[bgcolor=330000] ”I’m always the fool; I’m always the villain!” _______________________________ Yami’s eyes seemed to lose their glow and the aura had become somewhat calmer; but still malevolent as ever.
“In good time maybe?” Yami said as she looked over her shoulder to the cloaked NetNavi. Her right hand was limp as she gestured her fingers upon her right hand with a dismissive sweep, “Don’t make me seem like such a meanie in front of this young lass! I have done no such thing! Though, I have to admit, that’s a nice trick! I hope it won’t have to come to you using it when having to elude little ol’ me!~”
She was as demented as ever! Yami’s expression was unchanging, and that was the scary thing about that carefree attitude mixed with that smile. The way she given notice to the cloaked NetNavi’s estranged trick had simply been underestimating since she thought nothing of the “illusion.” After all, she had not been aggressive or attempting to fight anyone simply because she simply wanted to do business. The darkness around her, however, had its way when it came to anywhere she stood.
It was not like she had control over the nature of darkness and blackness itself; just able to suggest and persuade.
Even amidst the NetNavis within the area: a cloaked, fool and a passerby whom had been smart enough not to get close to her, Yami did not digress from the person she wanted to see. Her eyes continued to cast upon the young maiden, mind full of fancy; hand gestures seeping with greed. She wanted her! She wanted to take her with her, and out stretched her hand as if an open invitation, and struggling to not curl her fingers as if they were claws ready to grapple and snatch her prey. Yami was not one to snatch, grasp, or even punch; however, this maiden was about to be the exception if she made the dark skinned NetNavi impatient.
“What do you say dear?” Yami addressed the young maiden with a smile, “I lack control at the moment. This darkness is not mind to command…not just yet. Walking around like this makes people, anyone close to me, suffer. As much as I hate to depend on someone, I’ll admit, I need you to make me stronger: strong enough so I can command this darkness and not simply let boys like ‘him’ choke on the fumes.”
Yami’s eyes gesturing to the cloaked NetNavi, she seemed to make an example out of him as the darkness continued to weigh on him and pulling (Not striking or thrusting). It was like a toll on the body as emotions would be on the heart if it were ready to burst from frustrating feelings. Yami may be manipulative, scheming, but she was certainly no liar when it came to what she needed. She desired control, a way to better channel this darkness without it being too overwhelming or too stressing to her weak body; and a healer is just what she needed.
“So dear, how about it?” Yami asked, “Why don’t you put a band-aid on things til’ I feel a wee bit better? I’ll keep you safe,” Yami’s eyes slightly closing and her lips pursing as she shown a soft, but mischievous, smile as the lasts words left from them, “…and your friends.”
The message she implied was clear. After all, if she walked around, would that not too be chaos for her friends?

[bgcolor=D4D4D4] Cold winds swept through the mountain range, picking up the loose snow, throwing it miles across the endless Northern Peaks.
A hawk's cry rang out above the three navis, echoing through the mountains. Above circled a beautiful white hawk that seemed to glisten in the sun. The bird of prey screeched again as it swooped down low and landed on the windowsill of a broken build next to the three navis. It seemed to be paying no attention to them as it settled in, cleaning itself.

[bgcolor=330000] ”I’m always the fool; I’m always the villain!” _______________________________ Such a beautiful and majestic bird landing amongst this crumbling wasteland?
It was certainly an odd sight; especially when the darkness Yami was emitting should have made the feathery bird scatter into nothing more than a puff of falling feathers that blended in with the white fluff. Crunching of the snow came from Yami’s feet as she seemed to say nothing, but simply takes gentle steps striding through the snow. The broken debris and twisted metal floated from Yami’s path as a light pulsation of gravity made it seem like it was trapped in time. A right hand reached to her side to preciously brush Phoebe’s shoulder as she pass, as if she was her helpless little child, and an malevolently assuring gesture to let her know she would not go far…nor stay there for long.
“How intriguingly perplexing!” She stopped in her tracks with that thought.
Simple caution mixed with reasonable suspicion, Yami had gazed heavily upon the creature and its perch. Her expression, for once, had changed as she seemed to have a blank face. Eyes open and lips straight as if she was focusing her attention on a puzzle; and even more so, irritated by the timing of a puzzle that not need be there. It did not show with gesture or her face, but in her mind, the frustration lingered until…
“I suppose this would not go without surprise,” her smile returning as she looked upon the bird and holding up her right hand, “Why I wonder what kind of unusual bird are you?” Yami had spoken with a light hearted and humored tone. She almost demanded a response, and shown so with a dark smog running across her lifted hand, cuing the possibility of being like a child and plucking feathers, wings, and then parts off until she could find out.
No, Yami was certainly not above being an overgrown child when it came to finding out how something ticked.

