*Oh, at those words.... AirMan could feel his hand slowly closing, preparing to crush the tiny Navi in one single motion of his fingers.... part to rectify the situation for him, part because of the raw humor that it would entail. However, he managed to stop himself with a slight laugh at the situation. Giving a thought to the way that one so blatantly extroverted about his own intelligence had just made that statement, AirMan simply loosens his hand entirely and begins to walk to a nearby alleyway*
AirMan: A show, perhaps. But not one I care to see.
*Before walking into the alley, AirMan takes one of the Denizens walking around by the shoulder and leads him down the path between buildings. A moment later there's a large explosion, then yet another moment later AirMan walks out again, with Xyzillentz now dressed in the remains of the previous being's cloths*
AirMan: This should at least allow you some level of decency for the time being. Now then; can you regenerate your suit after deletion and restoration?

From somewhere below the area, the ground rumbles.

"D'awwwww, you killed a random bystander to get me new clothes. How romantic. Not that it was necessary." You don't need to be insecure just because I'm still bigger than you where it counts, he wisely kept to himself.
He shifted around in AirMan's hand, tugging on his clothes to try for a better fit. They were raggedy, makeshift, and not at all the kind of thing he wanted to be seen in. To be honest, he much preferred nudity. But he supposed he would put up with it in order to stay on AirMan's good side. "Yes, the suit will come back with me good as new, so no problems there. I'll be right back to my normal stylish self. So... what brings you back here, hmmm? Just missed me?"
He wouldn't have time for an answer. There was a loud, unmistakeable rumbling like the bowels of the earth heaving in illness.
"...in my educated opinion, we need to get the f*** out of dodge. Now."

*AirMan glances down, looks back to his tiny compatriot, then says one word*
AirMan: ....yep.
*With that, the two disappear in a cyclone*

Dust, dirt, debris, and all other manner of detritus disperses from the opening of the castle... several minutes later, the blindfolded navi floats back out into the open air and takes one deep, satisfied breath through his nose. Two accounted for... he thought to himself, and the looked to the sky. Still overcast. This overlay of Creamland was more depressing than it had even been made out to be, but it was appropriate all the same. As the navi departs, green energy crackles at the ground over which he had been.

As the girl arrived in what was once her training grounds, she had a bit of trouble staying on her feet. "I can't believe it, beaten by such....FILTH!" While she did enjoy the fight, the last thing she ever wanted was to lose to a darkloid. She slowly made her way into the building, searching desperately for a first-aide kit. Occasionally she would fall, but the wall was generally close enough for her to use her good leg. As soon as she fixed her leg, she beamed back to the undernet again.

