*Any response that AirMan could possibly give to Xion at this point was cut short. Finale's sand-storm was well on its way, and the wind-elemental already knew it. Before the attack could become a problem, AirMan turns to face it head-on, activating his own wind-based powers with a mighty roar. Without a word, AirMan kicks up a sizable huricane around himself, the winds blowing with such massive force that the ground itself begins to quake slightly in its wake.
As Finale's sand-storm meets this storm-wall, it's quickly absorbed into it and only adds to it's already great fury. AirMan's voice then raises above it with a booming tone*
AirMan: Ho-HO! So you want to play like this, eh? Allright then.... it's your friends' funeral!
*With an almost sadistic pleasure, AirMan thrusts his hands forward and releases the localized typhoon , allowing it to fly forward as if a giant tornado. However, the attack's force passes Finale entirely, screaming to the side with the roar of wind before blasting along the same line as Trance and Xyzillentz, engulfing the two Navis in chaotic force and blowing them about once more. The attack rages with sizable force, ripping the two apart before finally dying down and leaving the two Navis near deletion
With the storm no longer raging, AirMan laughs under his breath, looking at the battered Finale with an obvious smugness as he speaks*
AirMan: Your every attack will harm those around you, and you'll live to see it. So please, continue your current path; it's far more entertaining for me.

*Huh...so one of them was still around to give it a shot? That was fun to see actually as he proceeded to get some distance already, kicking back and dragging Amethyst with him. He wasn't meant to carry other people when he was moving around, but he at least could if it had to be done. Even after getting away from the direct tornado wall itself, he could still feel the ground quaking from its force. He was sort of upset now that he had been interrupted now.*
"Now that's what I like to see..."
*See? He knew he could see that the guy had some of the good old fun natures in him. There was no doubt he was taking some sort of pleasure, a lot of twisted pleasure at that, when he sent that typhoon, which interestingly enough was condensed into a localized force beforehand into those other two. All three of them were almost permanently retired for a time, and it was sort of fun watching them squirm about even though he wasn't the one doing it. That made him remember something: someone else had come around just then too. Had the wind still been blowing strong, he wouldn't be able to say anything of course that would be heard. Luckily it wasn't....yet.*
"Fangirls bite, man. I mean look at this mess hanging on to me. Then again, it has sort of helped her so far too. If I get any more popular, it'll suck when things get serious."
*First thing he would do of course was toss said fans in the way. Hey, if they were true and dedicated fans then they should know darn well that he was good for it. Or if they didn't, he hadn't updated his page in long enough for it to be one of those unknown details. Well, it could happen he supposed. He didn't get out as often until lately, and lately was more fun, way more fun than he was anticipating. He wasn't bored yet with anyone either. He wanted to see another sandstorm, tornado or general attempt. Though he could probably jump in now to....heh....that made him laugh. Saving someone...right. And Gate was a guy in red with a puffed out beard and a tricked out sleigh for reindeer. May as well put this out there while he was at it too of course.*
"Bids on who gets shot first?"

Xyzillentz shouted in vain protest as Trance was torn from his embrace. The two were whipped around repeatedly, buffeted by ever-circling debris in a carousel of pain. Xyz' helmet and suit protected his skin and eyes, but Trance was not so lucky. Even through his protective clothing, Xyzillentz felt the impact of rocks and shells as they slammed into his form. The onslaught continued even as the storm subsided, causing the two to fall from the sky.
This time Xyz hit the ground hard. The loose sand provided only the slightest cushion for his impact. He was hurt, and to quite a severe degree. But what about Trance? The boy must be in terrible condition. Xyzillentz only hoped he was still alive.
Under less extreme circumstances, the toxic navi would have stopped to reflect on the fact that he was having a selfless thought. That wasn't something he was terribly used to, after all. But in the heat of the moment, he didn't even consider it.
He gave himself a once-over, noting that his vents were clogged with sand. This observation sparked his second not-necessarily-good idea in as many minutes. He reached up and tore off his helmet.
Without unclogging the vents, Xyzillentz dragged himself onto his feet and ran over to Trance. He thrusted the helmet at the injured navi, urgency evident even in his usually suave voice.
"Trance, put this on. Ask questions later. You'll need the air filters."