[bgcolor=D4D4D4] As Yami approached the hawk it took off, fluttering down next to Phoebe, tilting it's head at her with almost a look of curiosity. Unusually, the bird turned to the cloaked navi also looking just as unnaturally curious. [/tt]

The thick shrouding mists hungered for the light and thirsted for the innocent life within, grappling for an advantage to pierce the powerful barrier around the fully recovered Maiden. The hidden navi manipulated the darkness effortlessly without shattering his own data abroad the network was frightening. Yami herself held daunting powers of her own; the power drag the network into nothing...
Phoebe was stricken with terror and grief, her heart weary with sadness and exhausted in doubt. What was there left to do? She was trapped in darkness with no way out and no end in sight to her misery...and no one to care for her...
A majestic snowy creature flew silently into the tribulation, trailing with the full moon's beams upon the tips of its feathers, a sign perhaps of better things to come...and someone perhaps did care. The Hawk landed by Phoebe's side, a questioning gaze from it's eyes. Sadness, doubts and fears flew away at the malevolent creature's gaze and a soft warm smile graced the Maiden's face as she kneeled before such a creature, a twinkle born in amethyst. Extending the barrier of light to keep the Hawk from harm, the Maiden offered a small frail hand before the Hawk as an invitation and the other over her pure heart. That soft smile and twinkle present, and a silent response to Yami as the Maiden's eyes remained fixed on the Hawk.
The Maiden was fragile and delicate, but she would do all she could to keep this creature safe...

[bgcolor=330000] ”I’m always the fool; I’m always the villain!” _______________________________ Fluttering feathers and gentle light was not going to be enough to hold off a darkness blacker than night.
Yami tossed her hands before her body in a dismissive manner as the bird had fluttered towards the maiden. The fluming darkness around her fingers had dissipated, and she thought nothing more of the creature but a simple pet to the young woman. After all, it seemed not a threat, but just an unsuaul burden. With her empty express returning, staring at Phoebe, she seemed to think nothing more of the creature than a distraction that was overcompensated.
“More kinder than I thought,” Yami excusing the rat with wings as she stepped close to Phoebe, “Straining yourself for a small bird. I expect nothing less from my new nurse.”
Yami’s smile crept upon her face once more, but she was truly at a loss of patience on the inside. With a hand lifting before her and her fingers stretching outward, the image of the background behind Phoebe rippled into a distorted picture. Soon, it had begun to break with shreds of black that looked like beastly claw marks, and stretched until it became a large hole that went from side to side. A smile appearing on Yami’s face as the darkness became rounded distorted portal that twisted in a circular pattern.
There was a violent gale that pulled towards this darkness…
The snow had begun to lift from the ground in clumps along with some of the fragments of metal, shards of broken glass, and bark that peeled from the trees. The darkness had swirled violently as if pulling all around it, even Yami’s very own hair that hung from her head and lifted into the ground and brushed her face as it passed. Melodous chimes filled the air as the golden jewelry that clung to her bundles of hair hung in the breeze.
It was a Black Hole.
“Take your friend into the yonder of the that place of the darkness, the Undernet, if you’d like,” Yami had offered, “However, I need you to be a dear and just jump into the darkness for me.”
The dark hole pulled with a mighty strength that could be resisted, but, in Yami’s presence, it was only a matter of time seeing she clearly was not going to go anywhere unless he had what she came for. With the darkness around the small area joining that of the portal, it had grew, expanded, as it could do real damage overtime and Yami herself seemed to put Phoebe between herself and it like two walls that could smash her any moment.
She was still like a doll, and expression nothing short of twisted. Yami intended to add the young maiden to her collection.