Nightwind was continuing his general patrol of the grounds in silence. Despite his concern over the earlier rumblings, he had found nothing noticeably wrong. One navi had entered the area, but then swiftly left before doing much of anything. Other than that, it was quiet. A few other guards milled about uselessly.
Nightwind was trying to clear his mind and focus on the routine patrol, as he had done countless times in innumerable worlds. But there was too much weighing on him now. There was still concern over the odd sounds and the failure of the restoration process to complete entirely, but it had dulled over time. Instead, more immediate concerns were troubling him. No one had seen the new governor, Xion, since he had been appointed. That meant that for the moment, control of the colony was technically afforded to his second-in-command, the advisor Xyzillentz. But Xyzillentz had been gone for some time as well. Theoretically, this should mean that Nightwind himself was the current authority on the island.
But he didn't trust that notion. He had been very clearly denied the run of this colony by his master. It was not his place to make decisions that affected the populace now. He was simply a guard captain. And he was worried about getting in touch with Xyzillentz if the need arose. The advisor had left no details on how the messaging system in this world worked, instead promising he would be right back after a short walk. That had been forever ago. Nightwind had heard rumblings that navis could communicate with one another remotely and instantly, and he supposed that being here and stripped of Samhain's power might make him one as well - but he didn't know how to do it. The only people he could contact for certain were guards at communication posts and Lord Samhain himself - and he was not keen on the idea of disturbing his master.
As he was pondering the matter, a message arrived from one of the communication terminals. The voice of a guard echoed in the horse's head:
"Intruder at the North Dock, blasting at the beach and running for the gate. Two six-horn guards on intercept."
An intruder coming from the docks? That was odd. Since coming here Nightwind had been faced with the unfortunate reality that teleportation was a common occurrence in this dimension. Why start on the outskirts? Unless, of course, you were a diversion... then again, it was also possible this intruder assumed there was some sort of shield that would prevent teleportation.
Nightwind realized he had been silently pondering the situation for far too long. He came back to his senses and spoke into thin air, his words being relayed back to the communications terminal by the same dark and mystical force that had delivered the guard's message.
"How serious is it?"
"No way to tell yet. I'll give you an update when the guards confront him."
If this intruder were confident enough to launch blasts on arrival, it was either very powerful or very stupid. Not knowing which made Nightwind uneasy. He made a quick, tense response.
"...see that you do."
Since his de-powering, Nightwind estimated he was about twice as strong as a single six-horn demon. Formidable, but a far cry from his previous might. Demons often did not work terribly well together, and of course, two people half as strong do not necessarily equal one twice as strong in combat. But he was anxious about the outcome anyhow. If the intruder could best these two guards, he would at the very least be some challenge.
"The intruder killed one of the guards with one blow... but the other one dodged and he just kicked him and let him be. He's breaching the North Gate."
How odd. At least it would seem he was not merely on a mission to kill and destroy. Perhaps there could be some reasoning with him after all. Not, of course, without making him something of a "captive audience"...
"Understood. Remain at your post."
Mentally switching "frequencies", Nightwind addressed a message to the guard stations along the inner wall and within the city.
"Guards, we have an intruder breaching the North Gate. Those within range respond immediately. Do not attack unless directly provoked - I'd like to have a talk with him."
With that, Nightwind unfurled his wings and set off for the North Gate.

In a gust of wind, AirMan, Xyzillentz, and ElecMan landed outside the castle. In his DarkSoul, Xyzillentz was covered in a black, temporary power that altered his appearance. It took a few moments for the guard nearby to recognize him, but when he did, he ran over urgently.
"Advisor Xyzillentz! There's an intruder in the prison! Captain Nightwind has requested your presence there at once!"
The snake's response was annoyed and a bit exhausted. "So much for my little nap." He didn't NEED to go - he was, after all, Nightwind's superior - but he felt obligated to nonetheless. For one, he kind of liked Nightwind (despite his many, obvious... issues). For two, he liked this place. If it was really under attack, he was sure he wanted to keep it safe. Not that he would be much use in combat once his DarkSoul wore off, as he could feel it was about to...
"Advisor?" There was ElecMan again, his voice confused and vaguely irritated as seemed to be the norm lately. "You're an advisor here? What does that mean? Hell, I still don't know what this place really IS and-"
"Shut it, Bolt Boy." Xyzillentz snapped his gaze over to the blue-skinned navi. "You're coming with me. We might need the firepower you've got left. Besides, I'd like to put you through your paces."
ElecMan opened his mouth to respond in anger - but caught himself and instead gave a begrudgingly loyal nod. He'd already agreed to this "lackey" arrangement. After all, it was for his own good.
Xyzillentz was much more courteous to AirMan. He turned and spoke calmly to his original partner. "Zephy, I'd like you to come too - but if you'd rather stay here and work on 'recruiting' like you said, that's fine too. I'd better get going to see what Ponytail wants." Ponytail. Not bad. I'll use that!
"I don't know where I'm going. How am I supposed to teleport there if he doesn't come and carry us along?"
Xyzillentz turned back to Elec and rolled his eyes. "You're not. We're walking there."
Xyzilentz grabbed ElecMan by the wrist and proceeded to guide him out of the area.

