[bgcolor=BLACK] Deep in the woods of the reforming Creamland lays a large, brown castle of small renown. There are four conic archer towers, and rather archaically designed formations linking them. Covering each cone as well as most of the castle trimmings are lush leaves, seemingly draped along the construct. Closer inspection would reveal that they are in fact the construct itself. Every square inch of the castle, from tip to basement, is an elaborate weaving of branches, tightly knotted to be secure in even the fiercest of typhoons. The interior, while extravagant, maintained a sense of practicality. Indeed, there lie a multitude of seating; reclining chairs, and a business desk. The first floor was what could only be considered the lounge, with each fixture noticeably sprouting from the floor. Upon the second floor, lining the halls are many rooms, of multiple quarters. Each room with standard living arrangements, yet to be personalized by any membership of sorts. In the double-doored room at the end of the hallway, was a much larger, and well furnished room. Inside was a room organized to the tee, with the exceptions many anti-darkloid messages strewn across a desk, with purification and execution techniques highlighted for download. Shuffling along, yet one with the floor, a butler-navi made of the same wood as the castle organized the books, as well as tending to the rest of the rooms. In the sublevels, unlike the top of the castle, there were a select few cages, made of thicker, reinforced wood. This wasn't meant to incarcerate any navis, merely hold them for interrogation, and most frequently, execution. Again, another butler-like navi was dusting the cells in futility before merging and literally becoming the floor. In the main room a body sprouts up and starts weaving branches out of the wall into one of an elaborate frame of a picture, revealing an almost regal female knight. After finishing the portrait, the being sighed and dissipated into the branch-system.
A voice then echoed out through the entire castle lamentably so: "It's just not the same without the commander here. She really gave this place purpose...No matter...Someone will stumble upon me one day soon...these roots grow tired..."

[bgcolor=001999] “Light a fire! Flame in my heart!” _______________________________ There could have been many reasons why Megami had been bouncing around the network and ended up here, but it was unexplainable to why this place is where she had to stop. It all had drawn her in, the atmosphere, the lack of fear in the face of it all, and a slow gradual step towards the mystery.
Xenneth and Megami had been touring the internet for quite a while. Virus Busting sessions were what kept them active and alert. Every moment that they had taken a step, they were forced to act quickly as if one was armed with a gun live with ammunition. Xenneth was quick as ever on the Battle Chips, and Megami was just as responsive as she cleaved through viruses with her uploaded Cyber Spear and turned around blasting her next foe with a concentrated Divinity Sphere. Soon, she had brought it all down to a moderate calm as she traveled from the Forest Network, to the edges of Creamland’s network, and now finally deep within this area which…she had no idea of.
“No data,” the shrill voice of the violet haired boy spoke up, “The P.E.T. doesn’t have this area charted. It’s strange, I thought Creamland was loss in an incident, but I guess this place was untouched.” Xenneth Hikari had been inquisitive, very late to the game, trying to dig up information about the happenings to Creamland. As far as he knew, there was no longer a Network except of the construction site. He was unaware of anything that happened as he spent days on end worrying for Rosetta. He had a rest…only temporarily, as he found her protected by the strange Databug they found.
Like he thought, his rest was only temporary as the internet had its way of spinning out of control in a matter of seconds.
“Xen-kun,” the gentle voice of the NetNavi had come from the P.E.T., “I am progressing forth!”
Megami had given nothing but that warning as she stepped into the castle woven of twigs, branches, and greenery. Her feet had made a simple snap of a twig or two, an alert to predators had there been any. The female NetNavi was weary of her steps, knowing good and well her diminished strength was something to consider ever since she had a terrible encounter with the pink blob and it left them both short of any strength to use. Her steps were like a weary drunk, but her eyes still shifted as if she was expecting anything at any moment.
“It seems so empty.” Her hands reaching to a makeshift seat as she felt the texture of the wood which created it. Her sandaled feet continued her steps as she walked about the lounge, picking up random fixtures and items assuming them to be left behind by the owner. She was curious about this world still as her origin made her oblivious to the net and its inner workings, but even more so the human world beyond it.
“Hello!” the angelic NetNavi had called, “Does anyone reside here?”

