Kajira's V6, and will take this fight on. If you'd prefer to move them both back to V5, that's fine by me as well.
(I won't let this fall into a repeat of the BoB/Agile fight- you've got my word)

B.o.B. sat in the patio area of a net cafe, a cup of tea sat on the table untouched. Across the street was the entrance to the Element City Library,
"Any moment now..."
B.o.B. waited patiently, and the looked down at the tea,
"What a shame I can't enjoy this..."
B.o.B. looked back up staring at the crowd that passed by,
B.o.B:"...now" [intro 1/2]

The woman paused, glancing up to the sky, finding the relatively sunny atmosphere to actually dampen her mood a bit. She wasn't sure what she was doing here, aside from the fact that she'd just decided to wander, a bit, and see where her legs took her.
She wasn't fond of simply wandering about without an aim, but there was a certain sense of...freedom, that she'd felt lately. Blake had been busy with his studies, and hadn't been able to do a lot of movement around the Net, leaving her much to her own devices.
Pausing, the woman's yellow eyes flickered up to the Library. "Hm. I've never been one to read...but..." she mused, setting her hand alongside her face as her head tilted to the side a bit. "I just feel so...bored..."

BOOM!*
The top windows of the library blew out, sending glass showing down on the street. The crowds walking by was now in a frenzy as navis ran out from the library.
"They better not have damaged what I'm looking for."
B.o.B. rose from the table at the cafe, moving silently through the crowd running around. Making its way towards the library as others exited.
B.o.B:"...where are you hiding?..."
As B.o.B. entered the library. [intro 2/2]

It was as if the world itself had decided that, should the one know as Kajira be bored, then there would be something to fill that void. She had her gaze still searching skyward when the explosion hit, causing her to avert her gaze almost immediately, instinct causing her to look for shelter. But the time she'd spent with the ONB took over then, that experience coming out as she watched the people fleeing from the scene.
And one moving towards it.
Her eyes narrowed then, and electricity danced up her arm as she watched. The navi looked familiar...and then she placed it at the Internet Cafe where he'd fought against that large...insectile creature. He'd made trouble then, and it seemed like he was making trouble now. She stood, shaking off whatever fear that had gripped her before she dashed forward, following B.o.B. into the library.
"Halt! You'll pay for that, terrorist," she hissed.

Was walking past the librarian's desk, when some one had called out.
"Terrorist? where?"
B.o.B. turned around curious to who was calling and to who they were referring to.
"Who is that?...oh no, its her! The one from the internet of night! What does she want?"
B.o.B. continued to swivel its head around, but the place was empty.
B.o.B:"...Me?"
B.o.B. said pointing to itself. Sure, B.o.B. had paid for the distraction but that didn't mean B.o.B. was a terrorist. [B1]

"Yes you, unless you fancy yourself some kind of hero," the woman growled, leaping to conclusions as she often did. "It simply seems rather incriminating that you're coming into this place instead of fleeing." Likely he'd recall she was with, or at least, associated with, the ONB. That gave her the clearance she needed to be here, accosting him.
"Now come with me, peacefully. Otherwise I will assume that you are resisting arrest and be forced to take you by force," the woman spoke, the electricity more apparent, now. She couldn't go all-out, inside of a building, so she hoped he would come peacefully. Otherwise, she'd have to resort to more...extreme measures.
His sensors would likely be able to pick up an increase in humidity in the area as Kajira's ability began to generate a localized storm within the building. It wouldn't be enough to do what she wanted...but it would be close enough.

B.o.B. turned back around,
"She sure has a way with words. Forced to take by force? Hahaha..wait she tried this move last time..."
B.o.B:"No I'm no hero, but I'm no terrorist either. Just here to check out some books"
B.o.B. continued walking through the library.
B.o.B.:"Also you shouldn't go around impersonating an officer. I'm pretty sure that is illegal, or at least frowned upon." [B2]

Oh, he had a mouth on him, did he? Kajira could tell, from here, that since the time she'd met him before, his confidence and his ability had both improved. Interesting. The part of her that Xion fancied, the part that wanted to do things her way, rather than by-the-book as was required by those who worked with the ONB, flared up. She wanted to fight this Navi for her won reasons now...
Still, her eyes narrowed a bit. "Wrong answer, pal," she hissed as she let that electricity build in her arm before firing a blast just a few inches shy of the man as a warning shot. "I'm authorized by the ONB. I'm not an official part of their organization...but that gives a little more...leniency in how I choose to deal with scum like you," she spoke.
If B.o.B. hadn't stopped at the warning shot the next blast of electricity would be aimed directly at his retreating back. If he had, she'd hold off for now, but it seemed like she was struggling to keep back the urge to just...go on and delete him right here and now. Electricity danced over her form as she watched, the revealing yukata she wore swaying slightly with all the electrical charges going around.

