"Sorry miss, but I don't have access to that area. And sadly it is also closed to the public. Only Level 4 personnel is allowed there." The scientist simply replied before getting a call from his boss and disappearing in the crowd when said boss started shouting about being late.

Xeel
So, no. Xeel rolled her eyes. So many ways to do this but sometimes a deft hand is better than a hard one. Mid-eye roll she catches a glimpse of what appear to be normal looking navis proceeding up the lifts. The file did say 'subjects'...
She strolls over to one of the men at the base of the central towers elevator gets his attention. How long do we have to wait before being called up there? I've been here for what feels like ages.

"Um excuse me Ma'am but have you signed an appointment with us?" The guy replies without even taking his eyes off the screen of his tablet.

"Hmm, fusion...?"
Revved pondered to himself for a moment, rubbing the bottom of his helmet thoughtfully. Sure, he had heard about 'Fusion' and even the aforementioned 'bodysnatchers', so he got the gist of Aeron's explanation.
Even if it was unscheduled, Revved thought it'd be a unique experience for sure and he could only benefit from something like this.
"Hmm...I'm game. Let's take this fusion ability of yours for a testdrive!" Revved said with a bit of enthusiasm, flashing a thumbs up to the wingless dragon.

Xeel
My superior set it up. He enjoys tacky nicknames for everything. So I'd believe it if my appointment is under some awful sounding name. Professional? No, but then again neither is he. Xeel makes an somewhat disgusted look at the floor before continuing. I was just told to be here a little while ago and what I'd be doing. Which is helping in some healing test. Hence the roughed look.

"Uh. Uuh okay..." Aeron gave a small nod, somewhat reassured by Revved. He seemed a really good guy. The dragon thought for a moment, then turned over to the scientists.
"...how do I do this again?"
The people in the observation room facepalmed, chuckled and shook their head.
"I guess just like I snatched bodies then." The dragon mumbled with a pouty face. "It's not funny guys."
He turned his attention to the other navi.
"Alright so...uuuh...usually...usually I had the other navi incapacitated, but I don't think I need to do that with a willing target. Uh can I just ask you to stay still and...close your eyes maybe?"
The dragon wasn't unsure as to how this would work. It had been a good while since his last use of his peculiar ability. Santa Muerte was a thing of the past, and he was no longer under their control. Still, up until now he never actually 'fused'. He always took over his host's body. Hm. What if this time he did the opposite? Yeah maybe that was it! NSD had made small changes to his system but in the end it was up to him to figure out how to do it.
He focused. The markings on his body beginning to glow a brighter green. Soon, Aeron's form would fade into a brightly glowing humanoid silhouette, then simply turn into a stream of data.
Before Revved could do anything, the stream of data moved towards him, flowing to his chest, then arms, then leg. It would completely overtake his own body. The speedster would feel like having his form compressed, then immersed in water. Now it was his turn to turn into a glowing silhouette.
Unknown foreign data was injected into his source code but then...disappeared? After a few seconds had passed he was unable to discern his original data from the new one. They were completely identical.
When the glow faded away, Revved had a completely different look. He had gained a good 5 to 10 centimeters in height, a snout and a tail. Apparently, Aeron had installed his own source data into him so well that as a side effect he had turned Revved into a dragon by mistake.
Most elements were definitely there. Scales, claws, tail, three fingers per hand and three toes per foot. Even the posture shifted, making it really difficult for Revved to stand on digitigrade legs and with a tail also throwing off his sense of balance completely. The only thing that hadn't change too much were Revved's colors. His scales were green, fading towards a deep red towards hands and legs. The eyes, even if reptilian in nature, were still gold.
"Ah, darn I installed too much of my data into you. Ooops..." he heard Aeron's apologetic voice echoing inside him.
The scientist on the other side were scribbling like crazy, running back and forth. Some of them were pressed up on the observation window looking with amazement at the new dragon in the room.

The guide was still absorbed into his work. "There were only two experiments that needed external volunteers. One of the experiments has already been performed, but I doubt you're Mister Sazerac."

