*Somewhere above Element City, a single figure stands in the shadows of the partially-clouded sky, his arms crossed as he stands near the edge of the single tallest building in the entire expansive city. Quietly, the Navi watches the populace below with a silent and serious nature; his eyes scanning each and every point below him. As the clouds roll out, sunlight breaks the shadowed figure, revealing armor tinted green with sleek details. From his helmet rise two large protrusions, appearing similar to the outline of a tornado from a distance. This Navi, one of the top generals of the WWW's forces, stands over the city below as a looming omen: his goal unclear, but obviously involving the city below.... a frightening prospect, given his rank.

As Tornadoman stared down into the city, a lone navi made his way through the city, no real destination in mind, he just continued walking until he felt like stopping. As the cloud cover started to break, and the sun came out, Rikaru stared up into the sky, the light reflecting off the various buildings. Before Rikaru continued to walk through the city though, atop one of the buildings, something caught his eye...due to the light reflecting off of him and the building its self, which was mostly made of a glass panels on the outside, it looked like someone, or something was standing on top of it. Of course it could have been just part of the building its self...but something about it didn't feel right. While Rikaru was focusing on the building, a stray cloud moved in front of the sun, which gave him a clearer view, and he could make out that what we was looking at WAS a Navi, but then the could moved past the sun and he couldn't see more then a outline of the navi. Rikaru continued to stare up at the navi, not entirely sure why he was, it seemed almost like for some reason he couldn't look away...

*Unaware of the spectator who had taken notice below, TornadoMan continues to look down to the city below; the winds of the air now focusing on his location; swirling about his body in tornadic activity as the patchwork clouds condense in place above the city. Daylight darkens as TornadoMan looks up, unfolding his arms and clenching his right fist. With yet another look across the expanse of the city, the wind-elemental raises a fist to the sky, the blades built into his wrist unfolding and spinning at high speed. The winds and clouds respond to TornadoMan's beckoned call, as a massive cyclone falls from the heavens and engulfs a large portion of the city: tearing at it with hurricane-force wind as countless smaller tornadoes rise from the ground, summoned to the sky as they carry up with them everything in their path. A risen storm had been called, and at the eye of the hurricane stood TornadoMan: looking down on the destructive wake of his attack with unwavering eyes*

Rikaru watched as Tornadoman initiated his attack, but quickly dove forward as one edge of the massive tornado made contact with the ground mere inches from where he was standing. As the wind tears through the area, ripping apart buildings and sucking the pieces skywords, Rikaru's cape wiped around in a violently random manner, as he struggled to stand with out being blown away. "Hmph...and just when I thought today was going to be another boring day..." Rikaru thought to him self as he steadied him self, and turned back to look at where Tornadoman was still standing. He looked around trying to find a way to get up to the top of the building as fast as he could, and his gaze landed on one of the smaller cyclones, it was tearing up a building, and several large chunks of the walls and flooring were flying upwards. Rikaru with out hesitation ran towards that Cyclone, stumbling slightly at the sheer force of the winds around him, and lept onto one of the pieces that had just been torn loose from the building, and held onto it while it rocketed skywards. Rikaru positioned himself on the piece of wall to prepare to jump off as it flew higher into the sky, and once he felt it was high enough, he kicked off of it towards the building that Tornadoman had stationed him self. While falling through the air Rikaru started to form his signature weapon in hand, a Spear, which was made completely out of sand at the moment, which was strange seeing as the wind didnt blow it apart...Rikaru ended up landing squarely on the opposite end of the roof Tornadoman was on, and quickly turned to face him, the sand in hand violently blew away now revealing a large glistening Spear head, now pointed at Tornadoman from the end of a long metal shaft. Rikaru spoke up, almost yelling to make sure his voice could be heard over the din of the Wind storm around the two, saying; " I don't very much appreciate you trying to hit me with your silly Tornado...and unfortunately for you, I was on the inside of it." Rikaru stood silent after that waiting to see what the navi would do next...

