RIKARU: "I wanted to know...if you knew anything or were involved in the Creamland incident."
...Creamland. Creamland, why did this name sound familiar? Still, an incident. Nothing seemed to connect in his head. They were all empty symbols, all devoid of any true meaning. He knew of no such incident. It didn't exist to him.
UNKNOWN: "No."
The reply was rather flat, despite the amount of work the figure did in trying to determine if anything that Rikaru said was familiar. It was all without meaning to him. He still made no attempt to turn his head whatsoever, almost as if giving an impression that Rikaru was talking to a statue, albeit a very strange-looking one. His face was barely visible given the weather conditions, though perhaps it may be for good reason. Still, lingering around him was a strong sentiment of despair, a feeling that one might feel when approaching a hated person.

Without any queue, call, or beckoning, the virus that had devoured Warrior earlier re-appeared above next to Iscon; his belly upset from the taste of the foolish navi. Slowly the Dominerds upper half began to expand to comical proportions, the cheeks around its zigzagged mouth line barely containing the denizen that lie within him.
Moments passed, stretching on like an eternity with no end in sight... The Dominerd was close to bursting but held on, its stomach disagreed with its meal regardless of what the virus wanted.
Mmphrblr It gurgled, then released its captive(minus his legs from the knees down) into the snow next to Iscon. Warrior was covered in various bits of gelatinous data, some of it his own data broken down in a gooey substance... He had been partially digested! He was still legless, and had been hurled onto the icy snow with enough momentum to carry him down the hill, tumbling towards Rik and the mystery navi. As the helpless Warrior went his legs continued to poor data, everywhere.
YUCK! How repulsive! the Dominerd spouted in a disgusted voice before dispersing once more.
Warrior.EXE is back!... For now. He's kinda dying though so he'll probably get deleted again soon.

Rikaru mimicked the figure, in that he also kept looking forward as he had spoke and awaited a response. This was going no where fast though. What ever or who ever he was, he seemed to lack any knowledge, or even interest in the current happenings.
He mentally sighed, he had hoped this would have borne better results. He finally spoke once more, starting to turn to leave as he did so. "I see. As long as you aren't here to cause problems then, I shall leave you be." he said, starting back towards where Iscon still was and...
Having been thinking about this strange being and attempting to see if he was of use to him, he didn't hear the dominerd deposit Warrior back to the realm of the living, and almost tripped over his 'goo' covered body.
"...". Honestly he had no clue what to say to the fallen Warrior. He supposed he could offer to help him, but he also seemed pretty worthless in the fight against that tita- '...wait...he might have some information' he thought. Slowly he knelt down next to Warrior, and looked at his stumps that was still leaking data.
"... Your lucky I am in a good mood." Rikaru stated. He was about to let him fend for himself, but the prospect of a possible lead, led him to decide to help him. With out waiting to see what Warrior's thoughts on the issue were, he scooped him up and carried him back towards his home. On the way he looked towards Iscon and shook his head and rolled his eyes, not believing what transpired here.
Once inside, he laid warrior in the same healing machine he had used himself not to long ago, and activated it, letting it do its job on repairing the damage the best it could. He wasn't sure if it would do more then seal the wound though...time would tell....

Merrill turns and faces Mirror, smiling.
"Well, we need the final piece, but I will say, its about these past five years. Many things have happened. But, in order for everything to come to fruition, we need the final piece. We need to wait for one more person..."
Merrill quickly sends a short email. Healer starts up a small fire, to keep them warm, as they stand near the cave. The beautiful sky, and the rising, golden sun, mesmurisingly calm.
To: Warrior FROM: Merrill Subject: Catch up. Body: Warrior, can you come to the Elbrus Range? I am a top the Sunrise peak, where we have a perfect view of the sunrise. Healer has a fire going. Hope you join us soon. Time is short, we have much to discuss in a short amount of time!.
Turning back to Mirror, he speaks, calmy.
"It is beautiful. The dawn of a new day. I could stand here, mesmorized, for quite a long time. I wouldn't mind the cold."
He laughed gently. he summoned one of his swords, and pushed it gently in the ground. He rested his arm around it. He hoped to enjoy a peaceful, catch up conversation, while they waited. He knew warrior wouldn't keep them long. He hoped.

