Saying the charge works like a standard charge is a bit misleading simply because we don't have a system in RR for charging, and the base system on the site requires you to spend essentially 2 attack slots to fire a 1 turn charge attack.
So my wording change would look like this:
Lv1: 108 Damage, 12 AP, If this attack was not used last turn and Fulgur was not hit since his last turn, it deals x1.5 damage.
(You would note here the 9 AP worth of damage and 3 AP for the effect, given its difficulty of use)
You seem to have leftover zenny as well. While it's not a requirement you use it all, I/We'd like it if you intend to use that zenny on attack upgrades that you do so while we're working on this current approval stage. Though if you simply don't know where you want that money to go that's fine too.