[bgcolor=D4D4D4] [The hawk started to screech as it felt itself being pulled toward the black hole. Unusually, it grabbed onto the maidens clothing and started flapping madly away from the portal....to no avail. The bird stopped flapping and held onto the maiden as it reared it's head upwards. It's mouth opened as it began to glow white. As the glow intensified, material began to materialize on the bird. golden armor fastened itself upon the bird as it released a ear shattering screech. A shock wave centered around the hawk and the maiden blasted away from them pushing the snow away from them in all directions revealing the bare ground beneath them.
A low rumbled followed the screech as the snow from the mountains around them started to shift and fall toward them. A massive avalanche started to roar towards the navi's.
Amidst the confusion a navi, seemingly flying, suddenly appeared from the direction of the sun with amazing speed. A glint of steel was seen as the figure landed Phoebe. As the figure spun around the black hole suddenly split in half violently destroying itself. Pointed at Yami was a old, battered sword. Holding it's shaft, was a navi covered in an white form fitting armor. Chunks of the armor were missing and the armor itself was scorched and damaged beyond repair. On his head was a half destroyed helmet that once resembled a hawk. What was left of a thin green visor covered part of his face, which showed the same type of abuse as the armor. His eyes were stern and empty. Almost lifeless as he stared at Yami.
"This navi shall go free, and you shall walk away. And if you or the cloaked navi feel differently I will show you what it is to lose the freedoms you are blessed with." [/tt]

[bgcolor=330000] ”I’m always the fool; I’m always the villain!” _______________________________ Her keen eyes could see the riddled marks and convey experience of battle…
Her ego however seen things much differently; Yami could only look upon the NetNavi as a simple bread crumb that could pass by her lips, teeth, and simply be swallowed whole like the darkness would into the unknown. The area that shook and rattled from the screeches that made the snow avalanche towards them had come to a stop with a pulsation that erupted from Yami’s feet with nothing more of a simple droop of her eyes lids. The gravity around them once again shifting as the darkness had been nothing more than a thin film that maintained the snow in a circular imperfection of a pattern that kept them within the exposed terrain.
It was like a battleground was already made.
“Oh! You’re such a sincere seer!” Yami joked.
Even with such a battle scarred sword pointed towards her, she found humor in the moment. Her mind told her she was probably no match for this particular NetNavi and the unknown variables that lurked about. Certainly, she could not rule out the maiden gaining hope and rebelling against her, nor could she rule out that this “cloaked” figure was some kind of naïve fool that wanted to be a do-gooder. The Net was so full of goody-goodies that it was sickening; not knowing what real value there was in following a liberator like her; someone who made use for their talents.
“There’s no need for violence,” Yami said as she fanned her right hand in front of her face in a passive manner, “After all, I’m just being a good pedestrian to a lonely urchin! You know, taking her home to a creaky house, feeding her off of ten-zenny a day that she’ll earn. Give the poor gal’ a good home and all that jazz!”
Her straightforward tyranny was thrown towards the NetNavi as if her cruel intention was a blessing! However, looking towards Phoebe, Yami seemed to ignore this armor clad NetNavi, showing a one-tracked mind. The chocolate skinned NetNavi knew no bounds, was spoiled, and wanted what she desired; and she wanted nothing more than pull the young female along into her world and be a good little doll. She had many unsaid uses for her, and so with that promiscuous look in her eyes she simply stared at the maiden as her lips parted to let out a small stream of warm breath amongst the cold air.
“It’s only a matter of time until she sees that she needs to be at my side, right?”
Her statement so indirect, but the implied intention to covet the maiden lingered like a greedy, perverse hand ready to grasp.

The fierce Warrior bursted into the haunted laboratory, trailing sunlight in his wake. Gravity obeying normal laws once more at the command of this warrior's blade with an imposing presence, placing himself between the Dark One and the Pure One. His eyes fixed on the Dark One and ready to do battle if needed. Worry for the Warrior engulfed the pure-hearted Maiden, hoping she could do a little to aid him at least.
The Maiden extended her barrier to include the Brave Warrior; the remaining wisps of shadows all but inconsequential. Floating above the ground, fragile hands clasped in a desperate prayer and amethyst closed in focus as the Pure One glowed blindingly in silver radiance. Angel's wings exploded in elegance as they flapped once, showering the area with heaven's stars. Feet wrapped in snow white ballet shoes and amethyst slowly reveal the moon's luster within.
Placing one of her tiny hands on Warrior's strong back, and the other upon her heart, eyes closed once more. Setting the Warrior ablaze in Light, it poured and engulfed every inch of his being, healing him, aiding him, and strengthening him of all ailments. A soft sweet smile bloomed on the Maiden's face, grateful for him...and always would be.
Amethyst beheld reality once more, tiny hands placed on either side of her frail, slender form, but the soft smile remained...hinting with hope...