*As she set foot into the castle, the being watched her, analyzing everything about her. Secretly, he had all corners of the room prepared to fire serrated thorns at her, until he could see her aura. She was very pure, something uncommon around the net anymore. Sensing this, the thorns receded into the castle, and a wooden copy of Megami welcomed her in with a smile, speaking however, in a masculine, proper voice, not unlike that of a noble adviser. *
Yggdrasil: Welcome to the Bramble Alcazar. It's been long since the residence help someone other than myself. I am Yggdrasil, base of operations for the Order of Dawn. You've a gentle aura, madam, please, make yourself at home. I would like to converse with you regarding rather important matters.

[bgcolor=001999] “Light a fire! Flame in my heart!” _______________________________ Megami was caught off guard, but yet, it was okay for once.
The figure that formed in front of her perplexed her; making Megami her think that because her image was reflected amongst the organic texture that perhaps it held some significance to herself. However, it was all shot down making her only slightly disappointed. Even if this did not relate to her origin, at least she was welcomed into such a bizarre area by an unlikely guest. “Importance” was labeled with the figure’s welcome, and because of it, Megami’s attention was locked to the point that she even failed to notice that she fallen short of being able to communicate with Xenneth in such a mysterious place.
“W-well,” her eyes big, filled with innocence and confusion, “Alright.”
“Make yourself at home” was human slang for, “get comfortable,” if she remembered it right. She was not the best with translation; English language had fallen short of babbling and dribbling to her at times, and anything above that was total hogwash. The angelic NetNavi still knew so little of the human or net world, and it only made her seem like a naïve young girl in which she reflected the innocence of as she stepped towards the couch without the question. The texture, almost made from the intertwining plant life, made her question its being as a place to sit at first, but after a careful plop upon the seat, she had let out a gasp as if something were to happen.
…nothing came to past but silence and her big wandering eyes before she laid eyes upon the imitated form Yggdrasil had taken.
“What important matter is it you wish you to speak of,” tilting her head, the chestnut brown flowing river of hair swept along Megami’s face as she spoke, “Have I done something improper?”

*Yggdrasil dissipated into the floor, before reappearing sitting on a chair across from Megami, or rather, becoming part of the chair itself. Searching for where to begin, he decided to come out with it.*
Yggdrasil: Miss...the net is falling apart these days....There are vile people, the Darkloids, who want nothing more than to cause havoc for their own gains. Being one with this area, I feel the internet can be a place of tranquility, but it cannot be done through simple talks. I would like your help, miss. Please, join this Order, and help us make the net a safer place. Would you rather heal the injured all the time, knowing you can make a difference, and stop the suffering pre-emptively?

?: Oh my yes. Forget all about the random beast that appeared from nowhere, or the interdimensional overlord that was created by law-abiding citizens and almost ended life itself. All of the world's woes are brought on by the darkloids. Who, by the way, have not organized anything even resembling a militaristic force in decades or have even been a major cause of crime in the world for even longer.
*With a brazen stride, the form of a stockey though somewhat tall Navi breaks the still-open castle doors and walks in. Ignoring the thorns already aimed at him, he quickly types onto a digital screen and sends it off before he silently makes his way up to where Megami and Yggdrasil speak, defiant in his lak of invitation and unwilling to waver as he crosses his arms and looks up to the visage of the tree of light with red and yellow eyes*
I am AirMan, and you are feeding this girl, and all others that you speak to, a one-sided argument. For example; is it not World3, a faction constituted almost entirely of light and neutral-karma Navis, that is this world's current major threat? Oh-ho! And were there not darkloids fighting against the tyranical forces of Eon when he attempted to end this world? If the darkloids are the blight on this world that you suggest, then where is the mighty Nebula today?
*AirMan stands in silence, almost ignoring Megami, though speaking to her indirectly with every point, as he stares in silene at the tree*
AirMan: Not even Duo himself targeted darkloids alone for extinction.... so, then, who are you to pass judgment in a world that does not recognize your authority?
*With that, AirMan stops. He shows no sign of physical agression or desire to fight, simply a desire to state the side of the story that Yggdrasil so convieniently left out....*

