Irritated of the constant hazardous weather, E stared down at the file in his hand. A "Writ of Transfer" it was. He had made an endless written pleas to officials about normalizing the weather. Rarely he would get a reply, but no permanent action would ever take place. The sand storms were unbearable, the heat waves are intolerable and even worse were the severe ice storms that usually followed.
Today however was particularly vile, as a sand storm and heavy rain fall gave way into a severe mud storm in the prior day. As if on schedule, the network froze over into a blizzard leaving most of the district he was in completely in cased in snow and frozen mud.
I didn't request this, at a--
He slipped backwards in his thoughts, sliding on ice into a mound of snow no less than four feet down the bridge way in between a pair of towers.

Crescendo.exe
"Such...odd weather."
Crescendo floated a small distance above the ground, a low, bass-like thrum coming from beneath his feet as he hovered over the frozen mud. It was like an apocalyptic sort of weather, really. It was dry enough for the sand storm to have whipped up, yet also the humidity was high enough to cause rain clouds to gather and unleash their torrent upon the sands, creating an awful storm of mud and slop that Crescendo hadn't been fond of. Had it not been for the armor of sound that surrounded him, he'd be covered in the filth, currently.
The man hovered over the blighted ground, his long robes whipping in the wind, drawing closer to a particular building. In the frozen mud mixture, he couldn't tell what it...was supposed to be. He wasn't overly familiar with Giga City, and now even less so, due to the nonsense everywhere.
As he came closer, he saw someone sliding down part of another building and paused, blinking. "Perhaps I should save them...though I doubt they need it..." he spoke, merely just...watching, for now.

E stood up slowly as the air around his body glowed as it released energy in rhythmic pulses, melting the ice and snow away, leaving mud as the only evidence he had just slipped. Using all of his arms, he removed as much of the muddy snow as he could from his sides, back, lower and upper body. Picking up where his thoughts had left off, he dwelled on why he had a transfer permission from Giga City, wondering why it was sent to him.
That was when the snow came to a slowing halt. The skies were still grey however.

Two in a row. I'm seeing a pattern here.
