Random Special Conditions:1: First Navi to use a Skill has that Use Negated 2: On the First Turn only, both Navis take x2 Damage from all sources 3: One the First Turn only, both Navis lose 75 HP per Action Taken 4: First Navi to use a Special Emulation loses 1 Use to a Skill of Choice 5: After Turn 3, both Navis take 50% Damage from all sources 6: First Navi to run out of BattleChips gains +1 Use to Any Skill 7: After Turn 3, when your HP is above 500, your Attacks/Chips deal x2 Damage
Condition 2 is automatically fulfilled for both Navis Condition 3 is automatically fulfilled for both Navis --- --- --- --- --- NOTE: Both navis can fulfill a "When..." Condition simultaneously. As long as the Condition is true, the Effects remain active. NOTE 2: Condition 2 doubles the Damage from All Sources -- including the HP Loss of Condition 3. Using any Skill, any Chip, any Attack, and any SE (regardless of wording/effects) counts as an 'Action'.

In this specific case, though, you can elect to disable Recovery 30 this turn instead, Wacko. (which you obv will, so no point in waiting on that confirmation. Go ahead and make yer next move)

The coming Defensive Phase will be Wacko's 2nd Defensive Turn, so Conditions5/7 will not be enabled for Riclice.
By wording of the effect, it begins on your 4th Defensive Turn. (So Vance won't be receiving those benefits either this turn).