Warrior's eyes shot open shortly after being placed in Rikaru's recovery capsule. He hadn't noticed the damage done to his body until the severe pain from his missing limbs shot up his spine and made him cringe a little -- he was indeed lucky to have Rikaru's care while he was unconscious.
" ..."
The machine was working, but very slowly. His mind was still boggling about what had just happened, and trying to recall what he had discovered just before the incident, but failing to have much success. He remembered talking to Iscon, but not much more... And he wasn't sure how long he'd been out.
He looked to his legs as they slowly repaired. He obviously wasn't going to be done anytime soon, at this rate.
' ... This is taking too long.'
' Merrill's waiting for you... just outside.'
That voice in his head... was it ... Remnant?
Nice to know he wasn't harmed by the random virus attack.
Warrior didn't have his visors, so he couldn't receive E-mails like he used to be able to. These were redirected to Remnant instead, who was now very much a part of Warrior. Although he was no where to be seen, Remnant could internally merge with Warrior until he needed to be summoned for other purposes, so they were essentially one whole navi again, rather than two separate parts.
The schizophrenic feeling of it would be hard to get over, though...
' ... Guess I'd better hurry up then.'
Desperate times called for reckless action... or something like that.
A DarkChip materialized in Warrior's hand that he immediately injected into his thigh. It hurt at first, badly, but after a second or two, the Dark Recovery's soothing power entered his blood stream and began rapidly restoring the missing limbs, as well as the scrapes and scars throughout his body.
He stood up as glitches began to manifest his body, but they didn't last long as the capsule he was in began to cure them as well. It was a nifty device.
It beeped and opened up as it was finished with it's work. Warrior hadn't noticed Rikaru until now, who had evidently been the one to thank for being awake right now. With little time to lose and little words to really say, Warrior began walking for the door, eager to find Merrill.
He stopped as he placed his hand on whatever mechanism was used to open the door, feeling a bit rude if he'd just barged out of the place. He tilted his head so that he could see Rikaru just at the edge of his peripheral vision while addressing him.
" ... I owe you one."
Not much else to say... Warrior hadn't left just yet, but sort of remained idle as if giving Rikaru a chance to say something... if he had anything to say at all.

Rikaru had idly wandered back to his console and watched as it continued to scan for any other oddities in the net. It took alot longer then he would have liked, as he was located rather far from most of the net.
As he did this, his monitor notified him of two more navi's entering the network, and were rather close to the entrance. "...why..." he started to mumble to him self. He was tired of so many people coming around. Why here of all places? He REALLY was missing the desert now...
He heard a beep after a moment from the machine. That went faster then he expected. He seemed to sense a dark aura lingering in the area though, maybe he had used some self medication to assist the process. He didn't bother turning around at first, expecting Warrior to initiate some sort of thanks. But he heard him get up and begin walking towards the door. "ha...so much for-"
"...I owe you one." Warrior's words interrupted his thoughts. Owe him one he says, well maybe this would work after all. Turning away from his console, he looked at Warrior briefly, noting his legs seemed fine now surprisingly. He nodded and replied finally after a short moment.
Perhaps you can share what ever information you have on that...thing...we fought. And we will call it even." [/color]

With Warrior's arrival, Merrill walked up, gave his brother a hug, and a high five, then stepped back. He smiled, and as it faded away, he spoke, just loud enough for them to hear.
"It is time."
Merrill walked forward. As he walked away, putting a short distance between himself, Mirror and Warrior. Healer followed him, a short distance behind. Each step, one could feel that Merrill was absorbing and radiating some kind of power. Some kind of energy... When he stopped, he spoke, his voice steady.
"Five Years. Five Years I have spent training. Five years, with little contact with the outside world... I dedicated that time to pushing my limits, testing myself. I never told you what happened..."
He sighed. He gripped the Kunai chain with his hand.
"I watched people die. I saw people screaming, in agony... Oh... The blood... Both human blood, and navi data... those scars from my past... I thought would haunt me forever. I know you both know I lost everything back then. I thought I was never going to get past that. When I left, my goal was to hunt for the summoner of their demonic kind. then I met you, Warrior... And you, Mirror. We shared bonds, through parties, training, and even facing Eon. The scars began to heal. I felt... Alive again. I learned to never give up. After the Eon ordeal, I returned home. I spent a week there. Meditating. Facing the scars of what I had seen."