Amethyst strode with Xion over to AirMan, and remained relatively quiet while they were conversing. Afterall, why waste your breath when someone else will do it for you? She sneered when Xion kept referring to her as a fan girl, but she almost chuckled when Xion mentioned fangirls "biting" and having too many would "suck." "Oh Xion, you know I'm strong when it comes right down to it...Or do you?" It was true, she hadn't used her full power in quite some time, but that didn't mean she was weak.
Then AirMan sent his hurricane to the trio farther down the beach. Amethyst found this very funny, and wanted to see another tornado like it. She removed her arm from Xion and promptly crossed her arms, and watched the trio attempt to get some sense into their brains after being attacked by a monsoon. Presently, she focused her attention on the newcomer, as well.

*As AirMan's winds blew through the area, the nimble swordsman ran along the current. His steps so light, that he flew not only through the air, but on top of it. Landing behind Airman with his hand resting on his sheathed sword on his hip. He merely stood there for a moment before speaking in an oddly joyous manner.*
???: Good day to you! I see you got a bit on your plate! Care if I were to help out?!
*The swordsman turned behind Airman before dancing along the wind again, blending in with the very air around them all. Awaiting the response, flittering among the breeze, the swordsman further examined the situation at hand.*

Amethyst kept her focus when she saw yet another navi join the scene. This one was...different. He danced on the air, it seemed, and yet he carried multiple swords- more things to weigh him down. Amethyst let her thoughts pass as she spoke, "Hm, another navi that can fly, huh? Interesting." She didn't want to exactly reveal she was a vampire yet, but maybe play it out a bit.

Before Finale a small black bud began to grow at an exponentially fast rate, unhurried but unnaturally fast. Reaching about a foot the bud opened into a glorious lily composed completely of ever-running water. Swaying lightly back and forth in the dying eddies of Airman`s winds, little fiery leaves began to unfurl from the stem, feeding on the latent power that suffused the winds from Airman`s own essence. Seeming to settle comfortably into the sandy land, the flower was truly an oddity amongst the shooting gallery that was currently going on. The strangest thing of all was that it gave off the gentle yet pure sound of wind chimes as it swayed to and fro...

*As the massing confusion begins to mount and numerous Navis begin to make the scene, AirMan releases a sigh and addresses the dancing swordman behind him*
AirMan: ....continue to stand near me if you would like me to suck you into my engine and spit you out as a load of Navi-hamburger.
*AirMan was doing his best to ignore the others at this point, but was becoming increasingly annoyed at the random occurances Thus far, Xion and his friend seemed the least bothersome, so it was natural that he would turn to these two next*
AirMan: Have you anyplace more.... peaceful.... to retire to? I'd prefer to escape the noise-polution that has formed here if possible.

*And he was freed from the clinging bat finally. Now he could go and smack the dancing sword guy just because he was far too joyous for his liking, but he decided to curse Toxin instead. Why do that? Because he was the guy who had that bright idea of putting their base was it was. And while they could get access to it, it was a pain getting to it all the time. There was another option for a place to go to though, and a place he usually went to just because it kept him interested thanks to all the wacky turns that happened while he was there.*
"I can go see if I can't get the one up on a very large lake sometime, but other than that the other place we have is the place for the weird and eccentric people."
*The place was less sandy, that was for sure. And if one looked past the random glitches, messed up gravity, and completely insane pathways, it made for a nice place. Few people bothered to visit the place probably because of the general craziness of it, though he wouldn't put it past some to show up there anyway. Still was in good fun since by that point, he would be more than eager to join in himself.*

The cloaked Navi began to move away as well, not entirely wanting to be caught up in the storm that had been summoned by the Navi that had been going down. Though, a snort could be heard in response to Xion's words about the 'fangirl'. Ironic, wasn't it. But really, this whole place was beginning to get a bit too crowded and irritating, all things considered. Especially considering the overly joyous swordsman who recently joined the situation. Happiness was an interesting, yes, but too much could be... aggravating.
"Anywhere's most likely better than here."[/color] Taking into account all the occurrences which just seemed to be too random and annoying to be mere coincidence, it would be nice to get away from all this.