*As Rikaru's voice breaks the roar of the slicing winds that tear apart the city one piece at a time, the blades on TornadoMan's wrist fold inward as his fist lowers to his side. With a smirk and piercing eyes, the wind-elemental turns his head over his shoulder just enough to see Rikaru*
TornadoMan: ....Don't recall inviting you to this party, Sandy.

Rikaru's eyes narrowed as he heard the sandy comment. he then lowered his spear to his side and he spoke..."I felt you needed someone to liven things up a bit...that is unless you can't handle it, you over sized Blender..." Rikaru then shifted his stance in preparation to attack, normally he would rather wait and let his opponent make the first move, but in this case he made an exception. Riakru started by accumulating energy as he spun his spear around him, finally stabbing it into the roof they stood on, which caused sand to erupt out of the hole he had just made, filling the roof with sand; which was being spread through out the area thanks to the many cyclones, as the sand continues to spew out, until the entire area seemed to be blanketed in sand. " Now that I feel a little more at home...lets begin shall we?" Rikaru then slammed his fist into the ground causing a huge wave of sand towering over both navis, and crashing down towards Tornadoman. While the wave made its way across the roof though, Rikaru quickly dashed forward, and seemed to melt down into the sand, vanishing from sight, coming back up behind Tornado man and swinging his spear in a wide arc, aiming to tip to swipe squarely across Tornadoman's back, all the while the intense winds being turned into a Sand storm of sorts, and the powerful winds drove clouds of sand through the area into the navis and buildings. The winds were strong enough that the sand was ending up cutting through some of the buildings, leaving tiny holes in the walls, though Rikaru was unfazed by it at all...as he finished with a quick spin around as he drove the spear head directly towards his back in an attempt to impale him...

*With the tower of sand crashing in toward TornadoMan, the Wind-Elemental quickly unfolds the blades on his wrists, activates them, and thrusts both hands forward; two fair sized, horizontal tornadoes blasting forward and impacting the oncoming wave. The wave shatters from the impact of air as it's vacuumed up by the tornadoes and spread out as a cloud across the entire field.
TornadoMan did not, however, see Rikaru's move through the wave. As the sand-elemental appears, TornadoMan quickly looks back, realizing that he had lost focus of his enemy. The slash makes contact, piercing TornadoMan's armor as he rolls forward and against it to lessen the damage.
As the stab comes, however, TornadoMan was quite prepared. Seeing the thrust at its beginning, TornadoMan quickly flips backwards; dodging just under the spearhead as it comes; but far more than that. Using the momentum of the flip, TornadoMan slams both of his feet into Rikaru's jaw as a horizontal cyclone of sorts forms around TornadoMan's body, slicing into Rikaru's body and aiding the momentum of the kick to throw him even farther than intended. The momentum translated into a purely vertical ascent, raising Rikaru upward in a tornado as TornadoMan takes a step back; a green cyclone appearing around his feet to give him lift*
TornadoMan: Well now, if you're starting to feel at home....
*TornadoMan then raises his arm skyward, the blades on his wrist spinning at a very high velocity as the air-storm begins to rip away at the city even harder*
TornadoMan: ....maybe I can fix that
*TornadoMan suddenly stops the blades, reversing their direction to pull air downward instead of pushing it upward. All at once, a massive cyclone falls from above; engulfing the entire rooftop and blowing away all of the sand. As TornadoMan lowers his arm with the completion of his clean-sweep, the tornado remains, creating a solid wall of wind in which the two combatants stand in the eye. As TornadoMan looks down to Rikaru with a smirk, the sun rises directly over the eye of the storm, giving a surreal feel to the entire battlefield: a perfect mixture of calm and chaos*
TornadoMan: If we're going to play, we're playing on my terms. And I'd far rather see you blown away than sand-blasted.
*TornadoMan then pulls his wrists together with hands apart, holding them in front of and in close to his body: winds from across the field surging to his palms in response to his summon*
TornadoMan: KAZEKEN!
*TornadoMan then thrusts his hands forward, a fair sized orb of wind flying forward and screaming to Rikaru's position, where it quickly makes land-fall and bursts into a small cyclone. As the winds die. All the while, TornadoMan flies in behind the orb, hovering above Rikaru as the orb strikes.
