Before the reignments' strike comes anywhere near Megaman Juno, he is encircled by light, a magic circle, decorated in languages long past. As the warpspeed blades approach, they are naught but deflected away, cutting the gardens that Reaverbots tended to as the construction of Elysium continued around the battlegrounds, sprouting as a natural flower would.
"...MetGuard"
The circle around Juno dissipated, faint yellow light revealing his defense.
"All this conversation of mercy, yet you strike with minuscule hesitation. LongSword."
Without shifting from his position, the pink Megaman slices rapidly through the oncoming projections of Serenade, standing strong. He waits, unflinching, watching his enemy. Waiting for his next 'merciful' attack.

Less than overwhelming as a whole, especially for one claiming such power. There had to be a reason for this...
Serenade: I would expect no less banter from one with no understanding of what mercy is.
Serenade's stance changes from one of swift avoidance to one as solid as a mountain, his hand outreached to his opponent.
Serenade: But please, continue to reflect the hypocrisy that you blame others of.
Before Serenade's outreached hand, a field of surging energy of emerald tone rises and stretches across the horizon. With it, a force of crushing gravity pushes back everything before the Under King. From the wake of this power, Serenade's full force in the form of one of the net's most legendary attacks, Holy Shock, comes to bear. Before Serenade's palm, the entire world itself becomes rocked by the power of the Under King. Explosions of pure energy erupt randomly across the field, utterly annihilating anything even remotely close to them. The pristine beauty of Elysium is shaken to naught, and the countless reavers before the Underking are all effortlessly crushed and deleted. The network itself shakes at its core under the power of Serenade, and all before the Underking is laid to waste.

The pink Megaman falls, combusted in the fires of Serenade's darnation upon his soul. The magic that binds Elysium fades away, the floating heaven begins to fall. The Holy Shock has destroyed everything Juno had worked for, leaving obliteration in its wake.
A final circle appears beneath Serenade's feet, binding him to the bee that he wrought. The seemingly perfect Juno defeated below him.
But the island continues to fall.

The island of grace and beauty quakes and shatters beneath the power of the Holy Shock... much to Serenade's surprise. The Underking's attack ends suddenly, and he begins to fall from the broken paradise, binding him to the falling wreckage. He'd known that his greatest attack also brought with it his greatest weakness, but he thought that he could wield it against Juno safely.... unfortunately, he had sorely underestimated the Symphonic Despot's power. Time was running out, and no means of escape remains. Serenade has to turn this to his favor... now.
Serenade: Do you think that I'll go down that easily, Juno?!
With a wide wave of his hand, Serenade causes the entire area around him to light up, as the broken panels repair themselves and shine likethe sun, turning into Holy Panels. With a swift movement, Serenade raises a hand and begins to charge up the light from the panels into his palm, preparing the sacred power of ages past....
Serenade: BLACK WING!
....one would so easily forget; the light and beauty of Serenade's entire nature, his power derived from mercy, his kind demeanor, they all mask the King of the Undernet: a master Darkloid if ever there was one. All around Juno, portals of shadow open and solid black bats emerge, darting into the light of the falling Elysium with a screech as they assail their target relentlessly....
Serenade: HOLY DREAM!
....and distract him as the Underking releases his true attack. The power of Sanctuary fades, and a stream of light orbs scream out from Serenade's palm like a beam, rapidly blasting Juno with one final, explosive burst of light; Serenade's final gambit.

Serenade releases his final attack. What is left of the network is destroyed, and Juno is incinerated in the holy fires of mercy.
...
Time stands still for a moment, in which a second feels eternal. In the silence of this eternity, a hollow laughter rings out.
Juno: This... Is mercy? Ahahaha.
Standing behind Serenade stands Juno, unscarred. The entire fight had been little more than an illusion, a puppet dancing with the Underking, while the true Megaman had played the puppeteer. Juno held out his hands, pink magic flowing from his body, sigils circling around the falling island.
Juno: Quantum illusion.
In an instant, Serenade and Juno are pulled out of space, held in the sky far above what was once the Night Network. Below, the island continues to fall.
Juno: Do you see what you've done, Serenade? Your hapless combat has done nary but whiffed, and set this isle on a collision course with Terra.
Juno smiles at the Underking, a serene smile, one that beamed with love for all of navi-kind.
Juno: But I forgive you. After all, mistakes are made. Quantum Restore.
The pink magic that held up the island glowed with an infinite energy. A white light, burning in the sky and visible from all across the net.
The universe had split. With a single spell, the world in which the island fell, and one in which Elysium stayed afloat, still perfect, were made real.

Quantum Illusion
This area is now both real and unreal. It is linked with Netopian Lake.
Only one is provably real... But which?

...forgiveness, mercy. Even in embracing the very concept of Serenade's core power, Juno still fails to see the meaning, just as Serenade had failed to put a stop to the madman before him. His opportunity to win was lost, as was hope of swaying the tyrant from his current course.
Serenade: Mercy...
Serenade looks back over his shoulder at Juno, leaving silence to drop between himself and the cherry blossom titan before he continues.
Serenade: Only those who understand their own path and can see it through the eyes of others can truly understand it, and those who do not are likely to not experience it. Though powerful, you will fail, Juno. There are powers greater than both of us, and they will not stand for your "benevolent" intentions.
Serenade closes his eyes. The reignments that hover behind him swiftly orbit their master, hiding him from sight with a warm, white light, before both they and their master vanish from sight, leaving the victor to his own devices.

