*Iscon drops the bag that he'd had thrown over his shoulder and yawns before answering, obviously tired from a day of mining*
Iscon: Yes, we've had a few travelers. Anyone in particular you're looking for?

*A few had passed through then...interesting. Explains why he had said he had seen plenty of company then. It was awkward that navi these days would even fancy coming out this far with how freaky the weather and mountains were. Why were they so high up there anyway, the silly things. Did make for one heck of a free fall if one jumped down from it though. Now if they survived the fall without preparation was another story.*
"Looking for one named after the planets. Those eight things we can't see really here. Really just looking for one named Pluto, but any others would be nice too. If they didn't give a name, I think they'd have a mix of an animal of some kind in them for appearance too."
*The one guy he saw before was a bull. A crazily. large. freaking. bull. He would never want to throw down with him on a bad day. Not on a good day either, but if the guy had a name on the list, he would have to choke it down and get to it. Given he was on patrol, it had to mean he was working for the ONB still, which meant he was an Enforcer. Which meant that hopefully the rest each held some form of cycle when it came to appearances there. They shared a naming cycle anyway after all.*

*Iscon shakes his head as Xion speaks, not relating the information to anyone who had been in the area*
Iscon: I'm afraid not. Most of the Navis that have been through here have been fairly strong, but not on a par with the ONB enforcers.
*Iscon laughs under his breath at this point, putting the head of his pickaxe onto the ground and leaning on it like a cain*
Iscon: I'd immagine that if you want to meet with the ONB, your best starting point would be in Coms Square. I believe that's where he's primarily stationed.
*A few moments later, AirMan joins the scene, appearing in a showy typhoon of wind and sound that quickly rips down the mountain-side and takes the form of the dark blue Navi a few yards from Xion*
AirMan: Our target, where is he?

*So fairly strong people were roaming the mountainside earlier? Probably for their own business or for the very same reason he had come out here himself honestly. But having to go right back where they started was sort of funny in a way. What was better was Air's arrival to the scene, almost wanting to smile to himself seeing the mountain-side get ripped down like that.*
"Lamely, he doesn't like the mountains apparently and is more at the city thanks to stationing. It does however, leave us room for blowing stuff up. So I suppose in a way it's a bonus for those of us who like doing that."
*If the other potential hunters weren't around to get involved in the tussling it made it easier to get what they were after in the spoils of strife. Though with what the miner had said, it more or less meant that they could expect a fair fight from the enforcers too. The fairly strong ones around lately were easy to pick out and them being weaker than the actual targets meant it would be enjoyable fights instead of picking on the weak. He always did like a good gamble every now and again.*

[bgcolor=BLACK]"I don't believe your "target" matters any longer exactly to the lot you now."
The speaker was approaching as he spoke as their steps crunched through the snow with each movement as the figure that had addressed them made himself known. Bearing a half-humanoid appearance while the other half of the appearance was mixed with a fish. Eyes of crimson gazed upon them with a cold cutting edge with his intents clearly made plain for what he meant fully. If they hadn't been out there already, they were once he spoke again.
"After all...none of you will be leaving here now. Especially not after I'm done with you."

Amethyst was glancing down and around the mountain tops when the others arrived. She was about to make a snarky remark at their speed when Xion turned to a navi Amethyst had never seen before. The two were mentioning Pluto when Amethyst realized she never even had seen a planet before and wondered what they looked like.
After that, a new voice piqued up. Challenging, fierce. Amethyst smiled darkly to herself before she turned. Smirking, she returned the challenge, "Oh? And why can we not leave?" She then generated two identical clones on her left and right. "Afterall, there are three of us. Even if you, by chance, get one, the other two can put a fix on that." Amethyst and her clones all took a stance and sprouted wings in place of arms, ready for combat.

*AirMan, standing behind the rest of the group, narrows his eyes as he looks at the fish-like Navi.... there was something very out of place about him, given the obviously water-themed nature of the Navi versus the icy nature of the peaks.... and that's when it hits him*
AirMan: ...oh-HO!!!
*With his signature laugh, AirMan walks to the forefront and stands before Amethyst*
AirMan: My dear, if you were to show our guest a tad more respect, it would be wise.
*AirMan, with his mafia-like grace, then crosses his arms before the newcomer and looks him over once again*
AirMan: Your motif, it betrays you. We've heard the names of numerous Navis of the ONB as of late, and I must ask of you... would your name be Neptune, perhaps?