As Airman’s hurricane inducing turbines kicked into high gear, Trance took the opportunity to summon a whip to his prepared hand and lash it forward to wrap around Airman’s grounded leg. Vainly seeing the coil arc through the air only to be milliseconds too late as the business end of the whip changed directions and...like Trance was immediately thrust far off into the distance. Eyes blurring with the sand yet again, his scarf was quickly becoming choked with the suffocating grains of sand that were devastating the area. Feeling the ragged bite of the cutting winds as he was tossed through the air, his tear-filled eyes caught sight of the black figure of Xyz against the golden yellows and whites of the beach below. Blinking rapidly to clear his vision, it quickly became apparent what Xyz’s plan was and with a sharp yell, he tried to tell him to clear away but unfortunately the sentiment was lost as impact rocked the two of them moments later.
Tumbling in tandem with Xyz, Trance could help but think that it was truly unfortunate they had both been tossed to the side without so much as a second thought. They needed power. This sudden burst of thought was lost though, as Airman’s retaliatory strike ripped throw them mercilessly. Losing all sense of direction as his body was flailed worthlessly amongst the shattered debris of the beach, a solid branch of drift wood caught him in the back of the legs just as the storm was subsiding. Reeling in uncontrolled flips, head over heels, Trance forced his body to open from its painful curl to slow the rapid spinning. With a giant WHUMP of loose sand being kicked up, Trance lay face up on the beach. Ears dazedly registering his partner landing not far away, he craned his head to catch sight of Xyz’s black suited form. Forcing himself up into a sitting position, Trance’s eyes blurred again, half from the sand and half from the sudden onslaught dealt to his systems. Bursting into a coughing fit, as his mouth was completely dried out and his throat painfully coated with sand. Trying in vain to suppress the wracking coughs, he reached down to drawn back up his scarf only notice that it had become very poorly wrapped and was dangling raggedly at his side leaving his neck completely exposed.
As he was struggling to get to his feet a sudden darkness overcame his vision and the tight feeling of a helmet enclosing his skull followed. Turning his head to see Xyz’s glistening scaled skull with his arms just removing themselves from the helmet, Trance could help but register a sense of relief to see the battle-ready navi was seemingly in better condition than even himself. A quick up and down seemed to confirm that much at least. Pulling it up high enough so that his mouth was uncovered, Trance loosed a final body wracking cough before letting it slip down and taking a deep and clear breath. Replying in a horridly dry rasp, “Thank you.” knowing the meaning behind this gesture, Trance wouldn’t cast this offer away.
With disregard for his own systems, Trance began to rise to his feet. A little unsteady from the ungodly onslaught they had just been through, this slowly began to clear as his systems sorted themselves out. Sheets of sand crackling off of Trance as he regained footing, his bracelets flickered with a shadowy darkness before settling once more against his wrists. “What now? Do we get outta dodge before another pot shot or...go windsurfing?” His rasping voice was quickly clearing up as the filters, though quite heavily clogged, continued to do their job and moisture was beginning to return to his mouth and lips. The smile was apparent on his voice even through the helmet, what remained beneath the cover of darkness though was the smouldering heat building up within him. This navi was far beyond his league, but all the same...revenge would be perfectly sweet.