All B.o.B. heard was "Not part of the organization",
"She must not know about the whole Gate situation...I wonder how she would react to knowing the organization she claims to work for, is under the thumb of a mad man. "
Then a bolt of lightning shot past B.o.B., who stopped and looked over its shoulder.
B.o.B:"Now now miss, we are in a library you know. I am no 'scum' and you are no officer of the law as far as I am concerned. Are you aware of the current situation the ONB is in?"
Raising its left hand B.o.B. snapped its fingers. A line of metal rods rose between B.o.B. and Kaijira. B.o.B. turned its back once again and continued to the back of the library.
B.o.B.:"Either you have been out of touch for quite a while, or you are just as corrupt as the ONB. In both cases your 'authorization' is of no consequence." [B3]

The woman watched as the other paused only from the bolt that shot past his shoulder. It didn't seem like he had much of any reason to be afraid of her...and that simply irritated the woman all the more. Her slim brows narrowed as she watched him continue to speak, until the last few words. She blinked. What?
She realized then that she really did not know what was going on with the ONB. She'd been out of it for awhile, given that Blake had taken her aside into a number (a dizzying number at that) of simulations to get more comfortable with her current abilities. She'd been augmented a bit as far as how her data was brought together, which necessitated some training. Blake had kept her on a personal Private Network for whate felt like forever to the woman. Only when he'd had exams coming up, and he couldn't continue tweaking her systems did he let her back into the Net.
So now, this other navi seemed to taunt her, having information that she did not, and while she was partially confused, she also felt that familiar rush of irritation that came from her programming. Sassy, she was. The metal bars that came up to block her path were of little consequence. She closed her eyes, her body taking on a watery texture as she stepped through the bars, before reforming on the other side as the other turned and continued walking away.
"All right- no. I have zero idea what's happened with the ONB. I've been away from the Net for...too long," she admitted. She'd been jacked out shortly after she'd calmed down the battle between B.o.B. and the giant insect. "This authorization of yours into the library, however, still seems like it has had more than a few shady dealings behind it. What's your angle?" she asked, keeping pace. She wasn't outwardly attacking anymore, at least. That was good. Probably.

B.o.B. was only half listening to her ramble now. So long as she didn't meddle in B.o.B.'s affairs, B.o.B. could care less what she did.
B.o.B:"You sure have problems listening to others don't you? Who needs authorization to be in a public library? I just need to check out a book."
B.o.B. made its way past a few shelves of books, stopping in front of the shelves labeled 'History'.
"Aaah here we are..."
Reaching out, B.o.B. plucked a book off the shelf, opened it up, and then pushed a hidden button. B.o.B. placed the book back in its place on the shelf.
*Click*...*Rumble*...
The bookcase slowly moved back to reveal a staircase down into darkness.
B.o.B.:"Now run along, I'm sure you would be much more useful to the *pft* ONB directing the chaos outside."
B.o.B. descended the stairs as the bookcase began to rumble again. [B4]

Kajira frowned as she watched him. "The only problem I have listening to others are civilians like yourself," she spoke, watching him carefully. "Given that all of the staff left the building when you or your associates presumably set off an explosion, one might realize that it's not exactly open for business," she hissed, tempted once more to simply send a shock through the man. Her yellow eyes watched him as he moved over to the history section, pausing for a moment as he seemed to be looking for something...specific.
However, she could do little but arch a brow as he pulled a certain book from the shelf before pressing a button inside of the book itself. This turned into narrowed eyes as she watched, the bookcase itself moving back and then to the side, revealing a staircase down below. He moved, but not before a little quip of his own. The woman gave a low growl as she extended a hand, letting a burst of electricity halt the mechanism in its tracks, leaving the door wide open.
"Interesting that you couldn't come in and do this while the library's still open. No really," she spoke, her tone dripping with sarcasm as she followed the man down the stairs. "Surely this is sanctioned by the library staff and the government that employs them." Elecricity darted up her arm again then. The stairs were not the best of locales for her to do battle in, but unless he tried something, she'd continue monitoring him...for now. Once she found out what his game was, as he hid behind insults and was generally an unhappy, disagreeable person (not that she was much better), she'd take action.Battle Post: 4

"Civilians like myself huh? Oh the inflated ego of those with the illusions of authority."
B.o.B:"So I'm a civilian now? Well at least I've been bumped up from terrorist..."
B.o.B. moved down the stairway with Kaijira in toe, passing through a long hallway with dim lights along the floor to lead the way.
B.o.B.:"...and I have no associates. Much like you, I presume by your attitude, I don't play well with others."
B.o.B. purposely left the rest unsaid, it was already obvious that B.o.B. shouldn't be here. B.o.B. stopped abruptly and then placed its hand out. A door lit up in front of them and then slid open. Revealing a brightly lit laboratory.
The room was filled with computer screens along the walls, a few desks with piles of papers scattered about. In the back was a strange tube like machine. Inside floated a data cluster. [B5]