[bgcolor=D4D4D4] [As the maiden blessed the warrior, he looked twice at both navis standing around him. His shadow growing in size, almost twitching in the blinding light being out off. He turned his head back at Yami.
"I think her choice is clear. Respect that fact."
With his sword pointed at Yami, he turns back to the other navi.
"You tell me navi. Are you too trying too enslave this girl? I will not stand to watch a navi's rights be stomped on by anyone. Weather it's the ONB attacking Darkloids because they fear them, or it's World Three wanting full power....weather it's Duo or Nebula themselves, Eon and Forte....I will fight all of them for a navi to remain free to choose their life as they see it. And this navi has made her choice. Leave her. Or else." [/tt]

[bgcolor=330000] ”I’m always the fool; I’m always the villain!” _______________________________ *CLAP! CLAP! CLAP!~* the browns skinned hands of the NetNavi came together in a rapid applaud.
“Bravo! Bravo!~”
*CLAP! CLAP! CLAP!~* The chanting just as loud as her hand claps as she continued boasting on.
As usual, Yami did not take the warnings serious on the surface, but she knew very well what this looked like in front of the maiden. Unreasonable? She did not want to seem so! After all, she was not here to be a tyrant or flaunt around her power: she simply wanted a little assistance, and not it be through absolute force. No one responded to selling their soul through torture: a deal needed to be struck, and it needed to be worth the seller’s while!
“Fine,” Yami fanned her right hand before her face, “Judging from your list of girlfriends you just rattled on about, you seem like you intend to add me on there. Though, I’m not here to break your heart…just…want to ‘play’ a little with that cutie that’s clinging onto you!” she had said, eyes closed in a nonchalant manner opened only to reveal a promiscuous little stare set upon Phoebe still.
Yami was no fool. How she “looked” aside, one glint of the NetNavi before her told her that the battle would last a while. Plus, she was not in the mood, nor form, to get her hands dirty. After all, she would rather get things by a simple snap of her fingers or a gesture to bring them closer. With this in mind, the brown-skinned NetNavi refused to get her hands dirty just to get a pretty little thing.
It was so beneath her!
“I’ll leave the cutie alone…for now,” Yami had said with a smile, “However, when she sees something that’s just so unbearable…” she continued on, hands cuffing her heart (if she had one) and body dropping as if she suffered a phantom heartache. With a smile upon her face, she had looked the armor clad NetNavi in the eyes before she let them set upon Phoebe after a long dramatic pause and showing a face of concern.
“…she’ll come to me.” softly she spoke.
*FLAP! FLAP! FLAP!* Wings had beat the skies so rapidly that before the noise could be acknowledged, the darkness had begun to appear in blotches and spots amongst the white snow. Feathers of black had fallen to the ground while the dark birds, turning out to be a murder of crows, had begun to close in on Yami and coveting her body. They had rapidly converged onto her, their form smothering the darkness Yami emitted until they appeared in a collapsing black hole after concealing her form that went with them into the unknown.
The only thing left where Yami stood was a single black feather that fallen to the exposed ground as she vanished.

Seems that I missed the party....
*A booming, yet gentle, voice rises among the winds as Yami disappears, and the form of a fairly large Navi takes shape. A bulky brown coat with steel trim and a set of appropriate mountain-climbing gear are among the first features noticable about this Navi, followed by a face half covered by an over-sized scarf with silver-green eyes peering out. This Navi, obviously a native of Sharo, walks up to the group and puts the rough pick-axe that he carries with him onto his back, looking to the Navi in battered golden armor*
Iscon: I heard the hawk's scream and thought that it had to be you.

The Maiden's heart filled with fear at such a malicious declaration of lustful desire from Yami. True, it was evident that light flowed it's course within, and such brilliance illuminated the darkness, fleeing in her presence; however the threat was no less deadly nor dangerous in the context. The Maiden sent a silent prayer in the hope of other's protection and safety...hoping she would not be the cause of any pain..any suffering.
Tiny rivers formed and fell from her amethyst jewel, unaware of a third party. Ears peaked at the unexpected voice as the Maiden turned to gaze into the face of wisdom and curtesy. Piercing frequency mingled with the old man'a voice, difficult to hear his words yet daylight's clarity within such a sound. It seemed no one else heard of the soft ear splitting sound, almost like an unheard wavelength to their ears, unfazed by it. Ballet slippers splashed in disappearance, angel wings flapped once to disperse in many feathers, encasing the Maiden's form in disappearance, all within a blink of an eye.