Merrill turned finally. The crystal on his forehead started pulsing now, the energy building. He had stored enough energy that a physical light started to manifest around his outline. It was faint, but there.
"I eventually came to terms with it. I came to terms with what I'd lost. I came to accept Death.".
The energy grew, now forming a ring at his feet. The energy swirled, from red, to blue, to green, to gold. Merrill's voice faltered for a brief second. But he continued.
"Following my week of meditation, HE came. We fought him. He told me My family was weak. He enjoyed slaughtering us. He did it, and he laughed all the while... I.. I couldn't control myself. I lost myself to rage. I attacked, and he parried. Over and over. His speed was astounding. He blocked a downward slash, and blasted me. He sent me yards backwards, but before I could react, he had a sword at my throat. He said I was weak, I was slow. He spat in my face, and kicked me in the face. From there, he beat the life outta me. I couldn't hardly defend, and I got no respite. His onslaught was merciless. Finally, I accepted I was going to die. However, after he enjoyed his fun, he leaned down to my battered and torn body, as I lie barely conscious and he spoke. He told me, I was different. He told me to become stronger. He told me he wasn't finished with me. Then, I blacked out. I don't know how long I was out."
He looked at his brother, and at his best friend and leader.
"When I awoke, he was gone. I had recovered enough to move. So I left. I started traveling, training every day with my swords, with my abilities. I ventured to lands unknown, and I took on climate, harsh weather, even was struck by lightning. I faced many challenges. Then, I met a young man, a fellow traveler. He was lost, and since we both needed to head through dangerous net area, we decided to travel together."
Merrill shut his eyes, looking skyward.
"During our time together, this young man and I bonded. We spared together, fought off bandits together, and swapped stories. However, near the end of this dangerous path, we walked onto this cliff. But to pass, we had to get past a swordsman. Well, my companion told me to let him handle it. As we approached, the swordsman called him out. He stepped forward and drew his sword. My companion stepped forward. He spoke to the man, and I found out he was his teacher. His teacher laughed at him, called him a toy, a tool, with no purpose. I felt bad, but I had given my word not to interfere. As I watched them duel, I was transfixed at the arts, skill and precision of each attack. Finally, my companion disarmed his teacher, and held him at sword point. He then spoke, and his words resonated within me. I will never forget. He said "Your right. I was a puppet. But I learned, that my memories are my own. My thoughts are my own. I am not your puppet anymore. I was stupid to always follow your lead without question. Yes, I screwed up many things, but I have changed! I have found my own path, my own reason to live! I AM ME!". After he sheathed his blade, and I ran up, and gave him a high five. As we started to cross the bridge, I heard heavy footsteps behind me. I turned, and before I could react, my companion withdrew his blade, and stabbed his teacher in the heart, slaying him. I owe him my life for that..."
Merrill paused for a moment, letting all of that sink in. He summoned an MZKeyZoth and held it in his hand. He spun the blade several times
"From there, we traveled together a few more days... When we departed, I was thankful for his company. We sparred one last time, and went our separate ways. I started thinking about what he had said to his teacher. I started thinking about my mistakes. Even the little ones. I thought about everything that happened. And then I thought of everything we had gone through. I thought about the memories I have shared with you, Warrior. And you, Mirror. I thought of the smiles, the laugh, the battles. The training. Everything! And I started to Change. I started to realize I cannot change the past, but to focus on a better future. We can change the future. We have that power. And we will set things right. We will save the world. Again! I have started to discover MY power, to change, no, to pave a better future!"
Cackles could be heard from his energy now. The yellow/goldish energy started to pulse white. Merrill's hair started to rise up, as of it was carefully being held.
"I accept I am no longer weak. I have surpassed the strength I had before."
Merrill looked at them both one last time. As he did so, his body started glowing, the energy literlly steaming, from the difference in tempurature.
"What you see now is more of a shell. This will be the last time you see me this way... This form is more of a glue. I used it to return, so I could find you guys, and make sure we were together. I've only done this Form change once. This is more of a personal request. Of everyone I have met, you two are two of the closest friends I have, and I thank you. You two have a right to see what I have become first. Its because of you guys, the memories we share, that have allowed me to come to realize this truth. I believe, for this... We Three deserve to witness this togetther. As Brothers, as a team!"
