*Harsh winds blow atop the towering New Order as a black set of thundering stormclouds roll in. The base stand deserted as all existing members have gone off to a mass-ONB meeting.... all save one. A problem with the sensor gear at the apex of the building sees one Navi left behind to take care of the situation: Iria. The entire scenerio seems fairly normal for the most part, yet somehow, something stands amiss. Among the clouds, something unnatural seems to stir, as if the winds are somehow NOT normal. The situation seems fairly normal... untill someone appears.
Standing with arms folded, a lone Navi, perched on the far corner of the massive tower, very boldly and obviously stares down Iria from a distance. His demenor comes across as largely serious and stoic, and in his eyes is a calculating coldness, a reflection of his cold, green-steel armor. Looking Iria directly in the eye, the Navi awaits a reaction from the female Navi, almost daring a move from her as he looks on....*

*The wind stirred and swayed causing Irias' long pony tail and coat sleeves to flail wildly behind her. Her arms folded and eyes glancing briefly acrossed the sky, just scoping out the clouds, dreading the thought of rain.*
"Rain.. ugh, whoever programmed that into the net should be shot."
*Suddenly her vivid green eyes caught the vague outline of a figure on one of the spires of New Order. 'That doesn't belong there' she thought to herself as she began walking in the general direction of the humanoid in question. She unfolded her arms and cracked her knuckles a couple times and alternating between various shoulder stretches as she walked.*
"Orders are orders.. 'Don't let any unauthorized personnel inside New Order.' By the looks of this one, I'd say he falls under the 'Remove with force' category."
*Iria ends her sentence slightly enthused, her mind wandering off hoping the obviously acrobat would provide entertainment for her otherwise dull assignment.*
*As she drew closer the figure became clearer, Green armor, odd helmet or protrusion from the head, a couple oddities here and then decorated the rest of the mysterious greenie. Iria grinned slightly, she had heard tales of a WWW member who donned green armor and had a funny head...*
"Green armor, Funny hat, a storm brewing too even.. A serious demeanor is something I'd never heard of.. Tornadoman, yes? I've heard stories, some funny, others not so much. I don't recall ever hearing you being the serious type though. Regardless I'm afraid you're going to have to leave, if you don't this may have to get messy."
*She refolded her arms while continuing to look the unconfirmed stranger in the eyes; his overbearing and seemingly belittling stance unfazed her as her grin even widened further at the thought of it really being Tornadoman. The wind continued to sway her pony tail and coat too and fro.*

*Lightning flashes in the distance, heralding a crash of thunder loud enough to start even the bravest heart among Navis that blasts across the rooftop with a sonic explosion, the green armored Navi standing unphased entirely as he looks on with methodolic, unblinking eyes.
Shortly after Iria begins speaking, the Wind Navi steps down from his perch, walking forward to close the gap between the two individuals slowly as step by step, the cold, calculating eyes grow nearer and nearer*
TornadoMan: Your commander has sent you out to test those of lesser rank within other ONB branches not too long ago, and you managed to defeat many of those who stood in your way.
*TornadoMan's head lowers, a flash of lightning shadowing his eyes as his raw power begins to spawn heightened winds around his form*
TornadoMan: Now your time has come to be tested. I am here for Colonel, and you have no chance of standing in my way.
*TornadoMan's bright blue eyes become apparent as the shadows fade, his expression dead-serious as he draws ever closer, his every step kicking up the winds around him to a greater extent than before*

With each kicked up gust of wind Irias' coat thrashed about harder. As the epicenter of the foul weather grew closer Iria saw no point to have the coat or the hat remain, as they would only get lost in the wind. She first tossed the coat to the ground next to a small wall, and her hat soon followed as she casually flicked it to the same spot. Irias' slim figure now fully visible rather than partially masked.
"Stalker.." she muttered to herself under her breath.
"No, you can't see Colonel and I believe you have it backwards. I am trying to do a job here and you are in the way. Your intrusion on New Order will not go unpunished."
As she finished speaking Irias' right hand welled up with a thick but sharp light and her left the same began to pour a seething hot red aura, yet did not burn her. She gave no warning but began her assault with a simple wave of the hand, and in its wake a small arc of light no longer than ones arm carved its way into existence and at Tornadoman.
She repeated this process with her left arm, and an arc wave of fire came from it. Her arms crossed she brought then both to attention beside her rather quickly, causing the same two waves as before she shoot off at the same time, a spinning dance of fire and light, truly a symbol of the chaos to come.
She assumed the proper defensive stance as a follow up maneuver while thunder cracked above, and the earth below howled in rebuttal.

