Story version: None~
A crash, a light repeat at first, but with each thump the noise grew louder; before long its echo destroyed the silence that was this seemingly old time mountain village. the wind howled with disdain at the mysterious cause of the outbursts while the earth obeyed its every command. Every ear crushing crash shattered the peace of serenity of the nearby lake that the town was building near, and even partly on!
The towns buildings ruined, roofs that were made of straw that were supported by a sturdy wooden frame and walls constructed of stone that were held together with a strange but obviously native substance. The town even had a well at its center, made of the same resources that the town itself was created of. All of it was now in a mostly ruined state, the well and the bucket placed within it clearly ripped from its pedestal and strewn about the dirt paved walkways of the town. It appeared as though the town were destroyed by a completely natural disaster.
Another loud crash, however, this time it echoed from a different part of the now ruined mountain village. A hand outstretched itself from from a partly crumbled wall; shortly after the wall crumbled revealing the source of the disaster, signaling it was no natural occurrence. His zip up trench coat masked his figure from ankles to head, revealing nothing but his black gloves and dusted black boots. Thin silver tassels dangled swiftly from each side of the cloaked figures neck reaching the center of his figure before stopping in a tuft. In his left hand the figure had gripped firmly a local; who was struggling for freedom but to no avail. "It was a simple question, all you had to do was comply; but no, you decided to oppose that which you could not handle. Just look what your refusal has done to your own village." A demeaning tone taking Jaxs voice by storm, truth and power gripping his speech, drilling holes into the gripped navi with each word.
Jax held up the barely conscious navi up to have him look at the village that had been destroyed by their struggle. A gurgle escaping his pale face; then another. "You.. *gurgle*an't bring.. *sputter*ck." The gurgling survivor had held on to give his last words and with them spoken went ragdoll limp. Jax tossed him aside and sighed wearily while gripping his hood and pressing hand and hood to his forehead. "So stubborn, my question always gets the same response no matter who I ask... They make it seem like such a.. bad thing!" He chuckled heartily and reeled his head back from the laughter. His hand pushing his hood off his head; revealing his stern face, vivid green eyes, and charcoal grey hair that dipped just into the neckline. The sky above him darkened slightly signaling the oncoming rain turning the already grim scene even darker.

OOC: lol necrosia has no story version, is it fine if you go down to v1-5? I don't want no auto-deletion.
Had she not been wandering and wandering in her search for he who spawned her, such a phenomenon would not have disturbed her rest: the rest of she the plague, setting the worlds' misfortunes at bay.
An aggressor she was not, but every action incurs an equal and opposite reaction, and such a law held very true in this current state of affairs -- this little town in which she had been watching birds fly free and unrestrained as much as she had been chained had been ruined.
The figure standing in the middle of the wreckage's cloak fluttered in the air; winds disturbed by the sudden wreckage laid upon the city; winds permeated with a suspicious dust. He'd just thrown away a helpless bystander, presumably for some sort of valuable material, though Necrosia didn't care. Those who would so atrociously disturb her rest were no better than the perversion surrounding Undernet scum, no better than a tick on your knee, and certainly no better than a bullet to the heart.
Nevertheless, she could feel the sheer power emanating from her would-be foe: Bright, outstanding, brilliant enough to pierce her shadow and her pawns. No matter how many she had thrown aside, this was not an ordinary navi. Certainly she had seen many extraordinary navis, but she definitely had not approached said extraordinary navis. Perhaps it was her sensory software screwing up, or perhaps it was a will to fight just coming from that great man's aura.
Even so, it was far too late -- she needed to attack now, from the shadows, in the turf which she had overtaken during her intense moments of thought (as logical as a bug can be).
From within the swirling miasma and the unhandled exceptions rose two, three, four chess pieces, all a muddy black: not shining and proud and with class and style like wooden or marble pieces of the real world, but devoid of light so it was as if they existed in just two dimensions.
Three of them immediately charged forward, blades at the forefront, whilst the last one stayed behind and hoisted Necrosia up -- there was no need to be in line of a counterattack.926