[bgcolor=001999] “Light a fire! Flame in my heart!” _______________________________ Simple talks? Megami could be guilty of just that.
Megami’s astonishment of the being was nothing compared to her wisdom. Yggdrasil had the angelic NetNavi pegged on many points. She was a pacifist if anything, and thus Megami found no major joy in raising her hands to fight. As the program sat across from Megami, every detail that gave away her confliction was exposed like bare flesh without clothing: Her lips pursed at the thought of trying to argue against her method of reason, and her fingers folded thinking about how many times over she healed the injured; each time only delaying the inevitable action of repetition…and this method was rapid as of late.
“Y-you said ‘Order,’ to join yes?” Megami had begun with hesitance surfacing with her tone of voice, “But what is this order, and what exactly are ‘darkloids,’ sir?”
Almost by cue, Megami was cut-short by the figure whom happened to walk into the doors, eclipsing the light with his hulking form. It was an arcane looking NetNavi, but Megami was not surprised these days seeing she knew so little of her own existence, and thought he looked like any other NetNavi. Xenneth would alert her of what was a virus, and what was a NetNavi by his scholarly enrollment in DenTech Academy, but it slipped Megami’s mind to re-establish communication.
It was unnecessary, as enough of an introduction made it so Megami registered the form to be civil at least. He had spoken straight forward, adding to Megami’s bewilderment of what Yggdrasil spoke of. Even with such an intimidating form and barreling voice, he seemed to be capable of logic and reason: two things Megami admired above tension of a fight. Terms that were spoken were beyond Megami’s grasp and so she had fallen largely to ignorance as she given pained expressions to her face as she kept her gaze to AirMan.
“I must admit,” Megami’s eyes had gone to Yggdrasil upon hearing AirMan, “Nor do I recognize you or any of what that NetNavi speaks of.”
Megami sat straight up, her form bent over for a moment as she craned her neck out in an urgent, discomforted way, but once again, she regained her calm. She would feel better knowing where to start…
“I know not of Nebula…nor Duo…” she had begun, “I have no knowledge of why what is happening, but I can only imagine that Darkloids and…whatever you may be, have dissonance, yes?” Megami asked.
The angelic NetNavi was interested in knowing what was right, and it shown as her heart beat to a rhythmic chaos within her to know who to trust.

*Yggdrasil merely shook his avatar's head, remaining as collected as before, he continued.*
Yggdrasil: Duo is an extremist, he judged fully by the actions of the few. World3 is an enemy of the ONB, and they have the government's full attention. As for Eon...the vile scourges only sought out their own preservation like the beasts they are. Have they reformed? No, since the Reconstruction, they have been trying to bolster their own power, destroying innocents without remorse so long as they can benefit. Darkloids are the root of the unseen evils taking hold in the network as it stands, poisoning the network with their rampant use of darkchips. If you've no other business here, blue navi, please take your leave of my domain.
*Turning to Megami, the figure bowed, and spoke calmly to her.*
Yggdrasil: My apologies, Miss. I would love to continue further when this interloper departs from us.