*As Iria attacks, TornadoMan's stance breaks. He crosses his arms in front of himself in order to deflect the strikes. taking the wave of light-based energy head-on, followed instantly by being engulfed in the risen inferno summoned by the Light-elemental. The pulse quickly wraps around his form and explodes. Flames burst out in all directions from the raw power manifest, yet hide Tornadoman from sight entirely.... or so it would seem.
Mere seconds after the onslaught engulfs TornadoMan, the wind in the area kicks up with a powerful updraft, enough to spawn the namesake of the one that Iria now fights. The winds rise, the storm intensifies, and the fires rage, as a sudden change strikes the battlefield.
Falling from the nearby cloud-cover at break neck speed while encased in a chaotic white energy, the Storm Tempest falls like lightning, performing a falling kick directly into Iria's chest and discharging his wind-based energy into her body before landing true directly behind her. Before Iria had a chance to impact the ground, Tornadoman uses the momentum from the fall to whip around with a fist clenched and lowered*
TornadoMan: SHOKAZEKEN!!
*As Iria spins and falls from the lightning kick, TornadoMan raises his fist with hurricane-force, impacting the Light-elemental directly in the gut and forcing her upward. Lightning flashes and thunder roars as TornadoMan's attack continues to rise, the blades on his wrists unfolded and spinning at break-neck speed to grant lift, yet also creating a cyclone that locks Iria in place. TornadoMan and Iria rise for 50 or so feet into the air before quickly spinning to break free and forming a cyclone around his legs to create flight, the Light-Elemental still locked in the rising tornado.
Unrelenting in his assault, TornadoMan quickly rises on the outside of the tornado, meeting Iria as she continues to rise and breaking through the tornado with a hurricane kick, his entire body spinning rapidly as he performs a series of kicks to her before at last he switches his momentum and quickly delivers a vertical axe-kick with his heel directly to the back of her skull, rocketing her downward.... at a trajectory that would miss New Order by some distance if left unchecked. To make things worse, as she falls, TornadoMan begins falling from the sky like a rock, quickly pursuing the Light-Elemental at break-neck speed....

*Taken aback by the sudden double strike her wind abusing opponent pulled on her Iria had little time to react as she flew up into the sky. Tornadoman pierced the windy veil and Iria shifted her body as to better block the airborne assailant. She swipe her hand horizontally acrossed her body and a thin sheet of light appeared before her, fending off the kicks and then once more with her other hand to attempt a block at the Axe-kick; but to know avail as the holy shield softened the blow, but did not deflect it completely.
Shards of light scattered in all directions, a cascade of different hues and shades reflecting all forms of colors. Descended with Iria as she fell down to the ground. 'How to do deal with him' she thought to herself as she observed herself falling away from New Order, and the aggressive tornadoman in hot pursuit.
"The flight is an issue, let's take care of that." she muttered to herself spitefully.
She snapped her finger and the bits of light from her previous attempt at blocking did as she commanded, and converged on both of Tornadomans arms. A second snap of the fingers and the shards condensed, creating a form of shackles. These light shackles grew exponentially heavier, and before long flight was nigh impossible as the weight of the now bound objects all but rendered the green tempest immobile.
The issue of landing outside of the base was easily resolved as Iria abused the ubran setting of large buildings to rebound back into the air and deliver a swift kick to Tornadoman; hurtling them both back over the walls and into the out door training grounds on the ground level of New Order.
The clouds continued to roar, cackle and laugh at the two warriors. Iria took advantage of the now grounded intruder. Her hands burning ever fiercer with their elements; to the point where the energy engulfed their respective hands completely. Every elegant sway of her hand caused either light or fire to slip from her grasp, searing the ground upon which it landed with a hiss.
"Ah, so you are the real Tornadoman, ok then. You've been wanted for a long time now, prepare yourself."
Iria grunted and swayed left before vanishing completely. The shackles left Tornadoman fairly prone and heavy, like a punching bag awaiting the days training.. and Iria was eager to deliver. Almost as soon as she had vanished a swift flaming fist slammed into in the helpless navis' face, following suite in the opposite direction a punch of pure light impacted as well.
Suddenly a clearly audible grunt came from in front of the Green wind abuser and Iria delivered a seemingly weighted kick with the heel of her shoe. Her left hand glowed with a bright fire as she did this and after her kick used the momentum just as her opponent had before to finish the combo with a bang, causing much of the training grounds to be burned to a crisp and whatever not incinerated to have tufts of fire dotting them.
After the explosion Iria merely observed the grounds and sighed in a frustrated manner.
"I'm never going to hear the end of this.."
She glanced back over at Tornadoman and rather than make another flurry of blows she merely snapped her fingers once more and increased the weight of her manacles that she had bestowed upon the not-so-nimble green armored navi and cracked her knuckles preparing to go in for another round.