With the small cyclone now in full-form, TornadoMan drops from the cyclone that gives him lift, falling with one leg outstretched and slamming into Rikaru like a meteor while passing. The wind-elemental then turns on a dime behind Rikaru, a fist held tight as the propellers on his wrist spin at a high velocity*
TornadoMan: SHOKAZEKEN!
*TornadoMan suddenly slams the fist into Rikaru's gut, using the propellers built into his wrists to grant flight as he rises to the sky in a cyclone. Roughly 15 feet above the ground, TornadoMan recoils his fist and allows Rikaru to fly upward; locked in place by the tornado that formed in the Shokazeken. Not yet finished, TornadoMan once again takes flight: rising at break-neck speeds and meeting Rikaru outside of the cyclone. TornadoMan then lashes out against the sand-elemental; breaking through the tornado with a spinning hurricane-kick that generates a second cyclone around TornadoMan and holds Rikaru in place as he's knocked forward by a series of strikes. After several hits, TornadoMan then diverts his momentum, changing it from horizontal to vertical and slamming his armored leg into Rikaru from overhead with a spinning axe kick: sending him flying into the building below at break-neck velocity while encased in a downward-blowing tornado generated by TornadoMan's spinning. With his opponent downed, TornadoMan crosses his arms and looks to the landing point*
TornadoMan: So hows that pointy stick workin' out for 'ya?

Rikaru was caught off guard by Tornadomans counter kick, sending him skyward as the wind ripped away at him, which died away as Tornadoman made his giant Cyclone wall, now falling, Rikaru flipped forward slightly to be able to land on his feet as the sun light flooded the once dark area with light. Rikaru watched Tornadoman begin to charge his orb of wind in his hands, but didn't wait to see what exactly he planed to do with it with out preparing him self. He started to glow a eerie orangish color as his entire body seemed to shift, until it looked like he was just a sand sculpture. As Tornadoman's vicious onslaught started, Rikaru didnt even bother trying to make any more to defend him self....or so it seemed. He had already prepared before the first attack was launched, so as the attacks struck and Rikaru was thrown around like a rag doll, he finally came to a crashing halt after the Axe Kick onto the roof, which now had a large indentation/crater where Rikaru landed. Though, regardless of the powerful attacks, Rikaru merely stood up as the covering of sand fell away from him, leaving him looking as if nothing had happened.
" Actually, I feel that it is doing fine. Which is more then I can say for your self once I get finished with you!"
Rikaru slammed his spear into the ground, once again causing a massive amount of sand to spew forth, But this time he started manipulating the sand, forming it into glass blades, each roughly 2 feet long. Rikaru then grabbed two of these blades, and threw them straight at Tornadoman, but before they even covered half the distance to him, Rikaru left the remaining glass blades where he had formed them, and grabbed his spear and ran forward a few steps, turned, and kicked off the roof, so that the swords he had thrown were infront of Tornadoman, and he was coming up from behind, though the swords were aimed at Tornadoman's chest, Rikaru wasn't expecting THOSE to hit him...As Rikaru had jumped at Tornadoman, the pile of sand that was left shifted, and 3 sand forms crawled out, and took the shape of Rikaru as well, each grabbing one of the remaining glass blades, and leaping up towards Tornadoman as well. Rikaru reached Tornadoman before his clones did, and swung his spear in a wide arc, slowly at Tornadoman, hoping he would bite on it, and focus his attention on the slow attack, and block or deflect it. Meanwhile the 3 clones were in range of Tornadoman and each one swung their blades, in almost perfect unison, each one from a differant angle, one from behind, and one on either side. Rikaru then spun around in mid air, trying to land a round house kick square on Tornadomans chest, while each of the clones struck out at Tornadoman again before the kick could possibly connect, then falling back to the roof below, as Rikaru continued after Tornadoman, using the powerful winds, and his ability to turn to sand to move in around behind Tornadoman, and bringing his spear down on Tornadoman's head, if connecting would rocket HIM down to the roof this time...