"Oh? I do believe I find myself threatened by someone. A fish, no less. Shouldn't you be somewhere where you can actually get...you know, wet? You might want to get out of the way if you're not in the fighting mood here."
*Xion looked directly over to the miner in question here. He would normally not mention anything at all for something like this and say anyone nearby was a partaker in the fight. But he had Syn to make up for the purpose he had in mind there, plus the other guy wasn't part of the deal. What was with all the burly people lately around here? Still, if this wasn't their actual guy to hit, who was he exactly? He had to have planned to find them if he was searching around here truly. Air had made it a lot easier to judge that though. This wasn't so bad then actually.*
"Not our target, but someone we can savor all the same. I'll take your threat seriously then and assume that Ruin not showing up means he screwed up royally elsewhere. He's not the most subtle guy after all."
*He wasn't saying they'd win outright of course. The likely enforcer did come looking for them regardless of knowing who they were without a doubt. That meant he had every intention in his head that he could win the fight. That was all according to him though. He was pretty sure that they could one-up him if they tried hard enough then. Bonus target for the win there.*

[bgcolor=BLACK]"Your numbers are irrelevant, though I see some of you are ahead of things. I suppose you're right there. I am Neptune, and the reason for why you won't be leaving is obvious."
Despite the intense cold out here, from the now revealed Neptune's hands dripped a sort of water. Though once that water touched the ground, it melted through even the snow, ground and ice of the region itself. It started to pick up at a steadier pace, slowing down before stopping once it had formed a sort of circular motion around him. That which had touched the ground began to rise too, circling him before flowing onto him and blending in as a sort of coated armor. Of course, the first feature of the water itself would be duly noted too for those here.
"I'll be terminating each of you here and now. I would question why or who put you up to this, but I see little point in that considering it is just 'you' all. We have more important things to spend our time upon than the workings of some small flies, so I won't waste any more time with you than necessary."

*AirMan retains his position in front of Neptune as the others speak, his position still unwavering in the face of the enforcer*
AirMan: Ho-ho! Confidence surely is your strong suit. But perhaps it would be wise to consider your position with greater care!
*The propellor in AirMan's turbine engine slowly turns as he speaks, as if denoting his thought process evaluating Neptune with care. It's true that this enforcer is likely overwhelmingly powerful, but the group that faces him has a few tricks up its sleves as well....*
AirMan: Contrary to what my colleagues may have led you to believe....we do not wish to fight you. The one we seek is Pluto. If you are so confident in the strength of your group, perhaps you could be kind enough to step back and allow him to defeat us in your stead? We could all be happy then; you would be able to see us defeated, and we would be allowed to test our strength against the one we seek. This would also allow you the rights to patrol your own area, as we know that Pluto is the one who belongs here. Or do you feel that wasting your time on a group such as ourselves is worthy of your obvious strength?
*AirMan then takes a step back, his blood red eyes still locked onto Neptune as he motions for the others to step back*
AirMan: The choice is yours, my good sir. We simply request the right to be turned in by the enforcer we seek, and in return we offer you the rights to your valuable time. And at the very least, I have a humble request; at least give Pluto the right to make his own choice in this matter, if you would be so kind.

[Sorry, had totally fallen asleep by the time you got back. XD. Shiny new avy and sig are shiny. =o]
*Ah, he could see what he was doing there. It was true that they were just really after Pluto, just that they had run into him along the way and he figured: why not? Still, Air was certainly better at these type of things than he was as he abode and stepped back too. He didn't like the full idea of letting such challenging words be said without adding the challenge to it, but he also understood why not at least. Judging Air by the surface wouldn't work really, he actually used his head quite often from time to time. He figured cutting in now himself wouldn't help them out either, so he'd leave it up to him now.*

[bgcolor=BLACK]"Hm...I see..."
Though the one presently speaking seemed confident in his own self, he did indeed present some good points. It was true that he was fairly certain that Pluto would be more than enough for them also, so letting them continue their search and actually finding him for their own demise shouldn't be that bad in particular. He couldn't help but smile at the end. Despite this the grim seriousness in his eyes remained ever present. It had been some time since Pluto had gotten to get some actual targets to mess up and honestly he could see his brother being a tad bored because of it. That and the fact that it indeed was Pluto's choice to make, not his own.
"Well played. So be it then. Our brother would enjoy something to do after all. Go and seek your test, but know that it will be far less than that."
In a beam of light the enforcer vanished for a time to leave them on with what they had desired. Of course, Pluto was anything but merciful in a fight. If anyone wanted to wish them luck for it, they would need it.

*As Neptune leaves, AirMan remains standing for a few moments... he then begins to laugh under his breath*
AirMan: ....we'll deal with you.... when we get paid for it.
*AirMan then turns to the group, a sly look in his eye as he laughs under his breath*
AirMan: ....So then, we have a cat to skin, do we not?

"Aha. That makes more sense then."
*Air was the kind of guy who remembered those kind of things in the heat of the moment. THAT was why he had wanted to know the enforcer's name. The name was familiar to him now too that he looked back on the fact. Nodding in approval, they would certainly find their fishy friend again soon enough. After they had a cat's pelt that is.*
"We sure do. Com Square, here we come."
*The miner certainly did help them with giving them that bit of info. He had a pretty awesome business partner in all of this now, even if he was an unofficial member. Official or not didn't matter really when they both were benefiting with one another. The dark orb formed again as he made way for his starting point again. They had a city to mess with until their mark came.*
[Location Change: Com Square]

*AirMan turns back to where Neptune had been, raises his eyes to the sky and laughs again. He then vanishes in a cyclone, leaving a bare spot on the mountain where he had been*
*Iscon, who had watched the entire event unfold from the sidelines, simply shakes his head at the happenings. Without a word, he throws the bag back over his shoulder, straps his pick to his back, and walks along the frozen paths of the mountain in silence*