*As TornadoMan continued to fall, he somehow paid no mind to the weighted shackles of light that Iria had formed, simply allowing them to speed his descent even more. He remains focused even as she leaps from the side of the nearby wall and kicks him, using the shackles themselves to block the oncoming strike and keep himself from taking damage as he slams through the door of the training room, flipping in mid-air and kicking off against the opposing wall in order to make his landing, though nearly falling as he plants his feet due to the weight of the shackles.
As iria had expected, TornadoMan found himself helpless in the face of the onslaught: her punches fell true, and her waves of power strike with great force, this time keeping TornadoMan from rising beyond the smoke to perform a sneak-attack. In the end, he stumbles forward slightly under the weight of the shackles, his teeth gritting hard and his fists clenched in raw fury as he looks up*
TornadoMan: ...did you.... honestly think....
*TornadoMan slowly rises, raising both hands forward to show the shackles to Iria*
TornaoMan: ...that this would work?!
*TornadoMan's showing of his bindings suddenly changes into something more sinister in nature: the blades on his wrists suddenly unfold once again, cutting through the shackles like razors through paper, then begin to spin, shredding the light-energy and casting it aside as what appears to be a pair of small hurricanes form around both of his hands.
Now free of Iria's shackles, TornadoMan thrusts both hands forward, a surge of wind blasting forward with hurricane-force impact that breaks every single window behind Iria. At the same time, one massive, horizontal cyclone blasts forward from TornadoMan's position like a laser, pile-driving her through the shut door and out into the courtyard, aimed directly for the outer wall, yet she was not alone.
Coming down the whirlwind like a meteor, TornadoMan uses the wind of the cyclone, his own momentum, and a powerful back draft from his arm-based propellers to catch up in an instant, performing another powerful kick as he passes and causing Iria to spin even faster as she travels.
Now past Iria, TornadoMan kicks off against the wall and blasts toward the light-elemental once again, this time meeting her head-on. With their combined velocities, TornadoMan suddenly changes his momentum, performing a back-flip just as he and Iria connect, launching her skyward as the Storm Tempest lands, looking up to his opponent with unyielding focus.
With his opponent sent skyward, TornadoMan quickly holds both hands close together and to his side, his propellers spinning rapidly as he does so. In less than a second, the winds of the area surge to TornadoMan's hands and become quickly compressed , forming what appears to be a white, glowing orb held between his palms*
TornadoMan: KAZEKEN!
With a single thrust of his hands, TornadoMan launches the orb skyward, allowing it to rocket upward and close the gap between the two. As the orb makes impact, its massively compressed high-pressure explodes outward, creating a powerful whirlwind which knocks Iria out of her current course and causes her to fall from the dizzying heights that she had been launched to, spinning randomly as she does so with no way to tell where she would make land-fall*