*As Rikaru summoned the sand and formed the blades, TornadoMan kept a careful eye; watching the Navi rather than the attacks this time. As Rikaru dashed in front of the blades, TornadoMan smirked*
TornadoMan: .....(fool me once....)
*With the blades poised to strike and Rikaru in the like, TornadoMan drops from the cyclone that gives him flight, dashing downward and forward at a speed and arc great enough to allow him to both move out of Rikaru's range, and pass between the two blades: grabbing them by their dull back edges in the process. It's then that TornadoMan sees the clones taking form below and gives a wide smirk. Holding the blades behind his body, TornadoMan meets the clones head-on: slashing each one with all of his might combined with his falling speed and tearing them apart with a single slice. Passing the final clone, the wind-elemental then reforms the cyclone that gives him lift and turns back to Rikaru; just in time to raise the two blades to deflect the kick: each one shattering with enough force to stun TornadoMan just long enough for the next attack. The slicing spear lands full-force onto TornadoMan's shoulder and neck, causing him to fall and spin headlong from his cyclone; barely padding the actual impact with an updraft at the last second.
The roof of the building cracks from the impact as a crater takes form from the combined force of TornadoMan landing and the wind he was generating at the time: sand rising like clouds in the wake of the impact to add to effect. As the sands die, TornadoMan stands with one hand on his shoulder, looking up to a hovering Rikaru with a hard expression*
TornadoMan: Little serious, aren't we....?
*Rotating his arm to ensure nothing was broken, TornadoMan once again summons the cyclone around his legs, rising to meet his sand-elemental foe with arms crossed*
TornadoMan: Alright then; I'm guessing we're done with the warm-up. Fine; if you wanna' take yourself this seriously, then I'll up the ante.
*TornadoMan then places his wrists together, the winds of he massive tornado once again responding to his call and forming an orb of air between his palms*
TornadoMan: KAZE-
*TornadoMan suddenly breaks eye contact with Rikaru, looking downward as he moves the orb to one hand, raises it skyward with palm facing the ground, and falls at break-neck speed, slamming the orb into the ground as he lands with force enough to farther crack the roof of the building*
TornadoMan: -KEN!
*The orb instantly explodes, but this time into a much larger cyclone: a full-fledged tornado with massive force and power that quickly drills a hole into the building where Tornado landed. The Tornado rages for several seconds before expanding in all directions: engulfing the entire limited field as it does so: TornadoMan now nowhere to be seen as the surge finishes.
The tornado that makes up the walls of the battlefield rages with a deafening roar that drowns out all sound; all hint of TornadoMan's current location hidden entirely.
It's then that it happens: TornadoMan appears from the walls of wind directly in front of Rikaru: slamming into him at break-neck speeds with a punch to the gut before grabbing him by the chest and dropping from his tornado. The propellers on the arm that holds Rikaru spin with an updraft, keeping the sand-elemental blown back in conjunction with the falling speed and giving TornadoMan a powerful downward thrust as he falls.
At the climax of the fall, TornadoMan gives a yell and throws Rikaru downward with a powerful toss: slamming him into the ground below as the cyclone that had imprisoned him slashes across the ground in trail with the swing; strafing the entire rooftop in a line and forcing Rikaru even deeper into the rooftop as TornadoMan flips to the side from the momentum: what appears to be two small, vertical hurricanes raging around his hands and wrists.
