*Embera leaves it on the outside of her clothing trying to piece together what happened.*
Embera: It's foggy. I was in Rammount Castle...We were walking when suddenly, I was overcome. I was as if I fainted, passed out, sleeping. It was for only a moment, but in that moment the worst torment happened. I had experienced terror I could never imagine, and when I woke up, I could feel the barbs around my neck. I was traveling with Genesis and Zane, and neither of them can explain it. When the barbs become embedded in my chest, I fall into a slumber. The sleep is painless, it's as if I'm really tired, and want to nap, but I can't fight it. When I'm sleeping, I experience these wicked thoughts crying out to me, and when I come to, I find out I fought like a demon full of bloodlust. I need to know more about why it happened to me. Why this cursed charm found its way around my neck.

Terra takes another look at the cross, attempting to see if anything sparks a memory... but, of course, it doesnt. He just shakes his head and closes his eyes.
Terra: I'm sorry, Embera. I can do some research on it if you like, but I don't know anything as-is.
Terra's eyes then open up again, now somewhat more probing than before.
Terra: Now, it's my turn. There's something that I'd like to know from you; what do you know about our "friend" without a name? I've noticed that the two of you seem to bump into each other fairly frequently.

*A little dejected that her cursed accessory remained an enigma, Embera tucked it back onto her person, feeling the barbs gently scrape her chest. Thinking now, she didn't know who Terra was even referring to until she realized "no name" Oh...him! laughing semi jovially, she regains herself but keeps the rather relaxed tone.*
Embera: He likes to blow stuff up. He likes to think he's got this all-important job and he'll explode anyone who gets in his way. He's so single-minded, but not really "evil." I mean, he'd probably punch through almost as many people as me if they were trying to stop him. In fact, we fought together just prior to his incarceration...
*Embera's voice trailed. Her spirits sank. What did she admire so much about him? Was it his driven nature? His raw power? She didn't know, but she could feel nothing but reverence when thinking about that fight, and how powerless she felt being unable to stop his capture. He had power much like Genesis, but his destructive nature lined up with her more thoroughly. Maybe looking at him was a future sight of herself. So much raw power, an undeniable mission with which he could never back down. More and more she realized that, in some twisted sense, she idolized the very man she comes to fight against over and over again.*

Terra had already known most of this, and the rest wasn't of any direct use to him.
Terra: I suppose what I really want to know is if you'd have any idea where we might find him. Due to some... unfortunate... circumstances, I was away for most of his incarceration, and didn't have much chance to get answers from him.

*A snide look of satisfaction crept up Embera's face upon hearing of his escape. Still maintaining her nonchalant tone. She answers Terra plainly.*
Embera: No clue. He usually just appears out of nowhere, but I can say I've noticed something peculiar. Whenever there was something crucial that beckoned the attention of Genesis, you could almost guarantee that he would be there to confront the Overlord. Now, I couldn't say why they have it out for each other, but he's almost totally unrelated to why we're there, he just sees us, finds out what we're doing, throws a monkey wrench into it for no good reason, and then fights Genesis.

Terra thinks for a moment, appearing almost lost as he does so. He then looks back to Embera again, his head cocked to the side slightly.
Terra: Embera, not long after you came here, the Navi responsible for the number that appeared over your head earlier, for lack of a better term.... stole the internet of the night. He's apparently taken it from Netopia and somehow made his own country-level network for unknown purposes. To make things worse, it's entirely locked down and we can't get through. Any thoughts on this?

He hadn't actually been here before. Even before they renovated the place into a metropolis that defied gravity. He beamed in no problem though, the same cloak as always around him. And then he sort of stared at the receptionist. Honestly he expected this place to be more prison-like. If it wasn't it had to be further inside. He figured the receptionist probably would know what he looked like just off of principle, so he raised his particularly bony hands up before speaking up. Of which he also didn't quite know what to say here either. He hadn't interacted with these guys in forever peacefully.
"Um...hello there? How's your day going?"