The various forms of wind shredded at her being from any which way. Her mind a ditz as she plummeted towards the ground.
"Yep, he's the real deal." she thought to herself as she finally noticed her head first descent to the earth below. She adjusted herself accordingly and landed feet first like a cat on one of the higher points of New Order.
Iria was all scratched up, little tufts of dust decorated her clothing and the only thing preventing her hair from being a complete mess was the tightly spun rubber band keeping her ponytail together. She crouched down and rested her arms on her legs as she pondered the possibilities.. then she noticed the wind had managed to cut a nice sized hole in her right pant leg.
Her eye twitched the moment she saw this, and stood straight up, picking Tornadoman out among the many places he could be among the New Order premises. She slammed her fists together and upon impact elemental sparks flew in a bewildering way as both arms became engulfed in a fusion of Light and Fire. Her expression instantly transforming into a clearly hateful frown.
Iria turned to her left and broke off the entire end post to the tower. Grunted slightly, and threw it at a break neck speed at Tornadoman while she held onto the metal skeleton the slender sized concrete was formed around. Although contact was the intent of the block it narrowly missed her green assailant and crashed into the ground no more than 5 feet away with a loud THOOOOM! Dust and debris puffed into the air and Iria wasted no time in distilling swift punishment upon the Green navi.
"I will personally see you deleted and every bit of your existence purged from the net and take great pleasure in knowing a pathetic navi like you will never harm innocent lives again.."
She grunted as she slammed her right arm onto Tornadomans head followed up a knee to knock the navi back up to standing height. Almost as if one move follows this up up grabbing the Storm tempest by the upper arm and swinging him counter clockwise once and slamming him headfirst into the ground.
Iria then dragged him through the ground up to a nearby wall where she swung up into it, cracking it slightly. The crack was hard pressed where Iria slammed her free arm into Tornadomans head and proceed to carve the wall with his face before just up and igniting his whole head on fire with a sudden burst of energy from her still seething hot hands while the arm she still clenched ferociously began to hiss as Irias' hand began to leave its mark on the pinned opponent.
"..Understand?" She grunted as she continued painting the wall a nice shade of Tornado drag trail grey.

*Set into a daze by Iria's onslaught, TornadoMan regains himself shortly after the Light-elemental begins to drag him along the wall face-first. The burning energy begins searing his helmet to the point of genuine pain as he braces himself against her attacks. After several moments of being drug, the Storm Tempest's bright blue eyes half-open, a look of raw anger and contempt resonating as he opens both of his hands and places them palm-first on the wall.
While this action seemed at first that he was attempting to stop the drag, this couldn't be farther from the truth. Activating his main weapons, TornadoMan creates a powerful back-draft, launching his body back and into Iria with a strong impact as the two go flying together, their trajectory aimed directly to the stone walls of New Order.
TornadoMan: I'll TELL you what I understand!
*Tornado positions his back slightly to the side before slamming his left hand into his right fist, his elbow rocketing back and impacting Iria's gut with a powerful blow that knocks her off of him*
TornadoMan: I understand that your position and mission in this ONB....
*TornadoMan quickly flips back and performs a hurricane-kick directly to Iria's jaw, knocking her even farther away*
TornadoMan: ....ONLY masks your own selfish nature! You use "righteousness" as an excuse to feed your own hatred....
*spinning around and flipping forward by slamming one hand into the ground and pushing off, TornadoMan rockets himself forward, quickly closing the gap between the two with blinding speed*
TornadoMan: ....but take that away, and you're little more than a violent, spoiled child! The ONB is YOUR excuse to vent your aggression! Take that away...
*Using his added momentum, TornadoMan rockets forward, impacting Iria in the center of her chest with a meteor kick and pushing her ahead like a rocket*
TornadoMan: ....AND YOU'RE MORE DESTRUCTIVE AND A GREATER DANGER TO THE PUBLIC THAN ANY SINGLE WWW MEMBER AT THEIR VERY CORES!!!
*What seems like an eternity ends just a few seconds total, as Iria and TornadoMan land hard into the wall of New Order. Iria's back slams hard into the wall, with TornadoMan's momentum following up with a crushing blow that literally embeds the Light-elemental into the wall and cracks it, nearly shattering the wall as TornadoMan kicks off, 100% of the momentum transfered into Iria's body, now plastered against the broken walls of New Hope.
Summoning a whirlwind around his legs, Tornadoman takes flight as he kicks off, hovering roughly 20 feet above the ground as he looks down on Iria*
TornadoMan: I pity you. You're a slave to something that you don't even recognize within yourself; something that will destroy you given time, yet your abject blindness will see to it that you NEVER see anything beyond the lies that you tell yourself even now.