*AirMan remains stoic in the face of the wooden Navi, unwavering in his argument*
AirMan: What's wrong? I thought that you light-mongers so loved the truth and justice. Can't handle it when truth other than what you espouse is brought to... light?
*AirMan chuckles to himself, obviously ammused by his own rather mild use of humor*
AirMan: So tell me, woody.... if Darkloids are inherently evil and require deletion for the good of all, then how do you explain Killer? A Navi of true darkness and violence who deleted hundreds, if not thousands in his day all thanks to darkness. Yet this very same Navi befriended and aided the ultimate Navi of light, MegaMan. This friendship even went so deep that MegaMan's soul underwent a cross-fusion with this avatar of darkness, a cross-fusion which aided him in his battle against Gregar.
*AirMan unfolds his arms and reveals his palms*
AirMan: Given your espoused goal of genocide, don't you find it funny that a Navi far greater and more just than yourself was so willing to embrace a user of darkness?
*AirMan's arms lower slightly as he continues to stare at his opponent in this debate*
AirMan: It was found in those days that the power that the darkloids wield cannot be destroyed. So long as evil exists within any heart.... including the evil in your own.... it will always return. Not only is your mission misguided, it's entirely fruitless, as you're impotent to stop its source. You merely treat what you see as a symptom, and ineffectively at that. I can tell you now that your mission is nothing more than a self-fulfilling prophecy; if you target the darkloids, who, by the way, are currently banished to either the Undernet or the Dark Colony while your kind holds the rest of the world with an iron fist, they will defend their own kind. And when this day comes, I assure you that no defense that you may raise will be able to meet the task.
*AirMan crosses his arms once again*
AirMan: This is simply... the nature of the beast.

*Not willing to continue this pointless argument, Yggdrasil simply shook his head at Airman dismissively, before speaking plainly to him.*
Yggdrasil: If beheading the monster will only cause it to grow, we will rip out its heart and drain it of life...The darkness shall be abolished...that is what it means, to be a part of the Order.

*AirMan laughs under his breath at this dismissive statement, shaking his head... as much as he can, given the fact that his entire torso is his head*
AirMan: And, with that, you resort to your own bias and prejudice, ignoring the truth that was so blatantly and peacefully placed before you.
*AirMan then opens his eyes and looks to Yggdrasil once again*
AirMan: The real shame is that I could end this debate right now by simply killing you. I have the power in-and-of myself, and even if I didn't, I have the connections to amass the army that I was talking about. I say this not as a threat, as I will do neither unless I need to defend myself from a current threat, but rather to prove a point. All that course of action would do now is incite others who share your narrow-minded beliefs, as well as those who are more neutral on the subject, to rise against us. Just as you are impotent to kill off that which you are so prejudice against, the darkloids are impotent to do the same to your kind.... and only the fools who have given up their very minds desire to do so.
*AirMan pauses before he continues*
AirMan: The "evil" that you contend is not the darkloid, but rather the natural capability toward evil within every living being, artificial or otherwise. This includes yourself, as your blind prejudice so vehemently expresses. So long as a living being has a choice, the potential to re-create the Dark Soul exists, as well as the potential to choose a path of good. This is why you are impotent to achieve your impossible goals; at their core, they require the genocide of all sentient life. And even if you choose to treat only the symptoms, you will then rule strictly by fear, creating a world where you are the true evil. You call Duo an extremist, yet your goals stem from his own, and will eventually blossom into his final program if they don't lead to your own ultimate destruction first.

*Yggdrasil remained unwavered in his argument, he dissipated into the floor and formed the figure of his Commander, Coda.*
Yggdrasil: There is evil, and it must be extinguished. There's nothing else to realize. Peace and prosperity is choked by the users of darkchips, they poison the mind, and cause that poison to spread to all they contact. The Dawn's mission is to eradicate that poison. You may find yourself in heavy defense of, or justify the putrid follies of these lost souls as the embodiment of free will, but they only cause destruction in their wake.