You don't have to have story V's if you don't want to. It was just in case someone felt like it. I'm almost positive the auto deletion thing does not apply to RP battles and it's just in-story fights.
Story V's would just affect my score at the end. You still want the V's on?
Oh yea, JUDGE WANTED, APPLY NOW!
Jaxs' axe appeared in his left hand in a shadowy puff of smoke. The shadowy cesspool twisted and churned into creation, light purple swirls mixing with the pitch blackness that was the rest of the miasma. The silhouette of a young girl rose from the mist being held up by a pair of shadowy clay-like hands, being used as a seat. "Hmm, this miasma clearly is being permeated from the young one while the figures being her personal on-the-go army." Jax thought to himself as the first of the chess based army finally met him blade to blade. He parried the first two pawns swings and halted the third by grabbing the wrist and snapping the creatures arm in two.
With the pawns arm in hand he swung it around and into one pawns head taking it clean off and brought his swing down low to trip the other pawn before smashing it with his boot; causing the shadow made structure to spurt shadows everywhere.
"I don't particularly like fighting your toys, nor do I know why you're attacking me in the first place. Have I done something to you by ruining this village? They brought it on them self. They refused to give me what I wanted even knowing the consequences."
Jax stomped the ground with his left leg followed by his right, 2 waves of sharp jagged stone spikes erupted from him after each stomp heading towards the miasma. Following the wave of stone that rippled the already disfigured ground Jax clenched his free hands fist and slammed it hard into the ground and at that same moment the ground inside the miasma sprung up and rose itself high up creating a giant pillar of stone only a mere 50ft high.
The stone waves made contact with the pillar and the first one un-noticeably cracked it while the second made the cracks known to all; which held for a short 5 seconds before crumbling back down to the ground. Dropping the girl and her last pawn into the jagged and sharp spikes created by the first wave that were hidden among the falling rocks, dust, and the young ones miasma.

Necrosia frowned, ever so lightly. She did not expect to be revealed within her own cover, but perhaps it was merely because she had misjudged this navi.
No, it was not a bright light which pierced the darkness, but darkness itself. As anti-matter is akin to anti-matter, and the higgs boson enjoys traveling through time...
The question, however, while she was flying through the air atop her splintered rook, she answered quickly -- imitating the language of navis as best as a bug could. It came out as a barely distinguishable static whir, like that heard when connecting with dial-up. "yZreEE... aNNNNNNzzZZZZyZZng...ZZzz."
With this, the stony pillar had broken, destroying the rook upon which she sat, as the forces of the Cyberworld's gravity took her down, further and further...
Yet, she had known the flaw in this man's plan all along. For someone to summon terrain of stone within her own miasma would cause unpredictable effects, and perhaps she could even control these bugged pillars to an extent. It would be seen -- it would be seen.
Jaxs could barely see Necrosia's eyes narrowing as she plummeted slowly to the corrupted pillars before they burst into more and more and more pillars, some of them cracking and reforming themselves as bishops and knights, through the tallest, the tallest of them all, pierced her breastplate right through.
She did not react. Her cold stare merely gazed at Jaxs with more fury, if you could call it that, as she pulled her necrotic body out of the swirling darkness Jaxs' control changed into a weapon against her. She swirled, ripping the stone out of her chest; this left a trail of data behind, flying out like the shrapnel Jaxs had torn free.
A motion to her bishop quickly lessened the wound -- the hole no longer almost a foot in diameter, but now less than 8 inches. Nevertheless, it would impact her performance.
It was clear a strike from the shadows would not work except in incredibly numerous conditions, and there was clearly no time to summon more pieces -- despite having already set up the field, that man with some sort of ulterior motive would rip and tear at it as she summoned.
Two knights charged with incredible tenacity, two bishops laid ready at Necrosia's side, and she herself stood, her left hand (to be sure, it was more of a decaying claw) pulsing with energy as though she were charging, and her right gently clawing at the field beneath her.
Her stare never moved from Jaxs' arm, veiled by his cloak. She would not falter.