And thus, Juno bids farewell to the underking. The purist navi turns his back to the outside world, and with a few motions, commands the Reavers around him to rebuild, reconstruct. Megaman Juno phases from his battling form. A stark realization dawns on him. For the first time in ages, he has felt pain, true and utter pain racking his body. Every nerve, every muscle burning with the flames of a thousand battles fought in a day... Retreating further, into his now tree-like castle, Juno sits upon his throne. These ancient codes are nothing compared to those that fought today. Perhaps... It was time for an upgrade.

In the core of Elysium, a palace borne of nature, a seemingly perfect society of cherry blossoms and nature - Reaverbots scurry like animals, populating the infinite forest that became of The Night Net. This was now Elysium's core, and in the centre of it all was Juno. Attached at his core to a massive pedestal, the pink hued Megaman was the core computer. He became massive, no longer a small man in a white smock - but a core, supercomputer, running the entirety of the floating Elysium network on his own.
It would soon be time - navi kind's salvation and humanity's damnation.
The Perfect Cherry Blossom would soon bloom.
Seated on his biomechanical throne, the Lord Juno brought forth a book - sealed with four of Juno's enchantments.
The first seal was broken.
"COME!"
Before Juno was the First of four Kings - him being given reign over pain and mercy. The first was the conqueror - the herald for the new order under Juno. Bathed in white light - Vestil.
The second seal was broken.
"COME!"
Next was the Second of four Kings - him being given reign over war and peace. The second was the slaughterer - the sword that will spill the blood of the sinful. Bathed in red light - Var.
The third seal was broken.
"COME!"
Next was the Third of four Kings - him being given reign over wealth and power and justice. The third was the lawman - the scales on which each soul would be weighed. Bathed not in light, but darkness - Vamin.
The fourth seal was broken.
"COME!"
The Final of four Kings - the taker of lives and giver of death. The final was the gravekeeper - the scythe with which the saved will reap their new world. Unaccompanied by light, but by the chilling touch of death - Deav.
These were the four Reaverkings.

A large red orb filled the spot where Var had been summoned. Moments after the ritual, a massive red claymore -- appearing to be made of dragon hide -- burst through the orb from within, causing it to fall apart like an egg shell revealing the figure that had been sealed inside.
"I have come."
Kneeling before Juno was the ReaverKing of War: Var.
His body was hidden by the dragon-esque armor that covered him from head to toe. Even his voice was masked by the impenetrable visor that shielded his face.
Black feathery wings sprouted from his back, though the weight of his armor certainly didn't appear manageable for flight.
His mission was to bring fire and blood to the world with the edge of his sword; to turn brother against brother with the art of war so that the weak would perish and only the strong would survive when his conquest was complete.
He continued kneeling in Juno's presence, the only one he had true loyalty to. Without this one's permission, his conquest would not yet begin.

The fourth seal was broken and a trumpet was blown heralding the arrival of the fourth and final king.
A cloud of smoke and ashes floated above the ground, and out from it stepped...
...an old man.The cloud coalescing into his complete form. The area around him becoming grayer as if all the color and life was being sucked from the world. He floated above the ground not daring to defile his lord Juno's pristine palace.
This was Deav, and he carried death with him; and Hades followed his presence. Authority was given to him over a fourth of the net, to kill with sword and with famine and with pestilence and by the wild viruses of the net.
*Cough cough*
"I have risen my lord."

*With the third seal broken did a wad of black appear where he had been summoned. The black contorted in place, contracting and expanding before it settled. Near the darkness was a pair of golden scales, brown hands coming from the darkness to take the scales into hand. The black turned into a form, the figure that was once sealed regaining its shape, bowing before Juno.*
"I have arrived."
*Vamin, the third of the four Kings. He wore black robes trimmed with purple on their edges, a black mask was worn that covered his head that revealed only where his eyes would be. This revealed but two things, that being brown skin and darkness where his eyes would be, darkness that peered into one's soul. The lawman who weighed others and their worth, a gap between two societies. His purpose to judge with power and justice at their lord's command.*

*From the white light appeared a cloud of decay, followed soon by a tall, yet decrepit shell of armor. The creaking was loud, as metal churned on metal, coated in rust. As the white light faded, sealing the rot within the world, the knight stiffly bowed its head to Juno. Moving its parts, the creaking stopped, and the frightening appearance of the knight was realized. The rust, the decay all over the figure's body began to migrate around, as if it were some small predator, seeking some healthy soul to wither away. However, there was no trail from the rust and rot, rather, the armor looked new and polished, as if it were only coated with the decay, despite the obvious holes visible within the rusted areas. Through the knight's visor, a faint pink glow twinkled, the ReaverEye, its power driving the rotten force creeping across the armor. From within the metal carcass, a sinister and chilling voice echoed out to Juno.*

Juno silently raises a hand, otherwise immobile attached to Elsyium's core, the center of the garden palace. A pink beam would surround the Reaverkings, and they would be trapped within them. Lowering his arm, Juno, watches as his harbingers would be beamed to the networks below, prepared to challenge this world's heroes over the coming months.

A pink light shines in this world of gardens, old cobble replaced with endless flowers.
