Energeist saw his opponent approaching, and a torrent of energy built up within him. His aura flared outward, and he felt a burning sensation rise up around him. The creature let loose a maniacal cackle of rage and glee before firing a single warning shot at the other Navi, causing a fair-sized explosion in front of his enemy.

Syn glances at the geist with impassive eyes, a small snort echoing forth at the opponent's words. "Of course... And you will be the one to fall to it."[/color] The Reaper replies simply, his element coming to live around him. Black flames converge upon Energeist, as the scythe user makes a sweeping strike with his weapon.

Energeist released a high-pitched tinny of laughter. "We shall see, reaper!" he roared out as the man approached. Energeist didn't even flinch as the attacks rained down on him, the flames burning his body, making his movements sluggish, despite the fact that he was mostly insubstantial.
"NOW! MY TURN!" he roared out, throwing several bursts of raw plasma at his foe before he took a scythe out from seemingly nowhere, giving Syn a jeering grin as he slashed with the weapon.

The attacks hit dead on, but the Reaper seems to just shrug off their effects, as the embers burn even more around him. "Fall."[/color] The hiss comes out softly, as the butt of his scythe slams against the ground, and the entire field is engulfed by raging black flames. Syn twirls his scythe, his element flickering around him, before he charges at Energeist once more, intent to bring this all to an end as quickly as possible.