His pillar of stone had finally settled into a mesh of rubble amongst the young ones shroud of hazy darkness. Figuring she didn't survive as she didn't respond to his question, Jax dismissed his axe as if vanished in a similar tuft of smoke as when it appeared and started walking away. He hadn't even gone 5 steps and he could hear a strange rumble echoing from behind him, shaking the pebbles at his feet. He slowly turned to meet the charging knights, constructed of the same material as the pawns before them.
"Not going to give me a real answer, huh? Alright, I'll just deal with you and be on my way." Jax muttered to himself, but loud enough the girl could hear him. Unlike his last round Jax did not summon his axe to him, instead he dropped to one knee calmly and slowly and placed one hand softly onto the ground. As the knights drew ever closer Jax gently pressed his palm flat on the ground and a couple feet in front of him a barricade of splintery-like stone spikes popped out of the ground angled at the oncoming knights.
To enforce the light wall of defense he pressed his palm down again, this time with some force behind it and another, thicker, barricade of spikes erupted at the same angle as the previous from underneath the first set; creating a large wall of sharp spikes that were seemingly impossible to jump as they stood as tall as the buildings of the village once did.
From behind the wall Jaxs vision of the miasma was severed and to remedy that he slammed the same hand he had used before into the ground and a pillar of stone pierced the ground from beneath him; raising him up just above his spikes as to recover his vision with the small ones cloud. "So, the cloud comes off her so there's no real way to stop that.. At least she'd be easy to find if she tried to hide anywhere but in there.." Jax rubbed his chin and smirked at his own thoughts.
"Might as well make this ruined village even more ruined.. He raised both arms up above his head and slammed them into the pillar beneath him. The pillar shot down to the ground at a rapid pace but left a circle just big enough for Jax to stand on remain in place. Upon hitting ground level the pillar sent cracks throughout the village, splitting the ground and causing large amounts of stalagmites to form from all angles, impaling everything; including the shadow childs cloud of darkness and everything inside.

Her preparation would not be for naught -- this was her territory now, and despite corrupted data being easier to phase in and out, even by outside forces, these classes were hers, and the Shadow too.
It is well known that a bug can think far more quickly than a method -- possibly because of its resilience and oddity, or perhaps merely because the illegitimate is far superior.
She had felt the ground shake a bit before it reached her, so she had thought: Let him scatter my necrosis. The stench of death is far more pungent after a disaster, after toying with the dead, than when one leaves it.
A whirling trail of the data zipped up from the miasma -- she was going to create a pillar of her own.
Adaptation, the ability to survive for all beings.
Learning!
To cover a distance so much, a diagonal line would be better --
She had spurted right out of the clouds, with no cover--
You could not call her a Shadow navi any more than a crazed berserker, as she gripped her two bishops on high, launching herself straight into the enemy, headfirst, chestplate rapidly healing but still wide open, arms spread apart in a horrid battle stance, ready to swing her minions as weapons!
...
It was a feint. Immediately, as soon as she nearly reached Jaxs' nose, her pillar of shadow fell back in an immensely fast single motion as three kings and two rooks made their way out of her mimicry, launching themselves with said object's momentum straight at their targets!
And at the far left, an object hardly seen, launched from her claw, a faint touch or caress, that which can spread death evenly.
He, too, in time, she wished to become her minion.
Though she was straight in sight of Jaxs, just barely out of reach of any counterattacks that could be made immediately, with nothing to cover her, she merely stood there blankly, with her next preparations.
Some things would be easy enough to assume -- no longer did warriors rise from the mass, but ballistae -- these Trojan horses made to kill!932

