|Navi & RP Information|
-Navi Name: Desperado.EXE
--Appearance:
--Personality: Friendly yet distant, Desperado doesn't like to make commitment easily but can warm up to people quickly. If ever bonding a real friendship, he values it highly. Naturally curious and carries a slightly condescending and sassy tone, Desperado often finds himself with a face full of problem before realizing how he got there. When faced with adversity and conflict, he has a tendency to play with his opponents a bit, and his personality has a tendency to bounce around a bit, different mentalities of how to handle a situation fighting for dominance. Still, he hates to lose due to his confidence, and can often be a bit of a sore loser should he survive to do so.
--Background: Desperado was created as a custom project of a timid boy named Seig Masters, who was infatuated with Wild West films and Science fiction. He was designed to operate primarily alone, but to still hold a certain degree of reverence and partnership with his creator. Desperado would later become Seig's pride and joy as the programming came to form. However, as the final product came to fruition, Seig had little time to celebrate as his classes were picking up. Sending Desperado out with little instruction into the network just as the two worlds parted to an even greater degree. It would be an unfortunate turn of events that shortly after his release into the net, he would be set upon by numerous assailants, and without his operator's backup, the endless dataspace seemed to be his likely grave.
--Operator Personality/Background: Seig Masters is generally pretty quiet when talking about most subjects, but becomes rather talkative, overly so when speaking in regards to Old Science Fiction and Western themes. An apt programmer by his standards, he currently is studying to complete his degree in Gigamerican Film History. His wardrobe often matches a sort of combination of those subjects he enjoys, though it might not necessarily be in style for the time. As of recent he's been trying to locate his navi Desperado, but has had little success in doing so, though he has managed to adapt to manual use of the PET without the navigator assistant.

Battle Capability Information
Overall Capabilties
Power: 4/10
The raw power of Desperado's individual attacks often leave a bit to be desired. Individual shots and attacks from most of his weaponry do not find themselves having much stopping power. However within his wide arsenal there are some exceptions, so those who think they have him figured out had better think twice before getting too reckless.
Speed: 8/10
Imbued with the strength of a powerful Giga Program, Desperado's speed is incredible, easily able to keep up with all but the most dedicated speedsters. His exceptional speed also finds its way into his offensive, reaching to odd angles of attacks even amidst his traditional assault, as if attacking from all sides simultaneously.
Defense: 2/10
With his fast speed, he lacks the defense of less mobile navis. He wears little protection, and has only a few safeguards when cornered. If you can manage to hit him, you're sure to do substantial damage.
Accuracy: 7/10
What would a gunslinger be without proper accuracy? Moving at high speeds has certainly trained his accuracy to adjust to others moving at similar paces, and at slower ones as well. Desperado's optimal range is medium to close however, as long range sniping commonly does not take advantage of his overwhelming speed.
Stamina: 5/10
With such speed, Desperado has enough stamina to move around at his speed for decent periods of times, but he's much more used to moving in short bursts of extreme speed rather than prolonged fighting. Given a longer fight, Desperado will often attempt to find a fortified position to catch his breath, but pushed from that position constantly, and he will tire out relatively quickly.
Utility: 7/10
Desperado's arsenal of weaponry is rather vast, allowing him to quickly adapt to situations provided to him. Able to create small robots to attack (usually by detonating near the opponent) as well as automated turrets, though they can take a short time to set up. This supplements his basic abilities of a variety of kicks and basic sharpshooting. He keeps on hand a number of special cartridge loads which help to diversify his normal shots with special effects and other elements. Lastly, though certainly not leastly, from a hidden data store Desperado can brandish heavy weaponry for wide area attacks. He sacrifices a fair bit of mobility to use these attacks, but their raw power is unlike any of his other attacks, be warned.
