[bgcolor=black] Participants: Syn, Jax, Embera, Discord, Void, Junkman
Style: Single judge [Judge: Diamond] (I presume each navi gets their own score, and then find the average for the team)
Length: 6 posts each, intro's included.
Story Version: Disabled
Additional info: ---
There is no 'proper' order in which these posts must go, as two people are controlling two navis each.
A post must be made by you once every four days or you've taken the full brunt of whatever had come at you(or you reacted in the most failure way possible). If you did not make a post, it counts as if you had posted for the sake of posts you have left. No exceptions The 4 day timer starts after your initial post in this thread for your navi.
IN ADDITION. Every time you miss a post, your navi's grade is reduced by 10.
This is a story battle from this thread.
For reference: TC: Jax, Syn, Discord Revolution/Other: Embera, Void, Junkman
I skip the description of the area, and forgo Jax because he initiated this in story.

*Seeing the darkloid group enter his home, JunkMan backs away, looking around in confusion*
JunkMan: I TOLD you!!! Why didn't you just LEAVE when I asked you to?! They're here because of you, they HAVE to be!!!
*Knowing that no good could come of this, JunkMan quickly summons a number of massive cubes created from compressed junk, while setting a single statue amidst them....*
(OOC: Will be RPing JunkMan and Discord in seperate posts)

*Embera emblazoned the area in anger, she wanted to avoid conflicts for once, but it seems like it's coming after her. With the fire rising and setting with her breath, she walked between the blocks of junk before resting her eyes on Jax. She leaned against the block closest to her before speaking.*
Embera: Y'know, I don't like picking fights in front of my subordinate. It makes me look brash, weak, impulsive. I'm more than that, so I let you be. I then wanted to help this navi here
*Embera nods over to JunkMan*
Embera: And you come here ready to fight. You have no business with me, and yet you think you can come here and threaten us? You harm my subordiates, and anyone else I aim to protect, and I'll kill you. I won't be merciful, I will burn you down, byte by byte. I suggest you leave us be.
*Embera turns her head to JunkMan.*
Embera: I won't let you die here, we're a lot in common you an I. And I aim to talk about it after, hehe....I won't let you off so easily. Void, I think they've overstayed their visit as much as ours, Scruffy, come!!
*Just then, Scruffy ran to Embera's side, which she then swiftly mounted him. Immediately after, she drew the fire around her within her own body. She knew this battle wouldn't be easy, and it's time to end this nonsense.*

[Clever, but no. *edits* Total 180! Shinn r newb. :I]
Embera's words fell on unfeeling ears. Remaining unmoving when confronted with the fiery display put on the canine and its companion. The whole scenario seemed like something out of the wild. The predators preying on the weak; while the weak displayed their 'power' in a flashy manner, while spewing threats. All in an attempt to scare their would be executioners away.
Within his mind Jax was playing the odds, he had never seen Syn in battle, however this would be good training for him.. Jax also knew Discord would be a savage brawler, as he had seen a few scarce times over the years.
The stone guardian had not summoned his weapon, nor had he made any motions once near the spotlight. His hood continued to cast its gloomy shadow unto Jax's face, wrapping it on a blanket of darkness even in the face of the growing heat, and its glow. Within the deep confines of the mine, farther back than any could see, and seemingly football fields away A light *shhh* stirred the nerves of each other individual besides Jax.

*As Embera makes her speech, Discord's crimson eyes slowly shift to her, his expression turning to a dark smile as the black void that seems to hover just off of his body in a strange negative glow pulses and reshades to a deep crimson. He then turns to the fire-elemental entirely.... and begins to walk. With unblinking eyes and unchanging expression, the master darkloid slowly begins to aproach the hive queen, seeming entirely oblivious to her words as he does so.
Within the very aura of this Navi resonates a chaotic force of absolute destruction and blood-lust.... his entire form litteraly exudes darkness, both in the evil sense and the photonic sense, causing the area to quietly overshadow deeper and deeper with each of his passing steps.... falling into the depths of pitch as the shadows themselves seem to bend to his very will*