Landing a few feet away from Rikaru, TornadoMan instantly thrusts both of his arms forward: a pair of horizontal cyclones taking form and blasting forward like beams as they crash into Rikaru. Their gale-force winds slam and rip into the sand-elemental with hurricane-force as TornadoMan continues to press in with the attacks: the damage alone was devastating, but the true intent was far more threatening: with each passing second, Rikaru was now being pushed off of the building and into the raging tornado that encompasses the battlefield*

Rikaru locked eyes with Tornadoman, as he charged another orb, though when Tornadoman unleashed his attack, he was not expecting such a large Cyclone to become from it, and was caught in it, violently being thrown about like a rag doll, the winds cutting his clothing like armor in various places. After the winds died down from that attack though...and Rikaru realized Tornadoman was no where to be seen, he started looking around, trying to guess where he would come from; He saw Tornadoman fly out from the tornado barrier towards him, with just enough time to brace him self for the attack, though it helped some, it still knocked the wind out of him briefly, so as that he didnt even manage to try to stop Tornadoman from grabbing him, and trapping him in a vortex of air, and rocketing him down to the roof once again, all the while another tornado whips across his back. When Rikaru impacted on the roof, it nnearly collapsed from the sheer power behind the throw, but somehow, rikaru managed to get up relatively fast, so that he was standing, facing Tornadoman as he landed and fired his last attack at Rikaru, in an attempt to push him back into the Tornado barrier; Rikaru had just enough time to throw his arms up infront of himself, but it did little good, for the power behind the tornados steadily pushed Rikaru back towards the edge...but as he neared the edge, he suddenly seemed to manage to start pushing back the winds, and prevented himself from being pushed back any farther, all the while energy seemed to surge from his body, His clothing now starting to change, his torso now beinng covered in what looked like a green breast plate, with spikes oh the shoulders, his head was covered in a helm that extended backwards halfway down his back, also with spikes along the sides, suddenly a semi transparent image of the Life virus appeared behind Rikaru, which pointed at Tornadoman, then glowed to a blinding white light as energy poured into Rikaru, a Aura forming around him which caused the winds to split to either side of him...his transformation complete, the Life virus Juuka form of rikaru now stood infront of Tornadoman, yellow piercing eyes staring at him. " I wasn't exactly serious yet...but now I think I will be..." Rikaru's spear was now more like a trident, with three razor sharp points now, and one long spike on the opposite end. Rikaru also had 5 floating colored bits swirling around him, seemingly unfazed by the winds in the area, he pointed his spear at Tornadoman though, and one at a time they flew forward, and struck the ground in front of Tornadoman, erupting into a piller of elemental energy that towered up past the tornado barriers walls and shot forward towards him, starting with a pillar of Fire, then Electrical energy, followed by a stream of large bamboo spears, then a large wave of aqua energy...the last bit though stopped mid way and instead it opened up and fired a large high powered laser at Tornadoman. Finally, Rikaru then dashed forward towards Tornadoman him self, and using his spear, he started slashing at Tornadoman, first a horizontal slash across his chest, followed up with two mirrored diagonal slashes in a X fashion; He then jumped back a few feet annd held his spear straight up towards the sky as energy flowed from his hands around his spear, as it started glowing a bright pinkish purple, and now looked like a huge Energy sword, he swung it as hard as he could down onto Tornadoman...

*Holding his arms in front of his face in response to Rikaru's blinding transformation, TornadoMan is nearly blown away by the raw elemental energy released: a rare occurrence for someone designed to withstand tornadic wind for prolonged periods of time.
Recovering just in time, TornadoMan's eyes widen to see the tower of fire screaming his way as he quickly rolls to the side: just in time to see a line of lightning falling in his general direction. Bracing himself, TornadoMan takes the flash of electrical energy: the power coursing through his armor and into the building below as the set of bamboo towers rise under his feet and throw him upward and directly into the waves which arc back and slam the wind-elemental into the ground as the final beam strikes and sends him even farther back. As TornadoMan breaks free from the onslaught, he quickly looks up to see Rikaru. TornadoMan then unfolds the blades on his arms and catches the spear with each slash, forcing it out of the way.... once again, he had forgotten to watch his target, and not the attacks.
TornadoMan glances up just in time to see Rikaru swinging downward with the LifeSword; his eyes widening as the fabled blade smashes into his body and releases the raw power of the elements: his entire body surging with an unearthly energy.
Not aware of the fact that he had been sent flying from the strike, TornadoMan pile-drives near the edge of the building head-first, tumbling head-over heals to the very edge where he finally stops: face looking to the ground so far below now.
Dizzy and fairly injured, TornadoMan slowly rises; one eye shut as he gives a harsh stare and attempts to regain composure*
TornadoMan: ....all that show, all that power....