Jaxs seriously calm demeanor had been taken aback by his foe's sudden shift in tactics. He would have to change his as well as to not be put on the defensive. Her crazed reckless dash at him gave him the opportunity he had been waiting for, of so he thought. As she drew just within' grabbing distance she vanished and was replaced by several pieces. His reaction time was goo,d but not that good, was able to parry the first 2 knights deflecting them to the left and right sending them off his tiny shred of a cliff. The rooks and remaining knight however shoved him off the ledge.
His cloak fluttered as he limply fell head first to the ground below. Jax stared blankly at the oncoming dirt ahead of him and just before he hit snapped his fingers and the earth opened up allowing his passage into it and closing raggedly closing behind him with a crunch. His site of the small one was hidden from him once more but he had no desire to acquire it right away. Jax let out a heavy sigh as he made his way under the ground, the earth itself creating a tunnel for him but not illuminating it. The pitch dark was no hassle nor impediment to him. The earth closed behind him leaving no room for anything to surprise him as he was too deep in the ground for anything he had seen of her to get at him.
Having wasted enough of his time playing in the dirt he placed both hands on opposite sides of the tunnels walls and the ground started to shake around him but the tunnel did not cave. Meanwhile above ground the shaking resounded with a much more devastating effect. The splintered earth and shattered ground that was the village rumbled and shook as an entire field of spikes shot up out of the ground creating a vast expanse of sharp stone. Anything caught on ground was impaled, including any remaining hiding villagers and the girls chess piece army, the girl herself included more than likely.
Jax sights once more; his chest contracting with the exhale, and clenches his fists and thumps the same sides of the tunnel walls as before. The ground shakes again slightly and Jax is shot out of the ground like a canon ball while being encased in the wall that was his tunnel just moments ago. at the peak of his ascent out of the ground Jax busts the orb of stone apart sending debris over the field in a cascade of stone shrapnel. Jax located the girl and his axe appeared in his already gripping hand as he plummeted down towards her in a prepared overhead slashing motion.
Hitting ground zero Jax smashed his axe into the small bugged child before him and upon impact with the ground the spikes that had shot up not long ago were scattered into the air in all directions accompanied by stone kicked up from his slash into the navi.

A quick adaptation had saved her from immediate death -- the pillar into a plateau, harder to pierce, the spikes emerging and jutting from the ground unable to go past her feet, rending right through up to the insides of her shins.
However, two of her ballistae and the bishops she had held were pierced straight through, an unpleasant cracking sound echoing through them as Jaxs' strength beheld: Able to shift the miasma merely because it was, before, earth!
The axe?
Her "hand", dead as it was, she used as it were a meatshield. Hardened enough by her increasing dark mass, it was able to parry the axe before shattering into pieces, the shrapnel launching itself at Jaxs' face -- apparently Necrosia's arm found him ugly.
It should be taking effect now -- the "bite."
Her claw held "stingers" she had made of her dying body itself, that which she would launch into her prey before descending upon it, like an arachnid starving. The release of her "stinger" indeed caused her to become like a beast, a predator, voracious, and wishing to tear upon Jaxs' tough, stringy meat as it decayed --
The reaction spread immediately over his axe, dulling the shining blade; resilient as it were, it could not be destroyed suddenly --
Jaxs' face appeared to have begun "melting off"... the skin blackened and bubbled and peeled, the Navi's equivalent of pus dripping out. Fast reaction, though it was just his face...
Necrosia decided to expend her ballistae while he was off guard, ripping her legs off from beneath her in order to loose herself of the stone barrage, the former spikes turning into a bishop and knight respectively, and her erroneous terrain profusely piled on her forearm, shaping itself into a blade punctuated by a shade so dark it seemed it could cut through all.
The ballistae prepared to launch at Jaxs' sides, and Necrosia and co. rushed Jaxs with perfect guard, using the momentum of aforementioned leg-ripping-offing (and said legs were recovering -- now not half of her legs were missing, but a couple inches down from the knee had been recreated, albeit without armor) to propel themselves properly...
And so, launch.

