Nothing to worry about, just scrambled messages.

(OOC: So, looking things over, Bug Element, appropriately enough, has an error. The level 4 ability is "-1 Required CD for Glitch" even though Glitch doesn't actually require a CD. Instead, it requires Charge, and with only one required turn of charge, a reduction isn't going to be useful.)
Of course, thanks to Incomprehensible, this isn't as bad as it could be, as you still get something from the extra level. Still, fix pls.
(OOC: Reminder that that was in-character as a canonically insane Navi, and there's still plenty of time before it affects me.)

Good catch. Updated to:
"Glitch cannot be cleansed on turn of infliction"

Back to things that don't work:
-The Hyper Attack-related effect on the Pure Mind Giga Program no longer works properly, and also no longer makes thematic sense, as Hyper Attacks are now Neutral Karma's thing.
-The Zircon Star's dual-element effect no longer makes sense, as that's now a thing anybody can do with any attack they want, for a damage penalty.
-The Karma Manipulator Giga Program and all the Dark Accessories contain outdated references to the old Karma value system. This isn't actually too problematic, but it bugs my herald.
(OOC: That's her pet name for me, by the way. I want to make it harder to find my real name on this site, for reasons that probably make sense.)

Cody, right?
No one uses Giga Progs. So. Yeah.
Zircon Star does it for freeeeeeee
Dark Accessories are being reworked right now. WOW.

- Pure Mind: That portion of it will only really take away a would-be "Charge Requirement" and replacement with something potentially heavier. Gigas should see a rework soon, but since nobody's using this one at the moment (and there are no plans to suddenly drop this in somebody's pocket prior to a Giga Update), it's not too detrimental to have lying around (although I do hate inconsistencies, so will probably just slash it out for now anyway).
- If nothing else, Zircon gives "Dual Element" for free and negates weaknesses. Probably gonna give that some new effects relatively soon though, since it's pretty subpar now compared to others.
- "Light", "Neutral", and "Dark" Karma are all still valid terms. The only invalid term concerning them is anything associated with an actual numberic value ("+50" or "-50", etc). Dark Accessory's Karma references I thought I had certainly removed, but it appears they've mysteriously resurfaced.

(OOC: Well, the Karma Manipulator Giga Program's text alludes to a numeric value existing, saying that it is "all values at the same time. Can set it to a value to interact with stats" and something about using two Karma states "regardless of their Karma.")
Nonetheless, if you want to save all this for a revamp of Gigas, that's probably fine if nobody is using those specific Gigas at the moment. I mean, it's not like people will be able to get them before said revamp.
(OOC: Incidentally, before I forget, there seems to be a discrepancy in the Percentile Damage attack effect. These are exact quotes:
"This attack can still gain damage from other sources -- it is added as a separate flat amount. Multipliers apply to both the Percentile and Flat damage portions of this attack."
"Percentile damage is not affected by any damage bonuses (including percentile bonuses like from charge, programs, or plasma element)"
So, um... Which is it?)
EDIT: (OOC: Just remembered another thing: the -1 Total Attack cost for S-Tier effects, that's on top of the 1 attack you need to use to make the attack itself, costing two attacks total, right?)

Phen added the extra rule on Percentile a little after the actual update. I'll go ahead and take care of that portion that he forgot to remove. But yeah, ultimately damage bonuses do not affect Percentile Damage.
For S-Tier Effects: If the Attack has only 1 S-Tier Effect, then no, it does not cost 2 Total Attacks. If you add +1 Use to the Attack, then you suffer the extra -1 Total Attack. If you add an S-Tier Effect to an attack that already has an S-Tier Effect, that's another -1 Total Attack.

Remnant, you may: READ: DEFINITELY
Will want to rewrite the rules in S-Attacks then, because I've been building in the assumption S attacks take 2 attacks anyways.

No problemo. May need help with that, though.
"S-Tier Effects costs 10% Damage to add and can only be used once per battle. This per-battle limit can be increased by +1 for every 1 Total Attack that you spend creating it beyond the first."
^ That's the current wording. Suggestions for improvement are very welcome, since thaaaat's about the best (and simplest) way I can think of wording it atm.
EDIT: Then again, I think it's the following section that's tripping people up:
Cost: -10% Base Damage || -1 Total Attack || 1 Use per Battle
Changed that to exclude "-1 Total Attack".
Better now?
