giga Healing Navi heals 15% (not affected by healing multipliers) of their max HP per turn plus an additional 500 HP. They also gain a x2 multiplier to healing and Healing over max can reach up to 4x Maximum HP

Gige Program: Swift Assassin Allows the holder to, once per battle, gain +7 attack slots, +200 DMG to all attacks, and all breakers are raised to Omni-status. Effects last one turn. Does not count as Hyper Mode. If this program is used during Dark Soul; User may use 3 free Dark Chips, and 1 Advanced Dark Chip without inflicting Glitch.

Giga darkness User is immune to glitches of ANY darkchip. Boosts dark elemental attacks by +250. Gains +1 to Dark elemental level.

Advanced Support:[/u] User has additional 2 uses to all support moves, not applied to regen support moves. User automatically recovers from one Status Damage and/or Reduction at the start of each turn, before its effects are applied . User can make one additional support move with an effect that applies to all of his allies, it is unaffected by the +2 uses of this program. All support moves automatically heal 500 hp on use, regardless of its effect. User's past max HP cap is increased to x3 your base hp if it was x2 previously. User is immune to hacking skills and/or attack inflicted Status reductions that would cause healing to hurt them.

Emulation Master Can own up to 20 Special Emulations (SEs) and use 10 regular and 2 Giga SEs a battle. Regular SEs gain +50 damage to their total and Giga SEs gain +150 damage to their total. Can use one SE a turn without it counting as an attack slot and using up the SE for the battle (cannot use one that has been used up already).

Survivalist Master All skills are upgraded to omni status. All Barriers/Auras/Clones become un-northwind-able. All skills gain 1 use. User may gain a natural aura (three use per battle) that is 1 HP and Uncuttable, and may naturally block (unbreakable shield) an one attack every 5 turns (3 if defense type). User's Natural dodge becomes Omni, and becomes Usable once per turn

I'd actually sent this GP idea to Raven previously, so...
Virus Overlord: User may utilize up to four viruses per battle. All viruses gain 2 custom points per level in addition to their normal allotment, as well as +1 program slot and +1 attack slot/turn. User's opponents must choose the user and viruses as a group when selecting targets, with the user choosing which attack hits who.

Heh, I'll give this a shot. . . Scourge's looks pretty neat, though, so coming up with something different than my original idea might be a little hard >< [My first idea was. . .pretty close to that ;>>. . .]
Giga-Boost:
Wielder is allowed to make 5 New attacks, 1 new skill, and has +1 Program Slot, +1 Accessory Slot, and +3 CS to all of their Equipment. All of Navi's Attacks are raised by 1 Level, and has -1 CoolDown or Charge Time for ALL Attacks. {Everything here CAN exceed normal limitations}
An additional note on that last sentence, the 'limitations' would be:
Can exceed 30 Atk Limit Can make a new skill regardless of Type Can have +3 CS Even to a Weapon Can raise all attacks to Lv11 now, instead of the regular Lv10 Can drop the CoolDown/ChargeTime even for an attack with an 'Irreducable' Cooldown [Ex: 'Destroys Barriers/Auras/Clones' Effect']
And, that's all ;>>... Hopefully it ain't 'Too Strong' ><

Precision Viser: Every five turns, the user may choose to halve the DAMAGE of an attack to perform an unavoidable attack.
Purification Vaccine: User gains +10 Karma per battle where they have not used a Dark Chip, every five turns, to be hit by any attack of that turn would break Dark Soul (for that turn) and lock the use of Dark Chips for that turn.
Dark Emulation: Dark Chips may be used at will for half effect (1/2 DAMAGE/RECOVERY) while leaving no glitches on the user nor any Karma penalties.
(( Who can figure out the reference I'm making in this next GP? ))
Undead Rising: In Team Battles, if an enemy Navi is deleted, the user may resurrect that Navi to their side to fight (either with the user or the operator of the Navi controlling it) at full power and full HP.
Trust of Duo: Every three turns, all Dark Chips and all attacks from a Navi currently engaged in Dark Soul will be negated automatically.
Embrace of Bug: Every five turns (starting with the fifth turn of the battle), the user may add an unavoidable bug to their opponent (such as HP Drain, a status damage [one use of each status damage per battle], or a one-turn lock on either an element [unless target has one element] or a C/S Type of attack).
Virus Change: Every turn, the user may use an attack from any normal Virus against their opponent.
Final Sword: If the opponent is not under any status damages, the user may use an attack that CRASHes, meaning instant deletion. It cannot be blocked by Undershirt, but it can be dodged/shielded against. Should an aura or barrier be in the way, it will cancel them out upon connecting (although it will not delete the target).
Whine of the Emokid: The user may whine unnecessarily in long two-page tirades in roleplay in order to put all enemies to sleep with their boring emo stories. In battle, this leaves all targets immobile (cannot attack nor avoid anything) for five turns. It may only be used once per battle.
(( Just kidding on the above. ))
Last Desperation: The user has the option to use all of their Dark Chips (with penalties, except for -100 Karma) and Advanced Dark Chips (with penalties) upon being dealt a fatal (0 HP, not Undershirt Activated) blow. If the user defeats their target at that point, the user wins. If not, the user loses.