[Hey! D;.]
Void stayed quiet in response to JunkMan's tantrum. Not much he could say, when all of it was... well, true. He was sure that the main reason that these three appeared and stayed to initiate a fight was due to their presence. A frown marred the swordsman's face, not entirely at ease with the feeling that was being generated within the area. He allowed Embera to do the talking, having nothing to say. The Navi of shadows stayed still, making only the motion of resting a hand on the hilt of Eternity. A weak shimmer glinted amongst the shadows, before being completely consumed by the darkness. The weaver of blades showed no outward reaction to everything; partially for the reason that the shades had been his home. Even if they were more under the command of Discord, they were what breathed into Void part of his being; his essence.
Swords appeared from thin air, surrounding the crimson-eyed fighter, covering the Navi in an almost protective embrace, waiting in calm.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A puzzled looked appears on Syn's face, before the Navi shrugs and it disappears, leaving behind a face that spoke of hidden anticipation. With a flick of his wrist, data flashed. A scythe formed in his hand, the symbolic weapon of reckoning being wielded with practice skill and ease. Black flames lick the Reaper's body, starting at the scythe user's feet and working up, leaving thin trails of embers to signify the Navi's association with Fire as well as Darkness.
He lifted an eyebrow at the speech Embera makes. Really, he found them to be the words of someone who viewed themselves too highly, acting as if they had the right to condemn and judge at will. With no words, much like many of the others in the area, Syn twirled his scythe, stopping as he pointed it at the group before them.
[Was hoping someone would do something, we've got at least 3 aggressive people(Jax excluded, he's slow), all of which doing nothing. What is wrong with you people. XD]
The foreboding sound churned and reverberated throughout the mine shaft, a slight calm permeated the air, belying the cruel intent that was to come. Jax glanced over at his comrades, Discord particular, who was surprisingly sluggish.. he must have gotten soft over the years.
Jax subtle surprise lasted for but moments as the slightly affixed his head so he may see what lie in store for the trio before him. The sound stopped, muffled, shrouded, drown out and replaced by.. sand? Instantly from underneath the large metallic foe's new constructs; the ground opened up, and they sank into the mine leaving not a trace of their existence. While at the same time two bolts of swirling sand drilled into Void from opposing sides of the wall.
Jax himself, remaining unmoving, un-phased by the seemingly unnatural occurrence.
The swords around Void spiraled, defending against the bolts of sands which attempted to skewer him through. He abruptly slashes, sending an arc of shadows forward in a fashion to cleave through Jax, as the blades surrounding the swordsman shot outwards, attempting to skewer through the three standing against him. Unsure why, Void was very uneasy with the situation. Three unknowns, each with some apparent skill. Each more than willing to stand and bring about ruin and chaos upon himself and the other two he was with. A subtle frown made its presence obvious on his face, unsure of what to do. As the silent giant just demonstrated, he was more than willing to strike out at one of them. And it seemed like no other wished to take the initiative. He mentally sighs, before steeling himself.
The Navi of swords darts forward, cutting in close with his target; the quiet behemoth known as Jax, as he slashes vertical with Eternity. Shifting on the heels of his feet, the first slash was followed up by a diagonally arc, cutting upwards from the lower left. A flash occurs, and Void bears down both of blades, bringing Endless and Eternity downwards to strike at the Navi.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Flames sweep outwards as Syn flicks his scythe, the embers running along the ground and heading towards JunkMan, as a savage grin was threatening to break out upon the Reaper's face. With an open hand, the Navi of blacken flames conjures forth fires of an obsidian black color, a sphere formed in his hand before crushing it, as a spiraling pillar of flames sparks upwards and makes it way towards the same target.
Syn gives a quick glance at Void rushing at Jax, a puzzled appearance on his face, before spinning his scythe and sending out a wave of darkness towards the dual wielder. Without a second glance back, he leaps into the air, twirling his scythe. Nearing JunkMan, he swings the weapon downward, attempting to cleave through the broken Navi with his scythe, as his fires converge and attempt to incinerate his foe.

*Embera kept her gaze hardened on Jax until she saw Syn make his move. She ran over to JunkMan before leaping in the air, kicking the sythe to alter its trajectory. Her eyes burned as she stared down Syn's own, seemingly looking through him before uttering her words.*
Embera: I told you, try hurt my allies, and I'll kill you. Now you get to have fun with me. Alright now, time to die....
*In a swift motion, Embera drills her fist into Syn's Jaw, before generating a spear of fire. She tosses it at the sythe-user, before jumping back to eye level. As she stared eye-to-eye with the navi, she holds her hands out, creating a triangle with her hands. She inhaled deeply and, after shutting her eyes, launched from her hands what could only be called "ball plasma". The blast had blew herself back, but not before she called out to the navi receiving the blast.*
Embera: Fool....Your first mistake was trying to harm my allies, the second, was trying to pick fights you can't win. I aim to keep these people alive, and It'll make killing you a lot more pleasurable....

Their actions were hardly poetic, and clearly subtlety was not their forte. Jax observed as the swordsman's blows were dismantled by Syn's quick reflexes. Toxin had made the right choice with this one.
Still remaining completely stationary Jax affixed his gaze unto Embera, without so much as disrupting the flow of his hood as to hide who was targeting. The hushed sounds began to creep throughout the mine as the sand spackled walls chimed in at their proper queues, giving off what little bits they could to feed the sounds. Before long, the entire mine was abuzz with the opera of stone and sand.
This time, silence was not the foreshadow of this onslaught, as while the sounds continued two thin drills of sand erupted beneath Embera, whilst three spat out at Void; two from below, one from above. All of the drills darted in a straight path, undeterred by those that would dare strike them while they traversed the air at a brisk pace.
At this same moment, if not seconds before, the ground of the shaft became soft and lush, the stone terraforming itself into a fine grain; that of the most pristine beach.