[bgcolor=001999] “Light a fire! Flame in my heart!” _______________________________ “But what ‘is’ the Dark Soul, exactly?”
Megami was standing now, eyes frantic as she turned her head going between the avatar of the estranged program and AirMan. She had heard so much, and yet it was enough to make her head explode. She felt a splitting migraine that was thought impossible for a NetNavi, and her heart was now beating rapidly because of how she threw herself into the tension like a pool at its top fill. She was not sure what she could do at this point as this “offer” to her was now beyond consideration, and this figure that was in the room was giving off a vibe that made Megami feel as if his rationality was sickening.
“You have both talked,” Megami’s lips folded, moistening as she chose her words carefully, “You have both talked and it seems that the end result is some kind of ‘violence.’ Is the Dark Soul truly that? Is it nothing more than a vile reflection of us living happy lives?”
She had looked from left to right: from AirMan to the Yggdrasil avatar, and back again before the angelic NetNavi’s head dropped as she could think of one person’s smile; his violet hair, and vibrant eyes. His hands that were often wrapped carefully, tenderly around whatever he gave his honest love to. The young sister by his side, and often staring endearingly to a mother and father that was never there, but he had no hate for them. He always smiled…happily. To imagine grotesque coming from someone; something as putrid as Dark Soul, made Megami turn a cheek to an empty corner of the room.
“Then, therefore, I think…” Megami hesitant to speak what was on her mind, “…Darkloids are not right.”
Megami’s eyes went to AirMan as she seemed to bare a serious expression. The thought of more armies was sickening to her, and the violence was not assuring. However, even as she thought that, her eyes drifted to the Yggdrasil avatar almost as if without control. Her hidden thoughts made themselves known as she glared at the Yggdrasil Avatar and furrowed a brow. “But I am not siding with your, Order, and for that I hope that I will not be sorry. If it comes down to it, it sounds like you are just as threatening to everyone’s being as well.”
Megami had stepped forth from in front of the sofa of twigs and intertwined wood; she was restless. Her mind was flowing with so many thoughts, but mainly trying to find a solution to this quarreling. Every word spoken was with the solution of “War”, “Ripping out Hearts,” and figures she did not know because they sounded like some folk heroes of legend. Xenneth most likely knew these things, but ignorant she was, Megami was innocent of all this knowledge, and so she only heard stories.
“Surely,” Megami had thought as she spun around on her heel, adjacent between the furnishings, “There must be an in-between. Like in the human world, there must be a way! Sure, there will always be violence, fighting, and sadness; and I accept that. Though, I want to make it so that between it all, people can still smile. Darkloids are like people, yes? Genocide cannot truly be the answer…for either of us. Can we not understand each other?”
Megami looked to both of them as if she expected a ‘true’ answer that she could appreciate, hopefully.

*AirMan's eyes flash at Megami's words and close*
AirMan: Ho-HO! My dear, I never argued that darkloids were right or good. My goal is not recruitment, simply to show another evil for what it truly is....
*His point made, AirMan turns and begins to walk away, talking as he does so*
AirMan: ....because what compromise can there be in the face of an evil that seeks the extinction of the group that it would compromise with?
*Now just beyond the hallway, AirMan releases a powerful burst of wind, rustling and stipping away numerous leaves as the tree itself rocks ever so slightly. In that moment, AirMan is gone from the area, his stand made and his point put across*

*The wooden Avatar scoffed and turned his head from Airman, before piping up to Megami in an impatient tone. He was getting nowhere, and the Order would not compromise to such vile notions.*
Yggdrasil: There is no alternative. They will only stand to defile everything in the net as it stands. You said you don't believe in our cause? Then begone, miss, and I pray we do not cross our paths as enemies. Stay to the light, and do not dabble in dealings with Darkloids, or darkchips, and you shall remain...Regardless, you are no longer welcome here so long as your heart remains turned from the Dawn.
*After speaking, Yggdrasil's form devolved from Megami, losing its features until it looked like a sprout indistinguishable from the rest of the walls, before sinking back into the floor, leaving megami to leave of her own volition.*