Xeel (Did you just assume my gender!? Triggered! Hahahaha)
Xeels expression went deadpan and then slowly shifted to a rarity, one of accepting defeat. Really... Again with the boy names? Yes. Since there's only two slots for today that must be me, wrong gender, tacky name, and all. Last time it was 'Iria'. What a horrible name!

The guide actually raised his face from the screen it was glued to. He seemed to recognize the name. He simply decided that he had enough of this woman pestering him so he pulled up a file and handed it over.
"Sign over the safety documents and the NDA, then grab the pass and head to elevator 14. Your lab is number 247. Second floor to the right."

Out of Character My hotelhas internet. Hooray! No formatting or anything on this one. Also super short.
Hiding her elation with flawless proficiency as someone in her profession does Xeelsigns off on al the papers. Feigning the action of reading them. She quiickly grabs the pass and barely catches the elevator up. On the second floor she casually surveys each open door while walking down the halls towards her own station, room 247. Making note to remember anything potentially useful. Once at her room she enters... without knocking!

The room itself wasn't that big. Just like the one Revved was in, it had an observation panel with...no one inside?
A single navi was in the room, another dragon. Almost identical to Aeron, if not by its color, outfit and stature. The guy was decked out in grapite black tactical gear. Chest armor, shoulder padding, fingerless boots. He had everything. Legs, arms and tail were free to move around, deep nebula purple scales sending off metallic shimmers in the light.
Two deep gold, reptilian eyes were staring her down from their 6'5" view. The purple dragon was just standing there, tapping his foot on the ground and slowly waving his ling tail.
"Well well...look who's finally here. The identity thief has arrived. Welcome. So, who really are you? And what's your plans here in our Research facility?"

After much time, even another walked in for the open testing, Sazerac finally approached the information desk with a somewhat familiar gait. A small window opening up there with the Waiver and NDA. Applying his digital signature to the waiver with the wave of a hand, electricity sparking onto the form and leaving it behind for those who needed more than just visual proof of consent. As for the NDA, he paused, looking to the receptionist with a look of disappointment on his face.
Sazerac: "You know as well as I do that I don't sign these. You pay me in the information I gather from these experiments, not in Zenny. Dangle it as a prerequisite all you want, but I don't sign contracts I have no intention of abiding by. Bad for business you understand."

The receptionist barely looked up. "It's standard protocol. You may go now, we did record your strange payment method when you signed up. Lab 246. Beware that there is someone trying to steal your identity, so you may have to wait for a few moments while Agent Thorn.Tx deals with the situation at hand."

Sazerac: "If they want it they can have it."
Sazerac approached the elevator and waited while it took time to arrive. Probably more of a formality than an actual function, but whatever. The doors opened up to an empty elevator, to which he stepped into that would take him to his designated Labratory. 246, seemed like a silly mnemonic but was probably unintentional. As his elevator arrived at his floor, Sazerac stepped out, approaching the lab with the door labeled 246. Next to him, another door to another lab stood open, 247, and from inside he could hear some minor chatter. From the hallway, Sazerac waited outside his door, listening in as best he could on the interaction in the other room.
He really wanted a better idea, and even thought to expand his electromagnetic field to get a better idea of his surroundings, but something was disrupting it. Another's field... Must be another navi of similar talents nearby.

Out of Character (Sorry mates, lost internet for a bit, then was ordered to move everyones junk around the city...)
A disappointing turn to be sure. How dare they see through her clever ruse! Maintaining composure Xeel answers in the most blunt way possible. Resting one hand on her hip as she speaks. Well, don't be dumb. If you knew I was swiping someones identity by now your people should know what I'm after. After all I looked it up 10 minutes ago. So let's 'Talk turkey' as humans say. You give the information I desire, or I destroy the entirety of this complex. It's a simple request and I'm even doing this the polite way. Sharing information is for the benefit of all and all that. She twirled her finger at the end of the tailing end of her statement.