Xyzillentz smiled at what was probably Trance's attempt as a joke. He didn't actually "get it", but he was pleased just hearing he could still speak. He waited for the last of the dust to settle back onto the ground before replying, completely ignoring the events transpiring behind him. He could only faintly hear a conversation between his assailant and one of the strange navis that had been spying on him.
He laid a gloved hand on Trance's shoulder, as if to reassure himself he was still really there. "I have a crazy idea or two. Sometimes those are the best kind." Convinced Trance was still functional, he returned his hand to his side.
He took a deep breath before launching into a hurried explanation. He didn't pause for asides or elegance, a testament to the urgency of the situation. "There are a few things you should know about me. I would've told you some other time, but I think you ought to know under the circumstances." He motioned to the clogged vents on his suit. "I only have the head of a snake - my body looks human. No scales, just skin. But not normal skin either. It gives off a toxic gas. That's why I wear the suit - it contains it until I shoot it out of these vents. My coder wasn't confident he could immunize me to my own poison, so he gave me that specially-filtered helmet. It turns out I don't need it, but you will."
He paused to pick up the surfboard, which had landed nearby him once again. He held it off to one side and planted one end in the ground, using it as a crutch, exaggerating his injuries. "Here's the plan: We collapse and act like we're too weak to move. Then I'll let out all the gas I can. The cloud will block us from view, and hopefully convince them we're being deleted, or at least that something terrible has happened. Then we make like ninjas and run off behind that dune. With any luck, they won't follow us and we can make it to Bayside City."
Xyzillentz sighed heavily, obviously frustrated. His free hand curled into a fist and shook slightly. "I'd love to jam this thing into that blowhard's engine, but it's too much of a risk. There's not enough cover to sneak up on him. Especially not with all these other navis around. It's a darn shame... especially since I'm still interested in the two who were watching us."
He chanced a brief look over his shoulder. He only glanced at the situation long enough to notice a new arrival, someone with far too many swords dangling off his person. So many interesting people to meet... hopefully he'd run into some of them later.
Before he could execute his plan, one last thought crossed his mind - there was, after all, one last terribly important thing Trance ought to know before running off with him. Had he been certain Trance was of a dark persuasion he wouldn't have bothered, but as it was, Xyz made an addendum to his little speech as casually as possible.
"Oh, also... I'm an evil darkloid, in case that makes any difference. Now, shall we go?"

Finale: |\|()!11!!!!1! U C/-\N No7 Leeevee!121111!1!1111!!!!!!!
Finale gripped onto Trance and Xyz with powerful wind fists. He grabbed onto them and fled into the Bayside city leaving a storm of sand in his wake that blinded his enemies. However, before he could leave completely he phased out into a normal-ish mode.
His life sytsems barely functioned, but he was alive... barely. His systems in a final attempt at surviving sent out a message to the nearest Navi in the form of a puzzle, it happened to be sent to Trance.

and his lifesystems cut completely to the point where his body was completely comatose.1

Listening intently to the rapid explanation of Xyz’s, Trance’s eyes widened in both surprise and interest at multiple intervals. He had truly met a one of a kind individual. Knowing his expression was hidden by the glean of light across the flawless surface of the helmet, Trance had no intentions of creating a facade that he felt wouldn’t have been necessary with Xyz anyways. Taking this all in, the information came as quite an interesting shock to his mind, one that he couldn’t afford to dwell on now so he merely nodded his acceptance and slumped forward resting both hands on his knees lowered his head just enough so that he could watch the intriguing accumulation of navi’s that was gathering around Airman, with much greater success seemingly than their own fateful encounter; one that would mark the creation of a new goal in Trance’s life, a challenge that he would take time and great pleasure in extracting the solution to.
As he committed the distant body shapes and peculiarities to memory, Xyz made note of his ‘evil darkloid’ status and slowly he shook his head back and forth. “Xyz...doesn’t matter.” Keeping his words short to focus on the task at hand and to continue work the grit from his mouth, Trance was not in the least disturbed by the sudden proclamation of evil. Alliances to societal norms or the disregard of such bore little weight in Trance’s vision of someone.
Just as his hand ‘slipped’ and he began to fall onto one knee a sudden change in the air caused him to roar a warning at Xyz, ”Watch i-“ A gigantic fist of air gripped him, tearing both his words and himself away. The invisible hands sending him flying through the air, but unlike Airman’s assault, this wind seemed benign and instead was carrying him relatively softly. At least that’s how it felt after the livid storm he had just been put through. Fighting in vain to get free from the hand, Trance was carried up and away. Scanning his surroundings as he went for the source of this power, he noticed Xyz had been captured as well. Thoroughly annoyed at being manhandled for the third time that day, Trance strained against the solid walls enclosing him and summoned a vicious black scimitar to his hand in the hopes that it would pierce the intangible flesh of the unknown. No success. Continuing to struggle against his bonds in a useless attempt to free himself and hopefully afterward Xyz, the scenery began to change around him. Soon the comfortable but once deserted Aqua net was receding into the distance, and the towering architecture of Bayside loomed ahead. Finally relaxing his worthless struggles, Trance accepted whatever may come from the mysterious man who had rambled about onions to him. He obviously had much greater power than one would expect from his earlier behaviour.