Ichabod materialized very quickly, and once fully assembled, had the same demeanor. He spun around, making sure that no one was there. Became aware that he was just outside of the gates to the courtyard. Once he had confirmed the lack of spectators to his arrival, he relaxed. For a moment, at least before noticing the castle's grotesque, organic appearance. While he was able to brace himself for most of the oddities he had seen thus far, Ichabod could not help but be nauseated by the hideous structure. While he pressed his hand to his mouth in an attempt to suppress the vomit crawling up his throat, he glanced at the orb, to make sure it made the trip with him. Now regaining his bearings, Ichabod waited patiently for his "partner in crime".

DiscoKid.EXE "Hey there little forgetmenot, been waiting long hun?" Disco says having appeared silently up against the back of Ichabod. "Why you standing out here in the cold? We aren't having the party out here?" Now draping his arms over Ichabods shoulders lightly.

"I thought our entrance might be more effective if we broke through the front door." Ichabod responded plainly. He looked at his funky ally with a concerned glance. "Hey, can you promise me something...?" Ichabod asked with an anxious tone. "When all of this is over, can you explain to me the history of this world? Not just the dark colonies, I mean everywhere else. Apparently, that stuff was included in my memory wipe. I was hoping the governor might be able to spare a moment to explain it to me. But since he thinks we are worthless..." Ichabods words trailed off, realizing that they did not need to be said.

DiscoKid.EXE "Groovy! I like your style!..." Disco said doing a turn and ending in a pose. Then dropping his arms Disco actually became serious, "Unfortunately my brother I'm not one for history. I just spent the last couple of years on a complete bender through the dark colonies...and for most of that I was blacked out. It wasn't pretty... but who cares about the past! We live in the now BROTHA! and I wouldn't mind having a partner in crime if you want to fill in that position! Ya dig?" Disco said ending in a happier note, extending his hand out to Ichabod...

Ichabod could not help himself from smiling towards the "bodacious" navi. He reached out and grasped Disco Kid's outstretched hand, and gave it a good shake. "I can dig." Ichabod responded in a heartening tone. "Now," he said while he stretched his arms and cracked his knuckles, "lets cast some black magic!" Ichabod passed the levitating orb towards his newfound friend. "Here's the plan. I'm going to kick down the door, and make a disturbance. You follow up behind, and activate the gadget while im being swarmed by them. Sound good?"

DiscoKid.EXE "GROOVY!" Disco says after getting a good handshake, "but not so fast!" Disco receives the orb and spins it in his hand, as it spins it turns into a little disco ball. "We can do something much more marvelous than that mundane plan!" Disco throws the orb back "Take this up top onto the chandeliers, when I give the signal activate it and get the party started!" *Somewhat like before, a message was broadcast then through the colony. This time the sender was obvious around the start of the message, someone that some would know and some would not.*
"Citizens of the Dark Colony, I'll save you some time and say that this is Xion, the foreigner of the Dark Dimension. When the Autumnal Assault happened I saw it as a chance to flex my muscle. But then I became the governor of the place. Now this came as a mixed blessing back then. I left you to your own devices to do as you saw fit. We stand divided because of this. So allow me to tell you of my vision for the future when the dust settles here. I won't promise that this is the vision that your Dark Lord Samhain had for you. He chose me to govern in the first place, and this is what I have chosen to do as a result."
"My goal is for you to be able to do as you please. Whenever and wherever you desire. To push beyond just this simple island that we possess. For you to no longer be just expendable forces, but a part of what has become something much larger than that. For you to lead lives that please you. Not because you're simply people that are governed by me and those assigned to my side, but because you all have become a part of a whole. A whole that will continue to grow ever more as long as we stand united instead of turning against one another as we have so far."
"So now I ask you to make your choice. Do you want to stand with me and accomplish this goal together? Or would you rather stand with Xezzukhz, a man who doesn't even know what to do with his power? As always, and as always will be, that choice is yours to make."
*And with that the connection slowly closed, leaving it up to them to decide the rest as promised.*
