He's pretty close to V3, soo... yeah... and permission from opposition to throw Remnant in this fight as well, since he needs the Exp? >.o

EXP: 10x1 + 10 + 5(For Knight) + 10(For Remnant) + 7(From Finale, 15 having been divided equally.)
Knight: 32 EXP Remnant: 37 EXP
Zennyz: 100x1 + 200 + 200(From Knight and Remnant being alive at the end of battle) + 100(From Knight's finishing blow) + 200(From Remnant's perfect win) + 300(From Finale)
Finale: 1100z
A part of me thinks this is unfair.

Winnings were a little off, since this was technically a 1 Vs. X battle, they'd go like this:
Knight gets: 20/200 (*1.5 for winning) (*1.5 for Resource Type)
Remnant gets: 20/200 (+10/100 for perfect win) (*1.5 for winning)
Finale Gets: 30/300
Distributed awards: (Finale gave Exp to Remnant, in exchange for Remnant/Knight's Zenny)
Knight: 45 Exp
Remnant: 20 + 10 + 30 *1.5 = 90 Exp
Finale: 1200z
