Whoa wait hold up here, doesn't this match still count as a Round 2, aren't we bound to the same resource loss as the others? Because Shotgun was part of the banned chips after the first round. Woulda nabbed that otherwise. >.>

[bgcolor=232323] These are the official Round 2 Rules -- within which specifically says to ignore this post So shotgun's still ago... as is every other 'banned' chip/attack. EDIT: Also Encore, 'Rapid' can only be used as the first Attack of the Turn. So you can't use Transfer before it.