~4~ You rp'd the the action to make mah face melt and the end result without seein' what I'd do in reaction to the action~ Dis is not WoW; you are not a priest. XD We'll pretend that didn't happen~
Her ragged appearance becoming more shredded and disfigured as the battle trudged on while her and Jaxs rage grew; heralding a new aura on the field destroying the chaotic peace that thrived just moments ago. Her shattered body constantly regrowing itself delayed the inevitable as Jax continue to dredge through hew assaults with the finesse only someone of his size and style could produce.
His enormous axe had lost its luster from the infectious substance that had found its way onto it. Its size kept it from losing color all at once but the area with the contagion itself was an inky black shade of grey. The ballista latched themselves to the ready and Necrosia made her leap, as wild and untamed as the last leap of rage she performed. With knight and bishop following suite.
The ballista's fired their ammunition jetting past Necrosia and her lackeys as they made their pounce. Jax ducked down and leaned into a roll abandoning his axe in the ground while dodging the projectiles and rolling far enough to evade the pouncing trio. His roll stopped almost as soon as it began not even completing two full rotations as he stop on his foot; his calm and serious expression vanished during the roll, being replaced with a more angered one.
As he finished the roll he glanced over his shoulder at the trio and swiftly moved his left arm up to a halfway stretched point. Following the motion two spires of stone erupted from beneath the ballista and impaled the stationary shadow artillery. The two tassels on his cloak danced around his chest while the ground shook again; Jaxs right arm pressed against the ground.
The earth stirred from its ravaged state and churned itself to Jaxs desires; splitting open and revealing the ocean of chaotic static that lurked below. From the darkness emerged tremendous hand, and following the hand the head of a shadow beast that was pitch black, a pure silhouette with beady yellow eyes. The beast leaped out the swirling static and landed on the other side of Necrosia and her encourage. The beast stood on hind legs and completely erect stood about two stories tall. The beast truly was a silhouette with just yellow eyes, though in the dimmed evening skies he was clear as day, his figure that of clearly demonic origins; though lacking the wings, the claws and talons were present and accounted for.
The earth cringed at the site of the beast as rubble fell with it's landing and the portal from whence it came closed with a exhaustive hissing moan as the earth crunched to seam and stitch itself together. Jax folded his arms into a thinking position, one arm supporting the other as the ladder rested under his chin. He removed his hands from the chin for only a moment to snap his fingers, giving the beast it's order to strike and returned his fingers back to their spot supporting his head as the beast supported his efforts to rid him of the nuisance that was Necrosia.
It thrusted its fist into the ground where she and her chess pieces resided with an alarming speed for one of his size. While it moaned and groaned though it had no mouth to speak with..

OOC: lol you should have done that earlier IC: A different being made of "bugs" this was, and while Jaxs' face was mostly unscathed from her necroses toxin (as well as the rest of him), she was beginning to wear at him. He had clearly just played his trump card, and she knew she'd little chance of victory, but fight-or-flight does not come naturally to an error.
Necrosia foresaw that the paw of such a beast would hurtle down on her spot; and being an oversight herself saw Jaxs' mistake of merely sitting there confident in the beast.
She would make a gamble and roll the dice. Her suit being the Ace of Spades, she would always go first.
As soon as the burst of air from the beast's enormous claw had hit Necrosia, she extended her "ground" immediately and quickly, so as to try, and only try to swathe it over Jaxs -- she needed to corrupt his data, no matter how encrypted it was, as that beast was clearly immune.
This launch was all out, as she attempted to take all of the corruption with her -- the beast's paw snapped the trail behind her, leaving Necrosia with no lifeline but the one she was carrying, whilst the ballistae were completely crushed and her knight, with futility, rushed at the large animal over and over.
She had to hit -- she had to hit!
No matter what, she would twist her "tail" and spin around and attempt to capture that navi until even her own data ran out, until the entire area was necrosed.
She uttered the first words understandable to Jaxs in this hectic charge. "Begone, O scourge of eternal rest." 926