*If navis could breath Iria would be without breath, pounded into the wall to the point where one could mistake it for a crude throne in the wall she looked like an asleep queen. She rubbed her head and and glanced up at the Snotty green armored fiend.
"It is my mission, no, my VERY PURPOSE for existing, to bring skum like you to your ends so the innocence acrossed the net doesn't live every day wondering if it will be their last because of brainless trash decides they want to go on a rampage!"
She stood up and stretched her right shoulder and cracked her neck, giving Tornadoman a glare of seething hate as she spoke.
"..The ONB is not my license to kill, it is not an excuse to vent my aggression, it is most certainly not what keeps me from being a 'rabid animal' like you so describe. It is where I was placed in order to do what I was created to do."
She cracked her knuckles and instantly vanished, appearing behind the insulting navi. She cracked him over the head with her light drenched elbow sending him face first into the ground below, where she met him with a swift stomp with both feet. Upon impact fire gushed in all directions from the ground in which the two were at.
Iria bent down and whispered into Tornadomans ear whilst the exploding phantasms of fire sprinkled into the air all around them like a fountain of hatred. Her face showing signs of disgust, exhaustion, and dirt.
"Listen, trash, the only way I'm even remotely COMPARABLE to you WWW filth is the fact that we both have our goals. Mine, to abolish your kind. Yours, Who cares? It will never happen. Not while I'm still functioning, and not while navis like me exist."
The fire collapsed onto the two stationary navis and Iria leaped up to avoid the falling waves of lava. The crater of the impact deep enough that the molten goop enveloped the WWW general completely.
"I know you're not bested yet, get out." Iria walked beside the pool of liquid fire, bent down, stuck her hand and rose to her feet pulling the now red tinted navi up with herself.
She gives him a cruel glance before reeling her energy fused fist back and punching him square in the face knocking him back in the direction of the pond of her rage made real.

*As the power released from the attack disperses, TornadoMan is revealed; kneeling with his head down and both hands planted onto the ground, his breath heavy and strained. He remains in place for several moments, retaining silence as Iria speaks.... yet once she finishes, he begins to laugh. With labored breath, he fights to laugh beyond the pain.
Raising his head and looking to Iria with bright blue eyes, the Storm Tempest slowly rises from his position, smiling past a cut and scraped face to the Light elemental*
TornadoMan: You.... have no idea.... what we are.... do you?
*TornadoMan slowly begins to walk forward, still laughing*
TornadoMan: You play this little game, you lie to yourself, yet you're only espousing an ancient stereotype while lying to yourself about your motives. You're ignorant of anything beyond your own little world, and you LIKE it that way!
*TornadoMan's head rises a little farther, his smile growing*
TornadoMan: You're COMPLETELY ignorant in your hatred and bias, and you have NO DESIRE TO LEARN
*Finally, TornadoMan stands, his eyes hardening as he looks on to Iria*
TornadoMan: You didn't even bother to evaluate my words, you simply listened to your own personal lies and shielded your feelings. Your words make you a hypocrite: you espouse your own personal righteousness, yet you fight with a raw hatred against someone for the sake of ONLY your own bias.
*As TornadoMan stands, the winds from across the area rise to his call, forming a cyclone around his legs which quickly gives him flight above the area*
TornadoMan: No matter what happens now, I've already won. I know that in your stubborn ignorance and self-serving bias, you will some day be destroyed from within. You've failed the test, Iria, you've failed to understand yourself. Continue on your ways, don't evaluate your goals, and PROVE ME RIGHT!
*TornadoMan raises a single hand, the propellers on his wrist folding out and spinning with intense speed as a hurricane-force updraft begins to rip the entire area apart.... and the attack had not even started*
TornadoMan: TORNADO BLOW!
*Tornadoman thrusts his fist upward as if punching the sky, the propellers on his arm glowing with solid white wind-based energy as he does so. The winds in the area instantly kick up to unbearable levels, forcing Iria skyward from the raw chaotic force.
However, this wasn't even the actual attack. Below the fighting Navis, the winds begin to tighten and twist, taking on a deadly attribute. In mere seconds, numerous true tornadoes spawn on the ground, rising like eagles to the sky in a barrage of violent power.
the tornadoes blast past Iria, knocking her around like a rag-doll until one finally rises below her. Before she has any chance of escape, the tornado engulfs her and swallows her whole, forcing her upward above the clouds where Tornadoman now waits
Shortly after clearing the clouds, Iria is deposited on a floating platform with its bottom covered in spikes, held aloft by numerous propellers. It's here that TornadoMan waits*
TornadoMan: For your own sake, at least listen to me now: you're here with the soul purpose of destroying me, but my purpose here is to HELP you.
*As Iria lay attached to the bottom of the spiked platform a mile or more above the earth, TornadoMan reaches up and grabs her hand, pulling her off and laying her onto the top of the platform*
TornadoMan: Now drop your own bias and LISTEN TO ME!
*Where Iria lay, TornadoMan drops a full-recover chip before backing away and flying just off the platform, his own body fairly well beaten from the fight, yet no chip is taken for his own personal use*
TornadoMan: I can promise you that you will NEVER find another foe who fights you for your benefit.