*TornadoMan then stands tall; a smirk playing across his face as his shut eye slowly opens*
TornadoMan: ....and all you do is transform into a bug.
*With surprising speed in spite of his beating, TornadoMan quickly raises both arms: what appears to be a raging hurricane forming around each arm as he does so. Thrusting both hands forward in a manner similar to how he had summoned the horizontal tornado before, TornadoMan releases the air: an entirely two-dimensional blast of wind surging out around his hands in a dramatic show of power, yet nothing was sent Rikaru's way.... or so it seemed.
From above, a massive tornado drops from the heavens like a meteor, engulfing the Life Virus Juuka and ripping away at his viral armor as it locks him in place. With his target locked in place, TornadoMan takes to the sky once more; flying above Rikaru as he's held by the vortex and holding his palms together: the blades on his wrists now unfolded and spinning*
TornadoMan: SHINKU-
*The winds of the area surge to TornadoMan's hands, the sweeping torrent forming an orb between his palms as he charges up a more powerful strike: the propellers on his wrists raging at high speed, adding to the wind orb's mass and compressing it at the same time*
TornadoMan: -KAZEKEN!
*Releasing the charge, TornadoMan thrusts both hands forward: the orb expanding instantly and flying forward.... yet not as one massive ball as expected. Instead, a countless number of orbs blast forward from TornadoMan's palms, spreading in a shotgun fashion and firing off like a machine gun, peppering the entire tornado where Rikaru was being held and exploding into torrents of wind as they land.
As the shots fly and the tornado still rages, TornadoMan closes the gap between he and his opponent, breaking the tornado wall as he spins with great velocity: rising with Rikaru while performing a series of hurricane kicks. As the two near the top of the cyclone, TornadoMan flys up to the very top: raising both of his hands as a solid white energy shines from his palms. Thrusting both hands downward, TornadoMan releases the energy, causing the entire tornado to instantly light up like a laser as a burst of solid white lightning courses down the center: slamming into Rikaru on its way down and pile-driving him into the ground: the tornado itself collapsing as he falls and exploding into a violent storm of pure chaos: the winds released flying in every direction from the raw power of the strike*

Rikaru chuckled a bit having hit Tornadoman with his LifeSword, knowing that it must have dealt a good deal of damage to him, but his demeanor changed as soon as he saw Tornadoman get up so quickly. As Tornadoman fired the Cyclone once again, he started to laugh, since it was no where near striking him...until he realized maybe it wasn't intended to strike him; He turned and looked up, but not in time to do anything about the large Cyclone that enveloped him, while he was protected from any damage from the winds by his aura that surrounded him, he couldnt move at all from the vacuum that was holding him down...so all he could do was look up as Tornadoman flew above him and started charging his next attack. He frowned as he saw what Tornadoman was doing, charging the wind energy into a orb in his hands once again, he shook his head as he said...
" Dont you have any other tricks up your sleeve? This "Bug" is getting tired watching you use the same attack over and over...seeing as ho-...GWAH!"
Rikaru was cut off there, as Tornadoman's orb had suddenly split and pelted his aura, instantly shattering it, sending shards or the light pinkish energy in all directions before the remaining orbs rained down on the now defenseless Rikaru. The Cyclone then started spinning faster, the vortex raising Rikaru higher into the air, until suddenly Tornadoman burst through the wall of the tornado, performing his hurricane kick's...and just when Rikaru could see the top of the Tornado, andn though he sould make his counter attack, Tornadoman flew straight above him, and fired an intense shot of energy that struck Rikaru square in the chest, and pushed him down until both he and the laser hit the roof, this time the roof could no longer stand the intense impact, andn broke apart, several large chunks being picked up by the Tornado and got flung away like they were pebbles, and several more rained down below where Rikaru had finally landed, roughly 3 storys down...