*Embera's look mimicked Terra's and she gave a short shrug.*
Embera: Well, if this character is malicious, or rather deemed by that Duo-thing as malicious, then I don't really see much slowing the comet at this point. Even before this happened it was en route to Earth, so stopping this guy would only bring you back to square one. My thoughts are that the world is going to heck, and a lot of it seems to be happening to me for unknown reasons.

Before Embera could answer, Terra glances up at the monitor that shows the main loby of ONB HQ. And guess who just happens to show up?
Terra raises an eyebrow and looks back to Embera.
Terra: ....we can talk about that in a moment. Right now, you're about to get more company.
Walking casually out of the holding cell area, Terra walks back to the main lobby, stands next to the main desk and leans against it, folding his arms as he does so.
Terra: ...fine, thanks. Though I'm going to assume that yours took a strange turn somewhere to end up here.

He recognized this guy from the broadcast way back. This was Terra. He flexed his hands a little at the sight, letting them fall back inside of the cloak after. Something about waving bones at people didn't seem to be incredibly polite. Not that he cared about being polite, he would just be as he was to everybody regardless of rank and status.
"It's been strange, that's for sure. Random mass messages, arms perfectly and painfully skinned by Forte, running into a Forte look-alike that totally terrifies me... It's been one of those days. Strange enough for me to decide I had to come here with some questions. And seeing as you're the one I can ask for those, I decided that I had to drop in finally."

Terra just shakes his head and closes his eyes. At least this one didn't kill as many Navis as possible on the way in.
Terra: Alright then, let's talk. But before that, let's get you into a holding cell. Formalitis, you see.

"Fair enough. It would be pretty strange if you just let me walk out of here after the conversation."
Zane was rather relaxed about it still. In terms of everything he was pretty light on the criminal activity when compared to some of the other more radical terrorists out there. Well, that and he sort of expected to get dumped in a cell when he had this talk. Even if their world was in a hectic state right now it was a chance for Terra to get him off the streets without going through all the trouble they had been going through to do it before now.

Terra nods to Zane, smiling slightly at this show of non-aggression.
Terra: I assure you that this is actually in both of our best interest. Thank you for cooperating.
Terra places a limiter on Zane's neck, then leads him to the holding-cell area.
Terra: You do have interesting timing, Zane.
Terra then leads Zane to the first block and places him in the first cell available; directly across from Embera.
Terra: Introductions are not in need, I'm sure.
Terra turns the chair so that he can see both cells and sits down. This is going to be a long night. Terra looks to Zane first, motioning to Embera as he does.
Terra: We've already been talking about current events for a while. But your input is welcome.

He was glad that what he was doing was in both of their best interest here. Although he didn't like the limiter collar, it made sense to put one on him in case he did decide to be aggressive out of nowhere. Of course, when he reached the holding-cell area he couldn't help but laugh at the sight straight across from him. Oh, he had such interesting timing indeed today!
"Oh Embera, great minds do think alike sometimes. But I hope you didn't cause too many problems this time around when you came in here. Like you usually do."
He would take shots at her while he was here whether she liked it or not. Because while she was harmless some days she was a catastrophe on others because of her immense apathy for a lot of things. He imagined that apathetic attitude for the lives of others landed her in the cell more than her just coming up peacefully as he had.
"I'm not entirely up to speed on current events, so an update would be nice. But I assume since she's here she's brought up the whole Forte bit. She probably didn't cover the part where there's two of him running around though... Well, one terrifying look-alike, but still."

*Embera chuckled at Zane's arrival. What a pleasant surprise. She waved to him semi-joyfully as she still sat cross-legged at the front of her cell. With a playful shrug she only briefly mentioned the scuffle on her way in.*
Embera: I came to tell Terra about the Forte thing, and a squad of grunts opened fire on me! If that wasn't enough, some mangy cat guy finally put me down before I could talk to this guy! It wasn't my fault this time, honest.
*Embera laughed at the debacle, and only raised an eyebrow when Zane mentioned the second Forte.*
Embera: No, I usually skedaddle when menacing fish-headed men suck my powers away and then give them back telling me to leave. I suppose blowing your arm away doesn't warrant a retreat?
