The Polytely
A dim, dingy store which appears to be built into a cave. Not entirely dark or run down, this place is nonetheless obviously visited infrequently. Despite this, one would get the feeling that the place is very important to someone.
A hunched, hooded figure sits behind the counter, muttering every now and then. He holds a long pipe that he taps out occasionally even though it appears to burn endlessly, never being refilled. Preoccupied with whatever it is he is focused on, he scarcely looks up when a visitor arrives. Not that he gets many visitors at all.
The real puzzle of this place is regarding just where it is. A lonely mountainous cave somewhere in the wilds of Sharo? Buried deep in the tunnels of Saul Kada? Is this place even a real location in the Net, or just a dream of some kind?

EXP Upgrades
OverMan Experiences a different style of growth than others, and spends EXP to upgrade himself.
EXP is spent on upgrading Overman's Base HP, Base Damage, Attacks and Skills
☉ +100 HP = 100 EXP (cost increases by 10 EXP per purchase, to a Max of +2000 HP)
☉ +10 Base Damage = 100 EXP (cost increases by 10 EXP per purchase, to a Max of +200 DMG)
☉ +10 Attack Damage = 50 EXP
☉ Skill Upgrades are dependent on Skill Tier:
* C-Tier Skills cost 100 EXP per Upgrade. 10 Upgrades Max.
* B-Tier Skills cost 150 EXP per Upgrade. 7 Upgrades Max.
* A-Tier Skills cost 200 EXP per Upgrade. 5 Upgrades Max.
* S-Tier Skills cost 350 EXP per Upgrade. 3 Upgrades Max.
* SS-Tier Skills do not have any Upgrades.
Skill Tiers are relatively easy to determine. The chart below corresponds to what a Skill's Tier would be if it were on a Regular Navi:
BugFrag Upgrades
The peculiar objects known as BugFrags are used by OverMan to access new and enhanced abilities.
BugFrags are spent on new Skills and additional Attack Slots
☉ +1 Skill = 10 BugFrags (to a max of 12 Skills Total)
☉ +1 Attack Slot = 10 BugFrags (to a max of +2 Attack Slots)
Crests/Accessories/NonPurchasableItems/etc earned by OverMan from events (or the like) can be substituted as "BugFrag Costs" for +1 Skill or +1 Attack Slot, provided Overman has room for them.
Zenny Upgrades
The world's standard currency, OverMan instead uses it to fuel his Attacking prowess.
Zenny is spent on new Attacks and EXPanding Max CD.
☉ +1 Attack = 5,000 Zenny (to a Max of 30 Total Attacks)
☉ +1 Max CD = 5,000 Zenny (to a Max of 30 Max CD)
Chips/ZennyBoughtItems/etc earned by OverMan from events (or the like) can be substituted as "Zenny Costs" for +1 Attack or +1 Max CD, provided Overman has room for them.