Looking Skyward, Merrill crossed his arms, and Roared. He unleashed all of the energy he had stored up. The glowing energy that was circling his feet flaired up, andThere was a flash of light as his form became encased, and he disappeared.
"RRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
His form suddenly disappeared, encased in a ball of light. The ground shook slightly, under the sheer force of Merrill's energy. The wind picked up, sending snow outward, but the energy forced the snow back, sworling around the group, in a wide enough circle that they could still see each other. Healer too, encased herself in fire, and started her own empowerment. Wind howled, the light seemed to warp from the sun, as Merrill's transformation begun.
[shadow=yellow,up,300]"RRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"[/shadow]
They could hear his armor crack. They could hear his form changing. They could feel the force of the effort it took him to transform.
The light grew brighter. the snow blew farther. The energy was stronger. The gale winds that whistled around the small group screeched.
[shadow=yellow,up,300]"MORE... COME ON!!!! COME ON!!"[/shadow]
There was a sudden explosion, within Merrill's Orb. There was the sound of metal breaking, glass shatering, and finally, a hiss of steam.
After a minute or so, the wind FINALLY started to die down. the light dimmed. Merrill's new form was outlined in a golden Aura, as everything slowly died down. Healer too, became visible. Her usual bright red flames now almost Goldish tint, with them. Healer finished first. Her new form, she was slightly taller, and her eyes... They were more alive than before. The usual 2 horns of a candevil changed. there was only one, and it was gold, and emitted a small flame above her head. She smiled, and to shock both Mirror and Warrior, spoke. The bright red flame on her head was now golden.
[shadow=red,down,300]"Hello! you like what you see? Yes, I can talk. =D. Merrill and I agreed to keep my ability quiet until we were ready. Surprised?"[/shadow]
She ran up and flipped, showing off her new speed. She also performed a few arobatic moves, to show off. She couldn't help but smile, and be happy that she could show off, and talk. She could finally stand up for herself.
Suddenly, there was a bright flash of pure white light. Steam billowed up from where Merrill stood. With a beat of his wings, he blasted it away, revealing his new form.
He stood, slightly taller, at about 5 '9", his hair was no longer snow white, as the tips of his hair were now golden, about an inch or so. His hair was slightly longer, although still spiked up in spots and his hair in the back was past down his sholders. His Butterfly wings were gone, replaced by snow white wings that petruded from his back in a huge 3 teared X. Similar to saraph wings. His armor, what was thick, and light, was smaller, more dense, but was even stronger than before. It was still the blue/greenish color. His crystal on his forhead was still it's teal color as well. His hands were no longer armored, but he war special fingerless gloves. The armor on his forarms contained a special mechanism that would cover his unprotected hands, and because Merrill was very well trained with energy, he could still charge energy in them to make his "Energy Claws"
His legs were more defined, stronger, longer and thicker than before. His shoes were his usual armored shoes, but the heels now had a sharp point on them, for harder kicks. He now had a special detachable white cloak, which the hood was invisible on the inside, so it looked like a cloak, that swiveled in the slight breeze, the bottom of which was perposly jagged around the bottom. The symobol on the back was covered by his wings, although it was a picture of a blade pointed down, energy swiviling around it, with his Seraph wings symbol comming out of behind the blade. His shoulder's had broadened a bit, as did his arms get slightly bigger.
His wore a special belt now, which had two latches in the back. One latch held a short spear-like weapon, the top being a staff-like object, but pointy, sharp edges, the middle being the grip, and the bottom a sharp edge like a blade. The second clip, held a very, very large two-handed sword. At 75 inches long, this two hand glowed radiantly, had a golden handle, gilded in gems, like the MZKeyZoth handles. However, the guard had a special gem in the center, and it was pure white. The silver blade gleamed with a white/yellow glow, the end peing so sharp, and JUST thin enough to slip through most armor. Much like a 2-hand Bastard Sword, it was of decent size width wise. A straight blade, sharp, at the bottom. The blade itself, closer to the guard, seemed to have... Slots? Compartments? But they were near indvisible, and yet to be unlocked. There were 7 etches in the blade. The blade handle was on Merrill's left side. His usual swords, the MZKeyZoths, floated off to the side, and just above sholder height on each side, to which Merrill could use in a veriety of ways, touching them, or not. The golden handles hadn't changed, the org that was in the guard hadn't changed, but where the blades gained their two spikes, there was now a third one on each blade. The blades were still about just over 4 feet in length.