Having no possible way back down without playing along with this completely contradictory pace of battle. Iria agree to Tornadomans lecture.
"...Fine, let's talk.."
Iria let the chip lay there as she staggered to her feat. Her rebuttal clear cut and cold:
"You're right, I have no desire to learn about something that should not exist. You call me ignorant, bias, and a hypocrite. Your proof is folly, your motives were determined accordingly by where your allegiance lies, that alone is reason enough to justify my reaction. bias is something all creations have, attempting to insult me through it is pointless. Everything is acted upon by this."
She chuckled, an unusual feat for someone as cold as her she answered herself.
"and aren't we all hypocrites? I just choose not to care. A hesitation on the battlefield could be the difference between existence, and deletion. You, of the WWW, should understand this."
The wind up here blew her pony tail every direction behind her, she was glad her had abandoned her coat and hat at this point..
"You threaten me in my own home, demanding to see the highest authority, all the while being a WWW general. To surrender, Unlikely. Your organization is known for its trickery, cheap shots, and lies. If you wanted to be reacted to differently you should have chosen a better band to associate yourself with and a better time to pull this stunt."
Iria rubbed her left arm, it had been pierced by a spike and was leaking slightly. She sat back down legs crossed glancing over the edge of the platform. Disregarding the chip no more than 2 feet before her.
"...Why are we so high up? So you could trap me here and go off to find Colonel? Or was this a lie like you people are known for, part of your 'test' perhaps?"
She gestured with her hand to the platform she was stationed on. Almost answering the question for the floating green armored navi.
"A lie, I presume."

*TornadoMan simply flies in place, shaking his head after Iria's speech*
TornadoMan: ....how wrong you are....
*TornadoMan's eyes open as he looks back to Iria*
TornadoMan: I am here to see Colonel by appointment, but was told to challenge you first.... by Colonel himself.
*The platform begins to lower, dropping past the clouds as TornadoMan keeps with it perfectly*
TornadoMan: I say that you're a hypocrite for one main reason.... in your own blind hatred, you have failed to see one fact that has been public knowledge for numerous years....
*Finally, the platform reaches the ground as TornadoMan gives a smile*
TornadoMan: ...Colonel himself is a non-combatant member of the WWW, and always has been. He fights in the political arena to farther our views. His original creator.... was Lord Wily himself.
*TornadoMan shakes his head at this point*
TornadoMan: You haven't been fighting some evil organization bent on network destruction as it once was.... you've been fighting someone here by appointment who works with your own leader to help farther his personal goals... in a peaceful manner. If you don't believe me, then ask him yourself.
*With that, TornadoMan begins to rise to the clouds once again, no longer willing to continue the confrontation*
TornadoMan: I'll speak with Colonel some other time, as it seems there's no longer any reason to speak with him.
*With that, TornadoMan disappears into the clouds, his words lingering behind as he goes*

The platform touched ground, Iria debated the information put before her not minutes ago. Her mind wracked at her own inability to see her superior as part of that clique.
"I'll ask him when he gets back.. There must be a reason I was never informed of this.."
She stepped onto the ragged ground and glanced at the mess she and Tornadoman had made.
"If he knew about this.. He must have known how I'd react."
She went inside the ground level doors and ventured up to where she had left her coat and hat before proceeding to medical station to treat herself.