Syn takes the fist, being sent backwards. The scythe-user recovers quickly, entering into a backflip as he swings his weapons upwards, knocking the spear away, as he lands on his feet, his face looking pensive. His scythe stands before him, the user of flames being sent backwards and crashing upon the ground. A few moments pass, before Syn sighs, rising up as he looks nonchalantly back at Embera. His body was singed, his clothes burnt, but the damage data inflicted on his body was already steadily healing, albeit not leaving him in perfect condition. "And if that was suppose to invoke fear, then you missed your target. All I see is someone to high upon themselves, arrogant and prideful. I can't win? Am I suppose to give a darn? The reason for my fighting is most likely something you cannot understand then." The words are blunt, and the expression so utterly unamused that it looks startlingly strange on Syn's face.
Really, the issue of being 'killed' or not had lost its novelty on the Reaper a long while ago. At the very least, a few of the others seemed to adhere to silence on the battlefield. With a shrug, darkness collects around the blade of his weapon more thoroughly, the Navi spinning it as he gave a glance back at Jax. The large Navi in question seemed to hold his own quite well. Looking back at Embera, he slashes with his weapon, ushering in a large wave of darkness to engulf JunkMan and the one who protected him. He would be speaking no more words in this confrontation, his gaze having adopted a calm and collected look.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And Void brings up a cloak from shadows, backing away from the consuming darkness sent by Syn. He kept his movement up as Jax sent more rending sands at him, musing lightly on the silent giant's mastery of the element. Not just sand, but the command over the ground itself seemed to be under his dominion. As the swordsman descended from the air, a shimmer shone beneath his feet. Landing softly a particularly sword, the summoner of blades quietly observes the change the floor had underwent. From the domain of a mine, to the shifty sands similar to a beach? Crimson eyes looked up, locking gazes with Jax. Interesting. This was not an ability the quiet swordsman met often, and its unfamiliarity only cause a surge of excitement within the dual wielder. However, he knew that stepping carelessly upon a realm that his opponent had invoked would be fool-hardly. For this brief moment, Void stayed his impulse to delve into his usual style, and maintained a somewhat observing stance.
He hears the words of Embera and Syn, echoing with the confines of the mine. A subtle upturn of his lips is the only reaction the stoic Navi has, hidden to all but Jax, still concentrating upon the foe before him. "Tread carefully." The admonishment is quiet, soft, yet within the mine, it carries through.Tilting his head to the side, he wonders at what the behemoth's reaction will be, as summoned swords appear in the empty space around Jax; four in number, attempting to skewer the Navi through from each cardinal direction.
[Oh jeese.. sorry, was binging on a certain Gamecube game. You know, Raven, DC, you are involved in this battle. >_>]
His form still unmoving, unshaken by the turn of events around him.. The swords made their destiny clear as they attempted to impale him. Rather than take the mobile route, Jax affronted the spear-like swords with a spiral of stone, which erupted from the floor around Jax enveloping him like the beam of light produced by 'logging out' and stretching into the ceiling. The swords impacted on the stone, and shoddily pierced its hull; however the target they were destined for was not there.
The stone stream collapsed into a heap while the swords dispersed beneath their weight. All the while the stone behemoth was... gone~ His giant stature no where to be found, there were no marking on the ceiling, or the floor where the stream had it... Did he log out? Improbable, Jax can't as he's a wanderer of the net, a 'net-opless' navi.
The sand sighed in a low 'psss'ing sound, and remained motionless as if knowing the situation full well. moments later, above Embera and Junkman, a few trickles of dust mixed with a dousing of pebbles whittled down from above. A 'Thud' reverberated within the mine; the trickle of dust became a downpour and the sound of cracking rock could be deciphered amongst the chaos.
'Plunk' From above the duo of Junkman and Embera a VERY wide and large chunk of the ceiling descended upon them. Jax crouched on top of it as it landed with 'psshhkraaak!' Forcing the sandy floors to splash in all directions. With the very mine itself against them, how could they hope to win?
((Since it's now just 2-on-2, I guess this is just lulzy....if it wasn't already. And would this be the last series of posts? I only ask because we all missed like, 3 weeks....sorry, like, I'm REALLY sorry.... :'( I didn't want to be missing this long....))
*Embera took the full brunt of the attack, unsure of what even hit her. She could only rise to one knee before laughing.*
Embera: That's really good....wish I had teamwork like that....hehehe....Well, I don't want this to drag out, so I'm going for all or nothing....
*As she rose to both feet, she enveloped herself in wings of fire, and scorching the area. Soon, from the flames stepped out Embera, then Embera, and yet another Embera. Through the inferno, there was approximately ninety to one-hundred Emberas looking at the enemies with joyous fury, a fury that is looking to kill.*
Embera: I want someone to die before I perish, I want to kill and rend your core of your data. I suppose these clones can cut you to ribbons....
*As Embera finished speaking, she cackled as she let a majority of clones strike Syn, with a smaller force attacking Jax. One by one, spears of fire are sent hurdling at the two darkloids, with several other bringing it to hand-to-hand melee. The clones at Syn lunged at him with lances, and some more with punches. The clones fighting Jax struck with all their might, while some stayed back, charging their power. As their power built up, they were enveloped in a fiery aura, before, one by one, they dashed in the attempt to collide with the stone-headed goliath.*