All was quiet for Rikaru...he enjoyed it...the howling winds had started to get on his nerves...but this calm...and quiet was enjoyable. Then he snapped to his senses, his body was buried unnder a pile of rubble from the roof, and was battered and bruised all over, his Viral armor hid most of the damage though, but even that had signs of damage, several large cracks in it, and the spikes on his shoulders were broken off. "Im gonna kill him for that..." Rikaru thought to him self, energy from the surrounding area seemed to flow into him, while he was under the rubble, a faint glow could be seen from the pile if one was looking down at it from the roof, since it was the only source of light down there.
Rikaru suddenly burst out from under the pile though, now standing on top of it, his armor glowing, and seeming to fix its self as small particles flowed into Rikaru's body from his surroundings. His Armor looked almost completely restored now, the Juuka Navi's Aura slowly reformed around him, and he held his hand out, and his spear once again appeared in hand. With out a word, Rikaru jumped with all his might, sending him flying upwards towards his target....Tornadoman, he knew he had to try to finish things with him as soon as he could, not wanting to have to go through another attack like the last, he could still feel a burning sensation on his chest where the energy struck him...but he had no time to think of that...he had to focus on the now.
His momentum from his leap sent up up past Tornadoman, till he turned around and faced his foe as he slowed in midair, till he was just hovering there. Rikaru then maneuvered his body to where he looked like he was trying to shoulder charge something, while he started to fall, at a ever increasing rate, until he was within reach of Tornadoman, then he flipped backwards, his body narrowly missing Tornadoman's and starting to pass by him, but instead using the momentum of his fall, and using it to his advantage to bring about a powerful kick from below that sent Tornadoman rocketing into the air. Rikaru wasted no time before commencing his next attack, before Tornadoman could recover, Rikaru formed several large razor sharp pieces of metal behind Tornadoman, and shot them down towards him as he flew up at them.
Rikaru by this time had landed back on the roof, but he kicked off the roof towards Tornadoman the instant his foot touched it, the power behind his leap sending another chuck of ceiling to fall down into the building; This time when Rikaru got within striking distance, he once again started to use his spear to cut into the Navi, starting with several weaker strikes, followed by several, more powerful strikes, the first being a horizontal slash, the sheer power behind it pushing the nnavi to the side, Rikaru instantly vanished though, andn reappeared in the path of the moving navi and struck him again, this time with a vertical slash, sending him farther up into the sky, and then once again vanishing, appearing in the path of Tornadoman, and then fallingn down to meet him, his razor sharp spear head pointed directly at Tornadoman's head....

*As Rikaru yells from the onslaught of wind-orbs and is slammed through the roof of the building, TornadoMan gives a slight smile. Not only had the successful attacks given him a boost against his Juuka-opponent, but the entire battle thus far had proven to be very entertaining. Battered and bruised, the Wind-Elemental knew two things at this point: One, Rikaru would have to make his last-stand soon, and two: there was no way he could possibly keep this fight up for much longer. In spite of how much he hates to admit it, TornadoMan knows that this battle is coming to a close fast.
Ready for the Juuka's onslaught, TornadoMan braces himself for the oncoming attack: his body feeling less agile than normal due to the raw beating given last time Rikaru attacked. With Rikaru now up-close and prepared to strike, TornadoMan clenches his fists and prepares to defend. After a few split seconds, Rikaru's final onslaught started: Rikaru blasts up like a rocket, shooting past the wind elemental and screaming back to earth; slamming his legs into TornadoMan's head and sending him flying upward as he does so.
Rocketing upward, TornadoMan quickly tries to get his mind back in order and regain control of the battle, when suddenly it hits him: the blades and clones from before. Not stopping to analyze the sudden memory, TornadoMan rights himself and performs a hurricane kick against his backwards momentum: deflecting and shattering the blades that Rikaru had summoned in the process.
With the first attack done, TornadoMan recovers just in time to see Rikaru rising for the second: a barrage of strikes from the spear he had been using from the start. Thrusting his hands forward with palms revealed, TornadoMan responds by summoning winds from the sides; releasing small torrents that blow around his body in order to deflect the strikes. One by one each blow was met with an equally potent gale, each strike deflected as the frequency and power grew with each passing second. Locked in the fierce combat and growing ever more tired, TornadoMan finds himself taken off-guard as Rikaru suddenly makes a mighty slice from the side; slamming into TornadoMan's neck.