Then, there was the necklace/chain. The brilliantly crafted Kunai was still on his neck, but it was now accomined by an onject that Warrior had seen once or twice before: his flute. The crafted flute hung around his neck too. The object that had crafted such beautiful music, and such a flowing loving tune was now a visible armament.
He stepped forward, and opened his eyes. Oh, his eyes. They were no longer just something to see with to him. His right eye was no longer just a brown eye. The iris was now in the shape of a diamond, and was gold. His left eye, was an 18 pointed star. But... There was something different about his eyes.
He looked at Mirror first. Mirror's form looked like him, but Merrill couldn't see just Mirror. He saw his Energy. To his new Sight, Mirror's body eminated a green color, a light green, a few inches off his body. Merrill smiled. He could See! Now he knew what it meant to have a special Sight. He learned he would understand someday, but until now.. Just.. darn.
He turned his head and looked at Warrior. His other brother looked exacly as himself. However, he emmited two colors that Merrill saw. Red was the first layer, emitting an inch or two, followed by a light purple. However, there was another feeling, about Warriors colors. Merrill made a mental note, but wouldn't say anything about his sight right now anyway.
Merrill looked at himself, yawned, and stretched.
[shadow=yellow,up,300]"Holy Crap. I feel amazing! I feel light. This... this is what I've become. It is the beiginings of a new life. I have accepted that I can. There is no more, I can't. I am not strong enough. I will learn, and I will grow. I shed my cocoon."[/shadow]
He stepped forward, closing the distance between them. He stopped, Healer jumping up on his shoulder.
[shadow=yellow,up,300]"What do you think?"[/shadow]
He smiled. Then, streaching again, he continued.
[shadow=yellow,up,300]"As a test for My resolve... Fight me. Do not hold back. We fight to defeat, not to kill. Show me what 5 years has taught you both!"[/shadow]
With that, Merrill jumped back, and stood in a fighting stance. Energy ciculated, visibly in a golen color, around him. He would let them tell him what they thought, but then, as brothers, they would test themselves. They needed to prove, that yes, time may have passed, but their bond was unbroken, and that each had grown in some way.
TO THE BATTLEFIELD!
*Notes
I dedicate this post to several people. Warrior, Mirror, Quick, Kairi, Tox, and Raven. Thank you guys. For everything!
Secondly, the Sight I speak of... will possibly eventually maybe might be explained. To a chosen Few.

Ooc: don't mean to crash your little party, I realize this is a character development scene thing of sorts...but this is all in the name of staying in character. >.> Rikaru had nodded to Warrior as he finished his res ponce. He was hoping for more, but knowing he had someone who would get in contact him when they learned something would be useful as well. He watched as with that Warrior took leave and went out side, the door sealing behind him.
He sighed. He wanted to know more about this thing. And try to come up with a way to dispatch it as quick as possible. The last thing the net needed was something rivaling Eon's power, and chaotic at best, on the loose.
He went back to idly tapping away at his console, hoping for something to come up, or a request for a job even...he was tired of-
NOTICE POWER SURGE NEARBY [/U][/CENTER][/COLOR] Rikaru's left eye twitched slightly. He was getting annoyed at how much crap was happening up here in a supposed 'solitary' locale. Pulling up an image feed of the light show beginning outside as Merrill transformed, Rikaru shook his head and got up to go see what the heck was going on now. He exited the cave, and got with in earshot of the group as Merrill said '' As a test for My resolve... Fight me. Do not hold back. We fight to defeat, not to kill. Show me what 5 years has taught you both!". That was enough of that. He was not going to put up with this. "I don't know, or CARE who you are..." Rikaru began, half yelling, just to make sure the attention was drawn to himself before they started anything. "But I will NOT tolerate you three fighting up here! The entire bloody Net as we know it could be in jeopardy, and you wanna have a playful sparring match! Not on my front lawn while I am trying to figure out what I can do to help stop this!!! he finished, shouting. That was the most he had said in a long while...but he felt justified in saying it. He was fairly certain Iscon would agree, not wanting to listen and or deal with their little battle up here. He didn't care if they wanted to train...heck it was probably a good thing. He just was tired of others and wanted to be alone. [/color]