Rocketed to the side by the strike, TornadoMan finds himself dazed and stunned by Rikaru's strike, but even more stunned when the follow up chains into the first: a sudden upward thrust from behind. Finding himself rising at a high velocity, TornadoMan glances up to see Rikaru preparing to meet him with a final blow.
Split seconds pass as eternities as TornadoMan rises; thoughts of the fight racing through his mind as he prepares to face the Juuka's final blow. The entire thing plays out in his mind from start to finish: the clashes and strikes in chronological order as they're reviewed up to Rikaru's final assault. It's then that it hits TornadoMan: the final assault! The only way to survive was revealed to him by Rikaru just moments before!
The game is not over: Regaining his thoughts, TornadoMan looks upward to his closing attacker with a slight glare and only one thing on his mind: All or nothing. With the closing gap all but nothing, TornadoMan takes action. The spear head is now poised to finish it all with a final blow as TornadoMan quickly performs a mid-air back flip, barely avoiding the spear-head and slamming both of his armored legs into the back of Rikaru's neck.
Forcing Rikaru under himself, TornadoMan slams a fist into Rikaru's face before kicking off and diving like an eagle from mid air: kicking Rikaru in the chest with enough force to rocket him downward and kicking off at the last possible second while hovering a few inches off of the ground.
Looking down to the falling Rikaru, TornadoMan raises a fist to the sky; a bright silver energy taking form and rolling off of his body as the winds of chaos summoned begin to swirl around his form in a raging cyclone*
TornadoMan: It's over, bug. Even if I have to rip this entire city apart, you're NOT walking away from this fight!
*The entire cyclone-wall seems to slowly come to a halt as the summoned winds from TornadoMan's raised fist rise skyward: the raw force enough to begin shredding the outer surface of the building: windows shattering and stone plates flying in all directions*
TornadoMan: STORM-
*The tornado that engulfs the active battlefield suddenly begins to move again: its direction reversed as the eye of the storm suddenly becomes violent: a powerful updraft engulfing the entire building with the broken pieces now slowly flying skyward*
TornadoMan: -TEMPEST!
*All at once, the entire force of the surrounding tornado unleashes: the wind rises with hurricane-force and rips away at everything in the area as countless smaller tornadoes spawn from the ground and rise across the entire field as a barrage. The winds surge with such power and blow with such force that after several seconds, the building on which the two fighters had met begins to buckle and sway from the raw force released. Slowly yet surely, massive pieces of the entire building break off with ear-splitting cracks, each one rising skyward in the heart of the massive tornado as the smaller cyclones drill into them from below and shatter them one piece at a time. Floor by floor, the entire building shatters: the pieces rising skyward in the torrential updraft: Rikaru now all but lost in the chaos as a voice rises above the chaos from below*
TornadoMan: SHINKU-
*Still standing on the tip of a small piece of the building that remains in tact, TornadoMan looks upward with eyes locked on Rikaru and fist recoiled. Silver winds of the cyclone begin surging into one condensed spot as he charges up and prepares for his final assault: his fist now encased in a raging cyclone*
TornadoMan: -SHOKAZEKEN!
*TornadoMan rises like lightning with his final yell, his rising fist ascending while encased in a raging cyclone of condensed power that shines with the same white lightning that had been released into Rikaru's body before. Reaching Rikaru at the paragon of his attack, TornadoMan lands the strike with all of his power, slashing his fist across the Juuka's body with such force that the entire tornado that had encased the field since the beginning and all of the updraft winds that had been summoned are siphoned into the final force: slamming into Rikaru with the complete force of the perfect storm. The raging storm that now centers around Rikaru instnantly engulfs his very being: ripping into him with unparaleled force as the raw inertia and energy as it blasts skyward: TornadoMan hovering his place with eyes locked upward as the shattered pieces of the building begin raining on the area below: shattering everything within a one block radius and decimating the entire area with the raw force*
